Oma Hamou, Oma McConnell, Victims, Animal Abuse, Felony Charges, Alias names.

She uses many alias names: Oma Hamou, Oma Mcconnell or Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Moran,  Oma Kennedy. Sh alos is what they call "judgment proof" meaning she has no money, I must place this blog here., law enforcement seems unable to assist me, and in fact is unable to assist many of those she victimizes, and she is the person behind a vigorous campaign to defame me and interfere with my business and profession, because I know the truth of her scams.

When one uses a search engine online using my name, and my trade name, The Austin Wine Guy, one finds a deluge of defamatory and simply out right lies spread across the Internet results now going back several years all from her hand.

I would NOT even have written here, had this person not continually written her own false and defamatory statements herself and aided and abetted other personae writing "on her behalf" for the last six years. If she doesn't want me to say anything about her, she ought not have been continually blogging and writing about me much less aiding and encouraging others to do so as well.

The woman behind all of this uses alias names: Oma Hamou, Oma McConnell, Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Hamou, Alexandra Moran, Oma Demian, Alexandra Murphy, are the usual ones, but there are others. She used the name "Oma Kennedy" to obtain money from a woman who was approached to adopt her child (she only took her child back, on literally the last possible day, after the adoptive mother refused to continue to pay her any more money.) She uses a business name of "Enigma Royal Films, LLC" she also calls just "Enigma Films" and "Reseda Glass" and "Worldwide Construction Enterprises, Inc." I learned about her genuine background, and she wants me silenced from speaking about it.

This woman admits that her actions are all motivated by her bitterness and hatred towards me, and this is the reason for her actions.

This woman, Oma Hamou, Oma McConnell, Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Hamou, Oma Demian, Alexandra Murphy and her other aliases have a twenty plus year track record of FELONY CONVICTIONS, multiple arrests, failure to abide by the requirements of her probation for her felony convictions which lead to more arrests, many many civil judgments against her for hundreds of thousands of dollars, a history of writing bad checks, and she was arrested late in 2008 in San Bernardino California on a Felony Charge of Forgery of a Financial Instrument (she seems to have forged a large check) After 14 months of dragging the process out, she paid the Victim full restitution and the District Attorney dropped the Felony charge. She has a history of evictions and bad checks.

A complete dossier has been posted, with the details on her activities, notably passing bad checks, stiffing landlords for rent owed and trashing the houses she rents by reason of keeping literally dozens of cats and dogs and not cleaning up after them. Not to mention numerous unpaid judgments against her.
That blog is here.
Oma Hamou using the ALIAS NAME OF Alexandra Louise McConnell
FLED the Court on March 13, 2014 when faced with revocation of Probation for Animal Cruelty conviction sentence and new criminal charges.  She has also been charged with multiple Felony Animal Abuse Charges. She is now in Police Custody at the Los Angeles Sheriffs Department Jail awaiting her next hearing with bail set at $101,000.

Further, she was ARRESTED BY THE BURBANK POLICE DEPARTMENT ON FRIDAY MARCH 8, 2013 ON A FELONY CRIMINAL WARRANT FOR FAILURE TO APPEAR IN COURT ON ANIMAL ABUSE CHARGES THAT WERE FILED AGAINST HER ON JANUARY 29, 2013 IN PALMDALE.

SHE WAS HELD FROM 1130 AM UNTIL 4:15pm and released on bail.
Case number ATP3AV007224-01

SHE WAS CONVICTED ON THIS ANIMAL ABUSE CHARGE (PENAL CODE 597(B) JULY 30, 2013

She was given 36 months conditional probation by Judge Harmon. She was required, among other things, to enroll in 24 Animal Neglect classes and provide the Court proof she had enrolled within thirty days.  She was also prohibited from possessing ANY animals at all for three full years.

"Alexandra McConnell" failed to provide the proof of enrollment and failed to appear as ordered by Judge Harmon.  The Court immediately revoked her Probation and summarily issued a $50,000 bail arrest warrant in October 2013.

This is the probation which is now revoked by reason of her fleeing the Courthouse rather than face Judge Harmon who indicated he was going to remand her to Jail.

In responding to complaints of animal neglect, abuse and overcrowded conditons in a Lancaster California residence, "Alexandra McConnell" was arrested AGAIN on December 16, 2013 by the responding officers when they discovered the outstanding arrest warrant,  and 96 sick, filthy and neglected animals found living in the most deplorable of conditions were confiscated from her Lancaster California residence by the Lancaster Animal Control Shelter.  Having these animals violated the Court Order.  Oma Hamou aka Alexandra McConnell,  Booking No.: 3805070   was held in custody for 36 hours before being released on a $50,000 bond.  Charges are pending and a hearing on this Case, number  3AV0072401 was scheduled on the matter for January 7, 2014 in the Antelope Valley Courthouse.

This woman also has a default Judgment against her in Los Angeles County, in the amount of $55,000 which is admitted under oath was owing in her Bankruptcy Petition:
Case Number: MC020860
HAMID REFAI VS ALEXANDRA MCCONNELL, JIM SPROUL, ET AL
Filing Date: 09/23/2009
According to the case, Mr. Refai, a married man, was "involved" with Alexandra McConnell, she kept telling him about serious "medical problems" and asking for "loans" for medical bills in the total amount of $51,000. This was confirmed by the fact that a woman who used to live in her house wrote on the internet THREE MONTHS before the suit was filed: "I lived with this lady, she is no good. SHE LIES. SHE HAS LIKE 50 CATS LIVING WITH HER AND HER HOUSE SMELLS LIKE SHIT AND CAT SPRAY AND PISS. She is dirty, filthy and uses old men for money I SEEN IT MYSELF. By the way Hamid's wife knows it was LIPOSUCTION you drained their bank account for, not cancer in your asshole. He had her sign a promissory note, co signed by long time co-conspirator Jim Sproul. She of course never PAID back the money. She, of course, never showed up in Court.

Here is the Final Judgment against Alexandra McConnell aka Oma Hamou and her "longtime friend" Jim Sproul:

Mr. Refai is pressing the collection of this Judgment and  ordered a Debtor's Exam of Hamou aka Alexandra McConnell. On February 5, 2013, Hamou aka McConnell failed to appear at a Court Ordered Debtor Exam and The Hon. Judge Yep of the Los Angeles County Superior Court issued a Bench Warrant for her ARREST and ordered a $10,000 bond must be posted by Hamou aka McConnell to compel her appearance.

OMA HAMOU AKA ALEXANDRA MCCONNELL SCAMS:
The following have agreed to speak with law enforcement or potential landlords about their experiences and the Felony Forgery charge against this woman, in the hopes that others will not fall prey to her in the future.

2008. SHARLANE CHIPI. Represented by Attorney LAURENCE H. LISHNER filed Unlawful Detainer (EVICTION) against her tenant Oma McConnell Case Number: 08U03169
CHIPI, CHARLANE (sic)VS. MCCONNELL, OMA
Sharlane Cecilia Chipi. She lives in Torrance, and her phone number is available upon request.

In 2008 Ms. Chipi was seeking a short sale of her home. A realtor named Kevin Davies (phone available upon request) introduced Oma McConnell to Ms. Chipi, claiming she had loan approval to purchase the house but that McConnell wanted to move in as a renter prior to closing the sale. (This was exactly the scenario she used to gain occupancy at Mr. O'Connor's house in Littlerock.) Ms. Chipi agreed.

The first rental check was written on a closed account. No further rental payments were made. McConnell moved in with her son and another man. The house was thoroughly trashed. Numerous animals were kept in one room which was badly damaged. Carpeting was ripped out. Appliances were removed. The kitchen caught fire.

Ms. Chipi sought help from the Sheriff's department which told her that they could do nothing without an eviction order. Ms. Chipi filed a U.D. (Case No. 08U03169 - Michael Antonovich Antelope Valley Courthouse), which she later dropped due to lack of resources. She said that Kevin Davies also filed an action against McConnell and that she failed to show for the hearing.

Ms. Chipi says she has some files on the incident, as does Mr. Davies, and that she also has undeveloped film of the damage done to the house.

Robert Atchison

Won a Civil Judgment against Oma Hamou for her failure to pay him consulting fees as she promised him she would do.
A District Court Judge has signed an order requiring her to schedule and appear at a deposition in Austin Texas no later than September 3, 2011 to disclose her assets, finances, and employment information, and she is further ORDERED to comply by providing the requested financial, employment and asset documentation to Mr. Atchison no later than August 20. She did nothing. Her failure to do these things resulted in an order of Contempt of Court.
August 2011: Hamou/McConnell tried to derail Mr. Atchison's debt collection with a last moment filing of a "Bill of Review". Hamou's Bill of Review was dismissed on July 26, 2011 by the Hon Judge Cooper of the District Court. Hamou now has no choice but to comply with the Court order.
boba@pallasweb.com is Mr. Atchison's email address for confirmation.

OCTOBER 18:
The Court slapped Oma Hamou with an Order of Contempt of Court and imposed $1,000 sanctions against her for failing to comply with the Ordered Document Production and Deposition.
December 6, 2011: District Court Judge Meachem slapped ANOTHER COURT ORDER demanding Hamou comply with the previous Court Orders.

January 2012: District Court Lora Livingston Slapped an ORDER TO APPEAR AND SHOW CAUSE on Oma Hamou requiring her to appear in Person to explain her continuing violation of Court Orders. Her failure to appear will most likely result in a Bench Warrant for her Arrest:

Hamou failed to appear as ordered by the Court. As a result, a BENCH WARRANT for her arrest was issued on March 26, 2012 by the same Judge Livingston in the Travis County District Court

Hamou attempted in June 2012 to ask the Court to vacate the Bench Warrant, but it seems her "Paralegal" one Robert Richman (a Tai Chi master and Torah Scholar, as well as "Paralegal") seems to have chickened out on continuing.

In 2012 "Oma McConnell" filed for Bankruptcy in order to forestall debtor's exams and collection efforts.  She failed to file any required schedules or information, despite Court orders to do so.  Her Bankruptcy was dismissed for that failure.  However, On August 20, 2012 Judge Robles of the US Federal Bankruptcy Court ordered her Bankruptcy proceedings to be re-instated and ordered her to comply with Document Production requests and Deposition by attorneys for Bob Atchison, which are now scheduled for late September. Hamou/McConnell FAILED TO COMPLY WITH THE COURT ORDERED DOCUMENT PRODUCTION REQUIRED NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 14, 2012. She further FAILED TO COMPLY WITH THE COURT ORDER THAT SHE APPEAR FOR A DEPOSITION ON SEPTEMBER 20, 2012. She can now be held in Contempt of Court.

October 31, 2012, the Bankruptcy Court dismissed Oma McConnell's bankruptcy due to her utter failure to file even one single required schedule or document.  Judge Ernesto Robles said her creditors "are free to pursue their State claims against her".

March 2013: Mr. Atchison has had his Judgment made final in California and localized to California and is proceeding to collect against her.  A Debtors Exam (ORAP) has now been issued and ordered by the Los Angeles Superior Court for Hamou/McConnell to appear in Court.

January 29, 2014: A Los Angeles Superior Court Judge awarded Mr. Atchison $2,800 in costs against "Oma McConnell" for her filing a false Civil Restraining Order against him to attempt to stop his lawful Judgment Collection Efforts.

Eric Cowan
Landlord in 2010. Bad checks and trashed house. Rented from him as "Alexandra McConnell" but presented an expired California Driver's License in the name of Oma Hamou.
661-947-2079

Thomas Ward
Attorney for Hamid Refai (victim of a scam who loaned Alexandra McConnell $50,000, for "cancer treatments" actually used by Alexandra McConnellto pay the Victim Restitution in the Felony Forgery case in Victorville, never repaid). Los Angeles Superior Court Case Number: MC020860
HAMID REFAI VS ALEXANDRA MCCONNELL, ET AL
Mr. Ward's telephone number for details: 661-948-5021

Bryan Stodghill
Prosecutor in Victorville,San Bernardino County Felony Forgery Case where Alexandra McConnell wrote a check in 2009 on a closed account to the landlord, and in his words "She basically destroyed the house." He states that he would have taken her to trial on the charge had she not paid full Victim Restitution to the Landlord for the bad check and damages to the house.
760-243-8600

Patrick J. O'Connor
Homeowner in Littlerock California who was selling his house using the services of Shari Porter agent with Big Valley Realty in Palmdale California. Shari Porter brought "Alexandra Moran" using an expired drivers license in the name of Oma Hamou to Mr. O'Connor as a "Qualified Buyer" of his home. Shari Porter insisted Oma Hamou be allowed to rent part of the home as a room mate of Mr. O'Connor until the sale closed. Porter kept informing Mr. O'Connor that Hamou was pre-qualified by lenders, yet never actually provided the required documentation proving this to O'Connor. Shari Porter told O'Connor that Hamou had deposited funds into escrow at Titan Escrow in Palmdale, but again refused to give O'Connor any actual escrow documents. Hamou delayed closing for a full five months, then refused to close when O'Connor demanded. She further refused to leave the property and squatted in the residence with four men, another woman and four or five children and literally ten or twelve dogs and forty to fifty cats. She has moved an old trailer and cargo boxes onto the property as well. She has squatted on Mr. O'Connor's property for over 18 months without paying rent.  This sadly forced Mr. O'Connor to lose his property to Foreclosure and Declare Bankruptcy, as direct results of this woman's scams and lies.

pjoinak@yahoo.com (I also have Mr. O'Connor's cell phone number should anyone wish to speak with him directly)

She uses 145 South Glenoaks Burbank, CA as her "legal address". However this address is actually FEDEX Burbank and is nothing more than a mail drop.

OMA HAMOU/AKA OMA MCCONNELL, ALEXANDRA MCCONNELL, ALEXANDRA MORAN EVICTION HISTORY:

Filing Date: 09/22/2008. CHIPI CHARLANE. Represented by Attorney LAURENCE H. LISHNER filed Unlawful Detainer (EVICTION) against her tenant Oma McConnell Case Number: 08U03169
CHIPI, CHARLANE VS. MCCONNELL, OMA

2009 Alexandra McConnell wrote a check in 2009 on a closed account to the landlord Huiku Batchelor. Felony Fraud charges pressed and Hamou aka McConnell evicted after being incarcerated in jail. In the proscuter's words: in his words "She basically destroyed the house."

2010: "Alexandra McConnell" rented from Eric Cowan, but presented an expired California Driver's License in the name of Oma Hamou. Hamou/McConnell gave Cowan bad checks for rent and Cowan filed unlawful detainer/eviction and got her out of his house. Cowan, Eric vs. Hamou, Oma (Michael Antonovich Antelope Valley Courthouse, Case No. 10U01290). Erik Cowan will confirm 661-947-2079

2011 "Alexandra Moran" rented a room from Patrick J. O'Connor, but presented an expired California Drivers License in the name of Oma Hamou. She then claimed to want to purchase the property. She delayed the purchase for FIVE MONTHS with numerous stories, and is now squatting on the property without permission nor paying rent . She lives there with her son, Nicholas Royal Moran, who has severe psychiatric disorders (his is currently under Conservatorship pursuant to the California Lanterman Petris Short Act) and has a history of violence, both domestic and with police. Mr. O'Connor himself witnessed Nicholas Moran beat his mother in front of him in the residence. She also lives with one Steve Fred Lee, who has over 15 criminal convictions for eluding police, indecent exposure and habitual driving with a revoked drivers license. Another squatter on the property is one Michael McBride who lives with four or five of his children also on the property. Hamou also has literally many dozens of cats and more than 10 dogs on the property. Hamou attempted to keep Mr. O'Connor from evicting her by filing a Restraining Order against Mr. O'Connor alleging he made threats of violence against her and her son. However, she did NOT file this order until a full TWO WEEKS after Mr. O'Connor left the residence and moved to Alaska! Hearing on the requested Restraining order was held Friday July 15. Hamou first requested a continuance! The Judge refused to delay the hearing. After the Judge examined her criminal record, arrest record and history of evictions and Judgments, the Judge in so many words called Hamou "a Criminal and Con Artist" recognized her string of VICTIMS and refused to grant the restraining order, and further told Hamou that while he could not order her out at the moment, she did have to leave O'Connor's property and pay him the rent owed. Hamou told O'Connor by email she will be out by September 1. Mr. O'Connor's attorney has begun Eviction Proceedings against Hamou McConnell and her other squatters. While Hamou wrote Mr. O'Connor that she would be "out of the house by September 1" she has hired a lawyer to delay the eviction proceedings. Reports indicate that the house is trashed, with old furniture in the yard, many old rusted trucks, tires, boxes and piles of trash are strewn across the property.
A Health Department Complaint about the property was filed on February 16, 2012 by the neighbors to this property complaining of "Accumulation of refuse and cast off materials" and "Accumulation of Animal Excrement" which Hamou has allowed on the property.
A Health Department Complaint about the property she currently squats in without paying rent was filed on February 16, 2012 by the neighbors to this property complaining of "Accumulation of refuse and cast off materials" and "Accumulation of Animal Excrement" which Hamou has allowed on the property.
The actual details of this woman's animal hoarding and cruelty to animals caused by filthy, overcrowded conditions and neglect are documented among the TWELVE almost MONTHLY documented complaints to Animal Control about her and the property on which she was squatting between June 2011 and August 2012.
This file also documents her use of various alias names.  She was "Oma Moran" in the report filed July 12, 2011

A cable company employee called in a complaint of more than 20 dogs and 20 cats, many of them clearly ill, housed in filthy conditions on December 19. 2011

On February 29, 2012, when Animal Control went to inspect the property, she was suddenly "Alexandra Oma Louise Hamou McConnell" in a report that found filthy foul  living conditions and found FORTY ONE DOGS and well over THIRTY CATS on the premises:
An ORDER TO COMPLY was issued the same day, February 29, for her to remove the cats and all but three of the dogs, and to clean the place up:

The City went BACK, but she still had not cleaned up the place. On March 7, 2012, the County of Los Angeles Department of Health Services issued her a CITATION FOR HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS No. 300055 for accumulation of trash, debris and animal droppings on the property.

Some FIVE FULL MONTHS were allowed to her to comply with these orders.  Animal Control went BACK on August 1, 2012 and found she still had TEN dogs and 20 cats, 3 of which were still sick:
On August 23, 2012, Los Angeles County Animal Control went BACK and found Oma/Alexandra STILL had not complied, and reported observing TWELVE DOGS and some cats still inside the house!

Numerous Animal Cruelty charges were filed against her January 29, 2012 in Palmdale.

Oma Hamou using the ALIAS NAME OF Alexandra Louise McConnell was ARRESTED BY THE BURBANK POLICE DEPARTMENT ON FRIDAY MARCH 8, 2013 ON A FELONY WARRANT  BASED ON THE CRIMINAL CHARGES THAT WERE FILED AGAINST HER ON JANUARY 29, 2013 IN PALMDALE.  SHE WAS CONVICTED OF ANIMAL ABUSE (CAL. PENAL CODE SECTION 507(B) ON JULY 30, 2013

These photos of the property confirm these reports:

More pics! Notice the large wood shipping crates where homeless children were reported to be sleeping and the old car parts and trash strewn across the property...

On March 7, 2012, the County of Los Angeles Department of Health Services issued her a CITATION FOR HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS No. 300055 for accumulation of trash, debris and animal droppings on the property.
Mr. O'Connor filed an Unlawful Detainer Action in Los Angeles Superior Court, Case 11U2065 to evict Hamou.

She uses badly photoshopped images of herself to attempt to make people believe her lies. Here are three images she has used at various times over the last fifteen years, the small image is her current twitter photo, despite her now being fifty years old! You can see for yourself the face is the same exact image, used first in the late 1990s, then again in 2003, and today! She also has a history of failing to pay her attorneys. The following law firms have judgments against her and/or are owed money by this woman:
Freeman Freeman & Smiley in Los Angeles $10,000
Westar Legal Services in Los Angeles, $10,000
Foster Malish LLC in Austin Texas $20,000
Suzanne Curtis in Los Angeles $1,000

2011 "Alexandra Moran" rented a room from Patrick J. O'Connor, but presented an expired California Drivers License in the name of Oma Hamou. She then claimed to want to purchase the property. She delayed the purchase for FIVE MONTHS with numerous stories, and is now squatting on the property without permission nor paying rent Mr. O'Connor has retained an attorney and legal action is pending for yet ANOTHER EVICTION.  Patrick J. O'Connor will confirm. pjoinak@yahoo.com

Subject: Re: The Motorcycle

Mr. O'Connor,

I will not be arrested for the motorcycle as you left it here because I was going to buy it. If you no longer want to sell it to me, I have no problems giving it to Ralph. He must contact me and arrange a time and the day with me so that we can coordinate our schedules. He or no other friend of yours can just show up and expect to gain access.

She admits here that she doesn't OWN the motorcycle and admits Mr. O'Connor wants his bike BACK.
So what does "Alexandra McConnell" aka Oma Hamou aka Alexandra Moran do??
She SELLS THE MOTORCYCLE to one "Craig" for $4,500!!

"Craig" gets suspicious because "Alexandra" can't produce the title (which of course Mr. O'Connor still had) and would only give him a handwritten bill of sale (a copy of which I have in my possession now). The Los Angeles County Sheriffs were involved YET AGAIN with her and her various names to safely return the motorcycle to Mr. O'Connor!
Selling property that she admits isn't HERS to sell legally! Isn't that "grand theft"??
Also, taking money for property you do not own nor have title to by claiming it is yours to sell is "THEFT BY DECEPTION" a felony crime for which she has been convicted three times in the past.

Someone else has recently posted a precis of the criminal and debt history of this woman. You can go here to read the specific details for yourself:
http://www.omahamoureality.blogspot.com

I have put up a precis of the specific information for her victims and law enforcement here: http://OmaHamouVictims.blogspot.com
You are encouraged to share information you may have about her and her activities with me.

She is truly psychotic in her daily compulsion because I stumbled onto these actual facts of her past, and present, which do not coincide with the personae she wants to project to others.

This woman, Oma Hamou, Oma McConnell, Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Hamou, Oma Demian, Alexandra Murphy et al, has for YEARS now, threatened me with civil and criminal actions. For years now, NOTHING has happened except more ongoing threats online.

I am called a "criminal stalker". First, being called a criminal is Libel per se in Texas, since I have never been convicted of ANYTHING worse than one speeding ticket. As for a stalker, well, I have no clue where this woman is, where she lives, and frankly I don't WANT to know, nor can I care less. In the words of one of her attorney's, Dave. S. "the faster that woman is in my rearview mirror the happier I'll be" (yeah I have the email he said that to me in.). I WISH NO CONTACT WITH OR FROM THIS PERSON.

I do NOT wish this person ill, or harm. Frankly, I do not care about her. The less I hear about her, the better. That said, no one should ever be subjected to harm or danger. I DO NOT WISH THIS PERSON HARM, nor have I advocated, wished, nor advised anyone to harm her. Such allegations are baseless, wrong and defamatory. I just want he to leave me and my partner ALONE and stop the thousands of pages of defamatory lies she puts up and allows "friends" to post on her website in order to cause me harm.

OMA HAMOU AKA ALEXANDRA MCCONNELL BANKRUPTCY DISCREPENCIES AND TAX RECORD DISCREPENCIES:
Oma Hamou Alexandra McConnell filed for Bankruptcy twice with the Federal Court simply to derail legitimate enforcement of the many judgments against her . Here is her Bankruptcy Petition, this is the entire PDF file of 2mb, which is public record from the Court. She also filed tax returns with her lender trying to get a loan to purchase the O'Connor house. Comparing the two shows glaring discrepancies and untruths.
—Omission of Assets on Bankruptcy Petition and Schedules is considered A False Statement Under Penalty of Perjury, 18 U.S.C. § 152(3):

Oma Hamou owns two business entities, Enigma Films, Inc., and The Sarskaia Foundation plus Enigma Royal Films, LLC. Further, Oma Hamou owns and operates a website at www.OmaHamou.com, where she and alleged friends post information about her. Interestingly, Ms Hamou lists her own company, Enigma Films as her employer. The clear inference is that Enigma Films earns money with which to pay her as an employee. Yet, there is no declaration or disclosure of her ownership of these companies, nor disclosure of the value of these assets she owns.

HOWEVER: Her 2010 Tax Return states that she PURCHASED "Reseda Glass" in April 2010, three full months before the Bankruptcy filing.
NOTICE that her Bankruptcy Petition does not even MENTION she "owned" a business! Notice also on the Tax return she takes depreciation for two vehicles, a Toyota and a Ford F150, ACQUIRED THREE MONTHS BEFORE FILING, but she FAILED TO DISCLOSE THESE ASSETS UNDER OATH IN HER BANKRUPTCY PETITION.
MYSTERIOUS $145,000 IN CASH! SHE FAILED TO MENTION...
Notice here in her Loan Application she lists $145,000 CASH as an asset, yet, she FAILS to identify exactly WHERE that cash is.
NOTICE THE OMISSION OF SUBSTANTIAL JUDGMENTS ON THE LOAN APPLICATION AS WELL.
The Refai Judgment was just the previous year, yet she FAILED to disclose that to the lender. She lists small old debts, some as long ago as ten years, BUT FAILS TO DISCLOSE A SINGLE DEBT SHE LISTS ON THE BANKRUPTCY PETITION, JUST SIX MONTHS EARLIER. Interestingly, she doesn't list a SINGLE one of the debts on her Loan Application on her Bankruptcy Petition either!see below

Hamou received in excess of $50,000 in cash from Mr. Refai in May 2009, (see above) for which she signed a promissory note. Hamou made no disclosure of the whereabouts of this large sum of cash, nor did she disclose just where this substantial asset went. She FAILED to mention it to her lender as well...

Her 2010 IRS returns show "income" of $38,000 or $2,459 per month. She claims a "sole proprietorship" called "Reseda Glass" that "installs glass in high rise buildings" but has NO Federal Employer ID number, nor does she list any WAGES paid to any "employees". Is this almost 50 year old woman hanging off the side of a building installing glass ALL BY herself?
Her 2009 IRS Return, filed the same day (April 2011) swears that she was self employed earning $2,130 per month.
HOWEVER, her Bankruptcy Petition shows she claimed to have been employed for TEN YEARS by "Enigma Films and Glass Tech" earning $3,000 per month.
HOWEVER in, her LOAN APPLICATION Section IV "Employment Information" she wrote that "Reseda Glass" at the same address as her "residence", which is just actually a mail drop at a Fedex Office store, was her employer for TWO YEARS, and she earned $2459 per month.
ALL of this was sworn by her to be true under penalty of perjury, so she lied either on her Tax Returns, Loan Application, or her Bankruptcy Petition.
Hamou was charged with Felony Forgery (Cal. Penal Code 476) in San Bernardino County, Case FVI802540 Defendant 3045972 under her alias name of Alexandra Oma McConnell on December 2, 2008. Throughout 2009 she retained and paid for the services of her attorney Brian Watson. Charges were dismissed against her on January 11, 2010 when she paid Victim Restitution to her victim one Mrs. Huiku Batchelor, her former landlord.

Despite this payment being made within the six month window requiring disclosure, Ms Hamou failed to disclose this payment and preference of a creditor to the Federal Court.

—Omission of Assets on Bankruptcy Petition and Schedules is considered A False Statement Under Penalty of Perjury, 18 U.S.C. § 152(3).

Hamou McConnell Moran claims of violence, rape and cancer...
In 2002, she wrote to a Russian Orthodox Priest
Your Eminence:

I am writing to you to ask you to remember me in your prayers-
2 weeks ago I underwent surgery to remove cancer from my colon and I have 100
stitches inside of me. The physicians told me yesterday that my white blood
count is high and that I have 2 choices chemotherapy or another surgery as
they fear that it is spread in my uterus.
I am scared.

I am a single mother and I work hard and now my life...my health is not good.
I have been in the hospital and now I may have another surgery this week.
Some things are worth more than money-

June 2007: Her ex husband confirms Oma Hamou was still claiming cancer:
I herd this from my daughter ...Anyway...according to (my daughter) that is the case...she has cancer and has fulfilled her name of Oma which means cancer in Latin.

May 11, 2009 "Alexandra McConnell" signs a promissory note borrowing $50,000 from Hamid Refai, Mr. Refai confirms, through his attorney Thomas Ward that "Alexandra McConnell" borrowed this money to pay for "cancer treatments"

This is further confirmed by an email from a former roommate who wrote on July 8, 2009: By the way Hamid's wife knows it was LIPOSUCTION you drained their bank account for, not cancer in your asshole.
August 23, 2010 on her website: yes she is still undergoing treatment for her cancer. I can definitely attest to the fact that she has indeed suffered from cancer. Those treatments are so hard on her that I have had to help her back to the car, then into her house and even into bed because they leave her so sick and weak that she cannot do anything.

Ask yourself if the following make any, rational or reasonable common sense:
This woman claims to be an actress and model, but for a decade steadfastly REFUSES to provide one single shred of evidence to support the allegation, not even a credit, reference or magazine issue. She says only "I was and I don't have to prove it. YOU have to prove I wasn't". Does that make sense?

This woman claims that her three felony convictions were not Her fault, but rather someone else's fault. Does THAT make sense?

This woman claims that her recent Felony Forgery Charges in San Bernardino are "just a big mistake" and "law enforcement and the DA" are on "her side" and "believe her", yet they STILL pressed charges and scheduling dozens of hearings over FOURTEEN MONTHS. Does THAT make sense??

This woman has claimed for six years non stop that I am being investigated by law enforcement and the FBI. Yet, NOTHING ever happened, I have never been contacted by law enforcement for any reason in those six years other than one speeding ticket. Does it make any sense to you that law enforcement is doing ANYTHING for six years now?

Buddha said Believe nothing, no matter where you read it, or who said it, no matter if I have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own common sense.

Look at all the blathering posts she has put up on the internet, and ask yourself, do these things agree with YOUR reason and your own common sense? The answer is obvious.

As you can see, this woman and/or her cronies now LIE, falsify documents and use years old private letters to attempt to defame and disparage me, and Bob Atchison

Many people whom have come into contact with her call her a con artist and scam artist. She hangs out with convicted felons, even inviting these career criminals to live in her house with her.

You can verify all the arrests, judgments, evictions, etc for yourself with simple online searches.

You are free to email me with your questions, Rob@AustinWineGuy.com, and if you yourself have been a VICTIM of this woman Oma Hamou, Oma McConnell, Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Hamou, Oma Demian, Alexandra Murphy and her NEWEST Alexandra Moran, I encourage you to contact me.

Since Oma claims not to have read certain documents, I decided to share a very interesting one.

Notice how familiar it all sounds:

Every time Hamou drops out of sight for a few days, she roars back even crazier than when she left.

This morning she posted:

"I was granted a civil restraining order against Bob Atchison from the Burbank Court."

But what does she then post to support her claim? The very document that shows her petition for a restraining order was DISMISSED and that SHE was ordered to pay damages TO ATCHISON for having filed a spurious petition for the restraining order.

Of course, she also posted today that she "gleamed" through a document, so perhaps she's not crazy but supernatural.

My money, though, is on crazy.

Blake Springpasture said...

No wonder Hamou is lathering at the mouth this morning.

Not only did the bankruptcy judge last week decide to retain her case in order to try the adversary cases against her by Atchison and by her own former lawyer, she has a criminal hearing tomorrow on probation violations and new felony charges, her forum moderator is due in court tomorrow for a hearing on a motion in the defamation lawsuit and on Wednesday for a case management conference, and she has another Creditor Meeting later this month.

So she'll probably be stewing in her own juices all day today.

And, of course, she's also got to find time today to get to the hospital, to get herself beaten up, to buy plane tickets to Michigan, and to do all the other things she routinely does ahead of a court date.

RobMoshein said...

Wow. I go to a quick lunch meeting and come back to find she has just unleashed a mountain of insanity yet again.

The one thing I found really amusing was, since she "insisted" she hasn't READ this thread, how did she know was in the document I put a link to? I very intentionally left out anything to identify what was IN the document.

LOL

Then she goes on to QUOTE this thread of comments.

BWAHAHAHAHAHA

Crazy Town is back in full swing it seems.

RobMoshein said...

Now she tries to INSIST she didn't read the link? HYSTERICAL.

Her grasp of reality is now really lost forever.

She said "I have not been on your thread that alleges to have published documents you claim have been filed against me by Mr. Cohen"

Where is the name COHEN anywhere in this thread? I just said "certain documents". The link has no identifying names either.

This thread doesn't "allege" to have published documents. It proves the document has been placed on the Internet and following the link shows that proof. Thus no allegations.

Further, I don't "claim" anywhere the documents were filed against you by anyone. The Federal Bankruptcy Court lists them as filed as a matter of fact and record, and shows the file stamp date when they really were filed and the Bankruptcy Court makes them publicly available online to anyone who cares to look.

OH, and the Proof of Service of those documents on Hamou is also in that public record as well. The Court has already long accepted that Proof of Service and as far as the US FEDERAL COURT is concerned, Oma has BEEN SERVED WITH THEM IN FACT.

California State Law:

"A preliminary hearing is one of the earliest stages in California's pretrial criminal court process. It is a special proceeding, held before a judge or magistrate, to determine if there is enough evidence to "hold you to answer" for a trial as to the charges. The judge must answer two questions:

is there enough probable cause to believe that a crime was committed, and
if so, is there enough probable cause to believe that the defendant is the person who committed that crime?

Blake Springpasture said...

As predicted, the nuttiness continues to spew forth from Hamou today.

She posted:

"I have not received any document from Mr. Cohen"

It does not matter. You chose to give the bankruptcy court a mailbox address as your residence for purposes of the petition. Therefore, any mailing sent to that address constitutes all the service of notice that the court requires. You were, therefore, legally served when Cohen mailed you his adversary.

Regarding her failure to appear last week at the hearing on her bankruptcy petition, Hamou posted:

"it was about my inability to pay the last remaining fee attached to my petition"

No matter. The remaining fees are being paid today on your behalf, by permission of the judge. I know how much you will appreciate the helping hand, as you are just an anxious to have your day in court as everyone else is.

It will be interesting to see what excuses you give the judge for missing last week's hearing and the two prior Creditor Meeetings. She can then compare them to the list of excuses Mr. Cohen detailed in his adversary and to the list of excuses Mr. Atchison will produce in court: beatings, hospitalizations, emergency visits to sick family members, cancers, forgotten checkbooks, misdirected mail, empty envelopes, stalkers, gunshots through windows, rapes, miscarriages, abortions, car accidents, baseballs to the head, fainting in bank lines.

This woman has had more mishaps befall her than Jack Bauer in eight seasons and two movies of "24".

Blake Springpasture said...

Hamou posted:

"Really? Who is paying this? One of you? OMG!"

Well, I'm not really sure who's paying, but I'm sure you're welcome.

You have, after all, expressed how much you look forward to having your claims heard in court, where you can produce the parade of policemen, prosecutors, lawyers, other witnesses, documentation, and emails from supporters that are going to substantiate your claims.

So think of this as a gift to assist that effort.

For my part, I can hardly wait to see the proof you're going to produce in court that:

- Sarskaia had offices in St. Petersburg

- Sarskaia had a phone number listed to it in Los Angeles

- Nitzana Kedem interviewed you at a posh hotel

- Enigma Films had 100 employees and a studio on Mayall Street in Northridge

- you had a $66 million trust fund backing your film

- you had permission to get American Express cards issued to you in the names of others

- major stars were signed up for the movie

- and, my personal favorite, that you were on a flight from Boston to Los Angeles on 9/11.

This back-and-forth has been going on on the internet for far too long. It's really time that it all be laid before a federal judge, don't you think?

Messrs. Atchison and Cohen have an established track record of making appearances in person or through counsel when summoned by the courts.

Your record is, shall we say, spotty. But now your chance has arrived.

I do hope you'll not fritter it away as you have so many others.

Bob Atchison said...

She just posted:

"I missed the court hearing because of reasons which will be presented in legal briefs on my behalf stating two things: 1: Why it should not be dismissed and 2: My reason for missing the court date provided by the court regarding this matter and this matter alone."

Well there you go - she won't show up - somebody will show up and try to throw documents at the judge YET AGAIN

Hello Jim Sproul!

Another rape?

She posted in her forum that she just got out of the hospital YET AGAIN!

Bob Atchison said...

Yes, Blake, now she will have her chance to make all of her claims in front of a Judge.`

I am sure Baruch Cohen will be there to testify if needed.

This is the day in court she has said she has always wanted.

Blake Springpasture said...

Hamou added to her post:

"That someone connected to Bob Atchison or he himself would actually pay the remainder of the filing fees I am required to pay and have been unable to pay demonstrates the extreme you people will go in order to ensure you can continue to use the court to criminally harass me to name but a few."

Huh? You have been assuring us that you can hardly wait to get in front of a judge where you are certain to prevail. So exactly how is helping you to get your case before a judge "using the court to criminally harass" you?

You seem to suggest that Judge Bluebond will countenance -- or even participate in -- criminal harassment, as she is the one who issued the order authorizing the payment on your behalf.

After Baruch Cohen dumped you as a client you accused him in a court pleading of malpractice. You now see where that has gotten you with him.

Before suggesting that Judge Bluebond will make herself party to harassment, you really might want to try to get yourself under better control.

Blake Springpasture said...

I don't quite understand why Hamou is trying to justify missing the hearing last week before Judge Bluebond. The only penalty for missing the hearing would be to have the case dismissed without Hamou's getting to make her argument to retain the case.

However, Judge Bluebond agreed not to dismiss the case, which is exactly the outcome Hamou claims she desired.

So all this yammering about giving the judge a mysterious reason for missing the hearing and not paying the fees is moot and consequently of no interest to the court.

It almost seems as if Robert Richman is mapping her way through this, given how many walls she's bumping into.

Blake Springpasture said...

Regarding the fee, Hamou posted:

"I will learn who did either in the morning or in court."

Well, knock yourself out, but I can save you the trouble. Barry Wegman is making the payment, having obtained explicit permission from the judge after she reviewed his reasoning for doing so.

Since we are both in agreement about your excitement finally to move this from the internet into court, let's just celebrate your good fortune together, shall we?

Bob Atchison said...

Now she has yet another reason to dance for joy and thank her god.

Blake Springpasture said...

Hamou posted:

"I am unaware, if in fact she [Judge Bluebond] did do this."

Now, see. This is the problem with missing court date after court date after court date.

So much can happen when you're not around . . . and not always something as nice as having someone pay your filing fees for you.

Blake Springpasture said...

Hamou posted:

"I get to use the 2005 trial transcript and other court documents in proving to the court your [Atchison's] con"

So you think. Well, good luck.

Bob Atchison said...

I cannot wait to be in front of Judge Bluebond with Oma Hamou and Baruch Cohen to hear her explain the lies she told both of us. As far as I am concerned she can have as many hours to do this as she needs.

Blake Springpasture said...

Hamou asked:

"I am very curious why you would publish this kind of statement on the web as why wouldn't I get to use the 2005 transcript or other court related documents as it proves Bob won because he lied and gave the trial court a fraudulent document?"

Well, since I'm in such a good mood today because you and we are all happy that Judge Bluebond will hear the adversary cases, I'll try to explain this in terms you may -- or may not -- understand.

Bob's rights as a creditor arise from a state court judgment that sounded in contract law. And, as you were present at trial, had the opportunity to challenge the plaintiff's assertions but did not do so successfully, and you failed to appeal the judgment, it became final and binding with no further right of appeal. It is, therefore, res judicata as to any subsequent claims you may make.

The federal bankruptcy court has no power to overturn a final state court judgment that sounded in state contract law. The only way the bankruptcy court can absolve you of such a debt is to declare you a bankrupt and thereby discharge your debts.

On the other hand, the federal bankruptcy court is explicitly granted the power to declare a debt non-dischargeable through bankruptcy by reason of having been incurred fraudulently. Since Bob originally chose to pursue his debt claim under contract law instead of under fraud law, there has been no adjudication on the question of fraud. Consequently he does not have a res judicata block against his raising the claim of fraud.

This is why all the representations you made about Enigma Films and your movie project will be reviewable by the bankruptcy court, but the claim that Bob committed fraud in a contract trial in Texas that is now res judicata will not be reached by the jurisdiction of the court.

If you have trouble grasping this perhaps you can turn to Mr. Richman for further elucidation. I'm sure it would be cogent and helpful.

RobMoshein said...

Not to mention those exact claims were heard by Judge Cooper whom then ruled in Bob's favor. No court will ever listen to them again. Ever.

Blake Springpasture said...

Hamou posted:

"Bob Atchison, the Teflon Con's Adversary Claim, states the same thing as he alleges in his defamation state court against me therefore under the letter of the law, I am indeed, entitled to present all evidence as to why I have made certain statements and such and why it isn't defamation or libel."

Uh, oh. It seems Hamou might have talked with Robert Richman after all, as she is again confused.

The defamation claim is separate from the adversary claim, and the defamation claim has not yet been moved into federal court, pending the early proceedings in the adversary action. The adversary claim is to resolve the question of whether the original debt to Atchison was incurred fraudulently.

As for Hamou's feigned confidence that she could persuade a court that Atchison committed the crimes of fraud and perjury, as she has claimed, she was not even able to convince a jury or judge in Texas of that, although the standard of proof she had to meet was only "by preponderance of the evidence". To successfully claim he committed a crime, she would have to meet the much higher burden of guilt "beyond a reasonable doubt".

I know these technical matters confound Hamou. But, to put her position in simpler terms, she's basically arguing that, although she was unable to lift a 100-lb barbell, she can easily lift a 500-lb barbell if someone will just give her the chance.

Blake Springpasture said...

Hamou posted:

"I provide a pdf link which is a copy of the document which reiterates the fraudulent claims filed in State Court"

A recitation of background in a complaint does not signify the legal point on which the parties will engage in a particular action.

But there really is no point in arguing about this on the internet.

All Hamou has to do is show up in court on each hearing date, and we will all find out what is what.

Of course, we know there will be an avalanche of hospitalizations, emergencies, family illnesses, assaults, failed communications, forgotten ID's, transportation problems, stalking incidents, etc. that will prevent this.

So much the better. It is exactly what Atchison's and Cohen's complaints have told the judge is part of her modus operandi. The more of this she trots out before Judge Bluebond, the deeper the hole she digs for herself.

Blake Springpasture said...

Hamou posted:

"all of which will be duly noted in short time in court"

To "duly note" anything in court, one has to be there. We'll see whether she manages it.

This newest bankruptcy petition has Hamou in a rather interesting pinch and has caused her more than one problem.

For starters, it flushed out proof from her landlord that she was the lessee of the property at which 96 animals were found in violation of her probation terms last year, thereby destroying her primary defense to the probation violation and five new felony charges.

Second, it brought Baruch Cohen forward with the behind-the-scene details of her dealings with him on her last petition and produced claims from a respected attorney (who was her own lawyer, no less) that dovetail perfectly with the modus operandi that Atchison describes in his own adversary.

Third, it is her third petition since 2010, which at a minimum produces a temporary block on new petitions and facilitates seeking a permanent bar on future filings.

And finally, it set the stage at long last for a full-blown trial in federal court on the real nature of her movie venture.

The only way she can now avoid trial on the adversaries is to get the bankruptcy petition dismissed somehow, at which point Atchison is free to pick back up in state court where he began his collections and defamation actions.

And, having initiated and abandoned three petitions since 2010, she will find it very risky to return to bankruptcy court for another round of hide and seek -- and even if she does, the adversaries will land right back on her doorstep.

The only permanent way out of this dilemma is for Hamou to face into the adversaries and to prove her defenses.

And this will require her to prove claims she made about Enigma Films, Sarskaia, Nitzana Kedem, trust funds, studios, dozens of employees, famous actor deals that we doubt she can . . .

. . . especially her narrow but miraculous escape from death by being on a phantom flight from Boston to Los Angeles on 9/11.

Blake Springpasture said...

Hamou posted:

"I ran out of money and I deserve to have the debt obtained against me"

Yes, you do. But I think you meant to say that you deserved to have the debt discharged.

This is where you misunderstand bankruptcy law (or pretend to). Yes, it's meant to eradicate the debt of people who intended to pay at the time they contracted their debts but who later became unable. It is not meant to eradicate debts that were obtained by making false representations with neither ability nor intention to pay.

Let's take Baruch Cohen's adversary as a simpler example than the movie scheme.

Although there are bankruptcy lawyers all over Los Angeles who will work for far less money, you chose to call one of the more prominent attorneys who charges accordingly for his services. (This megalomania is reminiscent of your sighing and moaning and demanding that only Evian water be used to wipe your suffering brow during the adoption scam.)

When told the retainer would be $50,000 -- a sum you clearly did not have and knew you did not have -- you lied about having a Merrill Lynch account with sufficient funds on hand to pony up the retainer.

This lie is the essence of a fraudulent inducement. And it is exactly the kind of debt that a bankruptcy will not discharge.

Of course, maybe you'll be able to waltz into court with proof that you had a Merrill Lynch account with $50,000 sitting in it at the time. But I suspect that is about as likely as your proving that Enigma Fillms had 100 employees and a large studio in Los Angeles . . . or that you were on a plane from Boston to Los Angeles on 9/11.

I am glad you are overjoyed at the prospect of facing Messrs. Cohen and Atchison during the adversary trials.

My guess, however, is that your joy won't be quite sufficient to carry you over the threshold into the courtroom.

Bye, now. See you in criminal court in a couple of hours.

Blake Springpasture said...

Well, court's over today for Ms. Hamou / Hanoi.

She has to reappear on July 21 to inform the court whether she'll accept a plea bargain that includes the following terms:

- 3 years of probation
- no contact with animals of any kind
- 15 days work on a road crew

If she declines this deal, she'll have to stand trial on the felony charges and risk a jail sentence.

Since it's Los Angeles, I'm sure they can find a celebrity road crew for an actress and film producer such as her. Who knows? Maybe she'll get to work alongside Lindsay Lohan or Robert Downey, Jr. Maybe they'll even share their limo to the worksite.

Bob Atchison said...

Does it require her to plead guilty to a felony?

Bob Atchison said...

I believe she will try and stretch this out for months and months with various excuses and feigned negotiations. Then she'll agree and never follow any of the terms she'd agreed to.

Hamou posted:

"Bob Atchison's Defamation lawsuit against me personally has been set aside by the Honorable Judge Kwan until September"

Mike Newson's anti-S.L.A.P.P. motion was, in fact, granted, and he is now out of the lawsuit.

However, the lawsuit against Hamou has not been "set aside". It has been continued until September, when a show cause hearing is scheduled once the situation with the bankruptcy stay is resolved.

Blake Springpasture said...

Hamou posted:

"It was granted because Bob lied about him like Rob did"

Uh, afraid not.

It was granted because the court ruled that the underlying dispute originated with discussions of Russian history and was therefore within the scope of the S.L.A.P.P. statute. And a second reason cited by the judge was the statute of limitations as it applied to Newson.

At no point did the judge say a thing about Atchison lying.

You, however, will not be able to mount the same argument as Newson in his role as moderator. The S.L.A.P.P. statute is not a shield against defamation claims by actual posters and, unlike Newson, you do not have a statute of limitations defense on that score.

Perhaps the prospect of three weeks on a road crew has left you too rattled to keep your facts straight this afternoon.

Blake Springpasture said...

Hamou posted:

Well, you must be very tired, because you have been dancing for joy at the imminent end this so-called reign of terror for several years now.

It would speed things along, you know, if you'd actually show up in court when you are summoned. Atchison or his representative always manages to make it.

But, of course, you won't.

Blake Springpasture said...

Hamou posted:

"Having spoken to Mike I can say he has confirmed his Anti Slapp Motion was granted because he had proven to the court what Bob Atchison claimed about him in his defamation lawsuit was not true."

Having a functioning brain in my head, I can say this is one of the fantasies Hamou spins to try to calm her own fears.

Yesterday's hearing was one on procedural questions solely, which is why it was allowed without either claimant physically present.

The judge ruled that the S.L.A.P.P. statute applied to Newson as a moderator (but not as a poster) and that the statute of limitations applied to Newson as a poster, as his posts were more than a year old.

Having removed Newson as a party to the lawsuit for procedural reasons, the judge never got to the question of the truth of any claims of fact made by either side. Nor would a hearing of factual claims be permitted without both claimants physically present.

Hamou should know this, having had so many default judgments entered against her.

Now, if Hamou has anything in writing from the judge that says otherwise -- or even a verifiable verbal quote from the judge -- I will retract my above statement.

Otherwise, this is just Hamou spinning things again.

RobMoshein said...

Let us read what Oma keeps saying over and over and over almost daily:
She bleats:
"I am going to prove what he says in his defamation suit against me in both State and Federal Court is a lie and that he is a vexatious litigant who uses the court to criminally stalk and harass me to name but a few.
ike I said, the ugly monster makes the same false claims in federal court as he does in State Court and I now get to use the 2005 trial transcripts and all the other court related transcripts to undermine his credibility as well as show how far he is has gone to harm me. It is time the court puts an end to his/his people's reign of terror against me. :P"

a miniscule portion of the torrent of similar verbiage.

NOW

Let us read what a Psychologist professional has to say:
What is NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder)? aka Malignant Narcissism

The truth is that narcissists have a deeply embedded invisible psychological barrier, made up of a false sense of self-esteem (ego) behind which their true emotions and persona are hidden away. Narcissists build a false sense of self-worth from narcissistic supply (attention, adoration, adulation) which helps to regulate their ego and they often do this by using and slandering the people around them.

When confronted narcissists make projections, they twist the evidence to make it look like everyone else is wrong and that they are right and furthermore, that they are the one being victimized - they play the victim oh so convincingly.

Narcissists can sometimes be extremely paranoid to the point where they will go off the rails if they so much as hear that someone has mentioned their name, even if in innocent conversation. Narcissists develop an obsessive compulsion to uphold the false sense of self that they have created, it has become a part of them and it needs to be consistently and constantly fed.

This clearly explains why Oma keeps posting those ancient retouched "glamor" shots of herself over and over, pretends to dress in coutour clothing and goes ape shit because I genuinely think the picture of her pretending to be an Empress looks like a cheap WeHo Drag Queen"

Narcissists are experts at using very cleverly plotted, calculated, emotional, mental and verbal abuse, guilt and sympathy to manipulate and exploit the people around them.
All the excuses to Cohen about mis delivered checks, hospital stays etc etc ring a bell?

Malignant narcissism can be described as a severe or complete lack of empathy whereby the narcissist is unable to put themselves in anybody elses shoes, they are unable to relate to other people's emotions, although they often pretend to - this is simply learned behavior and is recalled from script as and when needed - it is not genuine empathy.

When confronted and guilty a narcissists deny everything outright to the point where they will swear on their own children's lives without so much as a flinch then will try to convince their victim that they were imagining everything and that it was all imagined and didn't really happen. They will go as far as to try to convince their victim that they need professional help (and medication).
like when Oma said "This guy is not only a control freak but has proven he is not playing with a full deck. "
Narcissists are highly skilled expert liars and some can even beat the polygraph due to a lack of physiological response (no empathy).

Sounds like a dead ringer for Hamou to me.

Bob Atchison said...

Sorry, Rob, nothing can be done to cure a narcissist. She cannot get better nor can she change.

She will prey on new victims without mercy or empathy.

She lies about everything - big things and small things - and she cannot stop herself. She knows her life is a great lie and that over a hundred animals have died because of her.

She has ruined the lives of innocent people she has victimized. Oma Hamou is devoid of human empathy. She will stop at nothing to get what she wants and feed her overpowering ego.

It's odd that such a destructive, evil nature dwells in a ruined physical shell, like an old flea-bitten hyena.

Darlings, not only can you not cure her, you can't even offer a simple suggestion about what colors she looks her best in. Bitsy and I discussed how unflattering orange would be with her skin tone (leathery) and her hair (who knows?), so all we did was advise her to take the case to trial and try to avoid wandering the side of the road with the chain gang in an unflattering jumpsuit, and she bit our head off on the tweeter thing.

Far be it from me to offer advice where it isn't wanted, darling Omele.

On a happier note, darling, mazel tov to you and darling Stevele on the engagement, darling. California allows conjugal visitation, so that's alright!

Well, Robert Richman, the self-proclaimed "expert" in federal pleadings, is at it again. And, once again, his pleading was full of errors.

He filed a Motion for Reconsideration of the dismissal of a lawsuit in federal court. Here are some choice words from the judge who just denied this motion:

"Richman brings his Motion under Federal Rule of Procedure 59(e) . . . . Rule 59(e) is inapposite. Richman should have brought his Motion under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 60(b). But even construing Richman's Motion as a Rule 60(b) motion, Richman's request fails."

The judge then notes that Ninth Circuit case law allows a party to seek relief under this provision due to "a material difference in fact or law from that presented to the Court" the first time around. The judge then notes that in Richman's motion he "merely repeats his familiar argument".

Next the judge takes Richman to task for claiming in the motion that he tried to serve the defendant but was unable. The judge reminds Richman that his argument up to that point -- "which took the form of improper ex parte communications" -- had consistently been "that he chose not to serve [defendant] because he did not want [defendant] to have his address."

Next the judge writes that "Richman does not proffer any appropriate basis for reconsideration."

And -- yet again -- a federal judge writes that Richman "misconstrues" the original dismissal order, failing to understand that the case was dismissed without prejudice, thereby allowing Richman simply to refile the case in compliance with proper procedure.

And here's the clinker. Richman had already appealed this case to the Ninth Circuit -- even before getting the decision from the judge on the Motion for Reconsideration. So, besides not yet being ripe for appeal, the case, as noted by the judge, is unappealable as Richman is not blocked from refiling by the original order.

In fact, what Richman has done with the Motion for Reconsideration and the appeal is try to knock a hole in a concrete wall to get through when there is an open door standing right next to him.

And -- for the fourth and fifth times -- this judge recommends that Richman seek assistance from the Federal Pro Se Clinic, as it is obvious that Richman is utterly clueless about the federal procedure.

It's one thing to win or lose a properly-brought motion. But I have never seen anyone walk into so many concrete walls so many times . . . and often into the same wall over and over.

If would be sad, but the fact that Richman advertises his fees for his "expert" legal assistance in federal pleadings makes it just plain funny.

As predicted, Oma Hamou used the death of her mother on July 12 as an excuse to miss her criminal hearing this morning.

She was hitting this blog from Michigan before the funeral last Wednesday but has been hitting the blog from Los Angeles since last Saturday, indicating she was back in Los Angeles well ahead of today's court date. Poor Nola May McConnell actually seemed to be a nice, conscientious woman. However, it seems Hamou's pattern of using her mother's sad condition for her own benefit is destined to continue past Nola May's regrettably early death.

The judge issued a bench warrant this morning but agreed to hold the warrant and continue the matter until day after tomorrow (Wednesday), at which time Hamou must appear or the warrant will be released to the Sheriff's office.

Perhaps Hamou was just too busy whipping out the responses to the two adversary lawsuits by Atchison and Baruch Cohen that are due in federal court Wednesday to make her state court date today.

RobMoshein said...

Wow another Bench Warrant issued for Oma Hamou's arrest!

That has to mean the Judge was very unhappy with her failure to appear this morning as he ordered her to do.

It's almost as if the Judge knew that her mother died on July 12 and the funeral was last Wednesday so that there was plenty of time, four whole DAYS in fact, to be back before the Hearing this morning.

Wonder what fresh new excuse there will be on Wednesday?

Or, will "Orange Be the New Black" this season for House of Irfe?

Blake Springpasture said...

This is the kind of nonsense that just shows how out of kilter Hamou's thinking is.

She has been back from Michigan for several days but succumbed to her instinct to avoid a court appearance at any cost.

Knowing she was back in the area, her failure to show for court just further provoked the District Attorney from whom she badly needs a deal to avoid risking a jail sentence. It inconvenienced her Public Defender who, I would guess, has joined every other lawyer who has ever represented her in wishing he had never run into her. And it further demonstrated to the judge what he has already been told about her impulse to grasp any possible excuse to avoid court.

And what did she get out of all this? A measly extra 48 hours before she still has to appear to answer felony charges.

The woman has the strategic sense of an amoeba.

And that's an insult to the amoeba.

Bob Atchison said...

In my opinion, Hamou will never stop her scams as long as she is free and has access to a phone and a computer. No matter what she promises the DA she will not stop owning animals and she will not do the roadwork. She just won't show up.

HOW MANY TIMES has she lied in front of judges?

I read the Baruch Cohen filing and she ran the same scam on him that she had on me.

I, for one, believe she has to go to prison or be locked up in a mental institution. She will not stop swindling people and abusing animals as long as she is free.

Blake Springpasture said...

Hamou refused the plea deal on her felony charges, despite the judge asking her more than once if she understood what she was doing. She said she did, and the judge set trial for August 5 with the warning that a conviction could result in a term not in county lockup but in state prison.

Someone who accompanied Hamou to court was overheard afterward asking Hamou's attorney if he really explained to her the implications of her decision. He just shrugged and said he did.

Busy day for her. I wonder if she got the answers to her bankruptcy adversaries filed in time.

Maybe she'll try to bring them with her to the Creditor Meeting tomorrow.

Right.

Blake Springpasture said...

If she files an answer to Baruch Cohen's adversary, it will be interesting to see her argument. Cohen is a respected attorney about whom she bragged on her forum when she retained him. Has he now for some inexplicable reason joined the Mortons, Bob Atchison, Mary S., numerous landlords, and sundry other victims in telling lies about her?

Bob Atchison said...

Since she's an animal hoarder I'll bet she has lots of animals again - one could speculate dozens - if not a hundred. That could be the reason she won't agree to the plea deal - she is so attached to the animals she has she will not agree to give them up. She can't. Imagine what Animal Control is likely to find when she is taken away to State Prison in cuffs and leg chains and they go to her house to investigate.

She might try to flee the state of California with her animals just like the infamous animal hoarder and animal killer Vikki Kittles did.

In an attempt to avoid or subvert prosecution, Kittles moved across the Columbia River from Oregon to Washington and refused to appear in court in Oregon when her trial was scheduled to start. Extradition proceedings took more than three months. She was convicted on all counts.

As I posted earlier it is important that Hamou be locked up for as many years as possible. She will not stop hoarding animals and running her scams as long as she is free.

On August 5th we'll finally see an end to this.

Blake Springpasture said...

The trap in which Hamou finds herself just keeps closing tighter and tighter.

Her attempt to derail the current bankruptcy proceedings ran aground again today when she failed to appear for a Creditor Meeting in the hope that it would cause the Trustee to seek a dismissal of her petition, thereby mooting the adversary suits filed by Atchison and Cohen. However, the Trustee continued the matter until August 13 instead of moving for dismissal.

This means that her answers to the adversary suits remain due, and if she hasn't filed them she is at risk of default judgments in favor of Atchison and Cohen.

If she did file her answers, then it means the matter will proceed to trial, where Hamou will have to prove that:

- she had a $66 million trust fund backing the movie

- that she had 100 employees in her film company

- that the Mayall Street address was a movie studio

- that Sarskaia had offices in Pushkin

- that its phone number was registered to that charity

- that a journalist named Nitzana Kedem interviewed her at a posh Beverly Hills hotel and then joined her on a hospital visit for a quick IV infusion before dropping by Warner Brothers

- and that she was on a flight from Boston to Los Angeles on 9/11.

I am particularly looking forward to hearing what Randy Morton has to say on the stand about how his father became a co-defendant with Hamou in a judgment in favor of American Express for hundreds of thousands of dollars and subsequently lost his home.

Oh, no. Wait. I'm most looking forward to hearing how she took a flight on 9/11 from Boston to Los Angeles that was never registered or reported. Any woman who almost shared the horrific fate of that day's victims is certainly worth hearing from.

Blake Springpasture said...

Hamou made the following apparently drunken tweet last evening:

"2day I can't sit on a beach n look @ the moon that reproaches me now w/ my 0unlived dreams 1nce took me across the ocean 2 Russia n elsewher"

It sounds as if she is realizing that the trap is closing in on her.

A criminal trial next month that could well send her to prison.

A bankruptcy petition that blew up in her face when it revealed the lease the D.A. needed to prove she was the tenant where the 96 animals were found in December in violation of her probation.

The same bankruptcy petition that drew out her former attorney, Baruch Cohen, with a lawsuit that reveals she used the same trail of lies on him she has spread behind her in almost every scam she has ever run.

The same bankruptcy petition that is now sticking to her like fly paper, bringing along the adversary actions that may finally cause a judge -- and a federal one, at that -- to review the whole web of lies she spun around her movie project and pronounce once and for all whether she is a con artist or not.

Or maybe she'll escape this net, too.

August will tell.

Blake Springpasture said...

Well, well, well.

A federal court has now entered a judgment against Oma Hamou, ruling that the debt she incurred with Baruch Cohen was incurred fraudulently and therefore cannot be discharged in the current or in any future bankruptcy filing.

Her tired old claim that no court has ever adjudicated her to be a con artist is now a dead letter.

Next up: Atchison v. Hamou

Blake Springpasture said...

Update:

A federal court has now entered judgment against Oma Hamou on Atchison's claim that the debts incurred to him in relation to her movie project, "A Matter of Honour", were incurred by fraudulent means.

So, at long last, a court -- and a federal one at that -- has issued a ruling that Hamou committed fraud in setting up her ponzi movie project.

This ruling also means that Hamou no longer has any prospect of using bankruptcy to avoid the two judgments against her that courts have already entered in Atchison's favor, as the court has now declared these debts non-dischargeable by bankruptcy.

Next up: The State of California vs. Hamou for felony animal abuse.

Bob Atchison said...

Blake, what a wonderful victory this is. Justice has prevailed again.

Blake Springpasture said...

Once again, it’s time for a recap of events.

It is my understanding that some years ago someone offered to pay the legal expenses for anyone whom Hamou attacked through the courts. Either Atchison took up that offer, or he found another benefactor.

In October 2010 Hamou filed a Bill of Review against Bob Atchison, thereby triggering a cascade of court losses for herself that is still going on.

Here are the highlights:

The Bill of Review was dismissed and Atchison’s judgment against Hamou reaffirmed.

Atchison sought enforcement of the judgment in Texas, and eventually a bench warrant was issued for Hamou’s arrest. That warrant is still outstanding.

Atchison then localized his judgment to California, and a California court followed suit of the Texas court in ordering her to a debtor’s exam.

Hamou tried to duck these debtor exams by repeated bankruptcy filings. One petition was dismissed, and one has just yielded the two adversary judgments in favor of Baruch Cohen – her own attorney whom she defrauded – and in favor of Bob Atchison. These judgments mean that Hamou can no longer use the bankruptcy courts to duck these judgments or any of the enforcement actions, such as debtor’s exams and bench warrants.

Along the way, Hamou filed a RICO suit against Atchison that got dismissed.

She filed for a permanent restraining order against Atchison that was not only denied but resulted in her being ordered to pay Atchison his attorney’s fees and costs for the attempt – meaning that Atchison now has TWO judgments against her for which he can seek enforcement in California.

In filing her two most recent bankruptcy petitions, Hamou made two serious blunders. The first was to defraud a prominent bankruptcy attorney who has now joined Bob Atchison in going after her. The second was to cause a landlord to come forward with a lease that proves up the felony charges on which Hamou is soon to come to trial. Meantime, she’s out of jail on two bonds totaling $151,000.

So . . . here’s the upshot of it all:

Hamou can no longer duck into bankruptcy court to avoid debtor’s exams and bench warrants obtained by Atchison.

Hamou is awaiting trial on five felonies.

A federal court has ruled that the debts Hamou incurred to Baruch Cohen and to Bob Atchison were incurred by fraudulent representations made by her.

In a way, this last point is the most critical of all. For years, we have accused Hamou of running a giant ponzi scheme in setting up the movie project that has been at the core of her narcissistic identity fantasy.

She has repeatedly asserted that no court has ever found her guilty of fraud in incurring those debts.

But today – August 1, 2014 – with the entry of judgment on Atchison’s adversary lawsuit in federal court, that changed.

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. Filing that Bill of Review was the best favor Hamou ever could have done for Atchison.

RobMoshein said...

Hamou who has turned another year OLDER and is now OVER 50 becomes more pathetic as she tweets.

Sappy treacle about facing storms, and pretending to have "family" affected by the Israel Gaza conflict (trying to glom onto the fact that I actually DO have family in Israel and her family are all dirt poor hillbillies in Michigan, Ohio and PRISON...remember her faking the email about being on a plane on 9/11?) and fantasizing about being "clued in" to foreign affairs and new Jaguars....

Yes, clearly, Hamou is probably homeless, with little internet access. Facing FELONY CRIMINAL CHARGES shortly, with as the Judge put it "a real chance of time in PRISON. Not Jail but PRISON" and now no longer able to run and hide in Bankruptcy Court to avoid Bob's legitimate debt collection efforts. Yes BOTH Bob and Baruch Cohen have had the Federal Court rule that Hamou committed FRAUD and thus is forever prohibited from Bankruptcy for these Judgments.

She is old. Broke. Leather skinned and missing a tooth. Not the glamorous "model and actress" She lives nowhere near Beverly Hills, and has yet another eviction on her record.

No wonder she engages in the self pity party. The reality of her genuine existence is a freak show, of her own creation.

Bob Atchison said...

Well, I have won yet again over Oma Hamou. The courts have confirmed that she was running a fraudulent scam on both Hamid and me and can never escape our judgments against her. She has lost, big time. I can now pursue collecting my judgment against her in California again and she will never be able to scam the system by declaring bankruptcy.

I can quickly get a bench warrant for her arrest if she tries to evade my collection efforts.

More reasons for her to dance for joy and thank her god!

Blake Springpasture said...

I see that Hamou is tweeting her thanks to "Variety" for the full-page ad it ran of her ponzi movie project years ago.

Of course, that was an ad that Hamou placed herself . . . and she omits from her tweet that Reed Elsevier, the publisher of "Variety", was never paid for the ad and won a $100,000 judgment against her that has also never been paid.

And, of course, all this means that Hamou has seen our posts that A FEDERAL COURT HAS NOW RULED IN FAVOR OF BOB ATCHISON'S CLAIM THAT THE REPRESENTATIONS HAMOU MADE ABOUT HER MOVIE PROJECT -- "A MATTER OF HONOUR" -- WERE FRAUDULENT.

And the same federal court also ruled that the representations Hamou made to her own attorney, Baruch Cohen, were likewise fraudulent.

"A Matter of Honour" was a fraud.

Enigma Films was a fraud.

The Sarskaia charity was a fraud.

Oma Hamou is a fraud .

And a liar.

And a con artist.

RobMoshein said...

It occurred to me, maybe Hamou is looking forward to being found guilty of Felony Animal Abuse charges so she won't have to worry about being homeless and scrounging for money to pay for things like food , utilities or rent. Well, she's never really bothered to pay rent or the electric bill. But it does require cash to buy all those Big Macs, Denny's all you can eat pancakes and crates of Cheetos.

RobMoshein said...

and today is yet ANOTHER Hamou appearance in her Felony Criminal Charges...

Blake Springpasture said...

Hamou's Twitter profile reads thus:

"Happy Mother, Daughter, Friend & Animal lover. Founder of Enigma Films & Sarskaia."

In light of recent events, let's dissect this a bit.

"Happy Mother":

Hamou's only child was used in infancy as the bait for an adoption scam. When she demanded the return of the child when the adoptive mother refused to continue to cough up money, Hamou was a day late in showing up at the lawyer's office to pick up the baby. The lawyer's secretary took him home for the night to care for him. By his mid-20's this son was carrying several felony convictions for violent assault, including on police officers. In Little Rock, CA a landlord found him beating his mother on the floor of her bedroom.

"Happy Daughter":

Hamou's mother recently died of brain cancer. One of the last acts in the troubled relationship between the two was an affidavit the mother signed attesting that Hamou was not in Michigan caring for her as Hamou told a court in order to skip out on a hearing on probation violation and felony charges.

"Happy Friend":

Numerous former friends and housemates of Hamou have come forward with information about her many scams. Two of her current "friends" -- James Sproul and Sheri Porter -- are actually accomplices who help her set up marks for her con games.

"Animal Lover":

More than a hundred animals have been killed or euthanized as a result of being in Hamou's "care". She is currently on trial for violating the terms of probation from a summer 2013 conviction for animal abuse and for five new felony animal abuse charges that found 96 animals living (and dying) in horrific conditions in her house last December. Animal Control had to enter the premises with respirators and in HazMat suits.

"Founder of Enigma Films":

Enigma Films was a gigantic hoax. A federal court in Los Angeles ruled last week that debts incurred as part of Hamou's Enigma movie project were incurred by fraudulent representations. This ponzi scheme yielded more than a dozen court judgments against Hamou and Enigma Films totaling over a half million dollars.

"Founder of Sarskaia":

Pretty much ditto. Sarskaia never produced a dime for any of its supposed beneficiaries. The claimed office address in Pushkin, Russia was an empty ruin. The claimed office address in Beverly Hills was a mail drop center. The claimed phone number in Beverly Hills rang at a bank that had never heard of Hamou or Sarskaia.

Oma Hamou is a liar, a fraud, a serial squatter, an animal abuser, and a con artist.

RobMoshein said...

Oh, and anonymous poster, the original source of Hamou's pathetic bleatings was the biography of Roseanne Cash, Johnny Cash's daughter.

Blake Springpasture said...

Hamou was in court again today, where her attorney and the District Attorney told the judge they had still been unable to reach a plea bargain. She is to appear again on September 23 either to enter a guilty plea based on a deal or to plead not guilty and be bound over for trial.

RobMoshein said...

Hamou's pathetic bleatings on Twitter show she has probably finally realized that Bob has WON every step of the way, and she is now pretty well out of options.

She LOST the original trial.

She LOST the Bill of Review

She was SLAPPED WITH SANCTIONS by the Distict Court in Texas for failing to obey Court Orders

She LOST her RICO suit

She LOST her attempted Restraining order and was SLAPPED with another judgment in Bob's favor for filing the thing.

Now she has FOREVER LOST the ability to ever duck into Bankruptcy Court to avoid Bob's collecting the money she owes him by virtue of the FRAUD the Court found she perpetrated.

She may soon also LOSE the Felony Criminal trial and be sitting in PRISON in California.

Yes, Mitz, things are looking grim for the Con Artist Animal Abuser, Oma.

RobMoshein said...

Hamou posted in her forum the following:

"Unbelievable! Instead of rescuing those animals back in October Animal Control let them suffer then when they got them they killed them because that is what the Lancaster Animal Shelter is all about, taking bribes and killing animals. None of you in the public knows how far these bastards have gone to harm me, none but you will, I promise."

The DA can get all these things from her forum - dozens of attacks and lies she told about the judge and Animal Control. I wonder if she has been able to accuse the judge and DA of bribes and corruption in person. It will come up during the trial.

Hamou must be dancing for joy and thanking her god for this opportunity to expose Animal Control and the judge. I wish I was there to see it!

Bob Atchison said...

Hamou is looking forward to the trial and is confident of victory. She knows her god is behind her 100%. She wrote:

Am I worried that I will not be able to prove I did not abuse and torture and murder any animal should we proceed to trial after the preliminary date, oh no, I am not and I am looking so forward to proving to a jury of 12 that I have never ever murdered, tortured, neglected any animal in my care and witnesses will testify that I am not guilty of such things....

I spit in your eye, you filthy Pig!

God is Good and He is Great and He will continue to protect me from your evil that I know I can count on!

I am not sure which filthy pig she was referring to just before God in Good...

Bob Atchison said...

Hamou has written the following. So many more things to discuss at the trial. I wonder if her pro-bono law firm will be there:

"I was told some of my dogs were murdered with a gun while in a cage while some of them were euthanized and only a few survived and all of my cats especially my first cat who Rachel knew was my first cat because of an email exchange he and the rest of the cats were immediately put to death within a few days of having been captured by the Lancaster Animal Control in Lancaster, California. I am consulting with a bunch of these agencies that you, Sandman, have provided to me as is my current attorney. This woman, Sgt. Rachel Montez-Kemp told me that I would never ever see any of my animals again and she made sure this promise was kept by ordering their execution because as an employee of the State of California this woman believes she can do whatever she wants too, take bribes, pays other animal rescue groups money to snitch on each other and so many other things and thanks to those who have provided information about her to assist in my defense as well as other such information we can use it as I am being accused of killing, torturing animals something I have never done, but she, this Sgt. Rachel Montez-Kemp, who gave the order to kill and torture the animals that I loved, she has.

But it is o.k. that she ordered the execution of the animals removed from my friends home because she is an important person who works for the Lancaster Animal Control in the city of Lancaster, California, an employee of the county of Los Angeles and she can do whatever she wants because she is who she is. My animals didn't have to die and die in such a violent manner, a gun, was aimed at their head, body they were all alive when they were removed on December 16th 2013, now they are dead and while I was incarcerated on the new charges, felony charges under the same penal code as the Misdemeanor charge she asked and got the DA to file against me, I was in pain, and upon my release from being incarcerated, I was in the hospital for several days because I suffered a stroke. Learning that my animals were murdered, I could hardly breathe, I wept until I felt I was suffocating. I got sick and I fell to my knees several times, I couldn't stand, I just kept saying a silent prayer.

... I just found out a prominent attorney here in Los Angeles wants to represent me in the matter regarding my animals and he says his firm will do it Pro Bono and I am honored, no, not honored, speechless!"

Blake Springpasture said...

We can only hope she will be stupid enough to turn down a deal and plead not guilty.

Given that she was stupid enough to file that Bill of Review, however, it's a fair bet that she'll be stupid enough to turn down the deal.

She was too clueless to understand that the Bill of Review put her back within the jurisdictional reach of the Texas courts, which resulted in monetary sanctions and a bench warrant, which resulted in Atchison localizing the judgment to California, which resulted in her attempting to get a restraining order, which resulted in Atchison winning more sanctions against her, all of which resulted in her using the bankruptcy court to duck Atchison, which resulted in her own lawyer going after her, which resulted in a federal court ruling that the debts incurred to both Atchison and Baruch Cohen were incurred by fraud, and which resulted in the District Attorney acquiring the proof he needed to get a conviction on her new felony charges.

She has a very long history of making one bad choice after another.

In one sense, though, they are not really choices. They are just desperate, instinctive attempts to do whatever it takes to get her ass out of whatever crack it is in one day without thinking about the crack it's going to be in tomorrow.

She may think she's like a cheetah. She's actually more like a rat in a maze.

With no cheese at the end.

Blake Springpasture said...

Apparently these federal court rulings that she incurred debts by fraud have so rattled Hamou that she has abandoned her forum and the usual attempts to spin what happened and to claim that she's about to go back into court to turn everything around and to vanquish her enemies once and for all.

I guess she finally realized that with her bankruptcy petition she put the case onto a footing where the statute of limitations did not operate to keep evidence from being put into the record about how her whole Enigma Films project was just one big ponzi scheme.

By filing for bankruptcy and giving Atchison a grounds for claiming fraud in the inducement in a current case, she put herself in the position of having to prove that back when the debt was incurred over a decade ago:

- Enigma Films had 100 employees
- Enigma Films had a large studio on Mayall Street in Northridge
- Sarskaia had a legitimate phone number in the U.S.
- Sarskaia had an office in Purshkin, Russia
- she had a $66 million trust fund
- a journalist named Nitzana Kedem interviewed her and wrote a glowing puff piece on her project
- she was on a flight from Boston to Los Angeles on 9/11

And -- as we knew would be the case -- when the time came to put her evidence of all the above before the court, she headed for the hills.

Bob Atchison said...

Yes, Blake, she has abandoned her forum. Oma Hamou has given up - surrendered really - in her attacks on me and Rob. She knows I have won completely and there is nothing she can do. It's over.

OH, and she retweeted Trump about what a "sterling man of integrity" Tom Cotton is and how he would be a great Senator.

Really?
Veterans groups won't endorse veteran Rep. Tom Cotton in his race against Sen. Mark Pryor. He's voted to arm Syrian rebels, despite evidence that those arm sales have contributed to bad things in the region, particularly in Iraq.

Congressman Cotton opposes women being allowed to serve in combat units, and is supporting a proposal to cut Social Security and veterans pension payment.

Cotton was the only Arkansas congressman to oppose legislation that would establish a national pediatrics research network including the Little Rock hospital. It passed the Republican-controlled House, but is stalled in the Senate. Cotton was only one of 26 Republicans to oppose the measure.
A former hospital social worker in Arkansas said:
I don't know where his priorities are, but they're not with Arkansas children.

An independent fact-checking organization says the Tom Cotton campaign has baldly misrepresented Mark Pryor's position on border security and immigration

My favorite one: In an appearance on an extremist right-wing talk show on July 26, Cotton blamed President Obama for the downing of a Malaysian airliner over Ukraine. Really.

Swell guy.

Trump likes him so that's good enough for Hamou I guess.

Bob Atchison said...

Hamou is now claiming on Twitter that Hulu named her one of the 100 Most Interesting People in the World.

Even more animal love stories!!! How sick.

Penelope Autumnvale said...

Well, my dears, one must admit that Ms. Hamou / McConnell / Moran / Murphy / Hanoi is rather interesting.

It does, after all, take a special person to get arrested and charged with multiple felonies for loving animals; to be beaten by her own son; to get sued five times by her own lawyers; to have her brother and dying mother swear out affidavits against her.

As my darling Tante Sigrid used to say about der Führer, no matter what else could be said about him and that embarrassing little run at world domination, he was always interesting.

RobMoshein said...

Hamou is "stuck" all right. Oma is "stuck" having to PAY BOB HIS MONEY and no longer has any legal shenanigans to avoid debt collection. Same goes for Baruch Cohen.

Yep, for once, she is STUCK with the bill and no choice but to pay up.

FINALLY.

Blake Springpasture said...

Hamou just tweeted another platitude:

"I am hurt, but I am not slain; I’ll lay me down and bleed a while, And then I’ll rise and fight again.”

Of course, all the deadlines have conveniently passed for her to challenge any of the recent legal rulings against her.

So when she "rises" she'll once again start posting about all the things she's going to do to turn the judgments around . . . knowing full well she's unable to do a damn thing other than bleat and whinny about them.

From her perspective, knowing she can't win in court, it's much better to let deadlines pass and then start claiming that she would have won, if only this, that, and the other hadn't kept her from putting her case to the judge.

What'll it be this time? Fresh beatings? More cancer? Lost mail? Stalkers?

She's been pulling the same shtick for years. She's a con artist. It's how they operate.

Blake Springpasture said...

Well, well. It seems that Hamou and Steve Lee have managed to snooker another landlord barely a mile away from their last squat in Lake Los Angeles.

I wonder how long it will be before the new landlord gets the word that he's been set up.

But good to know the sheriff, the district attorney, and Animal Control will know where to find her.

Bob Atchison said...

So she'll get caught if she has any animals - that's a good thing. Hamou is an animal hoarding predator and the innocent dogs and cats of Los Angeles county must be protected from her. I'm sure the animal protection groups are on the alert.

RobMoshein said...

Yes Bob I am rather certain animal rescue groups will have her new Lake Los Angeles location and that they probably also know about the Court Order prohibiting her from having even one animal.

There is also a delightful irony in her tweet yesterday about laying down and bleeding awhile. She's too stupid to realize that she quoted A PIRATE! The quote was written by Andrew Barton, a late 15th-early 16th century Scottish pirate who stole a ship from King James IV.

Not surprised Oma admires other criminals and thieves. Too damn funny.

Blake Springpasture said...

Apparently Hamou doesn't understand how Google spiders work any better than how courts work.

RobMoshein said...

Actually Blake, it is clear Hamou doesn't understand much of ANYTHING. Those blogs she complains about are just lifted text copies of other online blogs created to give better SEO for somebody online. If you go to the main blog pages, you will see nothing but random copied blogs, hundreds of them.

She isn't even clever enough to look at the main page of the blogs first. Her rampant paranoia is obvious.

Again, more belly laughs at the Hapless Hillbilly Hamou.

RobMoshein said...

"safe location"? ROFLMAO...

That's Hamou speak for "I can't get internet access at my house in Lake Los Angeles near the place I was arrested in and the evicted from...so I have to get Steve to drive me to Denny's or Mc D's for dinner so I can use their free wifi..."

Hysterical Hapless Hopeless Hillbilly Hamou Hilarity indeed...

Blake Springpasture said...

Yawn.

Same old, same old over on Hamou's forum.

She's had yet another judgment entered against her for failure to put up any defense, and she falls back on the worn out excuses that she never saw the pleadings, she never knew the deadlines for filing her answers, she never got notice of the hearings, she had no opportunity to answer.

She's been singing this song for years. It's amazing that, with well over a dozen default judgments against her, the plaintiffs always managed to find their ways into court on the appointed times and dates . . . but Hamou never did.

And, of course, she's lying her ass off as usual. She posts about going before a judge on Friday to turn the two judgments around. For starters, no judge will grant her a hearing without notice to the opposing parties to appear, and she knows it. Second, she failed even to file answers to both Atchison's and Cohen's adversary suits, and the court is no more going to give her a second bite at that apple than the Texas court did when it dismissed her Bill of Review.

But, as usual, she's just spouting any lie that she thinks will get her off the hook even for just a moment.

Blake Springpasture said...

In two and a half pages of new Hamou-ian screed rehashing the same tired old excuses for missing yet another court deadline, Hamou ended with this incredible whopper regarding her scam movie project:

"I put my money where my mouth was".

The only money she put anywhere was American Express' money. That's why they obtained a judgment against her for hundreds of thousands of dollars.

And there were about a dozen other judgments against her for people who went unpaid after being conned into the movie project.

And there were others who got paid only when they went to the police about her bad checks.

In a sense, tough, it's true that she put her money where her mouth was: the money and her mouth are both in fantasy land.

RobMoshein said...

Actually Blake, Hamou is even more clueless than ever, as if that is even possible...

Federal Rules of Civil Procedure › TITLE II. COMMENCING AN ACTION; SERVICE OF PROCESS, PLEADINGS, MOTIONS, AND ORDERS › Rule 5. Serving and Filing Pleadings and Other Papers
Rule 5. Serving and Filing Pleadings and Other Papers

So yes, once again Hamou haplessly bleats that the RULES that apply to everyone else do not "really" apply to her, and SHE is the "special exception"...

More brain dead blather she spews only to convince herself she has the ability to do 'something". Which, in time, will end up in the real world with her usual results of "nothing"

Blake Springpasture said...

Yesterday, instead of appearing at the Creditor Meeting the court ordered her to attend, Hamou was sitting at a computer posting about all the things she was going to get Judge Bluebond -- whose orders she routinely ignores -- to do for her.

Right.

The woman is a lunatic.

Bob Atchison said...

The court has declared that Oma Hamou and her scam film was a fraud she committed against me.

The court did the same for Cohen.

Hamou can NEVER discharge these debts through bankruptcy. Now my attorney can pursue collection again. Soon, I expect, I will have another bench warrant for the arrest of Hamou.

Hamou has never responded to any of the lies she told to Cohen - what a coward she is!

Well, I have won again in court! This time was extra special because it confirmed her film project was a total fraud and scam run by her. Of course I and all of her other victims have known this for years, but having the court confirm it was great.

On to the next steps to collect!

Bob Atchison said...

Hamou's debtor's exam will have her under oath and we'll be able to nail her on every lie.

Blake Springpasture said...

Once again, the letters of encouragement and support are flowing in to Hamou.

Uh, huh.

By the way, Hamou, if you have a transcript of the criminal proceedings against you, why argue with us about what was said by the judge? Just post a copy of the relevant passages in the transcript. If you have the transcript, that's easy enough to do, and it'll demonstrate that you're not lying.

Rebecca Jordan said...

Hi, everyone. I'm back from Austria and Leighton's wedding, so much fun. I just caught up on my reading on this forum and Oma's and I have to say, this doesn't look good for Ms. Hamou, does it? What truly amazes me, Oma, is that not only do you shoot yourself in the foot nearly every time you take aim at something, you actually take the time to reload before firing again. What's the definition of insanity? To do the same thing over and over again without hope of a different outcome?

My chief concern as an interested observer of her depredations is the welfare of the animals she is most likely hoarding again, especially now that Bob has been vindicated and a federal court has ruled that she is officially a con artist. I suppose she doesn't have bus fare these days, let alone enough savings to make even a partial payment on the debts she owes Bob, Mr. Cohen and her other creditors, but at least her recent spate of judgments has allowed them to counter the false assertions she makes upon her ridiculous forum. You're a grifter, dear, and the idea that you are calling anyone a convict would be hilarious if it wasn't so annoying. You're the once and probably future convict in this mess, girlfriend. I talked to Mitzi last week and she told me all about your future turn as a orange-jump-suit wearing road gang member. She and her sister are mainly concerned that orange won't be flattering to your skin tones, God love them.

Oh, and my condolences for the loss of your mother. Do you think you honor her memory by claiming false relationships with Russians and Native Americans? Once and for all, Oma, Putin isn't going to date you, nor is His Holiness the Metropolitan of Moscow, or even your gentle giant friend. I'm planning on a return visit to Petersburg this fall; perhaps I can ask his widow how much he actually liked you.

What makes no sense to me (well, as if anything Hamou says or does ever could make sense) is "if" her defense of the felony charges is so iron clad with the endless parade of "experts" and documents and the DA has such a lousy case and "told her" as much (*snicker* sorry couldn't help myself) then WHY did her lawyer ask for more time to negotiate a plea bargain at the Pre Trial Conference? Why hasn't Hamou just demanded her trial as soon as possible?

Well, I already know the answer, but then the question still begs asking doesn't it?

Bob Atchison said...

Here I've made it easy, Hamou, so you can address what Cohen Said about you. Copy and paste in your forum with your response. You won't do it because you've been caught again:

1. You told Cohen you owned two properties.

2. You promised to pay Cohen an upfront retainer of $50,000.

3. You said the funds were in your Merill Lynch account.

4. You claimed you had spent $1.3M of "your own money" on the Enigma film you were doing on Nicholas II.

5. You claimed you had $50 million in contracts for the film.

6. You then incurred $10,617.50 in legal fees without paying anything.

7. You said the retainer payment was delayed because you had to get the money from a different bank, Chase.

8. You then said the payment was delayed because a mysterious benefactor had the funds and the benefactor's wife vetoed the payment.

9. You missed multiple promised meetings to pay with excuses like; feed the animals, hospitalizations, bank fraud and the Mojave desert.

10. Then you said you had the money in your account and that the $50,000 had arrived by courier but had mistakenly been delivered to your home instead of your 'office' but it was on its way that day.

11. You then lied and said you were going to the bank to have the check redone and made out to Cohen - it never happened.

12. You admitted to Cohen you didn't have the money in your account and promised to hand-deliver a $10,000 check. You didn't show up.

13.When Cohen told you he was withdrawing from your case you promised an $8,000 check and never showed up with that either.

14. YOU NEVER PAID COHEN A DIME!

15. Then you vanished.

Blake Springpasture said...

I truly hope that Hamou succeeds with her motion and that there is an actual trial of Atchison's adversary lawsuit.

Hamou thinks she will be able to attack Atchison's Texas judgment against her, but that is res judicata and, no matter how much she cries and rants, the bankruptcy court will not retry that case.

What is NOT res judicata, though, is the claim that she made fraudulent representations to get people to sign up for her movie project.

It's high time that subpoenas go out to Randy and Edna Morton and to many others who know about her activities relating to the movie project and to get their testimony into a court record. Just the list of people to whom she wrote bad checks will produce at least a half dozen witnesses. Then there are the people in whose names she obtained American Express cards without their knowledge. Then there are the people whom she stiffed for studio fees and other services.

Then, of course, Hamou will get to produce her evidence:

- that she had 100 employees of Enigma Films

- that Enigma Films had a large studio on Mayall Street in Northridge

- that Sarskaia had a phone number in its own name in California and offices in Pushkin

- that she had a $66 million trust fund

- that she paid for the ad in "Variety"

- that she paid her publicity firm

- that she paid Global Insight for its economic impact report

- that a journalist named Nitzana Kedem interviewed her, accompanied her to a movie studio and a hospital for an IV infusion on a busy and drama-filled day, and then published a glowing piece reporting on the powerful and impressive Oma Hamou and her film project

- that she was on a plane from Boston to Los Angeles on 9/11.

Then, if there is any doubt left about Hamou's credibility, Baruch Cohen's declarations on which he got a default judgment can be put into the record . . . or Cohen himself can come before the court and recount the pack of lies she used to stiff him, many of which are the same lies she has used for years on other victims.

Legally, of course, it is enough to get a default judgment that Hamou committed fraud in the inducement in enlisting people to work on her ponzi film project.

But to have a fully-developed federal court record of her claims and the proof -- or lack thereof -- of them will be sweet indeed.

Bob Atchison said...

Hamou - answer Cohen's claims!

I shouldn't call them claims because the court has declared you DEFRAUDED him. It's a FACT

Answer! You must answer them now!

Bob Atchison said...

Coward. Answer the accusations of Baruch Cohen. Liar, criminal, animal murderer, thief.

You will stand before God and be judged for what you did to Baruch Cohen - how you stole from him and lied to him. You will also answer for all of your victims, human and animal.

At least the court has now labelled your actions as fraud.

Blake Springpasture said...

Another half page of blather from Hamou, and she is still ducking the content of Cohen's declarations for which he got judgment in his favor.

Nor has she posted the criminal judge's comments from the transcript she supposedly has that supposedly proves what we posted was a lie.

But I'm definitely hoping she goes through with a motion to get the default judgment in favor of Atchison overturned. It would be a move as astute as her filing that Bill of Review in Texas that yielded so many subsequent problems for her, from localizing the judgment to California, to sanctions, to a bench warrant.

There is NOTHING I would like better than a full trial of her claims about the movie project from which the debt to Atchison arose.

Of course, she may strew motions all over the place . . . but we all know she'll NEVER show up in a court room for a full trial, as the LAST thing she wants in a court record is the testimony of the witnesses Atchison will call.

She'll duck it just like she ducked the hearings that produced the sanctions and the bench warrant in Texas.

She'll duck it just like she ducked all the debtor exams that were ordered in Texas and California in the Atchison and the Refai cases that produced bench warrants in California.

She'll duck it just like she ducked five Creditor Meetings in two bankruptcy filings.

She'll duck it just like she ducked the trial in the Refai lawsuit which resulted in his judgment against her.

She'll duck it just like the dozen other cases in which plaintiffs have been awarded default judgments against her.

She'll duck it just like she ducked the hearing on her petition for a restraining order against Atchison (which resulted not in an order against him but in her being ordered to pay Atchison's costs and fees . . . which she has also ducked paying).

She'll duck it just like she ducked a hearing in her felony animal abuse and probation violation case by falsely claiming she was in Michigan with her dying mother.

No matter how you cut it, at the end of the day the bankruptcy adversary case will inevitably yield a default judgment against Atchison, because she simply is not going to give a judge a reason to hear from the all the witnesses who were victims of her ponzi movie scam . . . or to find herself in the same courtroom with all the people she has scammed.

She will lie, obfuscate, and barf up volumes of spurious court motions and briefs while constantly crowing on the internet that she is chomping at the bit to vanquish her enemies before a court.

BUT SHE WILL NEVER WILLINGLY STAND IN FRONT A JUDGE TO CONFRONT ACTUAL WITNESSES TO HER SCAMS.

She's a con artist. It's how they work.

RobMoshein said...

Yes Blake, you hit the nail on the head as usual.

Hamou pretends in her feeble brain that "filing a Motion" is the same as getting a Court to do something.

She has almost never shown up in person for anything she filed with the Courts.

She "did" show up four times with what result??

1. Bob's original lawsuit. SHE LOST

2. The Bill of Review. SHE LOST

3. Motion for Protective Order from Debtor's exam. SHE LOST.

4. Bob's request for sanctions for her Restraining Order request. SHE LOST.

Has she ever shown up in front of a Judge in person and won? NEVER.

She'll never show up for anything meaningful. She never does and never will.

The landlord of Hamou's new rental digs requires that the tenant have had no unlawful detainer within the past three years and no unpaid judgments or liens.

Hmmm . . . she must not have seen those questions on the application form.

I wonder if she dropped by with the late payment she promised to deliver today.

Blake Springpasture said...

Wow, that was quite a rant last evening from Hamou about some numbers that "mean nothing" to her.

And, as usual, she proves she's lying by making wild guesses about what happened in a conversation and about caller ID numbers that we know did not come up to whom she claims they did.

Of course, whether or not she gets to stay in her new digs does not depend on any phone calls. It depends on whether she pays the rent, takes proper care of the property, and whether the landlord finds she lied on the application. (And I think we all know the answers there.)

Hamou is a serial squatter. Some landlords, such as the one in Rosamond, have simply given her the unceremonious boot. Here are the following landlords who have gone to court to get her out of properties for non-payment (and these are just the ones of whom we know):

Charlane Chipi
Huiku Batchelor
Eric Cowan
Patrick O'Connor
Jack Kleinman

Blake Springpasture said...

Hamou posted:

"I am currently on trial for my life for animal cruelty"

My goodness. Hamou's treatment of those animals must have been so horrific that California made it a capital crime.

And I love the notion that she dropped by the bankruptcy court unscheduled and had a chat with the judge. She must share Robert Richman's special rights of ex parte access to judges. (And it's worked so well for him.)

And her claim that she told the judge that Baruch Cohen lied when he certified that he sent her a copy of the adversary will likely not sit very well with Mr. Cohen. I would have thought that her provoking him into suing her (and winning) by her earlier claim in a brief that he committed malfeasance in representing her would have taught her some restraint.

But when someone is crazy, I guess restraint is not in the lesson plan.

It will be interesting to see how Hamou, without supposedly ever having read Mr. Cohen's complaint against her, managed to file a motion with the court about that complaint.

RobMoshein said...

So, here is the crux of why Hamou is pretty much lying about things.

She said "you asked him (Landlord) about ME he didn't tell you anything but listened to the lies you told him."

Well, wait. "IF" Steve is the tenant and the Landlord never heard of Hamou, then "WHY" would he bother to "listen" about Hamou? Makes zero sense.

I spent a decade in Real Estate Law, and most of my clients were Landlords or Real Estate Agents...

The Landlord would have just said "I'm sorry. I can't tell you who the Tenant is, but, that woman you are talking about isn't my tenant, you are mistaken." and hung up.

The only reason a Landlord WOULD sit and listen all about Hamou and her evictions, bankruptcies, judgments, animal abuse etc etc, was because he KNEW who she was, and was INTERESTED to hear about her.

I know, trying to explain rational reason to Hamou is like draining the ocean with a teaspoon, but still...

Penelope Autumnvale said...

Oh, my dear Ms. Hamou / McConnell / Moran / Murphy / Hanoi. Such commotion over an address that means nothing to you.

I know that the conversation you had yesterday with the landlord must have gone very well for you, so why would you go on as if something had gone amiss? Why, one would almost think that the landlord told you he wanted you out of the property or something.

Of course, I do understand something of your frustration. One puts so much work into setting up an elegant home that reflects one's personality and sense of style. There are measurements for drapery, rugs to pick out, art work to hang, furniture to bring in from the yard. (If I may drop a hint, my dear, I would suggest not hanging that beautiful portrait of the Empress You in the prom - er, wedding - dress over the fireplace. It looks as if there has been a bit of a problem with updraft in the past, and we wouldn't want soot on such a wonderful portrait, would we?)

Perhaps, my pet, you should consider trying another home purchase scam. Outright renting doesn't seem to be going so well for you. I'm sure that helpful Ms. Shari Porter can whip up a fresh batch of fake escrow documents for you. Unless, of course, you've become a bit too hot for her to handle.

Mitzi said...

Again with the scamming landlords thing, darling? I know, darling, Palmdale is a big town, but eventually these people are going to meet up and compare notes. Perhaps they could do it in the darling coffee shop on your forum, darling. So much more interesting a conversation than the usual speculations about your "career" in the entertainment business. It reminds me of my Uncle Morty during the Depression, darling. Morty was a mensch who would give you the shirt off his back, but he had a lot of mouths to feed. So he would move the family every two months because landlords in the Bronx used to offer the first month free, and by the time they got around to trying to collect for month two, Morty was on to the next block. Even after he was old and my cousin Sidney had established himself as the Carpet King of Paramus, New Jersey, and could support his parents in a lovely place at the shore, Morty would still occasionally stiff a landlord just for the hell of it. Oy, that Morty. Every family has one, but darling, you know all about that!

So have you decided which sofa to put in the front yard yet? As darling Pennele said, choices, choices.

Blake Springpasture said...

Well, it seems she's starting her Saturday morning with a freak out.

Apparently having yet another landlord breathing down her neck for her newest rental scam is getting to her.

Blake Springpasture said...

Hamou posted:

"I have a court date on the 27th of this month where the US Bankruptcy Court will hear legal arguments about setting aside the 2 Default judgments"

Oh, goody. That should be fun. As I've said before, I truly hope she manages to get these two adversaries to trial. I know all the crap she'll claim about Atchison. But I can't wait to see what she has to say about Baruch Cohen and his claims about her behavior.

But can you imagine what kind of day it was yesterday at DRI Holdings. There they were, expecting Hamou to drop off the overdue payment she had promised. Instead they got a phone call that alerted them to her real rental history instead of the one she put on the application: multiple unlawful detainers (one already this year), an open bankruptcy petition, and several hundred thousand dollars of unpaid judgments.

This was followed, not by the visit from Hamou to deliver payment, but by one of her phone calls full of crazy. Lots of rants and claims about stalkers and Animal Control and victimization . . . but not one red cent of actual money.

Oh, well, they were going to get to know her act sooner or later. All her landlords do.

I wonder how long it's going to take them to start the eviction proceedings.

Blake Springpasture said...

Apparently Hamou is either fabricating things or doesn't know how to use a copy-and-paste feature.

In the post she quotes as supposedly written by me, she has me spelling "barraged" as "bararaged", "grateful" as "greatfull", and "information" as "informationism".

These are the kinds of spelling errors with which Hamou's own writing is riddled. They are not the kinds of mistakes I make in using English.

Blake Springpasture said...

On another note regarding what the Sherriff's deputies supposedly tell Hamou about our supposed crimes . . .

The number of times I have been arrested in my entire life: 0

The number of times Hamou has been arrested in just the past few years (of which we know): 3

The number of bench warrants issued for my arrest in my entire life: 0

The number of bench warrants issued for Hamou's arrest in just the past few years (of which we know): 4

The cumulative amount of bail set for me in my entire life: $0

The cumulative amount of bail set for Hamou in just the past few years (of which we know): $1,151,000

Current felony charges outstanding against me: 0

Current felony charges outstanding against Hamou: 4

Number of probation violations on which I'm awaiting trial: 0

Number of probation violations on which Hamou is awaiting trial: 1

(And none of this accounts for the three felony convictions and multiple probation violation arrests before 2000.)

Am I misreading her post, or is she claiming that the current residents at the new place just decided to hang the Empress Oma drag queen portrait because they liked it?

Also, while I was sitting out on the porch this afternoon with an iced tea and Jane Austen, I wound up pondering a few things. Oma claims that the house that was raided was Steve Lee's, not hers, and yet she was the one who was evicted, not Lee, right? Because her name is on the lease. On the other hand, let's say she is telling the truth (I know, but let's postulate it for the sake of argument) and he was the official tenant. So he has an eviction on his record, oui? So either way, someone wasn't telling the truth at the lease signing for the new digs. I have no reason to think Mr. Lee would lie. Bitsy Kedem saw him at some of Oma's legal appearances, and although he was initially a little threatening, he calmed right down after the judge was rather firm about it. So I suppose that means Oma herself is lying. For what, the 40254th time?

Indeed, she is barrarrarrarraging us with lies.

Good catch, Becks. Sometimes Hamou's posts are so rambling and insane that I just skim over them.

I had not noticed her claim that someone looked in the window and saw a big picture of her done up in empress drag hanging over the fireplace.

So apparently the people who live in this house of which the address "meant nothing" to her just happened to hang a big picture of her over the fireplace of a house in which she does not live and the address of which she did not know?

That picture must be something like copies of the Mona Lisa (or, in her case, maybe Whistler's Mother) -- anyone with pretensions to taste will have one on a wall somewhere.

Unless, of course, these are the same "children" that Hamou trots out from time to time to garner sympathy and that dashed with Hamou from the car to an earlier house while shots rang out.

Those children are only in her head, so they don't take up much room.

Dearie, no one intruded on your mother's "legal right to privacy" (a term you apparently do not understand). She took the phone call willingly, she agreed to set up a meeting with the investigator willingly, she talked willingly, and she (and your brother) signed affidavits willingly that you were not in Michigan with her as your former lawyer told the judge.

Apparently having your new address become known, your new landlord become acquainted with your squatting history, and Animal Control aware of your new digs has rattled you badly. The crazed and obviously panicked frenzy of your last two days of posting is apparent to all readers.

He's your attorney. Why not just ask him?

Is it because he is a public defender who's not about to waste his time on anything other than the criminal charges against you?

Or is it because he's already sick of dealing with you, as quickly became the case with a raft of other lawyers who had the misfortune to end up with you as a client? (I'm referring not only to the four attorneys who have sued you*, but to poor old Shane Boasberg who was all but begging the judge to release him from your case in Texas, and to the first lawyer in your current cases who said he was sorry he answered the phone, and to the Public Defender before this one who suddenly disappeared from the case.)

RJ I've been in hysterics at Hamou's paranoid ravings about that WeHo Drag Queen Russian Empress Drag pic again.

Her narcissistic disorder compels her to hang that thing in the most prominent place where ever she squats, she has to be able to stare at it daily to feed her mental disease. Her utter paranoia however, makes her jump to the conclusion that the only way anyone would KNOW it's hanging on the wall over on 161st. Street E would be having someone peer in the window.

Instead of course of the real world, where we already KNOW Hamou has to hang it on her wall and wherever that fifteen year old silly wedding dress pic hangs is where Hamou lives. She lives in the fantasy that picture feeds so she can't be without.

Sort of like "The Portrait Of Dorian Gray" except the portrait stays the same and Hamou is the one who got old and hagged out.

Uh, nitwit. You just proved you did not talk to any judge. The default judgments were not entered because you were "not present" at anything, as there were no hearings held.

The default judgments were entered because you failed to file answers to the two adversaries by the July 23 deadline, despite having had weeks and weeks to do so.

In fact, you were present in court on the criminal charges on July 21. So your excuse that you were in the hospital or otherwise incommoded is just another of your lies.

During the time between the court's issuing you the order to file the answers and the date the answers were due you went to Michigan, you appeared at a Creditor Meeting, you had more than one appearance in criminal court, you were evicted from the Kleinman property and moved into the current property.

Once a judge hears all this -- and she will -- any claim you make that you were out of pocket due to hospitalization or anything else during the entire time you had to file answers is going right down the tubes.

Sometimes you really are just too stupid for words.

It was the bench warrant he obtained from a judge during his attempts to collect this judgment that sent you scurrying into bankruptcy court the second time.

And, yes, that was a default judgment, too. Over a dozen of the judgments against you are default judgments, because you blow off court dates and filing deadlines.

You never show up to mount a defense for the simple reason that you do not have one.

Hmmm. A thought occurred to me just now.

We know the Landlord contacted Hamou on August 15, she admitted as much.

Now, if the never came up with the money on the 15th that he was expecting from her, he would have issued the required 3 Day Notice to Pay or Quit, or just given her a 3 Day Notice to Vacate due to the fraud in her application (Bankruptcies and Judgments not disclosed, etc)

Now, today is three days later, the 18th.

Maybe the LASD paid a "courtesy call" on her this morning and booted her out?

First of all, you have no idea what the word "cohort" means. Second, how did your mysterious visitors know you had called law enforcement? Did you hold up a sign? Third, you live in the Greater Los Angeles area. I think we have far fewer cars on the streets of Manhattan than you do there, and I hear honking horns here all of the time without the feeling that they are directed at me. Honestly, girlfriend, if you have submitted this collection of nonsense you call an "affidavit" to anyone with legal authority, they're going to put you in a hatch.

Blake Springpasture said...

The real fun of this is that Hamou thinks someone on this blog tracked her to her new digs when, in fact, something quite different happened.

One of her victims in the Palmdale area has made it his business to keep track of her whereabouts for his own reasons. It was this person who found her prior address in Rosamond and reported her history to that landlord, found her subsequent address in Lake Los Angeles, and through sheer luck found where she is now living when he recognized Steve Lee's truck at a friend's establishment and inquired if the friend knew Hamou and knew where she was living. It turned out that he did.

It was this victim who then called the landlord to give him the information that Hamou has a history of unlawful detainers, had recently been evicted for non-payment, has a slew of outstanding judgments against her, and is currently petitioning for bankruptcy.

We just got the call from this victim after it was all done.

As we've reported many times before, the phone rings fairly regularly with someone calling to report information about Hamou and her scams. We don't have to waste time or money trying to locate her. She has crossed enough people that someone seems always ready to come forward with information.

We've been contacted by animal rights groups, by adoptive parents, by former housemates, by shopping companions, by house cleaners, by movers. It seems she has quite a following, especially in Los Angeles County.

Perhaps this is what she meant when she said that she and Enigma Films were a success story.

Ahhh . . . fame.

Blake Springpasture said...

Hamou posted:

"these people for the most part did not reach out to any of you"

Uh, right.

And just how would we know who the adoptive mother was from an adoption scam over 20 years ago?

And just how would we know who your roommates were some years ago?

And just how would we know who went shopping with you for that silly wedding dress in the Empress photo?

And just how would we know who you called to clean up the mess in Lake Los Angeles?

And just how would we know who you engaged to haul Patrick O'Connor's outbuilding from Littlerock to Rosamund?

You might want -- or even need -- to believe that the people you scam don't remember it, don't get angry, and don't want to see you brought to answer for your behavior. As a sociopath, you certainly don't care and probably can't even comprehend that others could have feelings that are inconvenient to your purpose.

But the list is long. And it's getting longer with every new landlord, with every new con game, with every new stiffed lawyer, with every new round of animal abuse.

And -- what's worse for you -- these people are finding each other, they're comparing notes, they're cooperating with each other . . . and they're willing to testify when you get stupid enough to give them the opportunity.

I know you're way too old and worn, set in your ways, and just plain desperate to make your way without continuing to live on the grift. But your shenanigans are playing out before a bigger and bigger audience with every passing month.

You've always wanted your name to be on people's lips. Well, it's come to pass, and you're going to have to learn to live with it . . . and with the consequences.

RobMoshein said...

it bleated: I do have the declaration from Steve's Landlord concerning the call made to his office from a phone located inside of your home

But it also insisted the Landlord HAD THE Caller ID number. If Hamou HAD that number, she would know it did NOT come from area code 512, so it wasn't made from our home. Actually the call was not even made from anywhere in Texas.

If she really had the caller ID, she'd know who made the call, and where they were.

So we know she's lying again.

RobMoshein said...

Hamou can't even keep her blathering lies straight.

b. The hapless hillbilly doesn't even understand that the "caller ID" of a Skype call says just "Skype Caller".

So Hamou once again proves she lies and then lies more...

Dear Mr. Moshein:

I hope you will not mind this post. I am a close friend and former co-worker with Rebecca Jordan, and have been reading your forum for several years at her behest, as well Miss Hamou's postings. Although I started reading it for the laughs, it has turned into an ongoing saga that, as Rebecca says, beats anything on Netflix.

Thank you for your wine expertise. Rebecca maintains a summer home just down the beach from us, and her level of dinner with wine has improved beyond measure under your tutelage!

I am posting because Miss Hamou has finally gone off the deep end. It is one thing to be a scam artist, but if you are going to be one, try to be the best one you can be. The latest posts on her forum indicate that she can no longer keep her stories straight on a minute to minute basis, let alone over the course of an entire day. According to RJ, you have lost every single legal action you have brought, Miss Hamou. You are poised to continue that streak should you continue with this line of attack. A first year law student could break you down. From what I have gleaned on your forum, the public defender assigned to you seems to defend you primarily by claiming that you are too stupid to understand what is being said to you. It's a good tactic, but in the end doesn't do much to support your credibility. And your credibility, given the sheer number of people who have sued you, has to be fairly low anyway.

I do hope that if you are in New York this fall you will be in touch with RJ, Mr. Moshein. My wife and I would love to have you both over.

All best wishes,

Richard DiCastelis

Hamou posted:

"Bob Atchison has established a 'pattern of intentional abuse' during the discovery process of our previous litigation in Texas."

It's true that the Texas court issued sanctions against one of the litigants in that lawsuit for abuse of discovery.

However, the litigant against whom sanctions were issued WAS HER!.

The woman is a pathological liar who will lie about absolutely anything to suit her purpose.

Blake Springpasture said...

You know, the lie Hamou told about abuse of discovery was significant enough to warrant further comment.

Bob Atchison has NEVER been found to abuse process by any court.

Hamou, on the other hand, has been found multiple times to have abused discovery and legal process.

She was sanctioned for abuse of discovery in the original lawsuit she lost to Bob Atchison.

Debtors exams are part of the discovery process. She has refused to show multiple times for court-ordered exams. Bench warrants for her arrest for failure to show have been issued in both Texas and California.

A Texas court also levied two rounds of sanctions against her for repeated failures to appear at hearings.

A California court also found that she abused legal process in her failed petition to get a permanent restraining order against Atchison, and the court awarded Atchison both his costs and attorney's fees for this abuse of process (even though she has never paid a dime of it).

She can prattle on about abuse of process all she wants, but Atchison has NEVER been found to abuse process, whereas she has been found by several judges in two states to have done so.

She can load her "Ask Oma" forum with all the lies she wants. She cannot, however, produce a single case number in which any judge ever held Atchison to have abused process. On the other hand, we can cite numerous rulings that she has abused process.

She's a con artist and a pathological liar. When you get the two rolled into one, this is the incredible scope of the lies you will see.

Blake - this is why Hamou is such a danger to humanity.

As I said a few posts back she will never stop lying and running her cons. She is a hardened criminal. Anyone and everyone is her potential prey. She doesn't have any empathy for her victims. As long as she walks the streets more crimes will be committed, more victims will be added to the long list and more animals will die.

If there was ever a story that cried out for justice it is this one. Hamou must be stopped. A long prison sentence is the only solution.

Yes, I was astounded to read these last lies about abusing the discovery process since it was her that did it and she was sanctioned. What can you do when her lies pour forth like some vomit-inducing, demonic sewage?

Hamou knows every lie she has told, every dime she has stolen, every victim in her long rap sheet. It doesn't matter to her, she has no remorse or human empathy. She is an old rabid hyena driven by hunger, zombie instinct and bloodlust - looking for another victim to drag back to her garbage heap and devour.

No one is safe from her. She must go to prison.

Blake Springpasture said...

And the lies just keep on coming. Hamou posted:

"I didn't appear because I didn't have money to spend on a ticket just because some coward won a judgment against me"

The series of hearings in which the most recent sanctions were issued against Hamou in Texas originated with Hamou's going to Texas to file a Bill of Review. The Bill was dismissed, but once Hamou had put herself within reach of the Texas court again, collection proceedings commenced on the judgment the Appellate Court had upheld by dismissing the Bill of Review.

Hamou had plenty of money to get to Texas when she thought -- erroneously, as it turned out -- that she had the upper hand. When she lost the case and the worm turned, she suddenly had no money to travel.

This has always been the pattern with Hamou. She manages to show up in court in only three circumstances: (1) when she has been arrested, as happened in San Bernardino County and with the animal abuse charges; (2) when failure to appear will likely result in imminent incarceration; or (3) when she can get a judge's ear without the opposing party present, such as when she files for temporary restraining orders or initiates an action through written pleadings.

However, once she thinks the opposing party will actually be present, she starts spinning the excuses for not showing up in court: she was assaulted the night before, she was in fear for her life; she was in the hospital; she never got notice of the hearing; her lawyer committed malpractice; etc. (We've heard them all throughout the years, some several times over.)

Meanwhile, she accumulates sanctions, bench warrants, and default judgments. From her perspective, these are less fearful consequences than having to stand in front of a judge when actual evidence and witnesses of her scams will be produced.

She's a pathological liar and a con artist. It's how she crawls her way through her miserable life.

Blake Springpasture said...

Hamou posted:

"I am going to attempt to briefly outline the fraud perpetrated on both the court and myself on September 27, 2005 when Bob Atchison obtained a monetary judgment against me . . . "

Hamou has been retrying this case on the internet for years.

Here, though, is the truth of it all.

Hamou was at the trial, conducting her own defense. (As usual, her lawyer had bailed on her after getting to know her.)

She had the opportunity to object and did, in fact, object to evidence presented by Atchison. Her problem is that the judge and jury believed Atchison and not her.

She had the opportunity to appeal the judgement, presenting to an appellate court any of the "evidence" of Atchison's supposed fraud that she has been plastering on the internet for years.

However, she did not appeal.

Why?

For the same reason that Hamou has over a dozen default judgments against her. The stuff she calls "evidence" is only internet filler. It is not anything that would hold up in court, and she knows it.

That is why she fights her legal battles on the internet and not before judges if there is any way she can avoid them.

At this point, there have been numerous legal battles between Atchison and Hamou since Atchison's original victory: her Bill of Review; her federal RICO lawsuit; his enforcement actions; his localization of the judgment to California; her petition for a permanent restraining order; his adversary suit.

These actions have been in two states and in front of numerous judges, both state and federal. She has not prevailed in a single one of them. Not only that, but she has been cited for contempt of court, she has had new sanctions imposed, she has been ordered to pay Atchison's costs and attorney fees, and bench warrants have been issued for her arrest.

Yet she has retried every one of these cases on the internet endlessly, always with her declaring her certain victory . . . if only this had happened, or that had not happened.

The woman is a liar and a con artist. It's how they operate.

You'll remember that person who was very close to Hamou who claimed she was a witch and was casting spells - I know this sounds very silly - she was in a bathtub with her son, stones, water, incantations - well it goes on from there. It had something to do with the death of her father and spirits.

Hamou is obviously setting up her next excuse for missing yet another court date.

She keeps posting over and over about a hearing on August 27. There is no hearing on August 27 (which, of course, means she was lying about talking to a judge last week and being given that date).

However, there is a long-standing appointment for a status conference on August 26, of which Hamou is aware, if for no other reason than the date is shown in the status report where Wegman notified the court that the hearing would require about 2 hours -- a document she has obviously seen since she has referred to its contents on several points since yesterday.

I can just see it all now. Hamou misses out on yet another date with a judge, it doesn't go well for her, then she goes onto the internet to claim she intended to appear, but an unfortunate confusion about the date caused her to miss the appearance . . . followed by assurances that she would have prevailed, if only circumstances had not prevented her from being present.

It's a scenario that's been playing out with her for years. She did not get notice of the Refai case trial. She did not get notice of Cohen's adversary complaint. She could not answer Atchison's or Cohen's adversaries because she might have been in the hospital. Someone beat her up the night before the restraining order hearing. She didn't have the money to fly to Austin. She failed to file schedules in her second bankruptcy because her lawyer committed malpractice.

Yada-da-yada-da-yada-da . . . .

Blake Springpasture said...

Oma, just to be sure you have every opportunity to present your case to the judge, here are the particulars of the case status conference:

Date: August 26, 2018

Time: 2:00 p.m.

Place: 255 East Temple Street
Courtroom 1475
Los Angeles, CA 90012

Judge: Sheri Bluebond

Note that this is next Tuesday, not Wednesday.

If you need directions to the courthouse, just post back saying so, and we'll gladly provide them.

Now, be there or be square.

Blake Springpasture said...

I forgot to mention that the status conference on August 26 will be for both Atchison's and Cohen's adversaries.

That should enable Hamou to kill two birds with one stone, since she's assuring us she's also going to get Cohen's default judgment reversed.

It proves NOTHING WAS FILED

It fails to prove Hamou spent ANY TIME in Downtown LA whatsoever.

Just like the time Hamou sent Bob a receipt claiming his check had been overnighted by the Post Office, but the Post Office identified it as nothing but a receipt for a book of STAMPS.

She fakes documents like some people drink water. ie: all day long.

Either way, she lies to try to make herself look like she used to be "somebody", when in reality back then she got pregnant by a chauffeur, failed as an actress or model and had to use the baby to scam Mary out of cash to get by on.

So she was using the name of ASHKENAZY prior to marrying Marcus. Perhaps it was a previous marriage?

It's hard to keep track of the names she was using:

OK - Oma Hamou - now you have read Cohen's complaint - answer the following:

Here I've made it easy, Hamou, so you can address what Cohen Said about you. Copy and paste in your forum with your response.

10. Then you said you had the money in your account and that the $50,000 had arrived by courier but had mistakenly been delivered to the wrong adress but it was on its way that day.

Bob. when I first read Cohen's complaint what struck me most was the utter lack of imagination and creativity in Hamou's lies.

She was using the same ones on him that she used on you and the other victims of her ponzi film scheme almost fifteen year ago.

Of course, she's grifted over three quarters of a million dollars from people, so maybe she figures why mess with success.

RobMoshein said...

Blake, I think the term "success" isn't wholly accurate in the case of Hamou

Yes it scammed people and business for a huge amount of money as evidenced by the judgments and lawsuits filed, and the several bankruptcy schedules it filed and admitted to the debts.

However: what does it have left? NOTHING!

It has been evicted from every house it has been in for some six years:
Eric Cowan, Mrs. Batchelor, Charlane Chipi, Patrick's successor, Rosamond and Lake Los Angeles.

It has to scam people on Craig's list and sell stolen copper and sundry items to scrape together enough money for dinner at Denny's, Walmart and copy fees at the Federal Court.

It squats in squalor in the slum of the slum of a desert hell hole since it can't afford anything better.

Success is living in a hovel in the middle of nowhere, missing a tooth, wearing Goodwill hand me downs, forced to a Public Defender for lack of money for a lawyer, driven around by Steve Lee in ancient red pick up trucks, clinging on to a fifteen year old picture of itself as a Drag Queen wanting to be a Russian Empress??

If a pathetic nothing existence deep in debt and squatting in squalor is success then Hamou is hugely successful...

Otherwise, it is the poster child (Drag Queen Empress poster nothwithstanding) of #fail.

RobMoshein said...

UH OH!! Seems Hamou owes somebody money again. It bleated it needs to be in the "hospital" for a "few days" starting Wednesday.

"Hospital" is Hamou code for needing to be unavailable and in hiding.

Oh, and it still thinks tomorrow is a "hearing". There is NO HEARING tomorrow. Just a "status conference".

Oh well, the Judge can explain the difference to it tomorrow, if it shows, which it probably won't.

Hamou posted:

"I am sitting downtown in Los Angeles"

As are many other destitute people.

When Hamou lived in the first house in Lake Los Angles out in the Antelope Valley she named it "Burbank" -- as in, "I live in Burbank".

Now she's named the second house out in the desert "Downtown Los Angeles".

What's next?

A cave in the Mojave named "Bel Air"?

And apparently "Hospital" is her name for drawing the curtains and not answering the door on East 161 Street.

I think I'll call myself "Ralph" for incredulous.

Are there shelters in downtown Los Angeles? Or at least places that give away coffee?

RobMoshein said...

RJ: YES a whole slew of homeless shelters in downtown LA:

Los Angeles Mission
www.losangelesmission.org
303 E 5th St
Los Angeles, CA
(213) 629-1227
"free of charge to all in need. We provide three hot meals daily, overnight shelter, clean clothing, showers and temporary baggage storage." I bet there is plenty of free coffee there

Downtown Women's Center
www.dwcweb.org
442 S San Pedro St
Los Angeles, CA
(213) 680-0600
" three meals — breakfast, lunch and a hearty afternoon snack — are served seven days a week. Women come to use clean, private bathrooms and showers. They rest in day beds, use laundry facilities, make phone calls, secure a mailing address, or get a fresh change of clothes."Certainly coffee here as well, and probably internet access too!"

Weingart Center Association
www.weingart.org
566 S San Pedro St
Los Angeles, CA
(213) 627-9000

There are at least ten in a few square block area in the heart of downtown.

Maybe, Blake, her cave isn't called "downtown" but she really IS downtown at one of these places.

Hamou posted:

"in the US Federal Court I ask for 10 million US Dollars"

Good. Might as well demonstrate your insanity to the judge right off the bat.

Blake Springpasture said...

Hamou has been prattling about all the "evidence" she is going to present to the judge about Bob Atchison.

However, she has been mute about what she is going to tell the judge about Baruch Cohen's lawsuit, as that suit is at conference as well today.

Is she going to sit in the room in front of both Cohen and the judge and tell the judge that Cohen lied in his sworn complaint?

Is she going to tell the judge that Cohen lied about her telling him she owned real estate?

Is she going to tell the judge that Cohen lied about her telling him she had a Merrill Lynch account?

Is she going to tell the judge that Cohen lied about her telling him she had spent over a million dollars of her own money on anything?

Is she going to tell the judge that Cohen lied about her telling him about a Chase bank account?

Is she going to tell the judge that Cohen lied about her telling him about a mysterious benefactor?

Is she going to tell the judge that Cohen lied about her missing multiple meetings?

Is she going to tell the judge that Cohen lied about her telling him about couriers going to the wrong address?

My guess is that she will simply be too afraid of seeing Cohen face-to-face in front of the judge to show up today.

My guess is that her announced plans to go to the "hospital" tomorrow will be moved up a day.

Hamou posted:

"I will be in court this afternoon and I will make it known to the court of Bob Atchison's history of lying in court documents"

Uh, huh.

But still not a word about what she's going to tell the judge about Baruch Cohen's complaint that she lied her ass off in her dealings with him, even using some of the same lies she used years earlier with Atchison.

I just can't wait to hear what she tells the judge about Cohen.

Blake Springpasture said...

Hamou posted:

"There is more in my pleadings....."

Oh, we wouldn't expect (or hope) for anything less.

But it seems Hamou must be getting her advice on court procedures from Robert Richman who cannot even get his own cases off the ground. She seems completely to misunderstand the current posture of the cases and what steps she must take if she wants to try to recover from failing to file timely answers to both Cohen's and Atchison's lawsuits.

And, of course, she's still ducking the allegations Cohen made in his sworn complaint about all the lies she told him.

Actually, there's really nothing she can tell the court other than Baruch Cohen is a liar who has joined the very, very long queue of people who, according to her, have lied about her for years.

Blake Springpasture said...

Hmmm. It seems this speculation about what Hamou is going to tell the court about Baruch Cohen's complaint is really getting under Hamou's skin.

I'm surprised that by now she hasn't claimed Atchison had someone call Cohen pretending to be her and telling all those lies about her in order to retain his services.

The old girl seems to be off her game.

Transcript of a transmission picked up from a recent evening in the Hamou/Lee household:

Male Voice: Hey, Oma, bring me a beer.

Female Voice: I can't. I'm in downtown Los Angeles.

Male Voice: (indistinct muttering) Okay, when can you bring me a beer?

Female Voice: Beer? I think you mean a wine spritzer. I'm in downtown Los Angeles.

Male Voice: All right. How long's this going to go on this time?

Female Voice: I don't know what you're talking about.

Male Voice: Burbank. You remember Burbank.

Female Voice: Burbank is north of here. I'm in downtown Los Angeles.

Male Voice: Oh, brother. Well, could you at least give those damn dogs something to eat. The barking is driving me crazy.

Female Voice: What dogs? I don't see any dogs here. I'm in downtown Los Angeles.

Male Voice: (under his breath) And I'm in Hell.

Hamou posted:

"I have filed an Answer to the adversary claims against me in the US Federal Bankruptcy Court"

Little problem there. The answers were due by July 23.

And federal courts tend to take their rules fairly seriously.

Blake Springpasture said...

Hamou's complete mess of a pleading is now posted on PACER.

In the opening line she refers to her "first amended original answer". Of course, there was never an original answer filed that could be amended.

She also consistently refers to herself as "Plaintiff" while speaking of her "affirmative defenses."

She is too stupid even to understand that she is the Defendant in the case, not the Plaintiff.

So we wind up with such assertions as "Plaintiff is not responsible" for the conduct alleged. Since Atchison is the Plaintiff, she is actually arguing that Atchison did not do any of the things she claims he did.

Further errors abound but, as they say . . . .

Yep. She's a moron.

So many errors, so little time.

Blake Springpasture said...

Hamou posted:

"My Answer(s) were duly noted by the court."

Well, the judge "duly noted" that you filed papers.

However, what you conveniently omit to report is that the papers you filed were rejected by the judge who told you they were not suitable to the purpose and that you must file a Motion for Relief from Default in each case and serve each opposing party.

And, just as we posted earlier, the default judgments were, in fact, taken by the court -- which is the very reason you must file a motion for relief from default. If there were no default, there would be nothing from which to seek relief.

Of course, since you still haven't learned the difference between a plaintiff and a defendant, you are probably incapable of grasping any of this.

You are, after all, the Woman Who Sued Herself in Texas by getting plaintiff confused with defendant.

You really are a nitwit.

I honestly hope you get the defaults set aside so that these cases can move toward trial. We are chomping at the bit to have the judge issue an order compelling you to sit for 8 hours of discovery.

RobMoshein said...

"Worn out. Overweight, missing teeth, no style or effort to dress at all" as reported by Court Observers describing Hamou today.

Hamou had no "victory" as her pathetic bleatings were rejected by the Judge as insufficient and improper, and she was given a week to correct the papers. She was told as much in so many words.

One hopes Hamou really really pursues this so she can be subjected to the mandatory EIGHT HOURS of deposition under oath and recorded, not to mention other proper discovery.

Blake Springpasture said...

Regarding Bob Atchison, Hamou posted:

"He is not going to win nothing"

That's right. He's definitely going to win something.

And, Hamou, if, as you say, I am fabricating the claim that the judge rejected the papers you just filed, then please explain why the case will not proceed without your having to file new papers by September 5.

I know a way you can demonstrate to everyone that the judge accepted your filing. Don't file anything else and let's see what happens.

Nitwit.

Blake Springpasture said...

Well, well. In looking at Hamou's answer to Baruch Cohen's lawsuit, she says:

- his case against her does not arise from her actions but of some mysterious, unnamed third parties

- Cohen violated the "statue" (she probably meant "statute") of frauds

- she paid Cohen (meaning he lied about not receiving payment)

- and reiterates the claim of "fraud on the part of Cohen"

In an earlier pleading before another court, Hamou accused Cohen of malpractice. She now adds claims of lying and fraud.

Wow. Her own lawyer. Simply wow.

If she repeats those claims in the proper pleading that she must file it will be very interesting to see whether Judge Bluebond believes her or Mr. Cohen.

My money's on Mr. Cohen.

Blake Springpasture said...

I see that Hamou is still struggling with proper English and double negatives.

She said Atchison "is not going to win nothing" and doesn't seem to understand that such a sentence actually states that Atchison will win something.

Perhaps she meant to say that Atchison "is going to win nothing" or Atchison "is not going to win anything." But her pitiful command of English simply does not allow her to express the thought . . . or even to recognize the grammatical error.

Of course, this is a woman who doesn't know the difference between "your" and "you're", "its" and "it's", plaintiff and defendant, "statue" and "statute", Baruch and Barruch.

So maybe I'm expecting too much.

Blake Springpasture said...

Last evening Sandman (who is Hamou) posted excerpts from a letter by her attorney David Slater accusing Bob Atchison of bad faith during discovery in the lawsuit that Atchison ultimately won with a jury verdict.

It's true that sanctions were imposed by the judge during that action for abuse of discovery process. However, the sanctions were imposed on Hamou, NOT on Atchison.

She also fails to mention that David Slater dumped her as a client before the trial started. The firm that took over her case -- Foster, Malisch -- also dumped her just before trial, which has led over the years to her whining about losing the case because she was "forced" to go to trial without counsel.

The reason that she was forced to trial without counsel was that the judge had gotten tired of her constant requests for continuances and other attempts to stall the proceedings.

Since that lawsuit, Hamou has continued to flout the discovery orders of courts. She has been cited numerous times for contempt for failures to appear. She has had three more rounds of sanctions imposed on her by courts in Texas and California (with none paid). She has had two bench warrants issued for her arrest for failure to attend court-ordered debtor exams.

But, as usual, the reality in Oma-Land is somewhat different from the reality in which sane and honest people live.
