As law enforcement seems unable to assist me, and the person behind this campaign to defame me and interfere with my business and profession, named variously Oma Hamou, Oma Mcconnell or Alexandra McConnell is what they call "judgment proof" meaning she has no money, I must place this blog here. She filed Bankruptcy June 2010, swearing under oath that her only income is $2500 a month from her friend Jim Sproul's company "Reseda Screen & Glass", that she lives in rental houses in the Antelope Valley and in July she was evicted for non payment of rent from a house in Palmdale, and she has over $500,000 in outstanding debts.
I would NOT even have written here, had this person not continually written her own false and defamatory statements herself and aided and abetted other personae writing "on her behalf" for the last three years. If she doesn't want me to say anything about her, she ought not have been continually blogging and writing about me much less aiding and encouraging others to do so as well.
The woman behind all of this goes by many names: Oma Hamou, Oma McConnell, Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Hamou, Oma Demian, Alexandra Murphy, are the usual ones, but there are others. She uses a business name of "Enigma Royal Films, LLC" she also calls just "Enigma Films". The reason this woman and her "alleged" friends crusade to destroy me is simple. I learned about her genuine background, and she wants me silenced from speaking about it.
This woman admits that her actions are all motivated by her bitterness and hatred towards me, and this is the reason for her actions.
This woman, Oma Hamou, Oma McConnell, Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Hamou, Oma Demian, Alexandra Murphy and her other aliases have a twenty year track record of FELONY CONVICTIONS, multiple arrests, failure to abide by the requirements of her probation for her felony convictions which lead to more arrests, many many civil judgments against her for hundreds of thousands of dollars, a history of writing bad checks, and currently she was arrested late in 2008 in San Bernardino California on a Felony Charge of Forgery of a Financial Instrument (she seems to have forged a large check) After 14 months of dragging the process out, she paid the Victim full restitution and the District Attorney dropped the Felony charge. She has a history of evictions and bad checks.
This woman also has a recent default Judgment against her in Los Angeles County, in the amount of $55,000 which is admitted under oath was owing in her Bankruptcy Petition:

According to the case, Mr. Refai, a married man, was "involved" with Alexandra McConnell, she kept telling him about serious "medical problems" and asking for "loans" for medical bills in the total amount of $51,000. This was confirmed by the fact that a woman who used to live in her house wrote on the internet THREE MONTHS before the suit was filed: "I lived with this lady, she is no good. SHE LIES. SHE HAS LIKE 50 CATS LIVING WITH HER AND HER HOUSE SMELLS LIKE SHIT AND CAT SPRAY AND PISS. She is dirty, filthy and uses old men for money I SEEN IT MYSELF. By the way Hamid's wife knows it was LIPOSUCTION you drained their bank account for, not cancer in your asshole. He had her sign a promissory note, co signed by long time co-conspirator Jim Sproul. She of course never PAID back the money. She, of course, never showed up in Court.

On March 24, 2011 when Oma Hamou agreed to settle her judgment with Bob Atchison and PROMISED to pay him, she asked ME to settle as well and asked me how much it would take. When I told her a mutual settlement on both sides was agreeable, she ran straight to the Austin Police and filed a Criminal Complaint against me for "extortion". After speaking with Det. S. at length recently, and after he expressed interest in her background and criminal record, he told me that no crime had taken place, I had done nothing wrong, he would not proceed with the case and that he "believes is is possible she filed this to be retaliatory and vindictive against me" trying to set me up. I am NOT being investigated for ANY crimes at this time, according to the Austin Police Department.
I am called a "criminal stalker". First, being called a criminal is Libel per se in Texas, since I have never been convicted of ANYTHING worse than one speeding ticket. As for a stalker, well, I have no clue where this woman is, where she lives, and frankly I don't WANT to know, nor can I care less. In the words of one of her attorney's, Dave. S. "the faster that woman is in my rearview mirror the happier I'll be" (yeah I have the email he said that to me in.). I WISH NO CONTACT WITH OR FROM THIS PERSON.
I do NOT wish this person ill, or harm. Frankly, I do not care about her. The less I hear about her, the better. That said, no one should ever be subjected to harm or danger. I DO NOT WISH THIS PERSON HARM, nor have I advocated, wished, nor advised anyone to harm her. Such allegations are baseless, wrong and defamatory. I just want he to leave me and my partner ALONE and stop the thousands of pages of defamatory lies she puts up and allows "friends" to post on her website in order to cause me harm.

You can read in previous posts where she has outright lied, most notably when she filed a report about her business with Dunn and Bradstreet that was investigated by them and shown to be completely fraudulent. She has been promising to pay Bob Atchison $15,000 for over two months, even claiming she had the money CASH but could not use a bank to pay him, and had to fly to Texas with the cash to give him! This was of course all a lie.
Ask yourself if the following make any, rational or reasonable common sense:
This woman claims to be an actress and model, but for a decade steadfastly REFUSES to provide one single shred of evidence to support the allegation, not even a credit, reference or magazine issue. She says only "I was and I don't have to prove it. YOU have to prove I wasn't". Does that make sense?
This woman claims that her three felony convictions were not Her fault, but rather someone else's fault. Does THAT make sense?
This woman claims that her recent Felony Forgery Charges in San Bernardino are "just a big mistake" and "law enforcement and the DA" are on "her side" and "believe her", yet they STILL pressed charges and scheduling dozens of hearings over FOURTEEN MONTHS. Does THAT make sense??
This woman has claimed for six years non stop that I am being investigated by law enforcement and the FBI. Yet, NOTHING ever happened, I have never been contacted by law enforcement for any reason in those six years other than one speeding ticket. Does it make any sense to you that law enforcement is doing ANYTHING for six years now?
Buddha said Believe nothing, no matter where you read it, or who said it, no matter if I have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own common sense.

A TRO hearing is also about whether the person claiming to have been threatened really was threatened.
That gives O'Connor's attorney a right to introduce evidence showing a pattern of such claims of violence and threats of violence in the past.
It's the same as when a woman makes an allegation of rape. Evidence is admissible as to how many other similar claims she has made.
And what will that evidence show about our girl Oma?

Hamou-Mcconnell lives in a world like a theater, a stage on which her destructive dramas are enacted. She doesn't act out these dramas with actual physical violence. Instead she wounds and wreaks havoc through betrayal.
I have seen her in person on a few occasions and I have noticed how hard and rigid she was. It was like there was no one alive in there, just blankness and emptiness. Suddenly though, rage and anger erupt from somewhere deep inside. I have encountered this several times.
Hamou-Mcconnell has no empathy for any human being — but she loves cats. She sees herself not only as a superior being but 'good'.
She is a chronic liar with a complete lack of conscience. She is relentlessly vengeful and focused completely on revenge against anyone who opposes or stands up to her.
Those are a few thoughts that are helping me understand her behavior.
Bob, you can "understand" her behavior if you want, but really, I would be more interested in avoiding being around her behavior. This is one reason why we are all so glad that you are working towards a legal solution to the Oma Hamou problem. Given the economic realities confronted by the California penal system, I suppose it will be too much to hope that she is jailed for what she has done to people, but it would be nice to see her capacity to cause harm limited. Blake is right. This forum has dented her ability to grift, and the more people swindled by her contact each other, the harder it will be for her to pull it off again in the future. Oh, my dears. I was just horrified -- horrified, I tell you -- to find that someone hacked into my account the other day.
Why, it wouldn't surprise me -- wouldn't surprise me at all -- if I found out my phone were hacked.

Bob, your description of Hamou's demeanor and the emptiness one senses in her is redolent of characteristics common to sociopathy and borderline personality disorders. And they certainly ring true when applied to her.
With both conditions, the person has no inner experience of real emotions. Aware that they are out of step with their fellow man in that way, they try to mimic those emotions, especially when dealing with others they are trying to manipulate.
When one reads Hamou's treacly tweets about visiting the Children's Hospital and her heart bleeds about a little girl's surgery, one knows there are not real emotions being expressed, but the attempts of someone trying to pretend she feels empathy with others.
And given the level of her acting skills and her bent for self-promoting melodrama, we get posts that come across as ridiculous.
Real emotions have a rawness and an edge to them. They are not expressed in the drippy, stage-managed manner of Hamou's displays.

That they who attacked, beat and raped her taunting her with Bob’s words while raping her saying that they had read the words on the Blogs and she deserved this because she uses men and cheats people like their blog says she does is also documented. The police report about these events also documents that the words on the web in the various Blogs were believed and this is why her pets and animals that she had rescued were literally murdered and why what happened to her in the aftermath happened. As an aftermath Oma did get pregnant from that rape and for moral reasons and respect for life kept the baby rather than aborting it. She had complications and ended up losing the baby in a premature birth. An event that I am sure women worldwide can empathize with… I invite all women everywhere to place yourself in Oma’s situation as the culmination of almost a decade of openly being attacked with letters written about someone’s falsely perceived image of you (gossip) directly by mail and voice to those who you know and work with, as well as emails, PM’s, IM’s, and other web based methods of communication not limited to open web sites and Blogs all disseminating the same baseless stories about how evil you are. To find yourself being beaten and savagely raped while the words that have haunted you; harassing, humiliating, embarrassing and oppressing you, for almost a decade are thrown into your face as fact, and then to lose the baby on top of everything else?

there was violence --- that yes I was abused, I was a battered wife, that yes, he raped me in front of my children, he stuck a loaded gun inside me and raped me with it, he fired a gun at my head while I was forced to kneel execution style, and the children were abused in a most heinous manner?

May 11, 2009 "Alexandra McConnell" signs a promissory note borrowing $50,000 from Hamid Refai, Mr. Refai confirms, through his attorney Thomas Ward that "Alexandra McConnell" borrowed this money to pay for "cancer treatments"
This is further confirmed by an email from a Tina, former roommate who wrote on July 8, 2009: By the way Hamid's wife knows it was LIPOSUCTION you drained their bank account for, not cancer in your asshole.
August 23, 2010 on her website: yes she is still undergoing treatment for her cancer. I can definitely attest to the fact that she has indeed suffered from cancer. Those treatments are so hard on her that I have had to help her back to the car, then into her house and even into bed because they leave her so sick and weak that she cannot do anything.
Nine YEARS of continued cancer treatment??? uh huh....

If she had uterus cancer, show could she have gotten preggers with the RAPE BABY in May 2009, much less be undergoing CHEMO????

I just got around to reading that 2005 letter Hamou posted that was sent to Rob Moshein by Ryan Rogers, her attorney at the Foster Malish & Blair law firm.
The letter began with Rogers complaining that Moshein was violating a TRO by posting lies about Hamou on the internet. (Note that the TRO never prohibited Moshein from publishing the truth about Hamou.) The letter went on to threaten Moshein with “jail time” and other dire consequences if he didn’t stop posting about Hamou.
But this part was particularly interesting:
“I would like to make it clear that I intend to cite specific instances where the information you post on the web regarding Oma Hamou is simply not correct.”
So ……….. what happened? Did Rogers, in fact, walk into a courtroom and prove a single damn thing he claimed he was going to prove?
No, he did not.
Instead, before long he applied to the court to be allowed to withdraw from representing Ms. Hamou. His request was granted, and the case was dropped.

So Shari Porter -- the realtor who helped scam O'Connor -- drove Hamou home in the white van. (Boy, that ought to go down well with Big Valley Real Estate when they're trying to defend the lawsuit about their involvement in the scam through Shari Porter.)
I wonder if Shari Porter is that other woman who now lives in the house with Hamou. Hmmmm .......
By the way -- the lawyer Hamou claimed she had retained for the hearing and the tapes she claimed she had of O'Connor ....... both were conspicuously missing in court today. Just like those tapes the Austin PD somehow can't find.
I also find it interesting that O'Connor says Hamou gave him a check for just over $1,000 and Hamou says the check was for just over $7,000. A coincidence that a "1" is easily alterable to a "7"? Wanna bet a "1" has been mysteriously morphed into a "7" on her copy of the check and that the "one" has been whited out and replaced with a "seven" on the written-out line on her copy of the check?
Now, I would not have even thought of this -- except that her prior landlord, Eric Cowan, said she whited out the "NSF" stamp on her copy of a rent check she bounce to him and presented the forged copy to the court.
Same old con artist. Same old con game.

Now, Oma has hired a very respectable lawyer whose speciality is not real estate law as Mr. Katzman's is but CIVIL HARASSMENT ORDERS and they have assured her today that the thiungs posted on Rob's blog constitutes harassment and a Judge isn't going to do what has been published on the web, the courts will listen to the matter at hand, did O'Connor threaten to harm Oma. The attorney for Oma will contact Mr. Katzman and they will have a nice chat.Oma will be represented by a competent attorney on the 7-15 hearing with O'Connor

The next threat of harm made by the same person was he planned to murder her family, the animals in her care used words like “Blood Bath” all words which are on tape and with law enforcement. That tape, the witnesses and of course Oma were found credible when the courts issued a restraining order on that man
So now the former roommate who on TAPE threatened Oma has made good on two of several of his threats of harm to her is now in violation of a court order which he has a copy of and is now in trouble.
Yep. Another judge who believed everything Oma and her witnesses said yesterday ....... but still ruled against her.
I swear, the woman ought to be studied in law schools, as she is perhaps the greatest mystery in U.S. jurisprudence.
It's not everyone who can appear in front of judges and tell her stories to the police and invariably convince them of her side of the story, yet still wind up with felony convictions, jailed for probation violations, with her petitions for permanent relife always denied, with multiple police inquiries into her activities, and sitting in jail for weeks under a $1 million bail.
At the same time, the people who she maintains she convinced judges and police are liars and stalkers have never lost a final court ruling against her, have never been convicted of a single thing, have never been charged with anything other than vehicular infractions, have never been investigated by a host of federal and state police agencies.
Oma Hamou has spent cumulatively more than a year in jail. None of us have.
She has more than a dozen outstanding civil judgments against her. None of us do.
She has been sued successfully by her own laywers multiple times. None of us have.
Bench warrants have been issued for her arrest for failing to show in court. None have been issued against us.
She cannot get a current drivers license. We all can.
She uses multiple aliases for business transcations. We don't.
Her TRO's against Moshein and O'Connor lapsed once her promised "evidence" failed to materialize.
Yet she is the one whom the judges and police invariably believe.
Right.
Wow, Hamou is really losing her grip on reality.

Honestly, though, I cannot understand why she would have lied the day before the hearing about having an attorney who was going to chew up O’Connor when she knew it would be proven to be a lie within 36 hours. A normal person would think that is just plain crazy.
But then, of course, a sociopath does not think through longer-term consequences, but rather just lives moment by moment, focused on how to obtain what he or she wants at that moment.
That’s why she can lie on Thursday about a lawyer representing her in court on Friday.
That’s why she can write bad checks knowing the recipients will soon find out they were stiiffed.
That’s why she can sign retainer agreements and leases knowing she has no means to pay the obligations she is accepting.
That’s why she can swan around Pushkin promising to fund all kinds of restoration work knowing she’s flat broke.
That’s why she can give interviews and hold press conferences about a big movie project that is nothing more than a Ponzi scheme.
That’s why she can stand in front of a judge in Austin a few weeks ago and say she is willing to settle with Atchison knowing it will soon be clear to all she was lying.
That’s why she can get behind the wheel of a car with no license, registration, or insurance.
That's why she thinks she can use one name for one purpose and another name for another purpose the next day.
That’s how a sociopath rolls.
It must be absolutely exhausting to be Oma. How on earth does she ever keep what she says straight from one day to another?

Hamou opened by asking for a continuance -- part of her usual pattern of trying to wear down an opponent. The judge refused her out of hand.
Despite her claims her (non-existent) lawyer would prevent it, the judge did, in fact, examine the materials he was presented relating to Hamou's history of crimes and scams.
He specifically asked her about her felony conviction in Montana. Hamou tried to blow him off by saying it was just a "slap on the wrist". The judge then asked her why she thought a ten-year sentence was just a "slap on the wrist". And he pointed out to her that he was looking at the court record itself.
Mark McBride testified that he heard O'Connor make threats to murder Hamou, himself, his children, the animals and whatnot. However, his testimony fell apart when he was unable to explain why, then, he continued to live in a house with O'Connor present if he was in fear for his life and those of his children and why he continued to live in O'Connor's house even now.
By refusing to grant the restraining order, the judge made it clear he did not believe anyone residing in that house truly felt physically threatened by O'Connor.
The upshot of this stage of the hearing was that the judge told Hamou she was a "criminal and a con artist" and that she was not going to be getting a restraining order from him.
Hamou then started whining about having put in three applications for another place to live and not being able to find anything, to which the judge replied that that was not Mr. O'Connor's problem. Hamou told the judge she'd be out of O'Connor's place by September 1. (It'll be interesting to see if she actually leaves of her own accord.)
While the judge told both Hamou and O'Connor it would be a "good idea" for them to stay away from each other, he did not give O'Connor any order to do so. Moreover, he specifically told Hamou that O'Connor had a right to have the house inspected for condition in his discretion as long as reasonable notice was given.
The judge also sternly dressed down Mr. O'Connor for his poor judgment in allowing a woman to move into his house on an unfulfilled promise to purchase it and observed that O'Connor had brought some of this mess on himself by letting Hamou into the place. (And how many other people have let themselves in for world's a trouble by letting this particular fox of a con artist into their henhouses with her lies and false promises?)

Hamou was driven to the courthouse in a white van by Shari Porter, who obviously is deep into Hamou's current scam.
Mark McBride has eight children by three wives. Four or five of the children are living in O'Connor's house with the six adults there. The crap about one of his children having a life-threatening illness is bogus.
Renee Kearns is now saying that the affidavit she signed was written by Hamou who asked her to sign it, which she did without reading it. The truth of that will be determined when O'Connor sues Kearns.
No wonder Hamou has bizarrely taken to claiming victory from yesterday's proceedings and that everything fell her way. An honest acknowledgement of what happened is more than she can bear to report -- or even digest.

It seems we have reached something of a watershed in the saga of Oma Hamou, and things do not bode well for her.
When Hamou broke pattern to scam O’Connor out of his house, she took on a victim who does not have the constraints on his ability to defend himself that most of her victims have had. He is not elderly. He does not have dementia. He is not a widow without local family. He does not have a wife he needs to keep in the dark. He is not in another state or another country. His English is fluent.
By some reasoning that could proceed only from a seriously distorted ego, in the absence of other means to keep O’Connor shackled, she thought she could enlist the power of a court to erect the barrier of a restraining order between O’Connor and herself so that he could not reveal her misdeeds and take effective action against her.
What she also did not factor into her calculations on this scam was that, by involving Shari Porter and Big Valley Real Estate, she opened up the deep pockets necessary to fund the assistance of a talented litigation attorney who is not going to let things rest just with this recent hearing. Her ill-advised TRO maneuver is going to be just the first round in a series of actions that are going to present Hamou with problems for which she had not bargained. O’Connor and his attorney now know they are dealing with a serial con artist, that there has been a steady stream of prior victims, and that Hamou needs to be stopped.
What she now understands is that the publicity surrounding her activities will continue. Every time we know of a court appearance, there will be someone there to observe and report the truth of what happened instead of her lies.
What she now understands is that when we find out about her associates and others who assist her in her scams, their names and backgrounds will be made public.
What she now understands, whether it be with O’Connor or Bob Atchison or anyone else we can assist, she will be up against effective legal representation on behalf of her opponents.
What she now understands is that a judge will look at evidence of her past, and that her past will weigh heavily on the scales against her.
What she now understands is that her past and future victims will continue to find each other through the offices of this and related blogs, more and more attorneys will be given more and more information about her and her associates, the police will hear her name(s) more and more often from more and more people. The dots that became so clearly connected by a judge last Friday will be connected by others.
And what she now understands is that SHE HAS NO MEANS TO STOP THIS. Our presence in her life will be as constant as her con games.

Now Hamou is claiming that Renee Kearns taped her phone conversation with Patrick O'Connor and that it will be used by the police.
What's the deal here? Somebody meets Oma Hamou and the first thing they do is set up a tape recorder? While anyone who knows her probably does have need of a tape recorder, of course, it doesn't actually happen.
There sure have been a lot of tapes that have gone missing in the past few weeks.
This "tape" will wind up in the same place as the "tape" supposedly made of Rob Moshein and turned over to the Austin Police: NOWHERE.

Homeowner in Littlerock California who was selling his house using the services of Shari Porter agent with Big Valley Realty in Palmdale California. Shari Porter brought "Alexandra Moran" using an expired drivers license in the name of Oma Hamou to Mr. O'Connor as a "Qualified Buyer" of his home. Shari Porter insisted Oma Hamou be allowed to rent part of the home as a room mate of Mr. O'Connor until the sale closed. Porter kept informing Mr. O'Connor that Hamou was pre-qualified by lenders, yet never actually provided the required documentation proving this to O'Connor. Shari Porter told O'Connor that Hamou had deposited funds into escrow at Titan Escrow in Palmdale, but again refused to give O'Connor any actual escrow documents. Hamou delayed closing for a full five months, then refused to close when O'Connor demanded. She further refused to leave the property and now squats in the residence with four men, another woman and four or five children and literally ten or twelve dogs and forty to fifty cats. She has moved an old trailer and cargo boxes onto the property as well.
2011 "Alexandra Moran" rented a room from Patrick J. O'Connor, but presented an expired California Drivers License in the name of Oma Hamou. She then claimed to want to purchase the property. She delayed the purchase for FIVE MONTHS with numerous stories, and is now squatting on the property without permission nor paying rent . She lives there with her son, Nicholas Royal Moran, who has severe psychiatric disorders (his is currently under Conservatorship pursuant to the California Lanterman Petris Short Act) and has a history of violence, both domestic and with police. Mr. O'Connor himself witnessed Nicholas Moran beat his mother in front of him in the residence. She also lives with one Steve Fred Lee, who has over 15 criminal convictions for eluding police, indecent exposure and habitual driving with a revoked drivers license. Another squatter on the property is one Michael McBride who lives with four or five of his children also on the property. Hamou also has literally many dozens of cats and more than 10 dogs on the property. Hamou attempted to keep Mr. O'Connor from evicting her by filing a Restraining Order against Mr. O'Connor alleging he made threats of violence against her and her son. However, she did NOT file this order until a full TWO WEEKS after Mr. O'Connor left the residence and moved to Alaska! Hearing on the requested Restraining order was held Friday July 15. Hamou first requested a continuance! The Judge refused to delay the hearing. After the Judge examined her criminal record, arrest record and history of evictions and Judgments, the Judge in so many words called Hamou "a Criminal and Con Artist" recognized her string of VICTIMS and refused to grant the restraining order, and further told Hamou that while he could not order her out at the moment, she did have to leave O'Connor's property and pay him the rent owed. Hamou told the Court and O'Connor she will be out by September 1. Mr. O'Connor's attorney has begun Eviction Proceedings against Hamou and her other squatters. Patrick J. O'Connor will confirm and is anxious to discuss his Experiences with Oma Hamou aka Alexandra McConnell aka Oma Mc Connell aka Alexandra Moran

The reason the Judge could not "order" her out was because California has a specific legal eviction process, called "Unlawful Detainer" and Patrick has to comply with the UD law process...
and YES, Patrick's lawyers are investigating exactly what Shari Porter did, and how she is involved with Hamou and she will be facing some legal issues. Count on that.

Well, we know how that's going to play out.
Hamou will show up, telling her sob tale about being stalked and having to use an alias to sign the rental agreement. Shari Porter will nod sympathetically to reinforce how sad Ms. X's plight is. (Who knows what name she'll be using this time?)
Most landlords will turn her away, but someone will feel sorry for her and buy the story without checking her -- and now Shari Porter -- out. It will, of course, be Porter's job to help Hamou locate such a mark.
Soon rent payments will not arrive and/or checks will bounce. The landlord will hear ever sadder tales of unavoidable events that are causing the regrettable delays. But firm assurances will be given that a good check will be in the mailbox shortly.
Then the landlord will start nosing around the property. He or she will find it filled with people who are not on the rental agreement and with sundry animals, all trashing the place.
Then the landlord or someone he or she knows will do a google search and find the landlord has joined the constantly growing ranks of Hamou's victims.
And the cycle will begin again.

You were forced to make "restitution to the victim" (the court's words) in order to avoid being sent to prison, even though it took you more than a year to come up with the money.
Sure, Mrs. Batchelor might have gone to the police because she found on the internet that you have a history of writing bad checks and making up lies to justify them -- at least I certainly hope the exposure of your history of con games was a contributing factor in Mrs. Batchelor's decision. Otherwise we've wasted a lot of time here.
But neither the police nor the D.A. acted or would act based just on what they saw on a website. They had immediate, direct evidence that you wrote a bad check when the check bounced. And your own history of multiple felony convictions for the same offense gave them the pattern they needed to conclude it was not one of your frequent and famous "accidents" arising from confusion about which of your collection of checkbooks to toss into your purse on the way out the door.
So, which team of lawyers is working on the new lawsuits?

Yes, I was awarded sanctions against Hamou in the last trial because she didn't turn over discovery documents to me. Same problem, more or less, as today. She paid the sanctions then, of course she never paid the judgment the court awarded me.
Today she said she always had the money to pay my judgment, but just refused to.
Sure she has had the money all along.
That's why she filed for bankruptcy. That's why she's been evicted at least four times in the past two years. Well, let's review her record in front of judges in just the past six days.
Her petition for a restraining order against Patrick O'Connor was denied, as the judge did not believe her claim that she was in reasonable fear for her safety.
Her motion for an order protecting her from a debtor's examination by Bob Atchison was denied.
The judge who denied the protective order did, however, issue an order for her to pay $500 in sanctions to Bob Atchison.
Bob Atchison's petition for the court to compel her to submit to a debtor's examination was granted.
That's 0-for-4 in just the past six days.
But it's always her story the judges believe.

They fly all the way to Austin (snicker) to "support her" (chortle), and as she kept telling the Judge (who by the way is NOT Suzanne Covington, that was a dude with a beard...) she was "scared to even be in the same room with Bob" but NOT ONE PERSON WENT TO THE COURTHOUSE WITH HER...NOT ONE!
Must be the same people who refused to bail her out of jail, and the same people who didn't go to the Batchelor house to take care of the cats before the Great Antelope Valley Cat Murders....

We had a very good day in court and are awaiting the judge's decision.
Oh, that poor, poor dear Ms. Hamou / McConnell / Moran. All dissolved in tears and having to ask for tissues left and right, yet having to endure even more meetings with the State's Attorney and the Austin Police Department after her ordeal in court this afternoon.
Why, I bet they've actually had to add staff in these tough times just to have people on hand for all these meetings with Ms. Hamou / McConnell / Moran. And I think it's so very considerate of the State's Attorney to keep late hours today to meet with her.
And, my pets, at least there is some good news here for those people in Austin who are looking for work.
But will no one -- not a judge in California or in Texas, not the police, not Homeland Security, not prosecutors, not Vetter Coleman -- absolutely no one hear her desperate pleas for justice?
At least I did hear that she called upon the assistance of a bailiff who was kind enough to escort her out of the courtroom lest Messrs. Atchison and Moshein attack her right then and there. It must have been so horribly frightening for her to see her stalkers so outrageously bold as to walk into a courtroom with the judge sitting right there.
Such style she has. Such noble endurance in the face of disaster. Such a ham.
In court today Hamou claimed that she didn't know about my attorney until she arrived in Austin and discovered it in the court files. What a blatant lie. She asked for a continuance to get an attorney. This was denied.
She cried and told the judge she was my victim and that I was stalking her, that she was afraid for her life being near me.
Hamou is a criminal and a scam artist. I was HER VICTIM and I stood up to her. It has been almost 8 years since I filed my lawsuit against her, 6 years since I won it.
She said again today that she has always had the money to pay me but refused because I had won my judgment through fraud and lies.
Nobody believes that, not the jury in my case, no judges, the public, not even Hamou herself.
Hamou went on and on about wanting justice. What cynical bullcrap! She knows what she has done to me. Hamou, pay your judgment, obey the court.
So in a few days we will have the decision from the judge and we can move on to getting those documents and her deposition. I can now focus completely on collecting my judgment from Hamou, the full amount.
Once I have a clear picture of Hamou's assets I can localize the judgment for California and get moving.

Can you believe it? Hamou opened again today by asking for a continuance. She stood right in front of the judge and lied her ass off by claiming she did not know until yesterday that Atchison was going to have an attorney.
I guess she forgot that some days ago she corrected me when I referred to Borgelt as Rob's attorney, and she pointed out that he was Bob's attorney.
In any case, the judge denied her request right off the bat.
Actually, there was something else that occurred before she asked for the continuance. Hamou opened by telling the judge what a wonderful state Texas is and how glad she was to be there.
Apparently the judge was not so mesmerized by her deeply-felt and movingly-expressed love of Texas that the judge was willing to cut her any slack.
Honestly. These brow-wiping, breast-heaving, eyelash-batting little stage stunts she tries to pull off with a straight face are almost unbelievable.
But I hope they never stop. It's part of what makes the Oma Hamou Show the silliest circus ever to hit town.
To me, guys, the most interesting part of today, was when Judge Cooper (who by the way is an emeritus Judge with over 30 years on the Bench) asked Hamou ( NOT McConnell) the same three questions I have been asking her for years:
1. Explain WHY you (Hamou) FAILED to file a motion for new trial or appeal...her answer today "I didn't know I had to do anything"...the Judge was not sympathetic.
2. Explain WHY you failed to have Citation and Service of Process for over a YEAR until after on DWOP...her answer today "I have no explanation"...The Judge's EXACT WORDS..."If you can't explain this, it is a VERY BIG PROBLEM FOR YOU, VERY BIG"
3. Explain WHAT "fraud" you allege happened that was NOT introduced at Trial that happened to be adverse to you..." Her answer today "Your Honor, Mr. Atchison committed perjury and introduced fake documents AT TRIAL..."
OH and Oma, you already forgot that Roger can EASILY confirm you were AT the Attorney General's office at 5pm today...AFTER they close....
You have 45 days to schedule and have your depostion and your documents MUST be with Bob 15 days PRIOR to that... Get on it...

It's been quite the two weeks for Hamou. Let's just recap where things stand:
Her petition in California to get a restraining order against Patrick O'Connor was denied last Friday. Neither her lawyer nor her witness "Carlos" were anywhere in sight. Her witness McBride came apart on the stand and left in such haste that she was stranded without a ride home. Hamou swore under oath that she had paid O'Connor $7,000, a claim she will later have to prove. Renee Kearns has renounced the affidavit Hamou wrote for her to sign and left herself open to a libel suit.
Then Hamou flew to Austin, where her petition for an order protecting her from a debtor's exam was denied. In fact, the judge slapped her with $500 in sanctions for having delayed so long already in paying the judgment he affirmed she owed Atchison. And the judge then issued an order compelling her to provide the documents requested by Atchison and to submit to a debtor's exam within 45 days. If she fails to comply, she will be in contempt of court.
She stayed overnight in Austin to appear yesterday at the hearing on Atchison's motion for summary judgment regarding the Bill of Review she was seeking. The final ruling has not come down, but everyone in attendance, including now her, think a ruling against her is a foregone conclusion and her Bill will be dismissed. Morever, she committed perjury in front of this judge, too, when she said under oath that she was not aware until July 20 that Atchison had an attorney -- something to which her own emails give the lie.
So -- after weeks of blowing hard about how she and her attorney and witnesses were going to hand all her antagonists their hats -- she has racked up two instances of perjury, lost all her motions, been put under an order to compel discovery, and been hit (again) by sanctions in Texas.
Nice going, dimbulb.
I wonder if her supporter and good buddy, MIchele Bierant at Benefit Design Group in Portland, is watching any of this.
Blake, one correction. Judge Harger slapped Hamou with $500 Sanctions because she did not comply with the Document Production and Depostion subpoena. Austin judges do not like their time wasted by people who don't follow the rules and provide Discovery within the legal time.
That order is approved in form by the Judge and on his desk. It says Hamou must schedule and appear in Austin at a Video taped Deposition. She MUST comply in full with the Document Production requests no later than 15 days BEFORE the scheduled Deposition. Bob has the right to hold the Deposition at the house, but if Hamou wants it somewhere else, then she can PAY the costs of the other place and then SHE has to pay the videographer fees.
We already plan on having Roger conduct the Deposition as well.
True, I'm not allowed to attend the Depo itself, but I sure can watch the tape.
Having a professional of Roger's capacity and experience is going to be critical in collecting my judgment from Hamou. We are getting closer and closer to that, which has been my ultimate goal for 10 years since she refused to pay me and 6 years since I won my judgment.
All I want is for Hamou to pay me the money she owes me.
Dismissal of the Bill of Review also means Hamou can no longer pretend she will challenge Bob's judgment when localized to Los Angeles County!
But Rob, just how is Oma going to pay for the deposition room and the videographer?

The only thing that disappoints me about her Bill of Review being dismissed is that we'll be deprived of the spectacle of Curt Baggett on the stand, perjuring himself about his expert credentials as a forensic document examiner.
I do find it somewhat optimistic of her, though, to think that a California court will side with her on anything. After all, she's lost every single time she's been sued in California, she's been arrested there several times for felonies and probation violations, and every landlord who has sought to evict her has prevailed.
Then, as she discovered last week, her criminal record and con history will be looked at by judges who need to assess her credibility. And that never goes well for her.

One trick she might try is to send just a few documents, saying they are all she has. There might be claims of computer files that have been 'lost', boxes of documents that disappeared in a move or files stolen by stalkers.
Or she could try and weasel out of with another health crisis, family emergency or claim of rape or attack.
Hamou could also claim at the last minute that her companies no longer exist, or some fraud or lie against her has prevented her for complying.

I spoke with the Travis County District Court’s Clerk office this morning who verified Ms. Hamou filed a Motion for a New Trial back in November 2005. Grant it, someone should’ve advised her to have scheduled a hearing on this Motion but apparently they did not and after 75 days that motion was automatically denied. However, this does not preclude Ms. Hamou from filing a "Bill of Review" and from information obtained on this forum and through Ms. Hamou’s own affidavit “Intrinsic Fraud” is alleged to have been committed. Bob Atchison’s “allegedly” presented “false testimony and used fraudulent instruments” which were considered by the jury in rendering the judgment assailed.
What did Judge Cooper ask Hamou THREE TIMES?
"You must explain to me what Fraud you claim occured OUTSIDE of the trial itself. Nothing from in the trial can be part"
All these years later, and I was RIGHT!
and FROM the record Oma, the Docket of the case, you NEVER filed a "Motion for New Trial". You filed two "amended briefs in support of Motion for New Trial" but NO MOTION ITSELF! and then you did NOTHING about it. That is NEGLIGENCE. Judge Cooper told you so in Court.

At first she said she didn't file a motion for new trial, saying she didn't know she had to..THEN when the Judge said, "well, you HAVE to file a Motion for New Trial, and if that fails, an Appeal, before you can ask for a Bill of Review"...Hamou answered, well I DID file a Motion for New Trial, but I didn't know I had to do anything with it..."
It was really funny. the more Hamou talked, the deeper the hole she dug for herself.
Rob, this is exactly the way she behaves in all things. She spins the lies as she goes in order to try to handle whatever is thrown at her in the moment.
She writes bad checks, knowing they will bounce. When confronted she then invents on the spot whatever lie she thinks will buy her a little time.
Over the years, she has claimed that she "accidentally" grabbed the wrong checkbook, that she thought she had authority to use someone else's check or to sign someone else's name, that she was not aware that a bank account had been closed, that the bank made an error, that the check fell out of the FedEx envelope, etc., ad nauseum.
She had no intention of honoring the judgment against her, but she told the judge in Austin a few weeks ago that she would pay Bob in order to get out of the courtroom that afternoon without being sanctioned.
She told the computer repair guy that her son had died in order to try to get him to release her computer (or computers) to her without having to pay.
She tried to get Craig H. to give her the money for the motorcycle up front, with a promise to deliver a title later than she knew she did not have. She then tried to blame it all on O'Connor and his friend Ralph.
When the judge on Thursday confirmed that she had to have actually filed a motion for a new trial -- well, then, suddenly she had done just that.
She is a serial liar just as she is a serial con artist. It's a necessary skill in her trade.
I also think Hamou didn't expect to get a SENIOR EMERITUS Judge who was a WOMAN with 30 years on the bench, so the drama of the tears, sobbing and asking "can I have a tissue" fell upon very deaf ears.
Her little stage dramas are not really tailored for the educated and the savvy.
They're tailored for people with judgment impaired by age, infirmity, poor English skills, or desperation.
It's an act she's honed over the years for her con games. But she lacks the creativity and the intelligence to shift gears on the fly when she comes up against someone less impaired than her usual victims.
To wit, that absurd little paean to the glories of Texas she delivered to the judge on Thursday. What a complete nincompoop to think that would garner her any points in a courtroom.

Thank goodness Hamou's got a cowriter for her book.
Given her inability to distinguish between contractions and possessives, her atrocious punctuation, her terrible spelling, and her propensity for cascades of profanity when she's drinking at the keyboard, her book would be something of a difficult read.
But I'm glad she's now adding author to her list of credentials as a public figure: actress; model; film producer; CEO; benefactress to public monuments; correspondent with presidents, premiers, and prelates. Just gives us that much more right to probe into her claims about herself and reveal what we find.
And it ain't pretty. Funny, yes. But pretty? No.
Predictable. Now Hamou is tweeting that she is moving to Russia.
Well, anything to create an excuse not to comply with the Texas court's order for document production and the debtor's exam.
Of course, we all know what will happen sooner or later. We'll find a new court record, or a new arrest record, or a new bench warrant, or yet another victim of a new scam will contact us.
And, of course, none of them will be in Russia.

I guess she figured that publishing that she was moving to Russia to avoid her "stalkers" -- including, of course, the "stalker" who won a court judgment against her (which she has never paid), who recently defeated her petition for a protective order, and who just won a summary judgment against her Bill of Review -- would really piss the judge off who is going to be issuing the contempt order against her if she doesn't comply with the court's order to produce documents and submit to a debtor's exam.
If Hamou spent a fraction of the time on a real job that she has spent ducking creditors and judgment holders for the past decade, she might actually be able to pay rent and get utilities in her own name ..... or at least one of her aliases.
Blake, don't forget Hamou has to pay me $500 in sanctions within 30 days. I wonder if I will ever see that, too.
Snoopy, his wife and family must have left for Russia ahead of Hamou so they could organize her Cossack guard ahead of her arrival. Plus she will need that convertible Mercedes again and there's the datcha to lease and the publicity posters to print.

The Judge signed the order requiring Hamou to submit ALL the financial, employment and asset documents to Bob no later than August 20 and to schedule and APPEAR in Austin at Video Deposition no later than September 3. It is now on the record.
So Hamou tweeted she had an "aggravating" day and needs to rest up for a busy August.
Well, I guess more and more landlords these days are checking into the backgrounds of potential tenants before letting them move in. That would surely be a source of great aggravation to her.
As for a busy August -- let's hope she doesn't forget to put the document production and the debtor's exam that the judge ordered on that busy, busy calendar of hers.
What ARE the chances? Hamou/McConnell loses her internet access and "snoopy" who lives in the big expensive house ALSO goes silent for a week!

Well, Hamou McConnell is FORTY EIGHT years old today.
Lets look at her life today. Squatting in Patrick's house outside of "glamorous" Palmdale. No cable or internet, no gas, hanging her laundry out to dry on a line.
Even her homeless "friends" have left her now. It's just her, her paranoid schizophrenic adult son Nicholas Royal and god know why Steve Lee.
She is faced with eviction, lawsuits and having to comply with the Court ordered Document Production and Video Deposition in just three more weeks. Her "Bill of Review" is gone.
Creditors hounding her, landlords refusing to rent to her because of the hordes of cats and dogs and not to mention her now annual event of EVICTION from previous lodgings.
No job. No money. No movie. No fans, no glamor, no youth, no beauty, no friends....
