When one uses a search engine online using my name, and my trade name, The Austin Wine Guy, one finds a deluge of defamatory and simply out right lies spread across the Internet results now going back years all from her hand.
I would NOT even have written here, had this person not continually written her own false and defamatory statements herself and aided and abetted other personae writing "on her behalf" for the last ten years. If she doesn't want me to say anything about her, she ought not have been continually blogging and writing about me much less aiding and encouraging others to do so as well.
The woman behind all of this uses alias names: Oma Hamou, Oma McConnell, Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Hamou, Alexandra Moran, Oma Demian, Alexandra Murphy, are the usual ones, but there are others. She used the name "Kathryn Kennedy" to obtain money from a woman who was approached to adopt her child (she only took her child back, on literally the last possible day, after the adoptive mother refused to continue to pay her any more money.) She uses a business name of "Enigma Royal Films, LLC" she also calls just "Enigma Films" and "Reseda Glass" and "Worldwide Construction Enterprises, Inc." I learned about her genuine background, and she wants me silenced from speaking about it.
This woman admits that her actions are all motivated by her bitterness and hatred towards me, and this is the reason for her actions.
This woman, Oma Hamou, Oma McConnell, Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Hamou, Oma Demian, Alexandra Murphy and her other aliases have a twenty plus year track record of FELONY CONVICTIONS, multiple arrests, failure to abide by the requirements of her probation for her felony convictions which lead to more arrests, many many civil judgments against her for hundreds of thousands of dollars, a history of writing bad checks, and she was arrested late in 2008 in San Bernardino California on a Felony Charge of Forgery of a Financial Instrument (she seems to have forged a large check) After 14 months of dragging the process out, she paid the Victim full restitution and the District Attorney dropped the Felony charge. She has a history of evictions and bad checks.
A complete dossier has been posted, with the details on her activities, notably passing bad checks, stiffing landlords for rent owed and trashing the houses she rents by reason of keeping literally dozens of cats and dogs and not cleaning up after them. She hoards animals in filthy conditions and has been convicted of animal abuse as a result. Not to mention numerous unpaid judgments against her.

FLED the Court on March 13, 2014 when faced with revocation of Probation for Animal Cruelty conviction sentence and new criminal charges. She has also been charged with FIVE Felony Animal Abuse Charges.She is now out on bail, awaiting her next hearing with bail set at $101,000.
Further, she was ARRESTED BY THE BURBANK POLICE DEPARTMENT ON FRIDAY MARCH 8, 2013 ON A FELONY CRIMINAL WARRANT FOR FAILURE TO APPEAR IN COURT ON ANIMAL ABUSE CHARGES THAT WERE FILED AGAINST HER ON JANUARY 29, 2013 IN PALMDALE.

She was given 36 months conditional probation by Judge Harmon. She was required, among other things, to enroll in 24 Animal Neglect classes and provide the Court proof she had enrolled within thirty days. She was also prohibited from possessing ANY animals at all for three full years.
"Alexandra McConnell" failed to provide the proof of enrollment and failed to appear as ordered by Judge Harmon. The Court immediately revoked her Probation and summarily issued a $50,000 bail arrest warrant in October 2013.
This is the probation which is now revoked by reason of her fleeing the Courthouse rather than face Judge Harmon who indicated he was going to remand her to Jail.
In responding to complaints of animal neglect, abuse and overcrowded conditons in a Lancaster California residence, "Alexandra McConnell" was arrested AGAIN on December 16, 2013 by the responding officers when they discovered the outstanding arrest warrant, and 96 sick, filthy and neglected animals found living in the most deplorable of conditions were confiscated from her Lancaster California residence by the Lancaster Animal Control Shelter. Having these animals violated the Court Order. Oma Hamou aka Alexandra McConnell, Booking No.: 3805070 was held in custody for 36 hours before being released on a $50,000 bond. Charges are pending and a hearing on this Case, number 3AV0072401 was scheduled on the matter for January 7, 2014 in the Antelope Valley Courthouse.

She of course never PAID back the money. She, of course, never showed up in Court.

In 2008 Ms. Chipi was seeking a short sale of her home. A realtor named Kevin Davies (phone available upon request) introduced Oma McConnell to Ms. Chipi, claiming she had loan approval to purchase the house but that McConnell wanted to move in as a renter prior to closing the sale. (This was exactly the scenario she used to gain occupancy at Mr. O'Connor's house in Littlerock.) Ms. Chipi agreed.
The first rental check was written on a closed account. No further rental payments were made. McConnell moved in with her son and another man. The house was thoroughly trashed. Numerous animals were kept in one room which was badly damaged. Carpeting was ripped out. Appliances were removed. The kitchen caught fire.
Ms. Chipi sought help from the Sheriff's department which told her that they could do nothing without an eviction order. Ms. Chipi filed a U.D. (Case No. 08U03169 - Michael Antonovich Antelope Valley Courthouse), which she later dropped due to lack of resources. She said that Kevin Davies also filed an action against McConnell and that she failed to show for the hearing.
Ms. Chipi says she has some files on the incident, as does Mr. Davies, and that she also has undeveloped film of the damage done to the house.
Robert Atchison
Won a Civil Judgment against Oma Hamou for her failure to pay him consulting fees as she promised him she would do.
A District Court Judge has signed an order requiring her to schedule and appear at a deposition in Austin Texas no later than September 3, 2011 to disclose her assets, finances, and employment information, and she is further ORDERED to comply by providing the requested financial, employment and asset documentation to Mr. Atchison no later than August 20. She did nothing. Her failure to do these things resulted in an order of Contempt of Court.
August 2011: Hamou/McConnell tried to derail Mr. Atchison's debt collection with a last moment filing of a "Bill of Review". Hamou's Bill of Review was dismissed on July 26, 2011 by the Hon Judge Cooper of the District Court. Hamou now has no choice but to comply with the Court order.
OCTOBER 18:
The Court slapped Oma Hamou with an Order of Contempt of Court and imposed $1,000 sanctions against her for failing to comply with the Ordered Document Production and Deposition.
January 2012: District Court Lora Livingston Slapped an ORDER TO APPEAR AND SHOW CAUSE on Oma Hamou requiring her to appear in Person to explain her continuing violation of Court Orders. Her failure to appear will most likely result in a Bench Warrant for her Arrest:
Hamou failed to appear as ordered by the Court. As a result, a BENCH WARRANT for her arrest was issued on March 26, 2012 by the same Judge Livingston in the Travis County District Court
Hamou attempted in June 2012 to ask the Court to vacate the Bench Warrant, but it seems her "Paralegal" one Robert Richman (a Tai Chi master and Torah Scholar, as well as "Paralegal") seems to have chickened out on continuing.
In 2012 "Oma McConnell" filed for Bankruptcy in order to forestall debtor's exams and collection efforts. She failed to file any required schedules or information, despite Court orders to do so. Her Bankruptcy was dismissed for that failure. However, On August 20, 2012 Judge Robles of the US Federal Bankruptcy Court ordered her Bankruptcy proceedings to be re-instated and ordered her to comply with Document Production requests and Deposition by attorneys for Bob Atchison, which are now scheduled for late September. Hamou/McConnell FAILED TO COMPLY WITH THE COURT ORDERED DOCUMENT PRODUCTION REQUIRED NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 14, 2012. She further FAILED TO COMPLY WITH THE COURT ORDER THAT SHE APPEAR FOR A DEPOSITION ON SEPTEMBER 20, 2012. She can now be held in Contempt of Court.
October 31, 2012, the Bankruptcy Court dismissed Oma McConnell's bankruptcy due to her utter failure to file even one single required schedule or document. Judge Ernesto Robles said her creditors "are free to pursue their State claims against her".
March 2013: Mr. Atchison has had his Judgment made final in California and localized to California and is proceeding to collect against her. A Debtors Exam (ORAP) has now been issued and ordered by the Los Angeles Superior Court for Hamou/McConnell to appear in Court.
January 29, 2014: A Los Angeles Superior Court Judge awarded Mr. Atchison $2,800 in costs against "Oma McConnell" for her filing a false Civil Restraining Order against him to attempt to stop his lawful Judgment Collection Efforts.

Homeowner in Littlerock California who was selling his house using the services of Shari Porter agent with Big Valley Realty in Palmdale California. Shari Porter brought "Alexandra Moran" using an expired drivers license in the name of Oma Hamou to Mr. O'Connor as a "Qualified Buyer" of his home. Shari Porter insisted Oma Hamou be allowed to rent part of the home as a room mate of Mr. O'Connor until the sale closed. Porter kept informing Mr. O'Connor that Hamou was pre-qualified by lenders, yet never actually provided the required documentation proving this to O'Connor. Shari Porter told O'Connor that Hamou had deposited funds into escrow at Titan Escrow in Palmdale, but again refused to give O'Connor any actual escrow documents. Hamou delayed closing for a full five months, then refused to close when O'Connor demanded. She further refused to leave the property and squatted in the residence with four men, another woman and four or five children and literally ten or twelve dogs and forty to fifty cats. She has moved an old trailer and cargo boxes onto the property as well. She has squatted on Mr. O'Connor's property for over 18 months without paying rent. This sadly forced Mr. O'Connor to lose his property to Foreclosure and Declare Bankruptcy, as direct results of this woman's scams and lies.

2011 "Alexandra Moran" rented a room from Patrick J. O'Connor, but presented an expired California Drivers License in the name of Oma Hamou. She then claimed to want to purchase the property. She delayed the purchase for FIVE MONTHS with numerous stories, and is now squatting on the property without permission nor paying rent . She lives there with her son, Nicholas Royal Moran, who has severe psychiatric disorders (his is currently under Conservatorship pursuant to the California Lanterman Petris Short Act) and has a history of violence, both domestic and with police. Mr. O'Connor himself witnessed Nicholas Moran beat his mother in front of him in the residence. She also lives with one Steve Fred Lee, who has over 15 criminal convictions for eluding police, indecent exposure and habitual driving with a revoked drivers license. Another squatter on the property is one Michael McBride who lives with four or five of his children also on the property. Hamou also has literally many dozens of cats and more than 10 dogs on the property. Hamou attempted to keep Mr. O'Connor from evicting her by filing a Restraining Order against Mr. O'Connor alleging he made threats of violence against her and her son. However, she did NOT file this order until a full TWO WEEKS after Mr. O'Connor left the residence and moved to Alaska! Hearing on the requested Restraining order was held Friday July 15. Hamou first requested a continuance! The Judge refused to delay the hearing. After the Judge examined her criminal record, arrest record and history of evictions and Judgments, the Judge in so many words called Hamou "a Criminal and Con Artist" recognized her string of VICTIMS and refused to grant the restraining order, and further told Hamou that while he could not order her out at the moment, she did have to leave O'Connor's property and pay him the rent owed. Hamou told O'Connor by email she will be out by September 1. Mr. O'Connor's attorney has begun Eviction Proceedings against Hamou McConnell and her other squatters. While Hamou wrote Mr. O'Connor that she would be "out of the house by September 1" she has hired a lawyer to delay the eviction proceedings. Reports indicate that the house is trashed, with old furniture in the yard, many old rusted trucks, tires, boxes and piles of trash are strewn across the property.
A Health Department Complaint about the property was filed on February 16, 2012 by the neighbors to this property complaining of "Accumulation of refuse and cast off materials" and "Accumulation of Animal Excrement" which Hamou has allowed on the property.

The Los Angeles County Sheriffs were involved YET AGAIN with her and her various names to safely return the motorcycle to Mr. O'Connor!
Selling property that she admits isn't HERS to sell legally! Isn't that "grand theft"??
Also, taking money for property you do not own nor have title to by claiming it is yours to sell is "THEFT BY DECEPTION" a felony crime for which she has been convicted three times in the past.

Hamou made no disclosure of the whereabouts of this large sum of cash, nor did she disclose just where this substantial asset went. She FAILED to mention it to her lender as well...
Her 2010 IRS returns show "income" of $38,000 or $2,459 per month. She claims a "sole proprietorship" called "Reseda Glass" that "installs glass in high rise buildings" but has NO Federal Employer ID number, nor does she list any WAGES paid to any "employees". Is this almost 50 year old woman hanging off the side of a building installing glass ALL BY herself?
Her 2009 IRS Return, filed the same day (April 2011) swears that she was self employed earning $2,130 per month.

August 23, 2010 on her website: yes she is still undergoing treatment for her cancer. I can definitely attest to the fact that she has indeed suffered from cancer. Those treatments are so hard on her that I have had to help her back to the car, then into her house and even into bed because they leave her so sick and weak that she cannot do anything.

January 27:
Hamou's next appearance in criminal court on probation violation and felony animal abuse charges.
We know Hamou and Lee were given the boot from the house on 161st Street and moved out just before New Year's. And her virtual disappearance from the internet indicates she hasn't yet found a place to squat that has connectivity.
But I thought surely she'd use the Wi-Fi at the courthouse this morning to announce the certainty of her ultimate victory in the criminal proceedings against her.
Has the bloom of hope wilted and fallen from the bush?
Well, it was quite a morning for our intrepid model, actress, film producer, and charitable benefactress Oma Hamou / McConnell.
As usual, she showed up late for court and found Judge Harmon, the original judge on the case, sitting. When he found out that she had failed to comply with the court orders for community service and a mental examination he read her the riot act and ordered her back to court on February 9. He said if she had not complied with his orders by then, he was sending her straight to jail.
Then, as she was leaving the courthouse parking lot, the right front wheel fell off the pickup truck in which she was being chauffeured. As I write this, she is sitting in the truck waiting for assistance to arrive . . . no doubt willing to sign autographs should anyone wish.
Nothing brings Hamou out of the woodwork screeching like a report of one of the criminal proceedings against her, and last night was no exception.

"I asked law enforcement if it was alright for me to respond to today's post about what happened at the Lancaster Court House and I was told I could."
Yeah, right. "Law enforcement" are not only the people who have arrested her numerous times and are currently prosecuting her for probation violations and four felonies but also the people who give her advice and counsel on what to put on the internet.
Hamou also posted:
"I was never ordered by this Judge in the misdemeanor case to seek a psychological examination . . . ."
I never said which judge ordered the examination. I just said it was a court order.

I see. So she was not ordered to get a psychological report, but she is just going to get one to show the court that we're the crazy ones.

As for moving to Santa Monica, I need only remind readers that the court has ordered this woman to submit to a mental examination.

Just got the transcript from yesterday's hearing and, boy, was Judge Harmon ripped at her.
He said he remembered her case from almost two years ago because he takes two kinds of cases particularly seriously: animal abuse and those involving the elderly. (Good thing he didn't know about Don Morton.)
He said he remembered that the original case was "horrific". When he found out that she had not complied with the conditions of probation, he said "when I tell you to do x, y, and z, I mean for you to do it". He then went on to say he would set the current charges for pre-trial conference on February 2, and if Hamou had not completed the community service and arranged a mental exam by February 9 he would send her to jail. He added that it would not be for a few days but for "several months".
Hamou assured him that she would comply, and the judge retorted, "you told me that two years ago."
He ended by saying that probation remains revoked.
And the day just got rougher for Hamou. After the pickup truck broke down, the taxi apparently got lost on the way to Santa Monica and had to pull over on the side of the road at Avenue D and 165th Street in Lake Los Angeles. I guess it took Hamou a while to notice that the cab was going away from Santa Monica instead of toward it.
Darling, look at you imagining yourself on the horse with the big bird on your hand! Sweetheart, when you go to the shrink for the evaluation, darling, you just bring this picture and you can save yourself answering so many questions! Such a timesaver! I gave you a chance to do these things, how can you regard it as reasonable to hold these things "in abeyance" when I tell you to do these things?" If I tell you to do XY & Z I mean do XY &Z and do it before the next Court date or you're going to jail, let's just leave it at that.
He asks Hamou if she has been in jail before. She says yes. For how long? She answers "well on these charges". The Judge snaps: "FOR HOW LONG?". She answers "several months".
Judge: Well, you'll be there for several months. I swear to you on my oath to the Constitution of the State of California, nothing irritates me more than Cruelty to Animals. I remember this case, and it's HORRIFIC. DO THE CLASSES OR GO TO JAIL. You've had 104 weeks. Do the classes or go to jail."
Regarding my statement that Hamou claims her victims defrauded her, she posted:

By the way, I particularly enjoyed Judge Harmon's looking in the statute book on Tuesday to verify that he could sentence you to up to a year in jail and then saying that he wanted the psychological examination in order to understand what he was dealing with before sending you to the pokey.
As has been the case with all the recent judges before whom you've appeared, your unbalanced mental state is easily seen.
But chin up, old girl. At least in jail you won't get evicted for non-payment of rent.

Then you'd better check with the court, as they have you docketed for two cases on Monday, February 9: ATP3AV00724 and XNOMA062368.
The first is for probation violation and the second is for a pre-trial hearing on multiple felony counts. (This is the pre-trial that was originally set for February 2 but was consolidated for hearing with the probation violation case.)
Of course, you can go in unprepared as usual and explain to Judge Harmon that your papers blew out the car window, that you had to be carried from the courthouse by ambulance, that you were in the hospital, that you got the times mixed up, that someone beat you up, that your eye cancer flared up, that your life-threatening infection recurred, that your hearing is gone . . . .
I'm sure he'll understand. He seems like a very patient man and one inclined to be sympathetic to your manifold difficulties in navigating life.

Ah, Ms. Hamou. Some time ago I bothered to search out the truth about you.
What I found was a bunch of websites in which you professed to be a movie producer, an actress, the head of an international charity, a current resident of Burbank who recently moved to Santa Monica, someone who is writing a book, someone who jaunts to and from Russia regularly, and someone who is restarting her grand movie project.
But what I also found were state and federal court websites that showed you have almost twenty outstanding civil judgments against you, that you have served cumulatively almost a year in jail, that you are currently out on $151,000 bond for felony animal abuse charges and probation violations, that you have filed for bankruptcy three times since 2010, that you were evicted twice in 2014 for non-payment of rent and several times in preceding years, that a Bankruptcy Trustee recently found you devoid of any assets, and that a federal judge recently ruled that you committed fraud against your own attorney.
If there's anyone on earth whose claims wither to nothing under a "searching out of the truth", it's yours.
Frankly, it's the last thing you should be encouraging people to do. Rather just tell them to believe you because you're OMA!
Several popes have been named saints with this approach.
Who knows? It might work for you.
Poor Hamou. She still can't figure out which end is up.
Relating to her court appearance on February 9, in which she claims only one matter is on the docket, she posted:

It seems that Hamou just did a case number search and forgot to do a defendant name search. When one searches the Criminal Case Calendar by the defendant name "Oma Hamou", TWO cases come up, both scheduled for February 9.
But perhaps it's better that she keep arguing we are wrong. That way she can claim to Judge Harmon that she was confused about what was on the calendar and try to buy herself another couple of weeks and waste more of the court's time.
I'm sure it won't bother the good judge to put things off again.

First people are flying in from Hawaii to watch her in court, and now people are taping court sessions.
I guess Hamou has never heard of good, old-fashioned shorthand or other forms of fast note taking. By capturing a few well-chosen words and phrases in notes and quickly fleshing them out to full text while memory is still fresh, one gets pretty much a verbatim transcript of a proceeding that only lasted a few minutes.
But since Hamou can't remember which town she is supposed to be living in from one day to the next -- or whether or not she is missing a tooth -- I shouldn't be surprised that she is unaware of this technique of detailed reporting.
But I do hope she brings up a claim that she is being taped in court. I'm sure Judge Harmon will want to hear all about anything she has to say to deflect attention from the real issue: her "horrific" (the judge's word) abuse of animals.

Just look at how well it worked with Judge Bluebond who, despite all your motions and exhibits of how you were being stalked and harassed, went on to find you committed fraud against Cohen, to refuse to impose any sanctions on Atchison, and to reject your motion to have your default set aside.
But I'm sure Judge Harmon will want to get to the bottom of all this instead of proceed with the actual matters before him: probation violations and felony animal abuse charges.
So, again, please, please, please whine and whimper about how you are being put upon.
Sitting here watching the snow fall all day, reading and keeping up with her postings. Honestly, girlfriend, get a grip on yourself. I'm sure God loves you, because he's God and that's what God does, but the people you have scammed, the police force and the animals you have caused to die have no reason to cheer for Ms. Oma Hamou, International Film Producer, Former Model, Businesswoman, Author, Humanitarian and all-around delight. Of course, this kind of begs the question as to why your past is littered with judgments and scams --- well before you ever met Bob Atchison, I might add --- and you have contributed nothing to society in this century other than ripping off a series of landlords, service providers, American Express (for which you are to be commended, given the disputes about billing I have occasionally had with them), the Russian Orthodox Church in the form of poor Bishop Markell, who never wants to have any contact with you again, the Alexander Palace staff, who never want to have any contact with you again , every single lawyer you have ever employed, who only want you to pay them and then never want to have any contact with you again, your faux-lawyer Mr. R., who wants you to pay him, and then never wants any contact with you again, your former step-daughter, who never wants any contact with you again and God knows how many dead (at your hands) animals, who are unable to ever have any contact with you again. Which is probably lucky for you, girlfriend, because if there is an afterlife, and dogs get to go there, there are going to be come angry chomps coming in your direction.

You have missed both the deadline to file an appeal and the deadline to file a Motion for Reconsideration.
But I guess Judge Bluebond offered you some special "Oma-Hamou-File-Whenever-I-Want-Procedure" that is not available to other litigants in bankruptcy court.

Uh, please direct us to the post where anyone said "new" charges were being filed against you on February 9. There are two cases on the docket that day. The first relates to violation of the terms of probation that were set after your mid-2013 arrest for animal abuse and your guilty plea. The second case relates to charges that arose from your December 2013 arrest when another large hoard of neglected animals were found in your house.
Those are "new" charges in the sense that they arose from events subsequent to the original charges that resulted in probation. They are not "new" in the sense that the abuse happened recently.

Every time Hamou has a court date looming that has her frightened she unleashes a torrent of posts about all the "evidence" she is going to produce against us and all the havoc she and law enforcement are going to wreak on us.

In any case, that's a lot of flying around for a woman who is in bankrtupcy, is living on food stamps and public assistance, is missing a front tooth, and was just evicted for the second time in a year for non-payment of rent.
It appears that she's now flying as frequently as she used to go to the hospital.
I guess "I've got a plane to catch" is the new Hamou-speak for "I was in the hospital" -- something she says when she gets backed into a corner and tries to impress people with her money and her tribulations.
By the way, if anyone thinks it unlikely that someone would lie about something as mundane as a flight or two, I would suggest they read the federal court filings of Baruch Cohen, who was once her own attorney and successfully sued her for fraud.
The mountain of lies she told him in a few short weeks about her assets, her intentions, and her whereabouts filled several dozen pages of court documents.
I'm glad that she will never be able to use bankruptcy to try and swindle me out of my judgment again. That's true for Cohen and me. She used fraud to scam me - again, just like she did to Cohen. She can continue to post tens of thousands of blog pages against me with hundreds of lies over and over again. It doesn't matter.

Oma has been making these claims about an FBI investigation of me for years and years.
I have called the Houston FBI office and they have told me they are not investigating me.
They have told me if I was being investigated by the FBI I would know about it.
Last year Oma went around to police stations in the LA area and told them I had threatened to kill her. The stories were absolutely ridiculous - wild stories - outright crazy lies. All of these attempts by Oma failed. I and my attorney spoke with all of them we could find out about and they took no action on her claims.
Blake you have accurately described what she tried to do to me with that false and malicious restraining order. I won completely in that as well.

Oma Hamou destroyed her own business, just as she destroys everything she touches, be it her son's life, her relationships with her family, the houses in which she squats, the animals she hoards.
It may all be born of mental illness, but the consequences to the innocent on the sidelines are no less dire for it.
She also lied about getting on a plane. Despite using Hobocraft IP proxy service, she doesn't realize that free tools are provided to track users that don't rely on the actual IP. So, we know she has been reading constantly from Palmdale, Glendale, and Burbank the last few days. Same exact Microsoft based device, with a rather outdated OS, every single time (so you know it isn't a bunch of different people).
She isn't even mentally stable enough to think her lies through first.

Well, if she "flew" to Michigan, how did her car end up there to pack up and drive home?

Hamou, claiming that Steve Lee's new landlord is downright delighted to have him as a tenant -- despite two evictions in 2014 alone -- posted:

We don't need to say anything to make him change his mind. He will do it all on his own when the rent checks don't arrive, he finds out the place is a pigsty, and he joins Don Morton, Charlane Chipi, Eric Cowan, Huiku Batchelor, Patrick O'Connor, Jack Kleinman, and others in ruing the day you crossed their thresholds.
Tomorrow's a big day for Hamou. She has to appear before Judge Harmon with proof that she has complied with his community service order and submitted to a mental examination.
But what I'm going to find really interesting is the proof she presents that she took the animal care classes he had ordered.
On January 27th she told him she had already taken them. When he asked for proof, she didn't have it on hand, and he ordered her to produce it tomorrow.
So we'll see tomorrow whether she has proof that she had already taken the classes before the hearing on January 27 as she told the judge.
Of course, Hamou would never, ever lie to a judge.
Except when she is saying she was beaten the night before a hearing.
Or when she tells a judge that Bob Atchison threatened to murder her.
Or when she has her lawyer tell a judge that she is in Michigan with her dying mother.
Or when she presents a judge with an altered check with the "insufficient funds" stamp whited out.
Actually, when I think about it, the real question is when does Hamou tell a judge the truth?
She already has lied to Judge Harmon. He asked her specifically "How long were you in jail for?" She didn't answer, then he asked again "How long?".
She answered "well for these charges..."
Which is not true. She has spent a cumulative entire year of her life sitting in a jail cell for various and sundry reasons...
Felony theft by Deception, Felony Fugitive from Justice for failing to adhere to the terms of probation, Felony Forgery...
So, she isn't really off to a good start for tomorrow...
It was a long day in court for Hamou today.
She arrived around 9:00 a.m. Her case was called three times before her lawyer finally arrived shortly after 11:00 a.m. When he arrived, he conferred with the DA out in the hall, and the two of them re-entered the courtroom and had a bench conference with Judge Harmon. The judge then said the case would be recalled at 3:00 p.m.
When the case was recalled and the judge asked about compliance with the probation orders, Hamou's lawyer said she had "accidentally" attended the wrong class and was not given credit for it. (Remember the "my papers blew out the car window" excuse? Or the "I forgot to put the check in the envelope" excuse? Or the "I got the time mixed up" excuse. Or the "my cell phone fell into the dishwater" excuse? Or the "I got hit on the head by a baseball" excuse? Or the "I passed out in line at the bank" excuse? Ad nauseum.)
But the big news was that Hamou refused a plea deal, and her case has been set for trial on February 26.
She did not speak during the proceedings. The round ended with the judge telling her "good luck" with the trial.
He actually seemed rather pleased that she opted for a trial.
Either he has joined the police, the FBI, and the landlords who keep evicting her as a big fan and supporter who feels that she will prove her innocence on all charges . . . or he knows that when she is convicted after turning down a plea deal he can come down on her like a ton of bricks for what he termed "horrific" animal abuse and inexcusably blowing off the court's probation orders for almost two years.
The 26th will tell the tale.
Regarding yesterday's proceedings, Hamou posted:
"you would dare write more lies about the presiding Judge as to give the public the false impression that he would not give me a fair trial because his mind is already made up, is horrible, is unfair, unjust"
Well, except for the fact that you have already pleaded guilty to one set of animal abuse charges and have already been found guilty of probation violation. (Remember that the judge said "probation remains revoked" at the hearing on January 27.)
Those matters are not subject to further trial. The only open issues to be resolved on the 26th are your guilt or innocence on the five new felony animal abuse charges and the penalty for your probation violation.
No one has forgotten that, after pleading guilty to animal abuse in June of 2013, ninety-six animals were found in your house in appalling conditions in December 2013. (Remember that we've all seen the photos of the rescuers wearing HazMat suits and respirators as they cleared out the place.)
Now you're going to huff and puff that the house was Steve Lee's residence and not yours and you just happened to be visiting when Animal Control raided the place.
One little problems with that defense (besides being found there): you signed the lease for that house as sole tenant.
What is the point of lying over and over again?
Even when she in is imminent danger of prison she cannot stop the lies. Nobody believes anything she says or posts, including Oma Mcconnell herself.
In two weeks she will have stood before the judge and jury and will have heard the FINAL VERDICT against her.
She will loose. Then there will be the sentencing. I wish I was there to see it.
She will no longer be able to kill animals and scam new victims. She will be locked away for a very, very time - no freedom, no internet access - no more cons.

SHE WAS ARRESTED BY THE BURBANK POLICE DEPARTMENT ON FRIDAY MARCH 8, 2013 ON A FELONY CRIMINAL WARRANT FOR FAILURE TO APPEAR IN COURT ON ANIMAL ABUSE CHARGES THAT WERE FILED AGAINST HER ON JANUARY 29, 2013 IN PALMDALE.
She was given 36 months conditional probation by Judge Harmon. She was required, among other things, to enroll in 24 Animal Neglect classes and provide the Court proof she had enrolled within thirty days. She was also prohibited from possessing ANY animals at all for three full years.
"Alexandra McConnell" failed to provide the proof of enrollment and failed to appear as ordered by Judge Harmon. The Court immediately revoked her Probation and summarily issued a $50,000 bail arrest warrant in October 2013.
This is the probation which is now revoked by reason of her fleeing the Courthouse rather than face Judge Harmon who indicated he was going to remand her to Jail.
Oma Hamou using one of her alias names "Alexandra McConnell" was arrested AGAIN on December 16, 2013 by the responding officers when they discovered the outstanding arrest warrant, and 96 sick, filthy and neglected animals found living in the most deplorable of conditions were confiscated from her Lancaster California residence by the Lancaster Animal Control Shelter. Having these animals violated the Court Order. Oma Hamou aka Alexandra McConnell, Booking No.: 3805070 was held in custody for 36 hours before being released on a $50,000 bond.
She now faces FIVE FELONY CRIMINAL CHARGES.

Yet the fact remains that ANY animals she "rescues" and "cares for" have to be euthanized by Animal Control in whatever jurisdiction the animals are found because of the horrid neglect to which they've been subjected.
Again, I refer back to that unforgettable picture of Animal Control personnel entering her home in December 2013 in Hazmat suits and respirators because of the fecal matter and other filth which filled the premises in the aftermath of 96 neglected animals being removed.
Hamou can screech her lungs out about how unfair it was that Animal Control was alerted by someone to the situation.
But the bottom line is that the District Attorney filed FIVE felony charges against her for good reason.

She really doesn't realize how bat shit crazy she sounds when she posts such nonsense.

Maybe this hot-shot lawyer was hired by that "prominent politician" who was going to give her money to pay Cohen but whose name delicacy prevented her from giving Cohen.
As Cohen said in the papers he filed in federal court (and backed up with voluminous written correspondence from her), Oma Hamou (aka Catherine Kennedy) is a compulsive liar.
And a rather clumsy one, too, according to the federal bankruptcy judge who told Cohen it should have been obvious very early on that she was lying through her teeth to him.

Cumulatively, she has already spent over a year in jail.
But, despite years of posting about it by Hamou, we have not seen one shred of authenticated information that law enforcement has ever said anything about us.
And we never will.

But no judge would state before a trial that the defendant was guilty, and Judge Harmon stated no such thing.
What he told your attorney was that the state's case is very strong in this matter and you would fare better at sentencing by accepting a plea deal instead of risking trial.
Such a statement is quite common for judges and simply recognizes how the plea system works in every court in this country.
Hamou also posted (in a typically ungrammatical sentence):

The only person who "harmed" your mother was you by using her unfortunate illness and your false claim of being by her side to have your lawyer lie to a judge to avoid a court date.
Remember, one of the symptoms of histrionic personality disorder is refusal to take responsibility for the consequences of one's own actions.

Judge Harmon ORDERED HAMOU to NOT POSSESS ANY ANIMALS. Period.
HAMOU HERSELF admitted that every animal found in the Lake Los Angeles and taken by Animal Control was HERS. IN VIOLATION OF JUDGE HARMON'S ORDERS.
We had nothing to do with any of that. Those things were all HAMOU'S OWN DOING. Not ours. Why in the world does she think Judge Harmon isn't exactly falling all overhimself to be nothing but easy going and lenient with her?
He HATES ANIMAL ABUSE. He HATES people who LIE TO HIM, which Hamou did. He HATES people who disobey his lawful COURT ORDERS. We have nothing to do with any of that. Again, all Hamou's OWN DOING. Not ours.

There are "CRIMINAL RULES OF EVIDENCE" which her attorney must abide by.
Hamou wants to introduce "Bills for dog food" as evidence she "cared for the dogs". These ARE IRRELEVANT under Cal. Evidence Code section 400-406 because whether the dogs had food is NOT AT ISSUE.
The ISSUE is the conditions under which the 96 ANIMALS WERE FOUND ON THE DAY ANIMAL CONTROL ARRIVED AND THE STATE OF HEALTH IN WHICH THEY WERE FOUND. Period.
This is like a mother saying "I didn't abuse my baby for months because, look I bought diapers for her...."

Steffeny Holtz is an alternate public defender who is being paid for by the taxpayers of California. In fact, she is a member of the Los Angeles County Public Defenders Association.
What has apparently happened is that yet another of her attorneys has dumped her as a client, and yet another public defender is being put on her current case.
This is now -- what? -- four lawyers she's gone through on the current round of charges.
At least the public defenders will get paid instead of having to sue her for non-payment as have so many of her other lawyers.

Litigants, especially those who file the actions that initiated the proceedings, are expected to be in court when the case is called. Neither judges nor their staffs get on the phone to coach a litigant in getting to court.

Well, I just saw the PACER entry where Federal Judge Sheri Bluebond issued an order to add some of Hamou's aliases to the fraud judgment Baruch Cohen won against Hamou.
Although the list didn't include all of her known aliases, it hit quite a few of them. Of course, she claims these aliases are bogus and that she will prove so to Judge Bluebond.
Oh, goodie. I can't wait to hear her try to explain away her son's birth certificate where she listed her name as Catherine Kennedy . . . or the 2005 trial transcript she herself provided Judge Bluebond in which she admits to using aliases.
The proof of these aliases and the fact that she failed to list them on her bankruptcy petition as required will alone support a finding of fraud by Judge Bluebond.

Regarding her denial of using certain aliases, Hamou seems to have forgotten that after she was forced to move out of Don Morton's house credit cards continued to arrive in the mail in names under which she had applied for them.
That is the source of some of the aliases used in the legal papers the Mortons filed.
Hamou also perhaps forgets that the Mortons initially knew Hamou under an alias, and it was only Detective Stanley who discovered her real identity.
All this is in Detective Sherry Stanley's case file in the Elder Abuse Unit of the LAPD.
Perhaps someone should subpoena that case file and show it to Judge Bluebond.
As for the Texas warrant not yet being rescinded, it appears the courthouse is slow in processing some paperwork. Bob Atchison's attorney will be able to prove he promptly sent a copy of Judge Bluebond's order to Texas, just as he was ordered to do.
But let Hamou raise it with Judge Bluebond. It'll be a nice counterpoint to the discussion she'll be having about using so many aliases.

A total and deliberate LIE from Hamou. The Travis County District Court offices, including the Clerk's office are CLOSED ALL DAY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY which she would have known had she really tried to "check" with the Court...
More proof of what Judge Bluebond already knows and signed in writing: HAMOU LIES.

By the way, it turns out that there was confusion between Mssrs. Wegman and Borgelt about filing the order in Texas to rescind the bench warrant.
The matter is being rectified this coming week with an electronic filing.
Blake, I got to the bottom of what transpired about the Court Order.
The hearing was Dec. 17, and Mr. Wegman had to prepare the order for Bluebond's signature. He advised the Court on the 17th that as he was not licensed in Texas he had to send it to Roger Borgelt to file in Austin. The Judge signed the order on Dec. 29. Mr. Wegman was waiting for the appropriate time period for Hamou to appeal (which she never actually did), which expired Jan. 9 by which time he had started to work on the upcoming issues for Bob and other clients. It appears that somewhere in that period, Mr. Wegman absent mindedly forgot to send Mr. Borgelt the signed order to file.
Mr. Wegman has already today sent the Order of the Court to Mr. Borgelt, who will file it first thing tomorrow morning. Mr. Wegman will of course explain his inadvertent mistake to the Judge should Hamou make a big deal out of it.

It's always nice to see someone give themselves permission to do something. (Don't forget, we have two recent posts archived in which you posted about yourself in the first person while logged in inadvertently as Sandman.)

Oh, goody. That will be fun reading. The cutting incisiveness of your legal arguments are always a sight to behold.
And, finally, Hamou-who-is-Sandman posted to Sandman-who-is-Hamou:

A couple of problems with that argument:
1. Case law holds that the unique nature of a bankruptcy adversary proceeding allows fraud to be latterly raised in a case that originally was litigated only as a breach of contract action, and
2. Your argument of res judicata should have been raised in an initial and timely answer to the adversary suit. It cannot be raised after entry of default judgment.
Of course, as usual you blew off the court in failing to file a timely answer.
Over 50 years old, and still not believing that your lies and your actions have consequences.
Seems Bob's filing was pretty upsetting to Hamou. She was still up twatting on Twitter at 3am her time.
Here is another and better example Blake of the "cutting incisiveness of her legal arguments.":

Only one small problem here. EVERY SINGLE EMAIL contained in the "recent filing" was taken DIRECTLY from the 2005 Trial Transcript itself. That will leave Hamou in the most interesting position of arguing exactly "HOW" emails introduced at trial in her physical PRESENCE weren't "made part of our prior litigation" despite their existing IN THE TRANSCRIPT OF THE TRIAL ITSELF.
The really brilliant legal strategist Hamou has handed Mr. Wegman the best possible evidence for his Motion. That Trial Transcript. Hamou's EXACT WORDS. Atchison's attorney did have a conversation with the Trustee about making an offer to purchase Hamou's forum. The Trustee was perfectly willing to entertain an offer, but he made it clear that it would have to be for a substantial sum to make it worth his while, since Hamou had no other assets from which he would get a fee for his services (which is how Trustees are paid).
Atchison simply was not willing to pay anything more than a nominal sum for the website, so the discussions ended.
But this does provide an occasion to point out that Hamou's websites are actually under the jurisdiction of the bankruptcy court, worthless though they may be.

Based on actual orders issued by the Federal Court, what it believes is that Hamou committed fraud against her own lawyer, Baruch Cohen.
And based on the total lack of any action by the Houston FBI -- despite months of posting by Hamou that they were all over the case -- what they believe is that she is nuts.
Hamou also posted:

Here is the actual wording of Judge Bluebond's order signed by her on December 29, 2014:
"Debtor's Motion for Relief from Default is denied."
So, in fact, the judge has already ruled that Hamou is in default. There is an additional step on March 31 when Atchison must establish his prima facie case for fraud, which he has ample evidence to do.
As for that "affidavit" that Michele Biernat will provide, we'll believe it when we see it -- and we won't. But it would not be accepted by Judge Bluebond in any case, as it has absolutely no relevance to the question of whether Hamou defamed Atchison, as he has raised no claim relating to Biernat or the use of her name in his adversary suit.
This is just more of Hamou's attempt to deflect from the core issue: that she lied about her ability and intent to pay Atchison when she retained him for her movie ponzi scheme.
That's why she keeps ranting about things such as those pictures of the house and tiny lot in Northridge that she claimed was the site of a 3-story 5,200+ square foot movie studio with 100 employees. She's furious -- and not a little freaked out -- that Judge Bluebond will see that and the Dun & Bradstreet report.
Hamou keeps ranting that her Motion for Relief from Default was denied only because she failed to show up for the hearing. However, Judge Bluebond clearly stated in her Order denying the Motion that it was denied "after consideration of the papers filed". This included the papers that Hamou had filed laying out her reasons that she should be relieved from default.
In fact, Judge Bluebond could have granted the Motion even without Hamou present. However, the papers Hamou filed did not present an argument that was legally sufficient to justify her failure to answer the original adversary complaint on time.
Here's a particular jewel from Hamou's rants last evening. Even by her standards, this one's a whopper:

Hamou was arrested IN COURT on March 16, 2015 at 10:35am on the Probation Violation Charge.
She was transferred to the Central Detention Facility in Lynwood CA that evening and she remains IN JAIL with yet ANOTHER $100,000 bail amount. That would now total $250,000 in bail ordered by Judge Harmon.
Clearly, he lost his patience with her excuses and lies, and she was not able to pony up the proof demanded to show she did in fact comply with the Court orders to NOT POSSESS ANIMALS and to take the 38 classes ordered.

Well, well, I wonder what happened.

It appears someone might have made bail for Hamou last night, and she is waiting to be processed out this morning.

Hamou has been arrested three times so far just on animal abuse matters, with a cumulative bail of over a quarter million dollars.

Hamou was released from jail at 1:53 this afternoon on $100,000 bond. Next date in criminal court for her is March 25.
Here is why Hamou is not just a liar but is a pathological liar.
1. She knew that her terms of probation required that she attend animal care classes and do community service.
2. She knew she did neither of these things.
3. She knew that the court would require proof that she complied with the probation terms.
4. Yet when Judge Harmon asked her if she did the community service and attended the classes, she told him "yes" and that she would bring proof at the next hearing.
5. She knew she would eventually be caught in the lie, thus compounding her problems with the judge.
6. Yet she lied anyway.
This is a sign of pathological lying; i. e., someone who cannot stop herself from lying and takes no heed either of the certainty of getting caught in the lie or of the consequences of the lie.
And she just paid the first installment of the price of that lie by spending the past five days in jail; and she will pay the next installment when Judge Harmon sentences her for the probation violation.
Of course, as usual, someone else also paid a price for her lie: the person who coughed up $10,000 to get her out of jail, on top of the $15,000 that has already been coughed up to bail her out for the felony charges that are still pending trial.

I telephoned the Inmate Locator phone number Friday afternoon and inquired about why you had not been released right after bond was posted late on the evening of the 19th. I was told you were currently in a pre-release holding area where you would be kept until your release was cleared.
So your claim that you were released on Thursday is just your usual bullshit.

Rob, of course she is trying to engage in a debate about whether she is correct or the LA Sheriff Department records are correct about her release date.
Why?
Because it deflects from the real point: that she was thrown in jail under $100,000 bail for once again ignoring a court's orders.
These are the writhings of an increasingly desperate woman who knows the gig is finally wrapping up on her scams.
For some years she has benefited by dragging things out as long as she could in one court after another while judges changed seats as if they were playing musical chairs, with each new judge willing to start almost from scratch.
But, at long last, her luck ran out.
In Texas her case finally wound up back before Judge Livingston, who knew her from earlier encounters. And Judge Livingston issued a bench warrant for her arrest with no further ado.
In federal bankruptcy court, she wound up before Judge Bluebond, who has a reputation for not countenancing any nonsense and is sticking with this case until the end. And Judge Bluebond has already issued a fraud judgment against Hamou for scamming her own attorney, issued an order acknowledging Hamou's use of aliases, entered a default in the Atchison matter, and is ready to wrap the whole matter up shortly.
And in Los Angeles criminal court, Hamou has had the truly bad luck of coming again before Judge Harmon, the judge who originally sentenced her to probation on earlier animal abuse cases which, after almost two years, he still remembered as "horrific".
And Judge Harmon is not letting go this time. He's going to hold her to account and not put up with any of her games and delaying tactics.
Her stint in jail last week was just a foretaste of what's coming . . . and she knows it.
So fasten your seatbelts. There's going to be some wild twisting, spinning, and shrieking on her forum in the coming days.
ONLY Hamou can be so genuinely stupid and delusional as to post the EXACT DOCUMENT SHOWING I TOLD THE TRUTH THAT THE LASD DID NOT RELEASE HER FROM JAIL UNTIL SATURDAY AFTERNOON!
A possibly forged (she's done it before) receipt showing release was REQUESTED on Friday is no proof of her ACTUAL RELEASE FROM JAIL.
Can't wait to hear what Judge Bluebond will make of her being in jail as a "legitimate excuse" for not meeting a Court Mandated DEADLINE...

Yet, oddly enough, SHE NEVER ISSUED A PERMANENT INJUCTION against either Atchison or Moshein.
What she did issue, though, was A BENCH WARRANT FOR YOUR ARREST.
As to Hamou's pitiable attempts to prove she was released from jail on March 20, she posted the page from the Los Angeles Sheriff Inmate Locator page.
What Hamou is overlooking -- either deliberately or through abject stupidity -- is the box that reads:
"Actual Release Date: 3/21/2015
Release Time: 1353"
Who cares when someone posted the bond? That proves nothing about the time of release.
But whether she was released on Friday or Saturday is of no real consequence. What is of consequence is that a judge threw her in jail in the first place for failing to comply with the terms of probation he set on earlier animal abuse charges.
This is what Hamou keeps hoping people will overlook in the confusion she is trying to sow.
Hamou posted:
"she [Hamou's attorney] will confirm that on Friday, March 20, 2015 I met her for lunch with other members of my defense team."
So now there's a defense "team"?
Is this anything like the IT "team" that ages ago was going to identify who is who on this blog? Or like the "team" of Mensa lawyers who were going to get your felony records expunged in Utah, Wyoming, and Montana?
And where was this famous luncheon? Gladstone's of Lynwood?
Spit and sputter as she will, Hamou simply cannot explain away the very clear and concise entry on the Los Angeles County Sheriff Inmate Locator that shows she was released from jail at 1:53 on the afternoon of Saturday, March 21.
Who knows? In her twisted psyche, maybe it's herself as much as anyone else she needs to distract from the real point -- that she was cuffed in the courtroom a week ago and hauled off to lockup for failure to comply with a judge's orders.
And that she's still facing sentencing on the probation violation and trial on five new felonies.
Yeah, I'd be deflecting myself into a stupor, too, if I were in this predicament.

With most people, one deals with facts.
But with Hamou, one hears constantly of "historical" facts.
It might have been 20 years ago, but that diagnosis of severe histrionic personality disorder is still the most consistently borne out explanation of her behavior.
March is a busy month for Hamou's legal calendar.
She had a criminal hearing on March 16, spent March 16-21 in jail, has another criminal hearing on March 25, and has a bankruptcy adversary hearing on March 31.
In the middle of all this, she has had what I am sure will be a highly competent and persuasive brief to work on for the adversary proceeding.
It's a wonder she has had time to earn a living.
Oh, wait . . . .
Well, once again the Woman Who Sued Herself got herself wrapped all around the legal axle -- and the wrong axle, at that.
What Hamou filed today with the bankrtupcy court was an answer to Atchison's original complaint in the adversary. However, the date for that filing is long past, she was found to be in default for having missed that deadline, and Judge Bluebond had earlier denied her motion to file a late answer.
She cannot now file a belated answer to his original complaint under the pretense that it is a rejoinder to his more recent motion.
All Hamou was allowed to file was a rejoinder to the specific facts Atchison laid out in his motion for damages, injunctive relief, and default judgment.
A rejoinder to claimed facts requires the laying out of specific contrary facts by the responder.
All Hamou's tedious document contains is twenty-three "affirmative defenses" (which is a legal term relating to answers to complaints, not rejoinders to motions), each stating a generic principle -- but without one single fact to support the principle.
For example, in the Third Affirmative Defense, Hamou claims that Atchison waived his claims. However, she does not say what he did to waive those claims . . . just that he did.
And in the Seventh Affirmative Defense, Hamou claims that Atchison accepted performance by her. However, she does not say what Atchison did that constituted an acceptance of performance . . . just that he did something.
The whole ludicrous document goes on in that vein. In effect, Hamou was throwing all the mud she could find on internet legal sites at the wall, hoping something would stick.
One of the core principles of pleading is that sufficient specifics must be stated to enable an opposing party to know enough about the claims to formulate a response.
But none of this is relevant, anyway, as the date for answering the complaint passed months ago.
Atchison made very specific allegations of how Hamou fraudulently incurred debts in her movie ponzi scheme, including hard evidence such as the Dun & Bradstreet report. Hamou has not responded to a single one of those allegations with facts to the contrary, but just with restatements of a whole bunch of general judicial principles, many of which have no conceivable bearing on this case.
I wonder if she even has a clue of what collateral estoppel is -- and isn't.
One required component of collateral estoppel is that it "precludes relitigation of issues actually litigated and necessary to the outcome of the first action."
In the original lawsuit that Bob Atchison won, only the issue of breach of contract was litigated. As he was able to win that case relying only on the breach claim, it was not necessary to litigate the issue of fraud. Hence fraud was not necessary to the outcome of the first trial (which was a jury verdict in favor of Atchison), and it was not litigated.
Therefore, collateral estoppel applies only to relitigating the breach claim, not to relitigating a fraud claim when it arises within a bankruptcy action Hamou is trying to use to overturn the effect of the original judgment against her.
Of course, all this will fly over Hamou's addled head.
In any event, today's filing -- being an overt attempt to end run the default for failure to answer that has already been ruled upon by Judge Bluebond -- will only serve to anger Judge Bluebond further.
And we know what a winning strategy that is. Look at how Judge Harmon reacted to her posting about his denying her a right to a fair trial and claiming she was going to get him recused from the case.
This Hamou woman is one smart cookie . . . even if she does accidentally sue herself from time to time.
In her second filing with the bankruptcy court today, Hamou got caught stumbling over her own lies again.
While claiming she was released from jail on March 20, she also stated she remained in jail for five days.
Well, five days from March 16 (her arrest date) is -- wait for it -- March 21.
And, to top if off, the moron attached as an exhibit a screen shot of the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department Inmate Locator which contains these words:
"Actual Release Date: 03/21/2015 Release Time: 1353"
March 20 appears in that exhibit in only two places:
- a line showing she was given a permanent housing assignment in the Central Detention Facility at 11:20 a.m. on March 20, and
- a line showing a "sentencing date" of March 20.
Nowhere on the Inmate Locator does it show any "Release Date" other than March 21.
The woman just gets crazier by the day . . . and by the arrest.
