When one uses a search engine online using my name, and my trade name, The Austin Wine Guy, one finds a deluge of defamatory and simply out right lies spread across the Internet results now going back years all from her hand.
I would NOT even have written here, had this person not continually written her own false and defamatory statements herself and aided and abetted other personae writing "on her behalf" for the last ten years. If she doesn't want me to say anything about her, she ought not have been continually blogging and writing about me much less aiding and encouraging others to do so as well.
The woman behind all of this uses alias names: Oma Hamou, Oma McConnell, Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Hamou, Alexandra Moran, Oma Demian, Alexandra Murphy, are the usual ones, but there are others. She used the name "Kathryn Kennedy" to obtain money from a woman who was approached to adopt her child (she only took her child back, on literally the last possible day, after the adoptive mother refused to continue to pay her any more money.) She uses a business name of "Enigma Royal Films, LLC" she also calls just "Enigma Films" and "Reseda Glass" and "Worldwide Construction Enterprises, Inc." I learned about her genuine background, and she wants me silenced from speaking about it.
This woman admits that her actions are all motivated by her bitterness and hatred towards me, and this is the reason for her actions.
This woman, Oma Hamou, Oma McConnell, Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Hamou, Oma Demian, Alexandra Murphy and her other aliases have a twenty plus year track record of FELONY CONVICTIONS, multiple arrests, failure to abide by the requirements of her probation for her felony convictions which lead to more arrests, many many civil judgments against her for hundreds of thousands of dollars, a history of writing bad checks, and she was arrested late in 2008 in San Bernardino California on a Felony Charge of Forgery of a Financial Instrument (she seems to have forged a large check) After 14 months of dragging the process out, she paid the Victim full restitution and the District Attorney dropped the Felony charge. She has a history of evictions and bad checks.
A complete dossier has been posted, with the details on her activities, notably passing bad checks, stiffing landlords for rent owed and trashing the houses she rents by reason of keeping literally dozens of cats and dogs and not cleaning up after them. FLED the Court on March 13, 2014 when faced with revocation of Probation for Animal Cruelty conviction sentence and new criminal charges. She has also been charged with FIVE Felony Animal Abuse Charges.She is now out on bail, awaiting her next hearing with bail set at $101,000.
Further, she was ARRESTED BY THE BURBANK POLICE DEPARTMENT ON FRIDAY MARCH 8, 2013 ON A FELONY CRIMINAL WARRANT FOR FAILURE TO APPEAR IN COURT ON ANIMAL ABUSE CHARGES THAT WERE FILED AGAINST HER ON JANUARY 29, 2013 IN PALMDALE.

She was given 36 months conditional probation by Judge Harmon. She was required, among other things, to enroll in 24 Animal Neglect classes and provide the Court proof she had enrolled within thirty days. She was also prohibited from possessing ANY animals at all for three full years.
"Alexandra McConnell" failed to provide the proof of enrollment and failed to appear as ordered by Judge Harmon. The Court immediately revoked her Probation and summarily issued a $50,000 bail arrest warrant in October 2013.
This is the probation which is now revoked by reason of her fleeing the Courthouse rather than face Judge Harmon who indicated he was going to remand her to Jail.
In responding to complaints of animal neglect, abuse and overcrowded conditons in a Lancaster California residence, "Alexandra McConnell" was arrested AGAIN on December 16, 2013 by the responding officers when they discovered the outstanding arrest warrant, and 96 sick, filthy and neglected animals found living in the most deplorable of conditions were confiscated from her Lancaster California residence by the Lancaster Animal Control Shelter. Having these animals violated the Court Order. Oma Hamou aka Alexandra McConnell, Booking No.: 3805070 was held in custody for 36 hours before being released on a $50,000 bond. Charges are pending and a hearing on this Case, number 3AV0072401 was scheduled on the matter for January 7, 2014 in the Antelope Valley Courthouse.

In 2008 Ms. Chipi was seeking a short sale of her home. A realtor named Kevin Davies (phone available upon request) introduced Oma McConnell to Ms. Chipi, claiming she had loan approval to purchase the house but that McConnell wanted to move in as a renter prior to closing the sale. (This was exactly the scenario she used to gain occupancy at Mr. O'Connor's house in Littlerock.) Ms. Chipi agreed.
The first rental check was written on a closed account. No further rental payments were made. McConnell moved in with her son and another man. The house was thoroughly trashed. Numerous animals were kept in one room which was badly damaged. Carpeting was ripped out. Appliances were removed. The kitchen caught fire.
Ms. Chipi sought help from the Sheriff's department which told her that they could do nothing without an eviction order. Ms. Chipi filed a U.D. (Case No. 08U03169 - Michael Antonovich Antelope Valley Courthouse), which she later dropped due to lack of resources. She said that Kevin Davies also filed an action against McConnell and that she failed to show for the hearing.
Ms. Chipi says she has some files on the incident, as does Mr. Davies, and that she also has undeveloped film of the damage done to the house.
Robert Atchison
Won a Civil Judgment against Oma Hamou for her failure to pay him consulting fees as she promised him she would do.
A District Court Judge has signed an order requiring her to schedule and appear at a deposition in Austin Texas no later than September 3, 2011 to disclose her assets, finances, and employment information, and she is further ORDERED to comply by providing the requested financial, employment and asset documentation to Mr. Atchison no later than August 20. She did nothing. Her failure to do these things resulted in an order of Contempt of Court.
August 2011: Hamou/McConnell tried to derail Mr. Atchison's debt collection with a last moment filing of a "Bill of Review". Hamou's Bill of Review was dismissed on July 26, 2011 by the Hon Judge Cooper of the District Court. Hamou now has no choice but to comply with the Court order.
OCTOBER 18:
The Court slapped Oma Hamou with an Order of Contempt of Court and imposed $1,000 sanctions against her for failing to comply with the Ordered Document Production and Deposition.
January 2012: District Court Lora Livingston Slapped an ORDER TO APPEAR AND SHOW CAUSE on Oma Hamou requiring her to appear in Person to explain her continuing violation of Court Orders. Her failure to appear will most likely result in a Bench Warrant for her Arrest:
Hamou failed to appear as ordered by the Court. As a result, a BENCH WARRANT for her arrest was issued on March 26, 2012 by the same Judge Livingston in the Travis County District Court
Hamou attempted in June 2012 to ask the Court to vacate the Bench Warrant, but it seems her "Paralegal" one Robert Richman (a Tai Chi master and Torah Scholar, as well as "Paralegal") seems to have chickened out on continuing.
In 2012 "Oma McConnell" filed for Bankruptcy in order to forestall debtor's exams and collection efforts. She failed to file any required schedules or information, despite Court orders to do so. Her Bankruptcy was dismissed for that failure. However, On August 20, 2012 Judge Robles of the US Federal Bankruptcy Court ordered her Bankruptcy proceedings to be re-instated and ordered her to comply with Document Production requests and Deposition by attorneys for Bob Atchison, which are now scheduled for late September. Hamou/McConnell FAILED TO COMPLY WITH THE COURT ORDERED DOCUMENT PRODUCTION REQUIRED NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 14, 2012. She further FAILED TO COMPLY WITH THE COURT ORDER THAT SHE APPEAR FOR A DEPOSITION ON SEPTEMBER 20, 2012. She can now be held in Contempt of Court.
October 31, 2012, the Bankruptcy Court dismissed Oma McConnell's bankruptcy due to her utter failure to file even one single required schedule or document. Judge Ernesto Robles said her creditors "are free to pursue their State claims against her".
March 2013: Mr. Atchison has had his Judgment made final in California and localized to California and is proceeding to collect against her. A Debtors Exam (ORAP) has now been issued and ordered by the Los Angeles Superior Court for Hamou/McConnell to appear in Court.
January 29, 2014: A Los Angeles Superior Court Judge awarded Mr. Atchison $2,800 in costs against "Oma McConnell" for her filing a false Civil Restraining Order against him to attempt to stop his lawful Judgment Collection Efforts.

Homeowner in Littlerock California who was selling his house using the services of Shari Porter agent with Big Valley Realty in Palmdale California. Shari Porter brought "Alexandra Moran" using an expired drivers license in the name of Oma Hamou to Mr. O'Connor as a "Qualified Buyer" of his home. Shari Porter insisted Oma Hamou be allowed to rent part of the home as a room mate of Mr. O'Connor until the sale closed. Porter kept informing Mr. O'Connor that Hamou was pre-qualified by lenders, yet never actually provided the required documentation proving this to O'Connor. Shari Porter told O'Connor that Hamou had deposited funds into escrow at Titan Escrow in Palmdale, but again refused to give O'Connor any actual escrow documents. Hamou delayed closing for a full five months, then refused to close when O'Connor demanded. She further refused to leave the property and squatted in the residence with four men, another woman and four or five children and literally ten or twelve dogs and forty to fifty cats. She has moved an old trailer and cargo boxes onto the property as well. She has squatted on Mr. O'Connor's property for over 18 months without paying rent. This sadly forced Mr. O'Connor to lose his property to Foreclosure and Declare Bankruptcy, as direct results of this woman's scams and lies.

2011 "Alexandra Moran" rented a room from Patrick J. O'Connor, but presented an expired California Drivers License in the name of Oma Hamou. She then claimed to want to purchase the property. She delayed the purchase for FIVE MONTHS with numerous stories, and is now squatting on the property without permission nor paying rent . She lives there with her son, Nicholas Royal Moran, who has severe psychiatric disorders (his is currently under Conservatorship pursuant to the California Lanterman Petris Short Act) and has a history of violence, both domestic and with police. Mr. O'Connor himself witnessed Nicholas Moran beat his mother in front of him in the residence. She also lives with one Steve Fred Lee, who has over 15 criminal convictions for eluding police, indecent exposure and habitual driving with a revoked drivers license. Another squatter on the property is one Michael McBride who lives with four or five of his children also on the property. Hamou also has literally many dozens of cats and more than 10 dogs on the property. Hamou attempted to keep Mr. O'Connor from evicting her by filing a Restraining Order against Mr. O'Connor alleging he made threats of violence against her and her son. However, she did NOT file this order until a full TWO WEEKS after Mr. O'Connor left the residence and moved to Alaska! Hearing on the requested Restraining order was held Friday July 15. Hamou first requested a continuance! The Judge refused to delay the hearing. After the Judge examined her criminal record, arrest record and history of evictions and Judgments, the Judge in so many words called Hamou "a Criminal and Con Artist" recognized her string of VICTIMS and refused to grant the restraining order, and further told Hamou that while he could not order her out at the moment, she did have to leave O'Connor's property and pay him the rent owed. Hamou told O'Connor by email she will be out by September 1. Mr. O'Connor's attorney has begun Eviction Proceedings against Hamou McConnell and her other squatters. While Hamou wrote Mr. O'Connor that she would be "out of the house by September 1" she has hired a lawyer to delay the eviction proceedings. Reports indicate that the house is trashed, with old furniture in the yard, many old rusted trucks, tires, boxes and piles of trash are strewn across the property.
A Health Department Complaint about the property was filed on February 16, 2012 by the neighbors to this property complaining of "Accumulation of refuse and cast off materials" and "Accumulation of Animal Excrement" which Hamou has allowed on the property.

Selling property that she admits isn't HERS to sell legally! Isn't that "grand theft"??
Also, taking money for property you do not own nor have title to by claiming it is yours to sell is "THEFT BY DECEPTION" a felony crime for which she has been convicted three times in the past.

April 1, 1992: Oma Demian NOW OMA HAMOU AKA ALEXANDRA MCCONNELL convicted of the Felony offense of Issuing a bad check over $150 was sentenced to 120 months in Prison, sentence suspended. Case 91-103, in Billings,Yellowstone County Montana, for the fraudulent checks issued in 1991.
She is truly psychotic in her daily compulsion because I stumbled onto these actual facts of her past, and present, which do not coincide with the personae she wants to project to others.
This woman, Oma Hamou, Oma McConnell, Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Hamou, Oma Demian, Alexandra Murphy et al, has for YEARS now, threatened me with civil and criminal actions. For years now, NOTHING has happened except more ongoing threats online.
I am called a "criminal stalker". First, being called a criminal is Libel per se in Texas, since I have never been convicted of ANYTHING worse than one speeding ticket. As for a stalker, well, I have no clue where this woman is, where she lives, and frankly I don't WANT to know, nor can I care less. In the words of one of her attorney's, Dave. S. Oma Hamou Alexandra McConnell filed for Bankruptcy twice with the Federal Court simply to derail legitimate enforcement of the many judgments against her . Here is her Bankruptcy Petition, this is the entire PDF file of 2mb, which is public record from the Court. She also filed tax returns with her lender trying to get a loan to purchase the O'Connor house. Comparing the two shows glaring discrepancies and untruths.

Oma Hamou owns two business entities, Enigma Films, Inc., and The Sarskaia Foundation plus Enigma Royal Films, LLC. Further, Oma Hamou owns and operates a website at www.OmaHamou.com, where she and alleged friends post information about her. Interestingly, Ms Hamou lists her own company, Enigma Films as her employer. The clear inference is that Enigma Films earns money with which to pay her as an employee. Yet, there is no declaration or disclosure of her ownership of these companies, nor disclosure of the value of these assets she owns.
HOWEVER: Her 2010 Tax Return states that she PURCHASED "Reseda Glass" in April 2010, three full months before the Bankruptcy filing.
Notice here in her Loan Application she lists $145,000 CASH as an asset, yet, she FAILS to identify exactly WHERE that cash is.
The Refai Judgment was just the previous year, yet she FAILED to disclose that to the lender. She lists small old debts, some as long ago as ten years, BUT FAILS TO DISCLOSE A SINGLE DEBT SHE LISTS ON THE BANKRUPTCY PETITION, JUST SIX MONTHS EARLIER. Interestingly, she doesn't list a SINGLE one of the debts on her Loan Application on her Bankruptcy Petition either!see below
Hamou received in excess of $50,000 in cash from Mr. Refai in May 2009, (see above) for which she signed a promissory note. Hamou made no disclosure of the whereabouts of this large sum of cash, nor did she disclose just where this substantial asset went. She FAILED to mention it to her lender as well...
Her 2010 IRS returns show "income" of $38,000 or $2,459 per month. She claims a "sole proprietorship" called "Reseda Glass" that "installs glass in high rise buildings" but has NO Federal Employer ID number, nor does she list any WAGES paid to any "employees". Is this almost 50 year old woman hanging off the side of a building installing glass ALL BY herself?
Her 2009 IRS Return, filed the same day (April 2011) swears that she was self employed earning $2,130 per month.
HOWEVER, her Bankruptcy Petition shows she claimed to have been employed for TEN YEARS by "Enigma Films and Glass Tech" earning $3,000 per month.
HOWEVER in, her LOAN APPLICATION Section IV "Employment Information" she wrote that "Reseda Glass" at the same address as her "residence", which is just actually a mail drop at a Fedex Office store, was her employer for TWO YEARS, and she earned $2459 per month.

May 11, 2009 "Alexandra McConnell" signs a promissory note borrowing $50,000 from Hamid Refai, Mr. Refai confirms, through his attorney Thomas Ward that "Alexandra McConnell" borrowed this money to pay for "cancer treatments"
This is further confirmed by an email from a former roommate who wrote on July 8, 2009: By the way Hamid's wife knows it was LIPOSUCTION you drained their bank account for, not cancer in your asshole.
August 23, 2010 on her website: yes she is still undergoing treatment for her cancer. I can definitely attest to the fact that she has indeed suffered from cancer. Those treatments are so hard on her that I have had to help her back to the car, then into her house and even into bed because they leave her so sick and weak that she cannot do anything.
Ask yourself if the following make any, rational or reasonable common sense:
This woman claims to be an actress and model, but for a decade steadfastly REFUSES to provide one single shred of evidence to support the allegation, not even a credit, reference or magazine issue. She says only "I was and I don't have to prove it. YOU have to prove I wasn't". Does that make sense?

This woman claims that her recent Felony Forgery Charges in San Bernardino are "just a big mistake" and "law enforcement and the DA" are on "her side" and "believe her", yet they STILL pressed charges and scheduling dozens of hearings over FOURTEEN MONTHS. Does THAT make sense??
This woman has claimed for eight years non stop that I am being investigated by law enforcement and the FBI. Yet, NOTHING ever happened, I have never been contacted by law enforcement for any reason in those six years other than one speeding ticket. Does it make any sense to you that law enforcement is doing ANYTHING for six years now?

Since so much happened in the last chapter of this blog, I think it's worth a recap before moving on to new business.
Over the prior 200+ posts there were the following developments:
- Hamou, after having default judgments entered against her in the suits filed by Baruch Cohen (her own lawyer and the fifth one to sue her) and Bob Atchison, filed the wrong papers with the court to get the defaults set aside.
- Hamou claimed Bob Atchison filed a new lawsuit in small claims court against her and that "Judge Judy" wanted to take the case, only to find that the suit was filed by her own "legal counsel" Robert Richman against her, not by Bob Atchison.
- Yet another victim, a Kimberly W., came forward with more information about her scams.
- Hamou's own lawyer, Baruch Cohen, filed a 47-page motion in federal court containing the written and voicemail correspondence between him and her, recounting an incredible stream of lies and excuses and ending with his calling her "a fool and a liar".
- Hamou claimed we were violating all kinds of laws and policies in using aliases for gmail accounts, only to have us reveal her own son (who has a history of assault convictions and psychiatric hospitalizations) was using the alias nicholaskennedy1986@gmail.com to post a creepy sex ad.
- A birth certificate surfaced proving Hamou used the surname Kennedy during the adoption scam, giving the lie to her protestations that she never used such a name.
- A court case surfaced proving that Hamou was married to a Roger Chedid, another surname she claimed she had never used.
And now, the icing on the cake:
A box of recently discovered documents came out of Los Angeles, containing the transcript of the December 1986 two-day hearing arising from Hamou's adoption scam, numerous reports by private investigators, two psychological profiles, and some very interesting testimony from Hamou's father.
We now have proof that, despite her denials, she was using the name Katherine Kennedy and claiming to be the offspring of Arthur and Sylvia Kennedy of the famous Boston clan.
We now know she also used the alias Andrea Mansfield when she was hospitalized, claiming the impending birth of twins. (This was the birth that resulted in one child only, the son now known as Nicholas Royal Moran who was used as bait in the adoption scam run against Mary S.)
We know her father got her judicially emancipated at the age of 16 because of her unmanageable lying and other problems, that she was put in the foster care system, and that she retaliated by claiming her father beat and abused her sexually.
And there's more, but it's a big job to sift through it all.
But, hey . . . we'll manage.

Let us visit back to February 15, 1985. On that date, in her own small cramped block printing, "Katherine Leigh Kennedy" fills out the "Birth Mother Questionnaire" to adopt her as yet unborn baby.
Occupation: Student.
Date of Birth August 1, 1965. (Yes kiddies, she's already making herself 2 years younger than in truth.)
Ancestry: "American Indian, Irish, Walesh (sic), German and English Sioux, Apache, Cherokee, Cree, Seminole Cheyene-(comanche)"
Education: High School: "Sacred Heart/Mass" Graduate: Yes
College UCLA, No of years 1
Major: Business Admin/Art Degree: None
She admits to needing glasses and having had miscarriages.
Father of the child: UNKNOWN.
Presently now married or have you even been married before: NO.
What do you feel are the benefits of independent adoption?
"The realization that I am Actually pregnant with twins is so very confusing, frightening and lonely. I had been force (sic)to have an abortion 2wice during this pregnancy but I couldn't I just couldn't & with you behind me, its (sic) reassuring that my babies will bet the VERY BEST."
What? Her Russian grandfather would be so offended that he didn't even get an honorable mention on that long list of ancestry.
And twins? Well, maybe Nicholas absorbed his sibling in the womb. Is he left handed?
And how could someone be forced to have an abortion twice during a pregnancy and still have the baby?
It seems the lying and the sheer stupidity of some of the lies that we see today have been a long-standing feature of her life.
Sworn testimony in open Court, under oath of Joann Henry, Employee for the prior 21 years of the County of Los Angeles, Dept. of Children's Services, Adoption Division.
Q. and what name did the birth mother give you as being her name?
A. Kathryn Kennedy.
Q. and did you discuss with her the identity of the Father?
A. Yes
(she confuses the last name of the father, but confirms:
A. Victor Berry/Barry Moran was the name of the Father.
Q. Were you able to ascertain what the true identity of the birth mother is?
A. No, At the time I interviewed the natural mother, she stated that the name of Kennedy was the one she was using at the moment, which was not her original name.
A. She stated she had been married once.
Q. and how did she identify the husband?
A. As Roger Chedid named in the report.
She is shown the actual report filed December 2, 1986.
A. Roger Chedid. She stated she married Roger Chedid and that the Marriage was generally annulled.
Q. and what did you find out?
A. I verified there was an action, an annullment for Roger Chedid and an "Oma L. Chedid", about the date the natural mother gave me.
Q. Did she indicate to you that she was concerned for her safety because there had been some threats made by a Lebanese Terrorist?
A. No.
They continue on discussing her professional opinion, having "done thousands of these cases" as to "Katheryn's"ability to properly care for the child, and a psychiatric evaluation done by a Dr. H. (full name redacted by me)
Q. Were you given some concernby the statement Dr. H. made, "There appears to be a distortion of Reality"?
A. Yes, but I don't know what she meant.
Q. Would it be safe to say that you had the same reaction to the statement that Kathryn appeared to manipulate information both consciously and unconsciously?
A. Yes.
I am posting this again to get it in the new blog:
Oma was one dangerous child - a "Chucky" on many levels. She rebelled against her stern father and invented stories of sexual abuse to destroy him for opposing her. It worked.
He cast her out which enabled her to fly free of parental supervision in a series of foster homes. What went on there? Amazing evidence is on it's way.
How often has Oma used sexual and physical abuse against men who stood up to her? As a teenager she learned that lying would get her want she wanted.
The stories are wild, rapes, guns, beatings thrown down stairs, men hired to sexually assault her. Oma learned early on how to use sex to achieve her ends.
She claims a man could not have a child and then she claims she is pregnant by him and he kills their baby. These are wild lies she told back then, She never stopped using the same stories over and over again and attributing them to new men who got in her way.
Look what she did to Marcus, look what she did to Patrick, look what she did to me and Refai.
She claimed I had her raped and she got pregnant and lost the baby.
She came up with sexual stories about Refai to destroy him for standing up to the fraud she and Sproul conned him with. She attempted to break up his marriage with sex stories as revenge and a threat to 'back-off'.
Her Chucky-like attacks on her victims and anyone who opposed her started long ago. She thought it woukld work on me - but it didn't.
"There appears to be a distortion of reality" may be the understatement of the year. I notice that she is wailing about this, but not actually denying that any of it happened. This isn't evidence of her moral turpitude (you could fill a rather large dump truck with that) but of a pattern of truth manipulation for her own ends. In this case, she started with the fact that she was pregnant and took it from there. And before she finished, she had scammed people for money, attention, creature comforts, broken at least one heart and succeeded in ruining at least one life (that would be the poor child's). It's a Butterick pattern for the Enigma fraud.

Roger Chedid is called to the Court and sworn under oath.
Roger Chedid admits to being a parking lot attendant who met Oma McConnell in early 1982, married her in August 1982, and that both he and Oma Chedid mutually agreed to have the marriage annulled in "I think February, February 1984". The reason given was "I am Sir, unable to father a child."
Questioning of Roger about Oma continues:
Q. Now, at some point do you recall visiting Disneyland with your wife?
A. Yes, Sir.
Q. and at that time she saw a life sized doll that she purchased?
A. Yes, Sir.
Q. and after that did she start dealing with this doll as though it were her baby? and didn't she, in fact, call it "our baby?"

Q. Did she get up in the night with it to pretend that it was just like a baby waking up in the night?
A. I don't recall. No, but during tyne day she treats it as a del, real human being.

A. as a matter of fact, we never called her "doll" at all. We called her by name, Tabitha. Usually when I'd call home, if I did not ask her "How is Tabitha," or if I went and picked her up from work and didn't take Tabitha with me, she would be mad.

Q. and which record company did she work for?
A. I guess it's called Rabbit. Something like that. I can't recall. It's a small company that they have in the Hollywood area.

A. She was a secretary, receptionist.
Q. After what period of time after you were married did this doll thing first begin?
A. Well, when we moved to our second apartment. I think after she lost her job and she was home. Probably a year.

OH. and the Court advises that Oma McConnell signed a waiver of attorney client privilege specifically as to the Birth Mother Questionnaire which was admitted into evidence in open Court.
She also used the name Rebecca Chedid, too, right?
Maybe somebody should put together a new list of names she has used, since there are so many new ones.
Oma Hamou - "Heavenly Father and His Son, Jesus Christ" - that's what Mormons use to describe them. Are you a Mormon? An Orthodox Christian would NEVER use that term.
Darling, if everyone is doing everything to silence you, they're not doing a very good job. Why should anyone want to silence you? Every time you sit down and type it's like manna falling from the skies, sweetness. Manna falling from the skies!
Of course - Hamou has never addressed a single allegation in Baruch Cohen's filing.
Nor has she addressed a single thing in what Rob has posted.
Obviously - it's all true.
I was surprised to see she was a high school drop-out - she never completed high school. Of course she lied about this on legal documents. I didn't realize she had virtually no education. Add a marriage to a parking lot attendant and claims of an incestuous sexual relationship with her father - it's so amazingly white-trash.
She claimed to have enrolled at UCLA in Business Administration and Art - another big lie.
She is 22 and reporting two marriages, two miscarriages, abortions and loosing a baby when Chedid threw her down the stairs.
Then she's pregnant again with twins (one of which mysteriously vanishes.
That's a reproductive marathon in just a few years - since she had only arrived in LA a 2+ years before.
Then there's the claim she made that her husband couldn't have children. Where did all those pregnancies come from?
Oh then there is that Moran guy. I think I read that Oma wasn't sure who the father was of Nicholas Royal Alexander Kennedy whatever, but Moran was the most likely candidate.

Essie is a female nickname for Esther in Israel. I think it is a little girl name in Iran meaning "Angel".
She used the name Ashkenazy - maybe it was associated with a marriage. Maybe he came after Damien.
She claimed Libyan, Lebanese and Persian terrorists were after her and her son to kill them.
We know Chedid was Lebanese so those terrorists must have been connected to him.
Perhaps "Essie" was Persian and was behind the Iranian terrorists.
What is the explanation for the Libyan terrorists - I suppose we will learn that later.
Obviously all the terrorists failed in their mission to kill Oma and her baby.
No wonder she has a private, secure line to the FBI.
Can you imagine what it would be like to be married to her?
Oh, hell. Can you imagine what it would be like to play Scrabble with her?
Perhaps Hamou was under the protection of the Sioux, since she was a royal descendent of Sitting Bull and a regular attendee at tribal councils with her mother. This would have made her son a Sioux princelet.
She could have also called upon the Cree, the Seminole, the Cherokee, the Apache, the Comanche - any of those tribes could have defended her from the terrorists.
If all if them failed she could tried the Walesh tribe of Great Britain.
Too bad she hadn't discovered her Russian ancestors or she could have summoned the Cossacks to her side.

the major question is what does this 20 year old girl have to hide, and why are there so many mysteries and double stories about her background.
She was reported to me to have signed the hospital admission papers as "Andrea Mansfield" which again raises the question of why so much secrecy.
She told me that she never asked for anything from Mrs. S. or from her attorney yet the financial reports indicate the she asked for and got somewhere between $40,000 and $50,000.
These are but a few of the convolutions in this case

What is this exactly?
Individuals with Histrionic Personality Disorder are uncomfortable or feel unappreciated when they are not the center of attention (Criterion 1). Often lively and dramatic, they tend to draw attention to themselves and may initially charm new acquaintances by their enthusiasm, apparent openness, or flirtatiousness. These qualities wear thin, however, as these individuals continually demand to be the center of attention. They commandeer the role of "the life of the party." If they are not the center of attention, they may do something dramatic (e.g., make up stories, create a scene) to draw the focus of attention to themselves. This need is often apparent in their behavior with a clinician (e.g., flattery, bringing gifts, providing dramatic descriptions of physical and psychological symptoms that are replaced by new symptoms each visit).
The appearance and behavior of individuals with this disorder are often inappropriately sexually provocative or seductive (Criterion 2). This behavior is directed not only toward persons in whom the individual has a sexual or romantic interest, but occurs in a wide variety of social, occupational, and professional relationships beyond what is appropriate for the social context. Emotional expression may be shallow and rapidly shifting (Criterion 3). Individuals with this disorder consistently use physical appearance to draw attention to themselves (Criterion 4). They are overly concerned with impressing others by their appearance and expend an excessive amount of time, energy, and money on clothes and grooming. They may "fish for compliments" regarding appearance and be easily and excessively upset by a critical comment about how they look or by a photograph that they regard as unflattering.
These individuals have a style of speech that is excessively impressionistic and lacking in detail (Criterion 5). Strong opinions are expressed with dramatic flair, but underlying reasons are usually vague and diffuse, without supporting facts and details. For example, an individual with Histrionic Personality Disorder may comment that a certain individual is a wonderful human being, yet be unable to provide any specific examples of good qualities to support this opinion. Individuals with this disorder are characterized by self-dramatization, theatricality, and an exaggerated expression of emotion (Criterion 6). They may embarrass friends and acquaintances by an excessive public display of emotions (e.g., embracing casual acquaintances with excessive ardor, sobbing uncontrollably on minor sentimental occasions, or having temper tantrums). However, their emotions often seem to be turned on and off too quickly to be deeply felt, which may lead others to accuse the individual of faking these feelings.
Individuals with Histrionic Personality Disorder have a high degree of suggestibility (Criterion 7). Their opinions and feelings are easily influenced by others and by current fads. They may be overly trusting, especially of strong authority figures whom they see as magically solving their problems. They have a tendency to play hunches and to adopt convictions quickly. Individuals with this disorder often consider relationships more intimate than they actually are, describing almost every acquaintance as "my dear, dear friend" or referring to physicians met only once or twice under professional circumstances by their first names (Criterion 8). Flights into romantic fantasy are common.
Behavior is overly reactive and intensely expressed. Minor stimuli give rise to emotional excitability, such as irrational, angry outbursts or tantrums. Individuals with this disorder crave novelty, stimulation, and excitement and quickly become bored with normal routines.

Every single point of the above two posts has been reflected in Hamou's postings for years, both the written posts, the tweets, and the endless stream of photographs (many of them photoshopped) and sexually provocative poses.
It's absolutely amazing how by her early 20's the template for the rest of her life was already so firmly cast in stone and so apparent to the professionals who examined her.

I wonder if all those years ago when Hamou, posing as Anastasia Davis of Austin, set up the "Legends of Anastasia" forum as an attack base against Bob Atchison she knew so much of her real life and behavior would eventually be revealed as a consequence.
Probably no more than she knew that her ill-fated Bill of Review would unleash the shit storm of legal action that has seen new sanctions imposed on her, new contempt rulings against her, new judgments in favor of Atchison, the Texas judgment entered in California, and bench warrants issued for her arrest.
Her life, driven as it is by emotion and psychological disorders instead of sound reasoning and hard work, is a life of unintended consequences -- and none of them good.
She has come to a sorry end. It may drag out another decade or two, but the die of her fate is long since cast.

Katherine Leigh Kennedy stated her original name was Oma Louise McConnell.

Greyhound Bus to CAL. March 1981. Invited to Carol and husband's, she is Haden's mother."
Next she detailed the relationship with Mr. Roger Chedid. She was emphatic about the sordid, despairing, and emotionally painful episodes of that phase of her life., including pregnancies, abortion and miscarriage. She described what, in retrospect she concluded, was a "dark sinister element" in her life then, and included a description of her dramatically playing out her loss (the miscarriage) in a "magical restitution" with a doll.
The notes: "Lied about 2nd time abortion. Roger "played Lebanese" Refused 2nd abortion Roger assumed I did it. Couldn't hide it. Obscene gesture and pushed me. Threw me downstairs. County Hospital. Lost baby. "KILLED IT"
He beat me-pictures of the bruises. 1984 ended. Annulment "Roger couldn't father a child"
She described her life story with further descriptions of highly dramatic involvements with other Middle Eastern men who exploited her for immigration status purposes, and other transient relationships both dependant sexual and dependent platonic.
The notes: "1985- Met married in 6 weeks. Iranian group. Annulled Forced into marriage. Home door kicked off hinges. 2 foreign guys -Iranian. Never consummated marriage. 1 1/2 years dating (illedible word) Essi marriage. Pregnant Nov. 9 '85.
It should be noted at this point that "Kathryn Kennedy" was represented by a lawyer at the hearing and was present in Court when Roger Chedid gave his sworn testimony.
At no point during her attorney's examination of Roger Chedid was any mention of physical or emotional abuse brought up. No prior pregnancy, no prior abortion or miscarriage was ever MENTIONED by "Katherine Kennedy's" attorney.
So she is saying she got married to an Iranian guy in 1985, annulled it, her home was attacked by Iranian terrorists, then got married again to this "Essi" guy (who she had been dating for 1-1/2 years) and then was pregnant by him in November of the same year?
So "Essi" was not the Iranian.
What happened to that baby?

Inappropriate behavior to try to get attention or gain sympathy is one of the hallmarks of histrionic personality disorder.

Given her track record of excuses (that we now know runs back at least to the early 1980's) it sounds as if there will be a lot of rapes, beatings, terrorist assaults, and hospitalizations on the calendar in these next few weeks.

Although she is single she admits that she has been married twice, however claims that both marriages were annulled.
Ms Kennedy was born in West Virginia where she lived her childhood and adolescence with both her natural parents, Nola and Jackie McConnell. It should be noted that Ms Kennedy reported that she "lived her complete childhood and adolescence" except for one month with both her natural parents, however later on during the evaluation she indicated that she had been in at least four different foster homes with time in each home ranging from two weeks to eight months.
She began to be abused by her father physically when she was approximately twelve. ... She claims the abuse went on for approximately three years.
At age fourteen Ms Kennedy states that she was removed from her parents' home due to the physical abuse. The history of her adolescence was somewhat confusing to me, and although Ms Kennedy tried to clarify my confusion, the historical events remain somewhat conflictual. She states that she went to four different high schools and that she did not graduate because her father kept harassing her and that she did not have enough credits to graduate. However, she also reported that she quit school at age sixteen, approximately two years before most adolescents graduate.
Ms Kennedy states that she became an emancipated minor as her father did not want to keep going to court for "beating her up". She further reported that the State put her "under cover" by having her high school make a "deal" with another high school so she could graduate and keep her from her father who was harassing her. She admits that at that time of her life she lived under a false name, Christy McConnell, to hide from her father. After leaving high school prematurely she came to California with her boyfriend.
Boy, the amount of lying she was already doing at that young age.
If a father is taken to court for beating a child -- especially numerous times -- the courts deal with the father, they do not emancipate the child and turn it out into the world.
And note that, even at this young age, she was already claiming "harassment", something she continues to screech today about anyone who confronts her lies and scams.
My thought Blake has been this: WHAT would have been the diagnosis have been from these psychologists if they known she was deliberately LYING to them about all of this?
I strongly suspect "sociopathic" behavior would have been included.
It was clear even then to them she was lying, but they really had no idea of the extent.

Approximately two days later they went to Disneyland and he bought her a doll. She states that although she knew it was just a doll, it became symbolically the baby she lost. Both Ms Kennedy and Mr. Chedid lied in order to have the marriage annulled.
Ms Kennedy's second marriage was to a man whom she would only identify as "Essi". She states the marriage was annulled because they never had sex, but would not give any further details as to the relationship. Further probing elicited further resistance and the subject was dropped.

In the file are the reports of a Private Investigator who was looking into the real identity of "Kathryn Kennedy". While they are hearsay and could not have been admitted themselves into evidence, it must be presumed they were included because they are referenced by the Psychological reports and the information in them was read by the professionals who rendered their opinions.
He quickly learned "Kathryn" was really Oma McConnell.
I know "Aunt Doris" lived across the street from Oma's parents who did not have their own telephone. ... I asked Doris if she could contact them for me and she told me she would attempt to locate them. A short time later, a lady got on the telephone and identified herself as "Shirley McConnell the mother of Oma McConnell. ...
I then drove to 517 Neptune St. Albion MI where I contacted Doris Hansen and Shirley McConnell.
Shirley McConnell began asking me questions about the events that had transpired over the last six months. I answered all her questions for her as best I knew and advised her of several things about her daughter that she was not formerly aware. For instance, Mrs. McConnell was not aware of the fact that her daughter had been previously married.
Mrs. McConnell had apparently been told things by Oma that were gross exaggerations or just totally untrue. I talked to her for over two hours.
(36 hours later) I received a call from Jack McConnell her father, who was driving a truck and still had not been home to Albion. He assured me that he did not support Oma in her attempt to regain custody of her child and was particularly angered at her after learning what had truly transpired. Mr. McConnell asked me what he could do to help. (He agreed to travel to California and testify if it was felt his testimony would help the case). He told me that he would make himself available for testimony if that is needed to insure Mrs. S. retains custody of the child. ... If it was decided that he was needed at trial we are to leave a message with his wife and make the necessary arrangement for him to travel to California.
Due to time constraints this was the only family I was able to contact.
He further determined the boy Oma went to Los Angeles with at age 17 was "Hayden Roe", two years younger than Oma, from Climax MI, not far from Albion.
Wow, her dad was willing to to come and testify before a judge.
Now I really don't believe the lies Oma told about her father 'molesting' her. Her father would never have volunteered to appear before a judge where he could be cross-examined and asked about those claims Oma made unless they were false.
There was no molestation - it was just more Oma lies.
She did this to Marcus Damien, too. She claimed he molested his children and because of this they were taken away from him for two years. Later she admitted she just made the stories up, but it was too late - the damage had been done to Damien.

Oma had difficulty getting along with her parents and was always a rebellious child. She particularly did not get along with her father and at age 16 accused him of physical and sexual abuse. She was removed from her mother and father's home at that time, however there are differing stories about whether she left of her own free will or was removed by a social services department. She began living with various foster parents and at one point lived in some type of a school for girls. She lived probably with dozens of foster parents between the time she was 16 and 17 years of age.
In order to avoid her father, Oma was moved to a town called Ionia, MI which is about 30 minutes from Albion. She apparently placed in a foster home with a lady named Terri Doud and her husband Joe. Oma took a liking to them and they developed a close relationship, however after a few months Terri Doud suspected Oma was lying to her frequently about various rules and restrictions they had placed on her. In addition to this, Terri Doud began to suspect Oma McConnell was having sexual relations with Joe Doud, Terri's husband. These suspicions were strong enough that Terri Doud insisted Oma move out and Oma complied. While Oma lived with Terri Doud she chose to go by the false name of Kristy McConnell.
When Oma was told to move out of the Doud residence she had a boyfriend named Hayden. Hayden was then about 15 years of age and Oma 17. The two of them ran away to California where Hayden had a step mother. They lived there only two or three months and eventually Oma lied to Hayden's parents and was thrown out of the house. She and Hayden broke up at that point and since that time not many people know what Oma has been doing with her life.
Hamou, who has posted a trial transcript and court records over and over supposedly to "prove" Bob Atchison committed fraud and perjury, is now having a stroke that court records from another case have likewise made it to the internet.
Too bad.
For my part, I'm finding it all fascinating reading.
And something that goes a long way toward explaining the impoverished, narcissistic, deluded, and haggard woman we see today out on bail while awaiting trial on yet more felony charges and probation violations.
Rapes, beatings, miscarriages, terrorist stalking, lies told about her -- an unending stream of horrors that, according to Hamou, have been visited upon her almost non-stop since her teen years by a large percentage of the men whose paths she has crossed.
I've heard of serial rapists. But she's the first serial rapee I've ever come across.

According to Terri Doud, Oma has stayed in contact with her up until about 3 o 4 months ago. After Oma moved out of Hayden's parents' house she lived with many men and sometimes gave Terri a phone number where Terri could contact her. Terri would call that telephone number and a man would always answer, however he would deny he knew an Oma McConnell, Kristi McConnell or anyone remotely associated with one of those names. Terri said it appeared that Oma was sleeping with whoever she could find shelter for the couple of years after she and Hayden broke up.
Terri Doud confirmed that Oma has a wild imagination and is an outright liar. Terri said that Oma had called her from Los Angeles several times and said she was modeling or making movies. She also said that Oma would call her sometimes and sound as if she were drunk or under the influence of drugs. She went on to tell Terri that she had had an abortion. This was when Oma was only about 18 years of age. After that Oma apparently got pregnant a couple of more times, however lost the baby each time by miscarriage.
Oma would tell Terri things like one of her boyfriends was a prince from Saudi Arabia and that she was going to move there and be a queen. She always was exaggerating about her situation and was attempting to convince Terri that she was doing better than she really was doing.

It's interesting how, instead of hearing from the police, the FBI, and the Attorney General's office after Hamou makes the rounds there, it is never them from whom we hear but only another fusillade of internet rants from her about all the doom that will soon descend upon us.

I suppose she had to go to the hospital between the police visits today, leaving no time for such minor bothers as court appearances. Maybe she almost had to be taken to the ER a stretcher. Again.

Part of the record was ordered kept private on motion of Katherine Kennedy's (aka Oma Hamou's) counsel. Here is the actual ruling of the judge:
"The sworn testimony of Katherine Kennedy, having previously been transcribed, is herein omitted at the request of counsel."
The rest of the record and the accompanying exhibits were never sealed, despite Hamou's howls of protest.
It's interesting that all the damaging information about Hamou from other witnesses and the psychological examinations were left part of the record, and the only part of the record Hamou's counsel succeeded in keeping out of the public record was her own testimony -- the stuff that should have been the most advantageous to her if she was telling the truth about the rapes, miscarriages, beatings, and other horrors supposedly visited upon her by a string of men, including her father and husbands.
My guess is that her testimony was such a histrionic mess of untenable scenarios that her own lawyer wanted it expunged.
Once again, Hamou is shooting in the dark hoping to find out how something came into our hands.
The documents we obtained about her early history as "Kathy Kennedy" and "Oma Chedid" and "Andrea Mansfield" and "Kristi McConnell" were made available through a routine, legitimate procedure, and the person who obtained them via that procedure was under no court-imposed restriction about what could be done with those legitimately-obtained documents.
If Hamou thinks some lawyer is going to take her case on a contingency for supposed illegal disclosure, let her -- and the lawyer -- have at it. It won't be long before he, like numerous attorneys before him, dumps her as a client. (Five have actually sued her and won.)
Notice, though, that Hamou's argument is not that these documents are fictitious but that they should not be in anyone's hands who might use them to reveal things about her past.
Again, she forgets that SHE is the one who first claimed to be an actress, model, film producer, and international charity executive and decided to put her life as a public figure -- or her version of it -- on the internet, including claims of being raped, pistol-whipped, and otherwise abused.
SHE is the one who started a website -- "The Legend of Anastasia" -- which she claimed was founded by an Anastasia Davis of Austin (which, coincidentally, just happened to be where Bob Atchison's business is based) and which she used to launch an attack against Atchison and his business.
Of course, she never foresaw that it would all blow up in her face the way it has, stripping away her fantastic fantasy life and exposing the unbalanced, desperate con artist lurking behind the facade.
Remember that this is a woman who, in a pathetically psychotic attempt to garner attention and sympathy, claimed to have narrowly escaped death on 9/11 by being on a flight from Boston to Los Angeles that day that did make it to Los Angeles. (It is a matter of public record that no flights completed that trip that day.)
Remember that this is a woman whose most recent bankruptcy lawyer is suing her, having just filed a 47-page brief with the court outlining a series of preposterous lies full of fantasies about Merrill Lynch accounts, financial support from prominent politicians, real estate, mis-delivered checks, and -- as always -- impromptu hospitalizations.

I have the publicly available (from the Federal Bankruptcy Court, thru PACER) of Baruch Cohen's Motion for Default Judgment which sets forth the entire chronological history of "Oma McConnell's" lies and deception to her own then attorney. Who turned around and sued her.
Having a few issues with the host server this morning, but as soon as they are cleared up I'll upload the pdf of the whole thing for everyone to read.

Oma has three brothers and two sisters.
One of her sisters is names Shirley H*******. She is married and living in Ionia MI.
Shirley confirmed to me that Oma left home around age 16. Shirley told me that Oma left home because she could not get along with her mother or father. She said Oma kept running away from home and eventually Mr. McConnell signed a slip of paper agreeing to allow Oma to live with foster parents and/or be on her own. Shirley told me that Oma lived with numerous foster parents until she eventually moved to California.
She told me that Oma's life since she moved to California has been a mystery to most of the people who were ever close to her.
According to Shirely Oma has never married. She has lived with several men and admitted this to both her parents and relatives, however she never talks of marriage. She has apparently been pregnant quite a few times and has had a miscarriage each time.
I asked Shirley how it was that Oma was able to survive if she didn't work very often and Shirley couldn't answer that question. I asked Shirley "Do you ever get the feeling that Oma has resorted to prostitution in order to survive?" Shirley replied, "Yeah, sometimes I do." She then went on to say she hoped that Oma hadn't resorted to they type of thing in order to survive, however, since she was living in the Hollywood area, and appeared to be without a job more frequently than she had one, it was possible that she had possible she had possibly slept with men in order to survive. I should mention at this point that Terri Doud also mentioned to me that she suspected Oma had resorted to prostitution while in the Los Angeles area in order to survive. Neither one have anything concrete to base this assumption on, however based on the fact Oma wasn't working most of the time and appeared to be living with a different man every time she got in contact with somebody, it was possible this was part of her lifestyle.
The question was asked what date these reports are from. They all date from December 1986 to late January 1987

Shirley was asked whether or not she felt that Oma had a tendency to exaggerate and she replied by saying
"I guess you could call it that, you could probably say that she out and out lies"
She apparently told her sister Shirley that she was doing some modeling and had some parts in movies. She sent Shirley a couple of pictures herself. One of the pictures was her made up to look like a very old lady. The other was not a photograph but instead it was an oil painting done by a man who Oma claimed was in the entertainment business in Los Angeles. Oma implied to Shirley that the photograph of her depicted as an old lady had something to do with a movie or part in a play.
Darling Omele, it's nice to hear that Mr. Richman isn't holding a grudge. Did he tell you that in court yesterday or . . . oh, sorry, darling, delicate subject. Sweetness, Mr. Richman is kind of like a moderate Turk from what I can see, as in he only holds a grudge for ten generations. Darling Blakele has unearthed evidence that darling Mr. Richman has been pursuing come of his court cases for decades, darling. So now that you owe him 5100 dollars, is he just going to let it pass because you're such a friend? Then why sue you in the first place, darling? It's 12:30 p.m., and Hamou is still logged in to her forum. She's got to get all the way downtown to the federal courthouse for the hearing on the adversary case at 2:00 p.m.

Uh, once again Hamou is all confused.
We never said the judge entered a default judgment. We said the court entered the default judgment, which it did through the Clerk of Court.
And there is no reason for Atchison to file a Motion for Default Judgment until it is time for the "prove up" phase of the case. (This is a technical process called out in such a default proceeding that will probably elude Hamou.)
Nor did we ever say the judge said anything specific about the movie scam. We said the default judgment meant that the allegations of fraud that Atchison made were held as valid, which it what happens when a default judgment is entered against the opposing party.
Hamou should know this by now, since there are more than a dozen default judgments entered against her (the newest from just yesterday), all of which mean the claims of the person suing her are deemed to be true.
But, as I've said on several occasions, I sincerely hope that Hamou succeeds in getting all the way to trial on Atchison's and Cohen's adversaries. It will be fascinating to see the witnesses and the documents which are lined up for this case actually put before the judge and/or jury. Hamou will get to become reacquainted with many old friends and supporters.
And it will be fascinating to see the lease Hamou had for her Sarskaia offices in Pushkin, the phone records for the Sarskaia telephone number, the property records for the studio on Mayall Street, the payroll records for her 100 employees, the documents relating to the $66 million trust fund, and the plane tickets for the flight from Boston to Los Angeles on 9/11.

In just the past five years, Robert Richman has filed 14 lawsuits in state court. He lost 13 of them.
The only one he won: the suit against Oma Hamou.
The irony is that she actually had a fighting chance to prevail in this lawsuit. Robert Richman was performing legal services for a fee, but without a license and without working under the direction of an attorney as required by California law. The "clean hands" doctrine could have prevented Richman from reaping the benefit of his illegal activity.
But, as Hamou failed to appear -- thereby allowing Richman to secure his judgment unchallenged --she's now got yet another judgment against her.
This puts the count around 20, with a couple more in the works.

Poor Hamou. Not only does she get the terms plaintiff, defendant, and respondent all mixed up, she can't even read a post clearly.
By way of proving I said a judge had said this or that, she posted my post, which actually read as follows:
"So, at long last, a court -- and a federal one at that -- has issued a ruling that Hamou committed fraud in setting up her ponzi movie project."
This is quite accurate. When she failed to file her answer to Atchison's lawsuit on time, the clerk of court issued a default judgment. That is a judgment of the court.
A default judgment, by definition, means that the opposing claim prevailed. Atchison's claim was that fraud was committed, and the default judgment does, in fact, mean the court found in favor of Atchison's claim.
And, no matter what Hamou is trying to call it now, it was, in fact, a default judgment -- which is the reason she must now file (and win) a "Motion to Vacate Default Judgment". (Obviously, one cannot move to vacate a judgment that does not exist.)
Until Hamou files a proper motion -- and until or unless the judge grants the motion -- there is still a default judgment entered by the court against Hamou.
Now, it's true that even if her motion to vacate fails, there are still a couple of more steps that Atchison and his attorney must take to finalize everything.
But that does not mean that right now -- at this very moment -- there is not a default judgment entered against Hamou and in favor of Atchison's claim that she committed fraud in incurring the debt to him.
One has to remember that this is The Woman Who Sued Herself in Texas and the woman who just yesterday was thinking that Atchison's attorney instead of Atchison was the Respondent in the restraining order case.
One thing I find interesting is that Oma Hamou never shows any remorse for any of her victims. She has never admitted that she ever did anything wrong or felt any regret for the harm she did. Her only concern is that she got caught and she wants the evidence covered up.
You would think that after all this time she would apologize to Mary for what she did to her - or express some empathy for the damage she did financially and emotionally to Mary.
BUT -
Oma Hamou is completely without human empathy or pity. She is incapable of feeling remorse for her crimes or victims.
This is why she is so dangerous, even with her zombie-like decayed and homeless appearance. As I have written before, she may appear weak and harmless - even demented - but she is poised and ready to strike her next victim.
Scamming and lying has been her entire life - she knows nothing else. Attacking and devouring new prey is instinctive to her. I doubt she even thinks about it before bring down her next victim.

You cannot "file" anything against anyone unless you have demonstrable proof that it isn't frivolous, i.e. that the person actually performed the action you are alleging was performed. You keep ignoring that, and your suits keep getting thrown out of court or rebound upon you, harming the very person who files. If you had legal advice from a competent professional, you would know this. However, as you have discovered, competent professionals expect to be paid. In your case, even incompetent non-professionals expect to be paid.

I'm confused. Why is a woman named Oma Hamou ranting on some website about people obtaining court records on a Kathryn Kennedy and a Nicholas Kennedy?
Hamom claims she does not use aliases and that the Nicholas Kennedy who recently posted that creepy sex ad was not her son.
So obviously those court records pertain to someone else . . . unless, of course, Hamou has been lying about using aliases.

The original court case lists a lawyer named Scott L. Shabel as counsel "appearing for the natural birth mother Katherine Kennedy".
So, in order to proceed with this lawsuit, Hamou is first going to have to establish that she is Katherine Kennedy.
But how will she do it?
Will she have an old drivers license in the name of Katherine Kennedy? A Social Security card? A passport? A birth certificate? A court ordering making that her legal name?
Or will Arthur or Sylvia Kennedy of Boston appear as witnesses to identify her as their daughter?

Uh, how many Creditor Meetings has Hamou missed in this and other bankruptcy petitions? How many documents did she fail to file this time and prior times?
How many sanctions, contempt orders, and bench warrants have been issued against her for failure to appear?
How many default judgments have been entered against her for failure to respond or appear in lawsuits?
Again, maybe the "hoorable" Judge "Blubond" will cut her some slack, because she's obviously unhinged.
Let's hope so, because I really, really hope these adversaries get as far as the discovery phase.

Wow. Three public defenders have left Oma's case in just the last few months. Think about this, public defenders are paid to deal with poor, indigent, and uneducated people all day long. She has been so difficult that not one, not two, but three have flead from representing her. In just the last few months. And little Shane, and Chris Malish not to mention Baruch Cohen.
She has a pretty awful track record with her own attorneys, And I haven't even mentioned are the ones who have sued her and won.

As usual, Hamou has spun another tale to try to get herself out of a bind. Here is what happened:
Public Defender Alexandra McConnell got a letter from a law firm trolling for business. That law firm had seen Atchison's lawsuit against Oma Hamou, aka Alexandra McConnell, and was offering to represent McConnell.
Alexandra McConnell (the real one) found the case and saw that the plaintiff's attorney was Barry Wegman. She called Wegman to tell him that sometime earlier a detective had informed her that Oma was trying to sell real estate using her name. She was concerned, as there were judgments that creditors were seeking to enforce against her.
Mr. Wegman was initially skeptical about the call and asked the caller for her Bar number. She immediately gave it, and Wegman verified it on the internet during the call. However, aware of the ruses Hamou uses, just to be certain he was not talking to Hamou, Wegman called the Public Defender office and was put through to Alexandra G. McConnell who confirmed she was the one who had contacted Wegman initially.
At no time has Bob Atchison or anyone "connected" to him initiated any contact with Alexandra G. McConnell, nor has anyone "connected" with Bob Atchison -- other than Barry Wegman -- received or had any contact with Alexandra McConnell as far as we know.
It will be very interesting when the District Attorney's office, which is now investigating Hamou's claims that her criminal defense was sullied, contacts the real Alexandra McConnell and finds out from her what actually happened.

It's true - I never had any contact with the attorney "Alexandra McConnell". She contacted my attorney, Barry Wegman, directly and she initiated it.

Any normal (i. e. sane) person would view this as a bind, and quite a serious one.
Or maybe you're so used to being entangled in the legal system that you have no perspective on a normal life.
Maybe that's what almost 20 adverse judgments, almost a year spent in various jails, a few bench warrants, yet another criminal proceeding, and a spate of current lawsuits do to one's perspective.

I hope you are using a better "computer IT person" than the one who found out all our identities a year ago. Odd that we've never heard anything more about all that.
Oh, right. The FBI in Los Angeles and in Houston and the LAPD and the LASD have already tracked us down as part of their inter-agency task force work on your behalf. You're just choosing not yet to reveal what they found out.
And I really, really hope the judge accepts the "I-was-just-too-darn-busy-to-file-an-answer" excuse you are using to try to turn around the default judgment Cohen has already obtained. I can't wait to see what his 8 hours of questioning you under oath during discovery will reveal.
Of course, we all know you'll try to drop off the radar before you ever submit to such an examination . . . but it's fun to join in your game of pretend for this little while.

But here's the real question. If Cohen has this "history", why did you hire him to represent you -- especially since, according to you, you have such a long history of being set up by almost everyone with whom you've conducted business and who subsequently sued you (which is almost 20 people or businesses)?
Are you that stupid? (No need to answer. It's a rhetorical question.)
Don't you remember how you crowed and crowed on your forum about this high-powered attorney who was going to vanquish Bob Atchison?
And what happens? The attorney drops out of the Atchison case and sues you instead . . . as have quite a few of your prior attorneys.

They show that, despite her claim that she was too occupied with the care and affairs of her mother to file an answer, she was furiously putting up dozens and dozens of posts on the internet. Mr. Cohen specifically drew attention to those posts that demonstrate she was aware of his adversary lawsuit.
Those posts also contain her own admission that she was no longer in Michigan at the time the answer was due. Mr. Cohen also points out that she was even given an additional week of grace in which to file an answer before he moved for a default judgment.
As he said in wrapping up, "given Defendant's extensive blogging about this case, her awareness of this case, her claims that she was so preoccupied with her mother's death that she could not attend to this adversary falls short of credibility".

There is something else interesting here. Regarding her own conduct, Hamou has always claimed that if the police didn't arrest her it meant the police didn't think a crime was committed.
Yet here the police, according to Hamou, have been shown written proof of a crime, yet they failed to arrest O'Connor.
So, for her logic to be consistent, either O'Connor had not done anything illegal (as attested by the fact that he was not arrested), or the fact that she was not arrested for some of her scams does not mean they were not illegal.

Blake you are quite right, as usual. Mr. Cohen's response has 49 PAGES of every post from Hamou between the day his adversary was filed up until after the default was granted.

I am looking forward on Monday when I am down at the federal building reading what you and it was something filed on your behalf what it has to say, remember, just because you slap something in legal pleadings doesn't make it true especially when most of what you have had attorneys file on your behalf has been lies you told them.
These are interesting, because they demonstrate she was AWARE IN FACT of Cohen's adversary, and had the time and intention to go to the Bankruptcy Court to read all documents well before the deadline to answer. NO mention of her mother's illness at all either...

P.S. To this day, I have not seen or read any document filed in bankruptcy court by Mr. Cohen, nothing has arrived by US Mail and or email.
See, this one is interesting also. It demonstrates clearly Hamou had PLENTY OF TIME on her hands to be busy preparing these Bankruptcy Court papers, at the SAME TIME her Answer to Mr. Cohen was due and she admits ACTUAL NOTICE of Cohen's filings and was NEGLIGENT in not pursuing it...

Good God!
Rob Moshein proves he is once crazy obsessed son of a bitch. He goes on and on and it is just totally bizarre, but he has done this to others as well when he is criminally harassing people to name but a few all of which is documented all over the web.
I have not received any document from Mr. Cohen and I have already attached an affidavit in regards to this fact.
I have never ever been on the Google thread link provided on today's date by the scum sucking pig, known to me as being Robert Mark Moshein, who published said link on his libelous site he created about me.
I like THIS one particularly. It demonstrates that Hamou INENTIONALLY REFUSED to even look at what Mr. Cohen had filed, knowing full well that some response would be required and that there are specific time windows to do so. Nothing at all about her being "too busy with other things"....
Yes, Judge Bluebond will be interested to read every word.

I was thinking last night about the deplorable state of Hamou's health.
She is almost deaf in one ear. She is almost blind in one eye. She is missing a front tooth.
She must look a fright.
And then she goes to the hospital almost as often as she is due in court, which is a lot . . . and, oddly enough, often at the same time.
For a 51-year-old woman she's in mighty rough shape. Must make it hard to make a living.
Of course, she's got those "significant economic benefits" coming in that she forgot to disclose in her bankruptcy petition.
Boy, I do hope she succeeds in getting the Cohen and Atchison default judgments set aside, as I can't wait to see the results of pre-trial discovery.

- exploiting a mother's terminal illness to avoid court
- atrocious spelling and indecipherable grammar

Arrest in San Diego on a no bail FELONY arrest warrant, extradition to UTAH for failure to comply with the probation terms for a FELONY CONVICTION.

Hamou has claimed that this was not an adoption scam, as she was merely asserting her legal right to recover parental rights.
That would be true if that were all that was involved. But, as usual, she's omitting some key facts.
For instance, she only sought to recover the child after Mary Sailer shut off the cash flow to Hamou once Sailer's obligations under the adoption agreement had been fulfilled.
Hamou lied about her age in the adoption, claiming to be two years younger than she was.
Hamou lied about her identity in the adoption, claiming to be "Katherine Kennedy", the illegitimate daughter of Arthur and Sylvia Kennedy of Boston.
Hamou falsified the birth certificate by listing "Kennedy" as her maiden name on it.
These are clear evidence of a scam, and it is the reason that Mary Sailer successfully sued the law firm that brokered the adoption arrangement with Hamou.
There were three losers in this scam, and one winner.
Mary Sailer lost a baby she had had for three months and with whom she had bonded.
The law firm representing Hamou had to pay a sizable judgment for participating in a fraud.
Nicholas Moran lost the opportunity to be raised in a stable home with a mentally-stable parent of considerable financial means and was instead raised by an unbalanced woman who has lived her life on the grift, on the lam, in squalor, and in and out of jails.
The only winner was Oma Hamou, who walked away with a Mercedes and all her bills paid. And she must have really enjoyed driving around in that car, because she actually showed up a day late to pick the baby up after he was left at the lawyer's office per the arrangement, leaving it to the lawyer's secretary to take the baby home and care for it that night.
It wouldn't surprise me to find out that Hamou tried to sell the baby again but couldn't get the price she wanted or couldn't find a lawyer who would touch her after the custody case and Sailer's successful lawsuit.
And the woman dares to claim that anyone's conscience would be shocked by what happens to her.
