When one uses a search engine online using my name, and my trade name, The Austin Wine Guy, one finds a deluge of defamatory and simply out right lies spread across the Internet results now going back several years all from her hand.
I would NOT even have written here, had this person not continually written her own false and defamatory statements herself and aided and abetted other personae writing "on her behalf" for the last six years. If she doesn't want me to say anything about her, she ought not have been continually blogging and writing about me much less aiding and encouraging others to do so as well.
The woman behind all of this uses alias names: Oma Hamou, Oma McConnell, Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Hamou, Alexandra Moran, Oma Demian, Alexandra Murphy, are the usual ones, but there are others. She used the name "Oma Kennedy" to obtain money from a woman who was approached to adopt her child (she only took her child back, on literally the last possible day, after the adoptive mother refused to continue to pay her any more money.) She uses a business name of "Enigma Royal Films, LLC" she also calls just "Enigma Films" and "Reseda Glass" and "Worldwide Construction Enterprises, Inc." I learned about her genuine background, and she wants me silenced from speaking about it.
This woman admits that her actions are all motivated by her bitterness and hatred towards me, and this is the reason for her actions.
This woman, Oma Hamou, Oma McConnell, Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Hamou, Oma Demian, Alexandra Murphy and her other aliases have a twenty plus year track record of FELONY CONVICTIONS, multiple arrests, failure to abide by the requirements of her probation for her felony convictions which lead to more arrests, many many civil judgments against her for hundreds of thousands of dollars, a history of writing bad checks, and she was arrested late in 2008 in San Bernardino California on a Felony Charge of Forgery of a Financial Instrument (she seems to have forged a large check) After 14 months of dragging the process out, she paid the Victim full restitution and the District Attorney dropped the Felony charge. She has a history of evictions and bad checks.
A complete dossier has been posted, with the details on her activities, notably passing bad checks, stiffing landlords for rent owed and trashing the houses she rents by reason of keeping literally dozens of cats and dogs and not cleaning up after them. "Alexandra McConnell" failed to provide the proof of enrollment and failed to appear as ordered by Judge Harmon. The Court immediately revoked her Probation and summarily issued a $50,000 bail arrest warrant in October 2013.
In responding to complaints of animal neglect, abuse and overcrowded conditons in a Lancaster California residence, "Alexandra McConnell" was arrested AGAIN on December 16, 2013 by the responding officers when they discovered the outstanding arrest warrant, and 96 sick, filthy and neglected animals found living in the most deplorable of conditions were confiscated from her Lancaster California residence by the Lancaster Animal Control Shelter. Having these animals violated the Court Order. Oma Hamou aka Alexandra McConnell, Booking No.: 3805070 was held in custody for 36 hours before being released on a $50,000 bond. In 2008 Ms. Chipi was seeking a short sale of her home. A realtor named Kevin Davies (phone available upon request) introduced Oma McConnell to Ms. Chipi, claiming she had loan approval to purchase the house but that McConnell wanted to move in as a renter prior to closing the sale. (This was exactly the scenario she used to gain occupancy at Mr. O'Connor's house in Littlerock.) Ms. Chipi agreed.
The first rental check was written on a closed account. No further rental payments were made. McConnell moved in with her son and another man. The house was thoroughly trashed. Numerous animals were kept in one room which was badly damaged. Carpeting was ripped out. Appliances were removed. The kitchen caught fire.
Ms. Chipi sought help from the Sheriff's department which told her that they could do nothing without an eviction order. Ms. Chipi filed a U.D. (Case No. 08U03169 - Michael Antonovich Antelope Valley Courthouse), which she later dropped due to lack of resources. She said that Kevin Davies also filed an action against McConnell and that she failed to show for the hearing.
Ms. Chipi says she has some files on the incident, as does Mr. Davies, and that she also has undeveloped film of the damage done to the house.
Robert Atchison
Won a Civil Judgment against Oma Hamou for her failure to pay him consulting fees as she promised him she would do.
Mr. Atchison is proceeding with Post Judgment Document Production demands from Oma Hamou. A District Court Judge has signed an order requiring her to schedule and appear at a deposition in Austin Texas no later than September 3 to disclose her assets, finances, and employment information, and she is further ORDERED to comply by providing the requested financial, employment and asset documentation to Mr. Atchison no later than August 20. She did nothing. Her failure to do these things resulted in an order of Contempt of Court.
August 2011: Hamou/McConnell tried to derail Mr. Atchison's debt collection with a last moment filing of a "Bill of Review". Hamou's Bill of Review was dismissed on July 26, 2011 by the Hon Judge Cooper of the District Court. Hamou now has no choice but to comply with the Court order.
OCTOBER 18:
The Court slapped Oma Hamou with an Order of Contempt of Court and imposed $1,000 sanctions against her for failing to comply with the Ordered Document Production and Deposition.
January 2012: District Court Lora Livingston Slapped an ORDER TO APPEAR AND SHOW CAUSE on Oma Hamou requiring her to appear in Person to explain her continuing violation of Court Orders. Her failure to appear will most likely result in a Bench Warrant for her Arrest:
Hamou failed to appear as ordered by the Court. As a result, a BENCH WARRANT for her arrest was issued on March 26, 2012 by the same Judge Livingston in the Travis County District Court
Hamou attempted in June 2012 to ask the Court to vacate the Bench Warrant, but it seems her "Paralegal" one Robert Richman (a Tai Chi master and Torah Scholar, as well as "Paralegal") seems to have chickened out on continuing.
In 2012 "Oma McConnell" filed for Bankruptcy in order to forestall debtor's exams and collection efforts. She failed to file any required schedules or information, despite Court orders to do so. Her Bankruptcy was dismissed for that failure. However, On August 20, 2012 Judge Robles of the US Federal Bankruptcy Court ordered her Bankruptcy proceedings to be re-instated and ordered her to comply with Document Production requests and Deposition by attorneys for Bob Atchison, which are now scheduled for late September. Hamou/McConnell FAILED TO COMPLY WITH THE COURT ORDERED DOCUMENT PRODUCTION REQUIRED NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 14, 2012. She further FAILED TO COMPLY WITH THE COURT ORDER THAT SHE APPEAR FOR A DEPOSITION ON SEPTEMBER 20, 2012. She can now be held in Contempt of Court.
October 31, 2012, the Bankruptcy Court dismissed Oma McConnell's bankruptcy due to her utter failure to file even one single required schedule or document. Judge Ernesto Robles said her creditors "are free to pursue their State claims against her".
March 2013: Mr. Atchison has had his Judgment made final in California and localized to California and is proceeding to collect against her. A Debtors Exam (ORAP) has now been issued and ordered by the Los Angeles Superior Court for Hamou/McConnell to appear in Court.

Homeowner in Littlerock California who was selling his house using the services of Shari Porter agent with Big Valley Realty in Palmdale California. Shari Porter brought "Alexandra Moran" using an expired drivers license in the name of Oma Hamou to Mr. O'Connor as a "Qualified Buyer" of his home. Shari Porter insisted Oma Hamou be allowed to rent part of the home as a room mate of Mr. O'Connor until the sale closed. Porter kept informing Mr. O'Connor that Hamou was pre-qualified by lenders, yet never actually provided the required documentation proving this to O'Connor. Shari Porter told O'Connor that Hamou had deposited funds into escrow at Titan Escrow in Palmdale, but again refused to give O'Connor any actual escrow documents. Hamou delayed closing for a full five months, then refused to close when O'Connor demanded. She further refused to leave the property and squatted in the residence with four men, another woman and four or five children and literally ten or twelve dogs and forty to fifty cats. She has moved an old trailer and cargo boxes onto the property as well. She has squatted on Mr. O'Connor's property for over 18 months without paying rent. This sadly forced Mr. O'Connor to lose his property to Foreclosure and Declare Bankruptcy, as direct results of this woman's scams and lies.

2011 "Alexandra Moran" rented a room from Patrick J. O'Connor, but presented an expired California Drivers License in the name of Oma Hamou. She then claimed to want to purchase the property. She delayed the purchase for FIVE MONTHS with numerous stories, and is now squatting on the property without permission nor paying rent . She lives there with her son, Nicholas Royal Moran, who has severe psychiatric disorders (his is currently under Conservatorship pursuant to the California Lanterman Petris Short Act) and has a history of violence, both domestic and with police. Mr. O'Connor himself witnessed Nicholas Moran beat his mother in front of him in the residence. She also lives with one Steve Fred Lee, who has over 15 criminal convictions for eluding police, indecent exposure and habitual driving with a revoked drivers license. Another squatter on the property is one Michael McBride who lives with four or five of his children also on the property. Hamou also has literally many dozens of cats and more than 10 dogs on the property. Hamou attempted to keep Mr. O'Connor from evicting her by filing a Restraining Order against Mr. O'Connor alleging he made threats of violence against her and her son. However, she did NOT file this order until a full TWO WEEKS after Mr. O'Connor left the residence and moved to Alaska! Hearing on the requested Restraining order was held Friday July 15. Hamou first requested a continuance! The Judge refused to delay the hearing. After the Judge examined her criminal record, arrest record and history of evictions and Judgments, the Judge in so many words called Hamou "a Criminal and Con Artist" recognized her string of VICTIMS and refused to grant the restraining order, and further told Hamou that while he could not order her out at the moment, she did have to leave O'Connor's property and pay him the rent owed. Hamou told O'Connor by email she will be out by September 1. Mr. O'Connor's attorney has begun Eviction Proceedings against Hamou McConnell and her other squatters. While Hamou wrote Mr. O'Connor that she would be "out of the house by September 1" she has hired a lawyer to delay the eviction proceedings. Reports indicate that the house is trashed, with old furniture in the yard, many old rusted trucks, tires, boxes and piles of trash are strewn across the property.
A Health Department Complaint about the property was filed on February 16, 2012 by the neighbors to this property complaining of "Accumulation of refuse and cast off materials" and "Accumulation of Animal Excrement" which Hamou has allowed on the property.

Ninety-Six Animals Rescued from Two Lake Los Angeles Properties. Owner Arrested
A total of 96 dogs and cats, and a deceased cat were impounded at two Lake Los Angeles area homes yesterday following a search warrant executed by the County of Los Angeles Department of Animal Care and Control (DACC) officers and District Attorney Investigators. The warrant service followed an investigation stemming from a tip called in to the DACC reporting an excessive amount of animals living on the properties in deplorable conditions.
DACC Director Marcia Mayeda says, “Many of these animals were sick and all were living in extremely filthy conditions.” After executing their search, the female property habitant was arrested and now faces criminal animal cruelty charges.
The case remains under investigation.
Director Mayeda says these types of operations are arduous and difficult for the enforcement team. “The dogs and cats were scared and had varied states of medical and temperamental issues, requiring patience and extra compassion to help them through this,” she says. DACC’s new ‘Animalsafe’ trailers were used to house and transport the animals during the warrant execution operation, and they were ideal according to the team at the location.
The animal care professionals at the DACC want the public to know that all cases of animal cruelty within the community are taken seriously, and will be investigated. Reports of animal cruelty, abuse, neglect or illegal fighting should be reported to our Communications Centers at (661) 940-4191or (562) 940-6898.
The animals impounded in this case are being assessed and cared for by the Veterinary Team at the DACC. Case updates will be reported as necessary. Photos of the warrant service operation and the animals are available for download via Dropbox.

It was obviously some horrible mistake, and Oma Hamou was not the person arrested. She lives in Burbank, you see, not Lake Los Angeles.
So I guess when Animal Control hit the dead end of the street and realized they had overshot Burbank, they just arrested the woman in the last house on the right.
It was obviously to cover up this error that they decided to rub out the animals as witnesses.
SnoopOmaSand insists it never killed any animals.
Yet, the press release is clear a "deceased cat" was confiscated.
Well, if the cat did not die from SnoopOmaSand's neglect and abuse, maybe the poor thing could no longer tolerate "living in extremely filthy conditions" and committed suicide?

MOST REVEALING:
First, SnoopOmaSand had her attorney Alfredo Guevara III continue the matter every thirty days for MONTHS (Sound familiar?)From April 5, 2013 until July 30.
She plead guilty. There was no "lunch break". JUDGE HARMON presided.
She was sentenced to 36 months Probation with the following requirements:
10 days Community Service
$200 Restitution to the Court.
Enroll in and complete 24 Level 1 Animal Neglect Classes and provide proof to the Court.
She was ordered to return to the Court on August 28, 2013 to show proof of Enrollment in the Animal Neglect Classes
Do not possess ANY ANIMALS.
Her lawyer got the proof of enrollment continued until Oct. 1.

Defendent FAILS TO APPEAR and no lawyer showed up
PROBATION REVOKED
THE $50,000 BENCH WARRANT WAS ISSUED BY JUDGE HARMON IMMEDIATELY.
It was re-issued AGAIN by Judge Harmon on November 27.
Not ONLY was she arrested on the huge bench warrant, but Animal Control found 96 more abused animals in violation of COURT ORDERS

This story is simply sickening, and that picture was beyond belief. Mitzi is right, girlfriend. You need professional help, because until you get treated and/or incarcerated, no animal is safe. People can read about your past scams and take steps to prevent themselves from being screwed over by Oma Hamou McConnell, but animals are without resources. Although I am impressed by the diligence with which animal shelter groups are pursuing this story.

I strongly think Judge Harmon has already seen all of the Christmas allegations about him and Animal Control. Or will very very soon. Because Judge Harmon issued the Bench Warrant SmoopOmaSand will indeed be facing him again on Jan 7.

At least it's easy to see why she's so freaked out about the bench warrant for her arrest in Texas and the bench warrants Atchison will soon likely have in California: she's already been arrested TWICE this year on bench warrants.

I have been reading the lies Oma Hamou-McConnell has been posting about Bishop Markell. Bishop Markell is a very important Hierarch in the Russian Orthodox church with 400 clergy reporting to him as the Bishop of Tsarskoye Selo. Bishop has had absolutely no contact with Oma Hamou in more than ten years. He does not support her in anyway, he does not pray for her, he does not light candles for her, he never thinks about her and he does not care what Oma posts about him online. So, has Hamou been fingerprinted using each of those names . . . meaning she has more arrests under her belt than we know?

A "multi million dollar lawsuit" for its animals put down (from what I understand is because they were simply beyond saving medically)?
Let us parse the arithmetic here:
Say half were put down, and SnoopOmaSand is suing (*chortle*snort*)
for the minimum "multimillion" being 2 million.
That means SnoopOmaSand will be required to prove that EACH and every animal was actually worth over $41,000!
That notion alone is beyond amusing. Yes, as an animal owner, a responsible and loving one, it can be hard to place a value on our furry four legged family, however the cold hard reality of the world and the LAW is that SnoopOmaSand would have to PROVE that each single animal had a genuine value of $41,000.
The cold hard fact is that if all 96 poor creatures were worth that as a group, SnoopOmaSand would have sold them faster than it turns a trick on payday Fridays.
No lawyer with valid malpractice insurance would dare bring a lawsuit against LA County trying to assert that a sick, parvo ridden rheumy eyed mongrel puppy was worth $40,000.
SnoopOmaSand has genuinely lost the last tenuous grip on sanity.
The time in PRISON it faces may help with that.
One hopes Judge Harmon understands that the lives of countless innocent animals depends on it.
There are two things about her we have discussed before that explain what she's up to in her latest posts.
1. She is a pathological liar.
2. She is a grandiose narcissist.
She is lying to build herself up in preparation for the hearing next week. All the things she is posting are for herself. First, she is lying (to herself) to avoid guilt for the death of the animals by putting the blame on someone else. Second, she is trying to transform herself into a powerful and important person with money and friends.
She really doesn't post these things to intimidate Animal Control. How could she intimidate them? The fantastic lies she has invented about the raids, her convictions and arrests are easy to disprove. No one believes these claims except Hamou - McConnell, the archetypal grandiose narcissist, herself.
The problem is Hamou - McConnell works out her fantasies into the real world. She commits crimes, murders animals and feeds off of her innocent victims like a vampire. She does this without the slightest amount of guilt or empathy for her victims.
She is incapable of stopping herself, she will do it again and again and again. More dead animals, more crimes, more victims. The only way to protect society from Hamou - McConnell is put her away in a institution or prison.
It's that simple. The hearing next week may accomplish this - or be the next step in making it happen.

The hearing is a week away - 7 days and counting. The press will be there, for sure.

One week for today, SnoopOmSand must appear in Court, back in front of Judge Harmon, who's direct Court Orders she intentionally disregarded and failed to obey. Her probation is revoked. That means that SnoopOmaSand will almost certainly be back in JAIL.
If SnoopOmaSand refuses or fails to appear as ordered, a Felony No Bail National Arrest Warrant for being a Fugitive From Justice will be issued. The Fourth time a court will have issued one to pick up SnoopOmaSand.
There is an upside. Either way it will be "win-win" as far as we are all concerned. And by "we" and "all" I include at least six other people who have been in contact in just the last year.
Rob, she is probably tying up her affairs over the next few days in preparation for prison. I wonder how long she'll be in jail this time, she's been there so many times she can't be scared of it anymore. I'll bet she's got friends in there.

In my opinion she's frantically trying to find some attorney to represent her. There's not much time and she has no money to pay one. They will certainly want a lot of money upfront - especially if they see all the law firms she has stiffed already.
It is astounding that Oma Hamou - McConnell's twitter profile claims that she is an "Animal lover". Can you imagine this from someone convicted of animal abuse?
The only analogy I can think of is Jerry Sandusky claiming he "loved children". Hamou's absolute lack of contrition in what she has done is similar... and she tries to shift the blame to others as if she herself were the victim, just like him. Look at her claims of a conspiracy against her by Judge Harmon and Animal Control - another match to Sandusky's conduct.
In her twisted universe she believes she did nothing wrong, and actually was helping her animal victims and loved them. Just like Sandusky did!
In my opinion, Oma should be begging for mercy, not attacking Judge Harmon and Animal Control. She should accept responsibility, (something she has never done before). It won't happen because she is self-delusional and completely untethered from reality.

Mary S was most clear that SnoopOmaSand's father volunteered to be flown to Los Angeles by Mary to testify AGAINST his own daughter at the custody hearing.
He testified that he and Nola both agreed to emancipate Oma because they wanted to wash their hands of her. She was fired from her cashier job at the Albion A&W for stealing money, and was such a handful of problems they wanted no responsibility for her any more.
Judge Harmon is now aware of her constant stream of excuses to no show at Court Hearings.
The predatory behavior started very young – can you imagine how far her parents must have been driven to take this legal action against their own daughter to protect themselves from her?
Time and again, for almost 40 years, she has shown she will lie, cheat, and steal without regret, remorse or empathy for her victims, animal or human.
Now - once again - she has a plan to use these tools to evade the law and beat the system in this latest arrest.
She is manipulative and cunning once more - looking for every angle to avoid jail.

The parents' need to escape legal liability for the actions of an out-of-control child is the most frequent reason for emancipating a minor.

A court appearance for Hamou is a virtual guarantee of a cascade of medical problems, dying relatives, ill friends, mercy visits to children's hospitals, etc.
One of the traits of sociopaths is an inability to feel real emotions. In an attempt to hide their sociopathy they try to mimic the emotions they see others express.
The language Hamou uses in describing her mother is just such mimicry. The over-the-top sentimentality and strained usages of endearing terms simply ring hollow -- as if a bad actress were trying clumsily to convey sincerity.
It's sort of like Tom Cruise jumping up on a sofa and trumpeting his love for Katie Holmes. The more he gushed, the less sincere and the more bizarre he appeared.

What she fails to explain is WHY Animal Control would have had such a personal vendetta against her that they would unnecessarily kill a large number of animals.
So, Hamou, tell us . . . WHY did Animal Control single out your animals for death if a host of veterinarians are going "to testify" that you cared well for those animals and that they were in good health?

So. I looked up Penal Code 597(B) the criminal conviction from July. The misdemeanor sentence (which is niw mandatory as Probation was revoked) is a maximum of up to One Year in Jail or Prison and up to a &20,000 fine.
This is what Judge Harmon can slap her with on Tuesday morning.

It will be interesting to see how Hamou deals with the court summons for Tuesday.
This is not a civil case she initiated, such as her petition for a restraining order. In such a case the consequence of her failing to show was simply to have her case dismissed.
This is a criminal matter in which probation has been violated, Hamou is charged by the state as a criminal, and she is out under a $50,000 bond. Failure to show on Tuesday will be a whole different kettle of fish than that stunt she pulled on October 23 by sending Jim Sproul in with a cockamamy medical document claiming she had been beaten the night before.
If Sproul is stupid enough to try a similar stunt on Tuesday, you can be sure the judge will want far more particulars than did the judge on October 23, who simply dismissed her case. Sproul will have to identify himself to the court and testify under oath about the reason for her absence and his knowledge of the circumstances. I seriously doubt if he will do this on her behalf in a felony matter where she is a probation violator under a stiff bond.
And her claptrap about the court giving her "permission" to go home to her sick mommie instead of showing up in court is just another round of her bullshit.
Yep, Hamou is in a real bind. If she shows up Tuesday, there is a real possibility of a remand into custody. If she doesn't, she's going to have not only deputies but a bounty hunter looking for her on a felony bail jumping matter.
And, as Bob noted, in the middle of all this mess caused by her compulsive animal hoarding, the insane woman is tweeting about an animal adoption event.

Kittles, who has a long criminal record of assaultive conduct dating back to the late 60s, surfaced most publicly in Broward County Florida in the early 1980s when she was charged with various crimes after neighbors complained about the scores of dogs and two horses she kept in her mother’s suburban house. Kittles claimed then – and now – that she is the victim of a massive government conspiracy, somehow tied to the Drug Enforcement Administration, that sought to poison her and ‘her’ dogs.
She was eventually run out of one part of Florida only to surface in another with her aged mother, Jean Sullivan, who has not been seen since living in filth with her daughter in rural Manatee County, Florida. From there Kittles (alone) went on to Mississippi, where she convinced some good-hearted souls that she would "save" scores of dogs by taking them to a "no-kill" shelter in Colorado.
From Mississippi she fled to Colorado where she once again claimed persecution. She left a wake of well-meaning vets with unpaid bills and sponsors whom she turned on when they failed to give her everything she wanted. From Colorado in the late 80s she travelled to rural Washington where she and ‘her’ dogs were delivered by a semi-truck. True to form, she was successful in conning some wealthy backers to send her $15,000 which she used to buy a school bus that became her home – and the prison for over 100 dogs. She once again wrung every bit of kindness, and money, out of her would-be benefactor before accusing her too of being involved in a plot.
Prosecutor Joshua Marquis described the trial:
In a trial that should have taken two days, Kittles berated the judge, [the D.A.], the witnesses, the jurors, and the audience, and only later in the trial was finally sentenced to spend a total of 71 days in jail for contempt. Kittles used every artifice available to endlessly question witnesses about irrelevant material and when her turn came to give her side, she talked steadily for two and a half days.
By all accounts, Kittles’s trial was a masterpiece of manipulation:
* She forced the Court to go through extradition proceedings.
* She fired seven court-appointed attorneys, eventually representing herself.
* She filed hundreds of self-styled legal motions.
* She had four judges remove themselves from the case.
After two hours of deliberation, the jury unanimously convicted her on 42 counts of Animal Neglect in the First Degree.
Kittles was sentenced to: four months in jail in addition to 71 days for contempt; five years unsupervised probation; a psychiatric exam; avoid contact with animals and any person who helped or adopted her animals. During her incarceration in the county jail, one fellow inmate begged to be sent on to the state women’s prison rather than suffer another night in a cell with Vikki Kittles.

From Florida to Oregon and using aliases such as Renee Depenbrock and Susan Dietrich, Kittles has had large numbers of animals taken from her.
Kittles said she doesn't want to talk about what's happened in other states. She requested that nothing be written about her past.
"Let (the past) lie as it is," she said.
Kittles says the media is largely responsible for the many problems she's had.
"All you do is repeat the lies," she said. "If you would just care about justice and truth."
Kittles said past media coverage has prevented her from keeping a job or a home. She said she's evicted as soon as people find out who she is.
"I'm sure you all start out idealistic, but then you turn into vile snakes very soon," she said.
Right now, Kittles said she's focused on getting her animals back.
"But before I die, I will go after the media for what they've done to me," she said....
Marquis said Kittles went through six judges, three prosecutors and eight lawyers. She eventually decided to represent herself.
She also moved across the river to Washington State, and Marquis said it took them three to four months to extradite her back to Oregon.
The trial lasted five weeks.
"She clearly enjoyed having the legal system cater to her," he said. "She's smart and extremely manipulative."
Kittles was sentenced to 210 days in jail for animal neglect and an additional 71 days for contempt of court, according to information from the Animal Legal Defense Fund.
Marquis said Kittles threatened him, the judge and the jury.
"I'm more afraid of Vikki Kittles than people I've put in prison (for murder)," Marquis said.
I hope Judge Harmon will have the Kittle case in front of him and studies it before the hearing.

In California When the defendant misses a court appearance, a bench warrant is issued for the person's arrest. The defendant's name is then entered into a nation wide data base (NCIC) as a fugitive. The defendant's Bail Agency is obligated by law to arrest individual as well. This will cause the indemnator to incur further costs.

Rob, Oma "Kittles" McConnell uses Twitter for three reasons:
One, she has created an online fairy-tale world where she pretends to be a world traveler, sexy model, movie producer, animal lover, great mom, rich philanthropist etc. Each and everyone of these is a lie and a part of a delusional narcissistic fantasy. She stares at her Twitter page for hours - the banner with her ancient pictures and those ridiculous claims acts as an opiate and a form of self-hypnosis.
Her one-way tweets create another self-hypnotic fairytale of friends and people want to chat with her. It helps her deal with her loneliness and absolute isolation and complete sense of abandonment. It doesn't matter if no one responds.
Two, her scams are all still active and she's cast a new web to trap victims - animal and human on Twitter.
Three, she probably has limited access to her forum - or has only a phone to access the web on - which makes it very difficult for her to post there. Tweeting is easier.
Regarding Hamou's attorney, his bio says he offers a sliding scale for clients under "financial stress".
His bio also says he "attended Case Western Reserve School of Law and completed his legal studies at Harvard Law School".
This would suggest he obtained his law degree from Harvard.
However, according to Martindale-Hubbell Mr. Kraut received his law degree from Case Western Reserve.
Apparently there's more than one thing that's sliding.
Blake, remember the most recent two or was it three attorneys SnoopOmaSand bleated that "represented her", but in each case she had merely contacted them and they were waiting to be PAID and of course dropped the case quickly because she never came up with the needed money. There was Baruch Cohen, then another guy in the Valley, and I can't recall exactly but believe a third one...
not to mention the "attorneys" who were challenging the Sister State Judgment, refiling the Civil restraining order, Suing Animal Control, filing Federal Court complaints etc etc etc.

OH, Bob's lawyers will be calling him first thing tomorrow morning. They have lots to discuss.
It's being reported that OJ has brain cancer and is appealing to Obama for clemency because of it and hopes it will get him out of jail.
Has Oma tried brain cancer yet? None of the other cancers she has claimed worked so far. Maybe "brain cancer" will be her Get Out of Jail Free Card next week.
While Hamou took pains to quote the section of Kraus' bio that said he had a 99% win rate on jury trials, she might have overlooked some other data.
He very seldom goes to jury trial, sometimes getting the charges dismissed, but more often cutting some kind of deal which still leaves the client with a criminal record and some form of court-imposed punishment.
Of course, given the kinds of offenses he handles -- drugs, DUI, burglary, theft -- this is not too surprising.
If he actually manages to get this client to appear in a courtroom, though, my hat will be off to him. It's something neither Baruch Cohen nor Shane Boasberg could pull off.
Blake - I think this might be a bluff by Hamou. She has done it before.
Vikki Kittles did the same thing - she tried to scare off the DA and Animal Control by convincing them it would be so expensive to convict her that they'd drop the charges just to get rid of her.
It worked the first time, so she did it again (sound like Oma?). The second time they knew what she was up to. They decided to make an example of Kittles (let's hope it happens this time) and stuck with it all they way through weeks of BS and manipulation.
Hamou knows she's the Vikki Kittles of 2014. Her animal abuse is of epic proportions and she cannot be let off. She will abuse and kill animals as long as she is free.She will not obey any judge or court. That is an absolutely proven fact.
I hope she shows up with an attorney at the hearing. She needs somebody to try and reason with her. Perhaps an attorney will recognize how sick she is and get her help in prison.

Well, after two rebuffs by the court, Richman took a third bite at the apple and filed another bizarre pleading in his ten-million-dollar lawsuit against Rob Moshein.
Here are some choice tidbits:
He admits to being hired to draft legal documents (which is the practice of law for which he is not licensed.)
He says he drafted her RICO action -- which is a rather embarrassing admission, since it was dismissed for lack of standing.
He claims that a letter from an attorney warning of a lawsuit was "threatening". (That would mean that all of Hamou's hundreds of warnings about all the lawsuits she is going to file are illegal threats.)
He claims Moshein "illegally intercepted" the letter he wrote to the Travis County Court on Hamou's behalf. (He apparently shares her rather strange belief that reading public court websites is illegal.)
But here's where it really gets fun:
Richman claims he was asked by the FBI and U.S. Department of Justice to investigate actions engaged in by Moshein. He then tells the court that he has been "in constant contact" with the FBI in Houston.
The whole pleading is psychotic. Richman rambles all over the place, repeats bizarre stories he's heard from Hamou (such as being held up at knifepoint by Atchison's goons), makes no distinction between things he said Moshein did and things he said Atchison or other unnamed parties did, even though only the actions of Moshein are even arguably relevant to the case.
My guess is that this pleading, like those before it, will not get off the ground.
But one can hope nevertheless, because a trial would be great fun.
Meanwhile, I wonder if Hamou has figured out yet what mishap is going to take her to the Emergency Room this evening. She does have a court date in the morning, after all.

Well, as predicted, yet another feigned medical condition prevented Hamou from appearing in court this morning, after having pulled the same stunt on October 23 in another court.
This time it is -- yet again -- her mother's very convenient cancer that recurs on cue and supposedly called her to Michigan.
She's no more in Michigan than I am on Mars. And once again a lawyer has played her dupe to pull the wool over a judge's eyes.
The next appearance in this matter is scheduled for February 20.
She is due in court in the Bob Atchison matter on January 29.
We'll see what illness, accident, beating, car accident, or atomic explosion keeps her from that appearance.
At any rate, she continues to build a record of always having a medical emergency of some kind with every single court-ordered appearance. Sooner or later some judge is going to wake up and smell the coffee.
Hamou now has another month and a half in which to assemble a new hoard of animals who, like all her prior hoards, will become diseased and have to be put down.
So much for the stepped up efforts in the Antelope Valley to deal with animal abuse. They're just wasting taxpayer money with the additional staffing in a state that is already on the brink of bankruptcy.
And so much for the lives of dozens of more innocent animals.
More proof SnoopOmaSand isn't in Michigan. It is sitting at a computer using Los Angeles based ATT internet service, constantly reloading this blog every five to ten minutes. Like a gerbil pressing the lever for a treat pellet.
Great. Now she will be using her mother as a court dodge? Her mother who might die within hours, or possibly weeks. You never know when you'll need the alibi, eh, Oma?

Oh, what a shame. With the medical emergency you're almost certain to have you'll probably miss your chance.
I know we have all been reading about Linda Taylor and Vikki Kittles, two serial con artists who used tactics similar to Hamou's to avoid court appearances.
But there is one important difference: the other parties in those cases weren't aware of a pattern to those two women's chronic excuses.
Bob, however, is and will have the evidence available to the court. He will have evidence of her missing court on October 23 by claiming a medical emergency. He will have evidence of her missing court on January 7 due to another medical emergency. If she tries a similar stunt again on January 29, that information will be made available to the opposing parties on February 20.
If she doesn't show for that date, the judge will be looking at a record of four straight court appearances in as many months where Hamou has had some ginned up excuse for not being able to appear.
It'll be interesting to watch her lawyer try to explain that to a judge -- if he's even willing to try by then.

It was cold for two days. Austin set a new overnight low of 12 degrees, but it didn't last long.
Other places had it far far worse. Albion Michigan, for example. A glance at the Battle Creek Enquirer (Albion doesn't actually even have its own paper, it's that small...) shows that ALL of Calhoun County Michigan was essentially on lock down from Friday onwards and nobody could get in.
One wonders of course, how SnoopOmaSand managed to get to Mommie Dearest's deathbed. Probably the same way it was on a non-existent flight out of Boston on 9/11.

I point it out because SnoopOmaSand was threatening/lying that reporters from that same paper were interested in its story and investigating me...that was years ago, and we keep appearing in that paper but not for the reasons it bleated. LOL
It lies about everything. My late mother was not "dying" as a "known fact" when Bordeaux flew me to France. Mom was home, and insisted I go to France. I spoke to her every single day I was there and she was ok...not "dying"...

And I think I remember someone telling me that Pyles offered a long time ago to pay the legal expenses for anyone whom Hamou tried to scam or sue.

If so, I think Hamou might have some trouble on her hands. She's been used to victims who don't have the resources to stick it out through the twists and turns of the legal system when she pull her stunts as a pro se litigant who's always applying for fee waivers as an indigent.

At any rate, kudos to Bob or anyone else who will spend the time and money to chase her down. Every serial con artist that has ever been brought to heel had it happen this way -- and always to his or her complete befuddlement.
And based on all the recent information about where and how she got that silly wedding dress, where she now lives, how she used her infant son in a bait-and-switch, the animal hoarding, etc., I'd say she's got bigger problems than someone footing the legal bills. There seems to be a veritable line-up of people whom she's scammed who seem happy to come forward with information about her antics.
The most dangerous thing a con artist confronts is having the mask ripped away and the dots of their myriad activities under various identities being connected one by one.
It takes time and resources, but it's finally happening to Hamou / McConnell / et al.
Astute and on point as always Blake. Bob will not give up and will always have the finest possible lawyers to represent him. One hopes SnoopOmaSand lets it's "lawyers" -(the real ones at least) know that they will need a substantial retainer and expect vigorous and ethical prosecution on Bob's behalf.
As we already know from experience and from what what Hamou has written she will never obey the court and pay me. She would rather go to jail for the rest of her life than pay the judgment or any of the other sanctions or fines that have been levied against her by the courts. I would like to see her dreams of prison fulfilled.
I will win the award of legal expenses and add it to the total she already owes me. I will not back down. I will always win against Hamou-McConell. As I was ordered by the judge I will do everything possible to collect my judgment from her.

As Snoopy and Sandman she has again been plastering her website with exhibits and transcript excerpts from the trial between her and Atchison, thinking it somehow proves her claims.
However, as
- this was an open trial before a judge and jury
- all exhibits and oral exchanges were before the jury
- Hamou was present to contest anything put forward by the other side that she thought was false or inaccurate
- but the jury found in favor of Atchison
- and Hamou, who supposedly had all this "proof" about fraud and perjury, failed to appeal the judgment,
all her incessant postings about the trial prove is that neither the jury who decided the case nor the judge who handed down judgment against Hamou believed her version of events.
Hamou can retry this case on the internet a thousand times over, but nothing will change.
Bob Atchison has a judgment against her.
It is irreversible.
It has been localized to Hamou's home jurisdiction and is now subject to enforcement by California courts as well as Texas courts.
It authorizes Atchison to utilize any and all legal process to collect.
He is going to do so.
And there is nothing she can do about it other than try to stay in hiding, duck process servers, avoid court dates, and hope the bench warrants don't show up in the database when she is picked up on her next criminal violation.
Yes Blake, I have a judgment against Hamou-McConnell that is irreversible.
The judgment has been localized to her home jurisdiction and is now subject to enforcement by both California courts as well as Texas courts. The judgment both instructs and authorizes me utilize any and all legal process to collect from Hamou-McConnell.
There is nothing she can do except pay the judgment. In a few weeks her debtor's exam will allow me to see every detail of her finances and seize everything the court will allow. She will attempt to pull some trick - as she always does - to avoid the exam. It won't work because we are on to her and will be watching. We'll make sure every judge knows her record.
Anyway, it is amazing that Oma Hamou-McConnell has animals again! Oma Hamou-McConnell has become the Vikki Kittles of 2014 - the number one case of repeated animal hoarding and abuse in the entire country.

Oh, my dears. I am so torn over how to feel about this newest news.
On the one hand, who could not be excited to hear of a little gift from God on the way? And with dear Nicholas out on his own (or perhaps a ward of the state) and the last batch of animals now in doggie and kitty heaven, there should be plenty of room for the little one to romp and watch mommy go about her business.
But on the other hand, a pregnancy in a 50-year-old woman -- even one who has survived as many scrapes with the grim reaper as Ms. Hamou / McConnell / Moran / Murphy / Hanoi -- can be so dangerous. And especially for a mother who has had uterine cancer and other cancers -- er -- down there.

And, contrary to your wishful fantasy that we sought out these people, we did not even know about the existence of any of these people until they contacted us.
For instance, while Mary S's social security number was on the list of numbers that had traced back to you, we only had the names of two people who owned those numbers (both deceased). It was only after Mary S. contacted us and the information exchange got underway that we found that one of the numbers belonged to her. Before that contact from her, we were totally unaware of her existence and of the adoption scam.
If it makes you sleep any better thinking that we somehow came across the information on our own that allowed us to initiate the contacts with any of the above people, then you go right ahead thinking that. Logic would indicate you to be wrong, but logic has never been your strong suit.
Speaking of sleep, I wonder what it's like to go to bed every night wondering when the next knock will come on the door by someone holding another warrant. It must be very unsettling unless there is a fantasy world into which one can retreat for repose.

This latest victim has quite a story.

First, no court is going to compel a lawyer to reveal such information.

Blake, I just re read the Motion being heard on the 29th. My name nor Mike Pyles' names appear anywhere at all in the Motion.
So, its a non issue in the eyes of the Court.

She'll be hiding somewhere outside the courtroom - maybe in one of those cafes. She'll have Sproul check out the lobby outside the courtroom for 30 minutes before the court opens to see who's there. He'll be on the phone talking to her discussing each person waiting there and who they might be...
If I am there or anybody else who can confront her she won't appear. Sproul will warn her by phone like he did last time. Hamou will not show up if there is any danger of being served or arrested on the spot. Sproul or somebody else will have some excuse for her.
Remember that she no-showed her animal abuse court hearings - two of them - for this reason. They only got her by raiding her house, arresting her, putting her in handcuffs and hauling her off to jail.
Then she no-showed the hearing with the lie that she was in Michigan taking care of her mother. She won't be able to pull that trick again.
I suspect she told her attorney she was going to be there on January 7th for her hearing after the arrest. When he got there she was no where to be seen. She probably called him in the courtroom and told him the lie about an emergency trip to her mother's bedside. What was her attorney to do? He had to tell the judge the story she had just told him. There was no time to verify anything. Oma has a lot of experience with courtroom tricks. It gives her enormous pleasure to thwart the legal system over and over again with these tricks.
So many people are looking for Hamou that she should be worried about showing up on the 29th. We keep meeting new ones. Her victims, animal rights people, outraged citizens, the criminal justice system - everybody has had enough of her criminal scams, killing of animals and lies.
Now the time for justice is here. It's time for Oma to face the music on every charge, every lie, every animal death, every forgery.

47-year-old Jackie Dale McConnell of Albion, Michigan has been arrested by Catawba Co. Sheriff’s Officers on a felony extradition order as a fugitive from another state.
Channel 9 learned he confessed to police and apologized for murdering his girlfriend.
Police said the car from Michigan used to dispose of the body ended up in a salvage yard in Caldwell County, where it was crushed and later shredded before investigators could find it.
Police from Michigan said McConnell is locked up in the Catawba County jail
They said he led directed them to the location of her body in Michigan, under a carpet buried in the ground.
"He did confess,” said Detective Luis Tejada with the Albion Department of Public Safety in Michigan. “He was sorry. He apologized to the family and said he was going to assist."
Police said McConnell waived extradition and will be taken back to Michigan Tuesday morning.

I was there, she was not. Her TRO was dismissed by the judge after he heard this ridiculous - silly - story from Sproul - totally dismissed.
The story was so obviously a lie. The judge heard from me and my attorney. We recounted all the tricks she had pulled in court previously, time and time again. The result - her TRO was instantly dismissed.
