When one uses a search engine online using my name, and my trade name, The Austin Wine Guy, one finds a deluge of defamatory and simply out right lies spread across the Internet results now going back years all from her hand.
I would NOT even have written here, had this person not continually written her own false and defamatory statements herself and aided and abetted other personae writing "on her behalf" for the last ten years. If she doesn't want me to say anything about her, she ought not have been continually blogging and writing about me much less aiding and encouraging others to do so as well.
The woman behind all of this uses alias names: Oma Hamou, Oma McConnell, Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Hamou, Alexandra Moran, Oma Demian, Alexandra Murphy, are the usual ones, but there are others. She used the name "Kathryn Kennedy" to obtain money from a woman who was approached to adopt her child (she only took her child back, on literally the last possible day, after the adoptive mother refused to continue to pay her any more money.) She uses a business name of "Enigma Royal Films, LLC" she also calls just "Enigma Films" and "Reseda Glass" and "Worldwide Construction Enterprises, Inc." I learned about her genuine background, and she wants me silenced from speaking about it.
This woman admits that her actions are all motivated by her bitterness and hatred towards me, and this is the reason for her actions.
This woman, Oma Hamou, Oma McConnell, Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Hamou, Oma Demian, Alexandra Murphy and her other aliases have a twenty plus year track record of FELONY CONVICTIONS, multiple arrests, failure to abide by the requirements of her probation for her felony convictions which lead to more arrests, many many civil judgments against her for hundreds of thousands of dollars, a history of writing bad checks, and she was arrested late in 2008 in San Bernardino California on a Felony Charge of Forgery of a Financial Instrument (she seems to have forged a large check) After 14 months of dragging the process out, she paid the Victim full restitution and the District Attorney dropped the Felony charge. She has a history of evictions and bad checks.
A complete dossier has been posted, with the details on her activities, notably passing bad checks, stiffing landlords for rent owed and trashing the houses she rents by reason of keeping literally dozens of cats and dogs and not cleaning up after them. FLED the Court on March 13, 2014 when faced with revocation of Probation for Animal Cruelty conviction sentence and new criminal charges. She has also been charged with FIVE Felony Animal Abuse Charges.She is now out on bail, awaiting her next hearing with bail set at $101,000.
Further, she was ARRESTED BY THE BURBANK POLICE DEPARTMENT ON FRIDAY MARCH 8, 2013 ON A FELONY CRIMINAL WARRANT FOR FAILURE TO APPEAR IN COURT ON ANIMAL ABUSE CHARGES THAT WERE FILED AGAINST HER ON JANUARY 29, 2013 IN PALMDALE.

She was given 36 months conditional probation by Judge Harmon. She was required, among other things, to enroll in 24 Animal Neglect classes and provide the Court proof she had enrolled within thirty days. She was also prohibited from possessing ANY animals at all for three full years.
"Alexandra McConnell" failed to provide the proof of enrollment and failed to appear as ordered by Judge Harmon. The Court immediately revoked her Probation and summarily issued a $50,000 bail arrest warrant in October 2013.
This is the probation which is now revoked by reason of her fleeing the Courthouse rather than face Judge Harmon who indicated he was going to remand her to Jail.
In responding to complaints of animal neglect, abuse and overcrowded conditons in a Lancaster California residence, "Alexandra McConnell" was arrested AGAIN on December 16, 2013 by the responding officers when they discovered the outstanding arrest warrant, and 96 sick, filthy and neglected animals found living in the most deplorable of conditions were confiscated from her Lancaster California residence by the Lancaster Animal Control Shelter. Having these animals violated the Court Order. Oma Hamou aka Alexandra McConnell, Booking No.: 3805070 was held in custody for 36 hours before being released on a $50,000 bond. Charges are pending and a hearing on this Case, number 3AV0072401 was scheduled on the matter for January 7, 2014 in the Antelope Valley Courthouse.

In 2008 Ms. Chipi was seeking a short sale of her home. A realtor named Kevin Davies (phone available upon request) introduced Oma McConnell to Ms. Chipi, claiming she had loan approval to purchase the house but that McConnell wanted to move in as a renter prior to closing the sale. (This was exactly the scenario she used to gain occupancy at Mr. O'Connor's house in Littlerock.) Ms. Chipi agreed.
The first rental check was written on a closed account. No further rental payments were made. McConnell moved in with her son and another man. The house was thoroughly trashed. Numerous animals were kept in one room which was badly damaged. Carpeting was ripped out. Appliances were removed. The kitchen caught fire.
Ms. Chipi sought help from the Sheriff's department which told her that they could do nothing without an eviction order. Ms. Chipi filed a U.D. (Case No. 08U03169 - Michael Antonovich Antelope Valley Courthouse), which she later dropped due to lack of resources. She said that Kevin Davies also filed an action against McConnell and that she failed to show for the hearing.
Ms. Chipi says she has some files on the incident, as does Mr. Davies, and that she also has undeveloped film of the damage done to the house.
Robert Atchison
Won a Civil Judgment against Oma Hamou for her failure to pay him consulting fees as she promised him she would do.
A District Court Judge has signed an order requiring her to schedule and appear at a deposition in Austin Texas no later than September 3, 2011 to disclose her assets, finances, and employment information, and she is further ORDERED to comply by providing the requested financial, employment and asset documentation to Mr. Atchison no later than August 20. She did nothing. Her failure to do these things resulted in an order of Contempt of Court.
August 2011: Hamou/McConnell tried to derail Mr. Atchison's debt collection with a last moment filing of a "Bill of Review". Hamou's Bill of Review was dismissed on July 26, 2011 by the Hon Judge Cooper of the District Court. Hamou now has no choice but to comply with the Court order.
OCTOBER 18:
The Court slapped Oma Hamou with an Order of Contempt of Court and imposed $1,000 sanctions against her for failing to comply with the Ordered Document Production and Deposition.
January 2012: District Court Lora Livingston Slapped an ORDER TO APPEAR AND SHOW CAUSE on Oma Hamou requiring her to appear in Person to explain her continuing violation of Court Orders. Her failure to appear will most likely result in a Bench Warrant for her Arrest:
Hamou failed to appear as ordered by the Court. As a result, a BENCH WARRANT for her arrest was issued on March 26, 2012 by the same Judge Livingston in the Travis County District Court
Hamou attempted in June 2012 to ask the Court to vacate the Bench Warrant, but it seems her "Paralegal" one Robert Richman (a Tai Chi master and Torah Scholar, as well as "Paralegal") seems to have chickened out on continuing.
In 2012 "Oma McConnell" filed for Bankruptcy in order to forestall debtor's exams and collection efforts. She failed to file any required schedules or information, despite Court orders to do so. Her Bankruptcy was dismissed for that failure. However, On August 20, 2012 Judge Robles of the US Federal Bankruptcy Court ordered her Bankruptcy proceedings to be re-instated and ordered her to comply with Document Production requests and Deposition by attorneys for Bob Atchison, which are now scheduled for late September. Hamou/McConnell FAILED TO COMPLY WITH THE COURT ORDERED DOCUMENT PRODUCTION REQUIRED NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 14, 2012. She further FAILED TO COMPLY WITH THE COURT ORDER THAT SHE APPEAR FOR A DEPOSITION ON SEPTEMBER 20, 2012. She can now be held in Contempt of Court.
October 31, 2012, the Bankruptcy Court dismissed Oma McConnell's bankruptcy due to her utter failure to file even one single required schedule or document. Judge Ernesto Robles said her creditors "are free to pursue their State claims against her".
March 2013: Mr. Atchison has had his Judgment made final in California and localized to California and is proceeding to collect against her. A Debtors Exam (ORAP) has now been issued and ordered by the Los Angeles Superior Court for Hamou/McConnell to appear in Court.
January 29, 2014: A Los Angeles Superior Court Judge awarded Mr. Atchison $2,800 in costs against "Oma McConnell" for her filing a false Civil Restraining Order against him to attempt to stop his lawful Judgment Collection Efforts.

Homeowner in Littlerock California who was selling his house using the services of Shari Porter agent with Big Valley Realty in Palmdale California. Shari Porter brought "Alexandra Moran" using an expired drivers license in the name of Oma Hamou to Mr. O'Connor as a "Qualified Buyer" of his home. Shari Porter insisted Oma Hamou be allowed to rent part of the home as a room mate of Mr. O'Connor until the sale closed. Porter kept informing Mr. O'Connor that Hamou was pre-qualified by lenders, yet never actually provided the required documentation proving this to O'Connor. Shari Porter told O'Connor that Hamou had deposited funds into escrow at Titan Escrow in Palmdale, but again refused to give O'Connor any actual escrow documents. Hamou delayed closing for a full five months, then refused to close when O'Connor demanded. She further refused to leave the property and squatted in the residence with four men, another woman and four or five children and literally ten or twelve dogs and forty to fifty cats. She has moved an old trailer and cargo boxes onto the property as well. She has squatted on Mr. O'Connor's property for over 18 months without paying rent. This sadly forced Mr. O'Connor to lose his property to Foreclosure and Declare Bankruptcy, as direct results of this woman's scams and lies.

2011 "Alexandra Moran" rented a room from Patrick J. O'Connor, but presented an expired California Drivers License in the name of Oma Hamou. She then claimed to want to purchase the property. She delayed the purchase for FIVE MONTHS with numerous stories, and is now squatting on the property without permission nor paying rent . She lives there with her son, Nicholas Royal Moran, who has severe psychiatric disorders (his is currently under Conservatorship pursuant to the California Lanterman Petris Short Act) and has a history of violence, both domestic and with police. Mr. O'Connor himself witnessed Nicholas Moran beat his mother in front of him in the residence. She also lives with one Steve Fred Lee, who has over 15 criminal convictions for eluding police, indecent exposure and habitual driving with a revoked drivers license. Another squatter on the property is one Michael McBride who lives with four or five of his children also on the property. Hamou also has literally many dozens of cats and more than 10 dogs on the property. Hamou attempted to keep Mr. O'Connor from evicting her by filing a Restraining Order against Mr. O'Connor alleging he made threats of violence against her and her son. However, she did NOT file this order until a full TWO WEEKS after Mr. O'Connor left the residence and moved to Alaska! Hearing on the requested Restraining order was held Friday July 15. Hamou first requested a continuance! The Judge refused to delay the hearing. After the Judge examined her criminal record, arrest record and history of evictions and Judgments, the Judge in so many words called Hamou "a Criminal and Con Artist" recognized her string of VICTIMS and refused to grant the restraining order, and further told Hamou that while he could not order her out at the moment, she did have to leave O'Connor's property and pay him the rent owed. Hamou told O'Connor by email she will be out by September 1. Mr. O'Connor's attorney has begun Eviction Proceedings against Hamou McConnell and her other squatters. While Hamou wrote Mr. O'Connor that she would be "out of the house by September 1" she has hired a lawyer to delay the eviction proceedings. Reports indicate that the house is trashed, with old furniture in the yard, many old rusted trucks, tires, boxes and piles of trash are strewn across the property.
A Health Department Complaint about the property was filed on February 16, 2012 by the neighbors to this property complaining of "Accumulation of refuse and cast off materials" and "Accumulation of Animal Excrement" which Hamou has allowed on the property.

Selling property that she admits isn't HERS to sell legally! Isn't that "grand theft"??
Also, taking money for property you do not own nor have title to by claiming it is yours to sell is "THEFT BY DECEPTION" a felony crime for which she has been convicted three times in the past.

She is truly psychotic in her daily compulsion because I stumbled onto these actual facts of her past, and present, which do not coincide with the personae she wants to project to others.

I am called a "criminal stalker". First, being called a criminal is Libel per se in Texas, since I have never been convicted of ANYTHING worse than one speeding ticket. Hamou received in excess of $50,000 in cash from Mr. Refai in May 2009, (see above) for which she signed a promissory note. Hamou made no disclosure of the whereabouts of this large sum of cash, nor did she disclose just where this substantial asset went. She FAILED to mention it to her lender as well...
Her 2010 IRS returns show "income" of $38,000 or $2,459 per month. She claims a "sole proprietorship" called "Reseda Glass" that "installs glass in high rise buildings" but has NO Federal Employer ID number, nor does she list any WAGES paid to any "employees". Is this almost 50 year old woman hanging off the side of a building installing glass ALL BY herself?
Her 2009 IRS Return, filed the same day (April 2011) swears that she was self employed earning $2,130 per month.
HOWEVER, her Bankruptcy Petition shows she claimed to have been employed for TEN YEARS by "Enigma Films and Glass Tech" earning $3,000 per month.

August 23, 2010 on her website: yes she is still undergoing treatment for her cancer. I can definitely attest to the fact that she has indeed suffered from cancer. Those treatments are so hard on her that I have had to help her back to the car, then into her house and even into bed because they leave her so sick and weak that she cannot do anything.

One would think that on a day when Hamou has to marshal her "competent and intelligent argument" before a federal judge she might stay off the internet, especially since she says it causes the complete breakdown of her mental and physical health.

Her father was never arrested for molesting her - despite her claims he raped her for several years from around 10-14. That was a fantasy story she made up.
During their divorce Oma invented a story that Marcus Damien had molested his children and they were taken away from him for several years. Then she admitted it was a lie and she had made it up and he got his kids back.
In fact, Blake, in this very long saga of Oma Hamou the only person who has been arrested - many times - is HERSELF and there's a bench warrant for her arrest right now in Austin.
Hmmm. Hamou's awfully quiet about what happened in court today.
It is both interesting and a symptom of her histrionic personality disorder that Hamou publishes that letter from David Slater, because it's obvious she doesn't have a clue about its implications.
What do I mean by this?
Well, from that letter it's obvious that at that point Hamou had gotten Slater all charged up with her version of events. Yet we know that by the end his road with her, instead of vanquishing Atchison in court, Slater dumped Hamou as a client and told Atchison that the sooner he saw her in his rearview mirror the better.
In light of what we now know about the trajectory of Cohen's dealings with Hamou, the same pattern emerges. At the outset, after hearing Hamou's tale of woe and abuse, Cohen was so sold on the idea of helping her vanquish Atchison that he started work on her case before seeing the first dime of money from her. Yet we know that by the end of his road with her Cohen was calling Hamou a liar and a fool, dumping her as a client, suing her in court, and actually filing joinders to assist Atchison in his adversary lawsuit against her.
This same pattern emerges in the ponzi movie scheme, where Hamou sold person after person on the idea of joining her grand project. Yet we know that by the end of their roads with her people realized they had been sucked in by a con game, and more than a dozen sued her and won.
The same pattern emerges in the old correspondence Hamou publishes from Penny Wilson, who at the time was angry with Bob Atchison. Yet we know that by the end of her road with Hamou, Wilson was working with Atchison, Moshein, and others on book projects but wanting nothing to do with Hamou.
The same pattern even emerges in Hamou's private life. By the time her parents reached the end of their roads with her -- their own daughter -- the father was testifying in court against her suitability as a parent, and one of the last acts of her dying mother was to sign an affidavit giving witness that Hamou had set her lawyer up to give a judge false information about missing a court appearance.
Yes, Hamou can produce one piece of "evidence" after another about what a villain Bob Atchison is. But there is not a single piece of it that ever carries the day once the end of the road comes into view.
And the great plague we bring upon Hamou is that we keep following the stories to the end of the road, find the piles of stinking manure there, and publish them so that others can be forewarned.
Yes, at one moment in time David Slater was angry at Bob Atchison. But then he got to know his client, and everything changed. It's the pattern that repeats over and over and over in her life.
And, by the way, despite a slew of postings late yesterday, she's still awfully mum about her experience in federal court yesterday.

We're holding off on reporting yesterday's events in court pending another piece of information. However, it's worth pointing out now how easily Judge Bluebond figured Hamou out.
In one of her tentative rulings the judge wrote:
". . . plaintiff's reliance on any representations made by defendant could not have been justifiable after some point in this process."
In essence, Judge Bluebond is saying that Hamou's lies were so obvious that no one should have continued to believe them for long.
In fact, the judge felt that within two weeks of signing the retainer agreement, it was apparent that Hamou was lying.
Yep, it didn't take the good judge long to figure out our gal.

Oh, goody. After being told yesterday that her defense to Cohen's lawsuit was, in fact, no defense, Hamou's next great play will be to claim as a defense in Atchison's adversary suit something that is res judicata and cannot be relitigated.

It's a shame that Mr. Richman, too, now has a judgment against you. Otherwise you could turn to him for expert legal advice on this matter.
There is a body of bankruptcy case law that allows exactly what Atchison is doing. This case law recognizes that proving fraud is more expensive and time-consuming than proving breach of contract and that many plaintiffs elect only to pursue a breach claim if they think that will be sufficient to carry them to a win.
In Atchison's case that is exactly what happened. The breach claim was felt to be sufficient for him to win his case before a jury, so he didn't have to argue fraud in order to prevail.
However, your attempt to use the bankruptcy court to discharge that debt opened the door for Atchison to make a claim de novo in bankruptcy court that the debt was incurred through fraud.
And if Atchison's case goes to trial before Judge Bluebond, she will already have found in the Cohen case that you had no defense to his claim of fraud in incurring debts, and she will recognize the lies you told Atchison in the same lies you told Cohen years later.
Yes, you cannot afford to lose this round.
But you will.
I do hope, though, that the matter gets as far as pre-trial discovery. There is so much, so very much, that I'm sure Mr. Wegman has to ask you under oath.

Foster, Malish and Blair dumped Hamou right before the trial because she conned them just like she did with Cohen. She used the same lies to get them to provide legal services on credit. Trust funds, movie studio, checks that were being issued at any moment - just like Cohen.
She still owes them more than $20,000. I wonder if Slater feels responsible for what happened to Foster, Malish and Blair.
Well, I'm sure Slater's affidavit will clear it all up.

And a case SHE LOST after having had the opportunity IN THE TRIAL to raise all the claims of fraud and perjury she has been raising on the internet ever since.
And a case SHE LOST and then never filed an appeal to show an appellate court all the documents she claims would have caused her to win the suit.
She knows she will never overturn that verdict and judgment, and she knew it when there was still time to file an appeal.
That's why she took her case to the internet instead of to a courtroom.
And it's driving her nutty (er . . . nuttier).
So Judge Bluebond's rulings from Tuesday are now posted.
It seems that Hamou's "competent and intelligent argument" was not found very persuasive by the judge.
As we had heard, Hamou's motion to vacate the default judgment was denied, as the judge did not accept her excuses for failing to file a timely answer, nor did the judge find Hamou's explanation of what her defense would be should the case go to trial to be legally sufficient for her to have any chance of prevailing.
Also, Cohen's earlier award of a default judgment was validated by the judge, with Cohen awarded the fees he incurred up until May 30, 2012, which totaled almost $9,000.
The only reason the judge did not grant him fees beyond that date was that she felt Hamou's lies about her intention to pay were so obvious by that point that no one should have believed them.
Now we should note that Bob's adversary was filed the same day as Cohen's, and the answer to Bob's adversary was due on the same date as the answer to Cohen's adversary.
If Judge Bluebond has already rejected Hamou's reasons for failing to file the Cohen answer on time, what do you think her decision will be regarding failure to file the Atchison answer on time?
We must also remember that Mr. Cohen's adversary lawsuit claimed that Hamou committed fraud in incurring the debt to him.
In entering judgment in his favor, the federal bankruptcy court has thereby accepted the claim of fraud. Hence, Hamou's debt to Cohen can never be discharged in bankruptcy.
I wonder what steps he will take to attempt to collect the judgment, as she cannot rush back into bankruptcy court to hide from him.

The judge has already rejected her reasons regarding the Cohen answer, which was due on the same day. And if Hamou tries to claim an utterly different set of reasons in the Atchison case, the judge is going to read that as the claptrap it is.
Once again, Hamou's habit of blowing off court orders and deadlines has put her tail in a crack.

The Trustee is in control of whatever assets Hamou had at the time she filed the petition.
Any assets acquired afterward are not in the control of the Trustee.
However, the presence of such after-acquired assets will cause the Trustee to inquire into their source and when they were acquired.
And another thing . . . . Should Hamou manage to pay Cohen, what the court will issue is a "Satisfaction of Judgment", not a dismissal of the case or a vacating of the judgment. A dismissal can only issue prior to entry of judgment.

And the judge heard you on what your defense to the action would be if it proceeded and was not satisfied that it would be sufficient to give you any chance of prevailing.

Hmmm. It would seem that Hamou did not fulfill the promise she made before Judge Bluebond to pay Cohen the amount of his judgment.
PACER is showing a "Notice of Lodgment of Order or Judgment in Adversary Proceeding" that reads, in part:
"Accordingly, Judgment is granted in favor of Plaintiffs BARUCH C. COHEN, LAW OFFICE OF BARUCH C. COHEN, APLC and against Defendant OMA MCCONNELL with respect to Plaintiffs’ First Claim for Relief for the nondischargeability of debt – FRAUD - in the amount of $8,592.50 pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A), as all elements of said claim were satisfied; This Judgment is without prejudice to the rights of Plaintiffs to seek attorneys’ fees and costs from Defendant as provided for under applicable law."
Note the word "FRAUD", which was capitalized, bold-faced, and underlined in the PACER document.
So much for Hamou's claims that no court has ever ruled that she committed fraud.
A federal court has now done so.
Hamou's criminal case was continued today until December 19 in order for her attorney to address "discovery issues".
Who knows? Maybe we'll find out about that $4500 "bribe" she keeps babbling that someone paid Animal Control.
Or maybe we'll find out who called whom in the real Alexandra McConnell saga.
Or maybe the judge will just figure out that she's throwing up smoke screens any way she can and run out of patience with her constant continuances, just like the judges did in San Bernardino County and in Austin.
In any case, it's going to be a fun ride.

Wrongo again. The opposite happened.
The Order upholding Mr. Cohen's claims of FRAUD against Oma McConnell are now officially on record in Federal Bankruptcy Court.
Well, now it's all official. Judge Bluebond yesterday signed the final order upholding the default judgment in favor of Cohen and precluding Hamou from ever having her debt to Cohen discharged through bankruptcy by reason if its having been incurred through fraud.
Oh, my dears. I just got an email from Betty Ford (or whatever her name is), and she says she feels as if she is on Cloud 9. Of course, those of you who have seen Betty (or whatever her name is) know that it would take something like a thunderhead to hold her nibs, but I'm sure you know she just meant that she is delighted.
You see, she has decided to move to California, and her realtor told her that anyone who moves to California can get food stamps and $260 a month in Assistance for Families with Dependent Children (AFDC).
Now Betty (or whatever her name is) tried to tell the realtor that she didn't have any minor children, but the realtor just pooh-poohed her and told her that all she has to do is say she does. The realtor says simply everybody does it in California.
The realtor did, however, suggest that Betty (or whatever her name is) use a mail drop box for receiving the benefits. That way those nosy-nose fraud inspectors will have a bit of work on their hands if somebody wants to be a tattle-tale.
Ah, my pets. California . . . Land of Opportunity.
Baruch Cohen just filed a truly extraordinary document with the court. Since the judge has already entered the final order in favor of Cohen's fraud claim, it was not necessary for Cohen to file anything further.
However, Mr. Cohen apparently wanted to be sure Bob Atchison and his attorney Mr. Wegman had the email traffic between Cohen and Hamou regarding the promise Hamou made in front of Judge Bluebond to pay Cohen.
And the email traffic was exactly what you would expect of Hamou: a string of lie after lie after lie, mixed with sugar-coated wheedling to Cohen one minute and bursts of ire about his supposed "harassment" and "rudeness" the next.
Here is but one example of the outrageousness of her lies:
The deadline for paying Cohen was 5:00 p.m. on November 4.
On November 3 at 8:53 p.m. Hamou emails to Cohen:
"Yes, we are going to meet tomorrow. I will be contacting you towards noon to let you know when you should expect me to be at your office. I thank you."
BUT on November 4 at 4:10 p.m. (50 minutes before the deadline agreed to with the court) Hamou emails to Cohen:
"I won't make it to your office at 5 because I am on my way from Las Vegas but I do have your money. I have cash. I have everything to lose if you file something, everything so I am begging you to extend to me until 11:00 a.m. tomorrow. I will be at your office with the cash. I am asking you to please give me this time to get back to L.A. - I will be there!!!"
Of course, this, too, was a lie, as at 4:25 p.m. on November 5, Cohen emails to Hamou:
"Oma: Of course all of your promises to pay $8,592.50 by 11-4-2014 at 5:00 p.m. were false and you never made payment. Of course all of your subsequent promises to pay $8,592.50 by 11-5-2014 at 11:00 a.m. were also false as you never made payment."
Cohen then went on to file his lodgment of judgment, which was soon followed by Judge Bluebond's final order, granting a default judgment to Cohen and finding that the debt was non-dischargeable in bankrtupcy due to FRAUD.
We found Mr. Cohen's declaration to be very interesting reading.
I suspect Judge Bluebond will, too.
Oh, my dears. I just had the most wonderful idea to make all this unpleasantness go away.
Maybe Ms. Hamou / McConnell / Moran / Murphy / Hanoi / Kennedy can pay Mr. Cohen $20 a month from her AFDC payments until the debt is paid off. Now, I know that would take over 35 years, but true stars such as Ms. Hamou are immortal and, well, Mr. Cohen seems to be a very patient man.
Oh, wait. Silly me. It is Betty Ford (or whatever her name is) that is getting AFDC payments, not Ms. H/M/M/M/H/K.

Hamou did the same thing to me that she just did to Cohen. In the courtroom in front of the judge and me she promised to pay my judgment in a few days. She strung me along for two weeks and then disappeared. She lied then - just like she just did to Cohen.

26. Defendant did not pay me the $8,592.50 by November 5, 2014 at 11:00am.
27. Defendant did not pay me the $8,592.50, period.
28. Accordingly, once she was proven again (and again) to be a liar I lodged the Fraud judgment.

November 18 should be fun. I wonder if Hamou is going to turn on the crocodile tears and plead for an opportunity to avoid a fraud judgment, just as she did in front of Judge Bluebond on October 30.
Of course, Mr. Wegman will be armed with information that she did the same thing in front of Judge Harger in Texas, and then reneged the same way she reneged on the promise to pay Cohen.
But that may not even be necessary, as I have a feeling Judge Bluebond will remember Hamou's weepy little melodrama from October and, having read the emails between Hamou and Cohen over the ensuing two weeks, the judge will know exactly what Hamou's game is.
Filing this third bankruptcy may be the stupidest thing Hamou has done yet -- and that's saying something.
No matter what is yet to come, it has already produced a ruling by a federal court that Hamou committed FRAUD against a creditor.
And the vise tightens another notch.
Well, it seems Judge Bluebond did read Mr. Cohen's most recent declaration, as the Judge today entered the final order ruling that the debt to Cohen is non-dischargeable in bankruptcy.
So much for Hamou's claim that she was going to pay the debt and that the case would be dismissed.
Regarding the order of the federal court, Hamou posted:
"It was not determined that I had committed fraud just that I shouldn't have told the attorney I would pay then didn't."
Uh, wrongo.
In the final order -- signed by Judge Bluebond -- the judge writes:
"Accordingly, Judgment is granted in favor of Plaintiffs BARUCH C. COHEN, LAW OFFICE OF BARUCH C. COHEN, APLC and against Defendant OMA MCCONNELL with respect to Plaintiff's First Claim for Relief for the nondischargeability of debt in the amount of $8,592.50 pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 523(a)(2)(A)."
Now here's the text of 11 U.S.C. 523(a)(2)(A):
"A discharge under section 727, 1141, 1228 (a), 1228 (b), or 1328 (b) of this title does not discharge an individual debtor from any debt for money, property, services, or an extension, renewal, or refinancing of credit, to the extent obtained by (A) false pretenses, a false representation, or actual fraud."
So, Judge Bluebond explicitly cited fraud and false pretenses as the basis of her ruling in favor of Cohen.
Hamou can yammer on endlessly (and she will) that Judge Bluebond did not find her guilty of fraud.
But the judge did -- AND IT'S IN THE FEDERAL COURT RECORD FOR ALL TO SEE.
Hamou also posted:
"A Federal Judge said if I paid Mr. Cohen the money less than what he was asking for then my stalkers would not be able to publicly humiliate me"
What the federal judge actually told Mr. Cohen was that she was cutting back the amount he requested because Hamou's lies were so obvious that no one should have relied on them as long as he did.

Well, the Woman Who Sued Herself screwed up again. According to Judge Bluebond's tentative rulings for the hearing on the 18th, the judge was never served with copies of Hamou's motion to vacate the default judgment or with her motion for sanctions regarding the Texas bench warrant.
So the matters will be continued to a later date to give Hamou a chance to try to get her act together.

I do know the real estate company that owns the residence Steve & His Female Friends reside at as some of the owners are Israeli’s who I am friends with. I also know that in compliance with Californian Code of Civil Procedure 1161.2, Unlawful Detainer case information is not available to the public for the first 60 days after filing. Both Rob Moshein, Mike Pyles and Bob Atchison have hinted and communicated in third party communications that they know for a fact I live with Steve and that I am being evicted no one from the real estate company has spoken to anyone since the first time these jerks pretending to be Jeff contacted them.
Total lies. 1. OMA MCCONNELL was served with eviction notice August 28. 2. OMA MCONNELL WAS IN FACT SERVED WITH EVICTION NOTICE.
No one told them any information about any eviction yet this small group of men who hide behind a judgment obtained against me by one of them because he lied and created a fake invoice says different. Hamou is in an utter panic about what's going to happen next in federal bankruptcy court. Realizing that Judge Bluebond isn't buying her feigned excuses for not answering the adversary lawsuits in time, Hamou is flooding the court with spurious motions out of sheer desperation.
However, she persists in failing to serve them on the judge, meaning that they will not be taken into consideration -- which is no big deal, since they're nothing but nonsense, anyway.
For instance, in the newest (and redundant) motion she filed, she cites nothing but state law and statute, which are irrelevant to a federal bankruptcy court.
As is usually the case with a pro se litigant, Judge Bluebond gave every bit of slack possible to Hamou in the Cohen matter, giving Hamou a chance to give an acceptable reason for not having filed an answer on time and allowing Hamou to be heard twice in person.
Even after giving Hamou all the leeway she could, Judge Bluebond recognized her excuses for the lies they were and granted judgment to Mr. Cohen for Hamou's incurring debt by fraudulent representations.
Having seen in great detail the incredible string of lies Hamou told Cohen, the similar lies Hamou told Atchison are going to be very, very familiar to the good judge.
And Hamou knows it. That's why she's freaking completely out.
I particularly loved the filing where Hamou all but blubbered and sobbed to the judge about her plans to hire a really good lawyer.
Unfortunately for Hamou, the judge has already seen how Hamou deals with a really good lawyer. And any lawyer who thinks about taking her case will head for the hills the minute he or she takes a gander at Mr. Cohen's pleadings and exhibits on file with the court.
Her goose has been cooking for quite a while, and it's nearing done.

Hmmm. It seems that Hamou has been caught in another lie before a judge.
She claimed in her declarations to Judge Bluebond that she was late in filing answers to the adversaires because she was moving from one Burbank location to another.
But the eviction papers on record with state court show that she was evicted from a house in East Palmdale -- and considerably after the deadline for filing her answers in the adversaries.
It's interesting that Hamou keeps signing leases for houses she doesn't live in. She signed the lease for the house in Lake Los Angeles where the animals were found and she was arrested.
But, according to her, she didn't live there.

Wow. After ignoring Atchison's and Cohen's lawsuists and blowing off the court's deadline for filing answers, Hamou has certainly kicked into high gear. In the Atchison adversary alone she's now filed TWELVE motions, amendments, and addenda since she realized the judge was taking her failure to answer seriously and not putting up with her nonsense.
At least when Judge Bluebond finally rules on all the issues -- default, fraud, defamation, vexatious litigation -- no one will believe the claims Hamou will surely start making that she was deprived of a fair opportunity to put her tales of woe before the judge.
But what I'm really awaiting is the appeal she says she's going to file of the Cohen judgment against her. It should be a doozy.

Well, I guess we now know something of Judge Bluebond's mind regarding Hamou's flooding the court with her panicked pleadings, motions, and exhibits.
Today Judge Bluebond ordered that Hamou will not be allowed to file any more papers with the court, including a response to the sur-reply Atchison will be allowed to file in response to her most recent motion.
The next hearing is set for December 17, when Judge Bluebond will rule on Hamou's attempt to have the default judgments vacated.

Well, this is all very interesting. Things do not look great for our girl. Bitsy emailed me that the judge made some kind of crack about having to turn her court into a Kinko's in order to print all of the filings Ms. H has made. I was a bit stunned to read about her "trip" to Las Vegas that conflicted with the very moment she was supposed to pay Baruch Cohen. I am sure she never went, but what kind of person uses the excuse "I'm blowing you off in such a way that you will know I am blowing you off"? Blake was right. Simple: Hopeless Hag submitted ONE LEASE ONLY to the Bankruptcy Court, and UNDER OATH said it was for her residence. The lease said in so many words: ONLY TENANT and her son Nicholas would be residents.
Landlords do NOT rent to tenants who are NOT ON THE LEASE.
In fact, allowing non approved residents to LIVE in your property is a violation of the lease and results in EVICTION.
Of course, Hopeless Hag was evicted from Newmont. Hopeless Hag had an eviction granted for the 161st St property as well, where it now squats, knowing full well the landlords can't have the LASD toss her heavily liposuctioned ass out until the Bankruptcy is dismissed.
It lies. Judge Bluebond ruled she lied. Her Sister said she lies. Her Foster Mother said she lies, Mental Health professionals said she lies. The LA adoption officials said she lies. Baruch Cohen said she lies. Chris Malish said she lies. She ADMITTED lying to Bob that she never intended to actually settle with him, despite what she wrote when she said she "Had certified funds" in hand. The list is long of the people to whom she has lied and continues to grow.
Yet, she is so mentally unstable that she compulsively continues to lie and lie and lie, burying itself under the mountain of lies, which soon will all come home to roost.
I have to say, the forty cents is a nice touch on her debt load.

Interesting development.
The landlord of Hamou's current residence at 40254 161st Street East in Palmdale has filed a Motion for Relief from Stay in the bankruptcy court, asking for permission to proceed with the eviction of her from the premises.
The papers filed show that Hamou signed the lease on June 26, 2014, to be effective on July 1, 2014.
As usual, she made no rental payments after move-in, as the court papers show that rent payments went into default beginning August 1, 2014.
The lease was signed as Oma McConnell, who gave her email address as OmaHamou@gmail.com.
So, by its OWN ADMISSION, Hapless Hag Hamou LIED to the Landlord of 40254 161st Street East.
The Lease with Oma McConnell's signature states clearly at the top, second item "The Premises are for the sole use as a personal residence by...Tenant, Tenant's spouse (if applic.), and Siblings only."

A thought just occurred to me.
"Oma McConnell" called the Sheriff's Department to inform them SHE had filed bankruptcy, which stays the Landlord's eviction.
HOWEVER, "Oma McConnell" INSISTS that address is NOT her residence. Rather, "Oma McConnell" INSISTS that "Steve Lee and Olivia" are the residents.
Bankruptcy will ONLY stay eviction for "Oma McConnell"s residence. Steve Lee and Olivia have no such protection and should therefore legally be evicted.
At least according to "Oma McConnell" ...
That's right. Stays of eviction only cover the house that the bankrupt occupies, not houses they sublet or rent on behalf of other people.
Of course, we have known all along that Hamou was lying about living in Burbank. But it's just nice to see one of her lies so clearly revealed yet again.
And the D.A. will soon be in possession of this latest lease agreement.

United States Code 362 "Automatic Stay"
only applies to:
(22) the continuation of any eviction, unlawful detainer action, or similar proceeding by a lessor against a debtor involving residential property in which the debtor resides as a tenant under a lease or rental agreement
So, since "Oma McConnell" INSISTS this is not WHERE DEBTOR RESIDES, the automatic stay doesn't apply.
I wonder if that nice attorney Kimberly has read Oma McConnell's own words that the property is NOT her residence.
I rather suspect she has.
Well, Hamou already has three court dates on the calendar between Thanksgiving and Christmas, and I hear there's a very interesting fourth one in the works.

As for getting restraining orders against all of us, go right ahead. We might as well join Atchison in getting a judgment against you for costs and attorney fees.
