As law enforcement seems unable to assist me, and the person behind this campaign to defame me and interfere with my business and profession, named variously Oma Hamou, Oma Mcconnell or Alexandra McConnell is what they call "judgment proof" meaning she has no money, I must place this blog here. She filed Bankruptcy June 2010, swearing under oath that her only income is $2500 a month from her friend Jim Sproul's company "Reseda Screen & Glass", that she lives in rental houses in the Antelope Valley and in July she was evicted for non payment of rent from a house in Palmdale, and she has over $500,000 in outstanding debts.
I would NOT even have written here, had this person not continually written her own false and defamatory statements herself and aided and abetted other personae writing "on her behalf" for the last three years. If she doesn't want me to say anything about her, she ought not have been continually blogging and writing about me much less aiding and encouraging others to do so as well.
The woman behind all of this goes by many names: Oma Hamou, Oma McConnell, Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Hamou, Oma Demian, Alexandra Murphy, are the usual ones, but there are others. She uses a business name of "Enigma Royal Films, LLC" she also calls just "Enigma Films". The reason this woman and her "alleged" friends crusade to destroy me is simple. I learned about her genuine background, and she wants me silenced from speaking about it.
This woman admits that her actions are all motivated by her bitterness and hatred towards me, and this is the reason for her actions.
This woman, Oma Hamou, Oma McConnell, Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Hamou, Oma Demian, Alexandra Murphy and her other aliases have a twenty year track record of FELONY CONVICTIONS, multiple arrests, failure to abide by the requirements of her probation for her felony convictions which lead to more arrests, many many civil judgments against her for hundreds of thousands of dollars, a history of writing bad checks, and currently she was arrested late in 2008 in San Bernardino California on a Felony Charge of Forgery of a Financial Instrument (she seems to have forged a large check) After 14 months of dragging the process out, she paid the Victim full restitution and the District Attorney dropped the Felony charge. She has a history of evictions and bad checks.
This woman also has a recent default Judgment against her in Los Angeles County, in the amount of $55,000 which is admitted under oath was owing in her Bankruptcy Petition:

According to the case, Mr. Refai, a married man, was "involved" with Alexandra McConnell, she kept telling him about serious "medical problems" and asking for "loans" for medical bills in the total amount of $51,000. This was confirmed by the fact that a woman who used to live in her house wrote on the internet THREE MONTHS before the suit was filed: "I lived with this lady, she is no good. SHE LIES. SHE HAS LIKE 50 CATS LIVING WITH HER AND HER HOUSE SMELLS LIKE SHIT AND CAT SPRAY AND PISS. She is dirty, filthy and uses old men for money I SEEN IT MYSELF. By the way Hamid's wife knows it was LIPOSUCTION you drained their bank account for, not cancer in your asshole. He had her sign a promissory note, co signed by long time co-conspirator Jim Sproul. She of course never PAID back the money. She, of course, never showed up in Court.

On March 24, 2011 when Oma Hamou agreed to settle her judgment with Bob Atchison and PROMISED to pay him, she asked ME to settle as well and asked me how much it would take. When I told her a mutual settlement on both sides was agreeable, she ran straight to the Austin Police and filed a Criminal Complaint against me for "extortion". After speaking with Det. S. at length recently, and after he expressed interest in her background and criminal record, he told me that no crime had taken place, I had done nothing wrong, he would not proceed with the case and that he "believes is is possible she filed this to be retaliatory and vindictive against me" trying to set me up. I am NOT being investigated for ANY crimes at this time, according to the Austin Police Department.
She attempted to stonewall Mr. Atchison's debt collection by filing a "Bill of Review" for his Judgment. She lost, when Mr. Atchison's Motion for Summary Judgment was granted on July 26, 2011
I am called a "criminal stalker". First, being called a criminal is Libel per se in Texas, since I have never been convicted of ANYTHING worse than one speeding ticket. She has been promising to pay Bob Atchison $15,000 for over two months, even claiming she had the money CASH but could not use a bank to pay him, and had to fly to Texas with the cash to give him! This was of course all a lie.

This woman claims to be an actress and model, but for a decade steadfastly REFUSES to provide one single shred of evidence to support the allegation, not even a credit, reference or magazine issue. She says only "I was and I don't have to prove it. YOU have to prove I wasn't". Does that make sense?
This woman claims that her three felony convictions were not Her fault, but rather someone else's fault. Does THAT make sense?
This woman claims that her recent Felony Forgery Charges in San Bernardino are "just a big mistake" and "law enforcement and the DA" are on "her side" and "believe her", yet they STILL pressed charges and scheduling dozens of hearings over FOURTEEN MONTHS. Does THAT make sense??
This woman has claimed for six years non stop that I am being investigated by law enforcement and the FBI. Yet, NOTHING ever happened, I have never been contacted by law enforcement for any reason in those six years other than one speeding ticket. Does it make any sense to you that law enforcement is doing ANYTHING for six years now?

"No hearings requiring the testimony or presentation of documentary evidence during the course of the hearing may be conducted by telephone.
Any party objecting to a telephone hearing shall advise the Court Administrator. emph. added.
Since by definition a Motion For Contempt of Court REQUIRES submission of documentary evidence, it won't qualify and you can count on Roger objecting strenuously should you even try it.

I checked with the Court Admin's office, and they said I was correct. "Any Motion requiring testimony or production of evidence can't be held by telephone. If documents have to be introduced at a Motion for Contempt, you can't have it on the phone. All you have to do is object to the Judge telling him you have documents to present at the Motion and he will deny the request for Telephone hearing."

SHE is the one who pretends to be a correspondent with presidents, prelates, and state departments.
When people hold themselves out as public figures and deliberately seek publicity, they open their claims to public inquiry.
It's not our fault that such inquiry produced a history of multiple felony convictions, months in jail, numerous evictions, cancer scams, numerous aliases, identity theft and stolen social security numbers, more than a dozen unpaid civil judgments, outstanding warrants, and a stream of victims willing to talk about their unfortunate experiences with her.
By deliberately seeking to make herself a public figure, Hamou put a spotlight on her activities that she now desperately wants to turn off.
But she can't find the switch, and it's driving her absolutely bonkers.
You almost got it Blake. Hamou doesn't want her "life" private. She wants to be able to LIE about herself publicly without being exposed.
SHE wants to control her public persona to conform to her lies without anyone challenging them.
The moment someone airs the truth about her (evictions, felony convictions, multiple arrests, bad checks, cancer scams etc etc...) THEY become her "stalkers". Notice how every single person who speaks out about the TRUTH of the woman is a "criminal" a "liar", every document produced in court about her "is faked"...
Notice further that she has been claiming "Law Enforcement" is about to swoop down upon us, literally for SIX YEARS, but NOTHING EVER HAPPENS! Except of course, HAMOU HERSELF gets arrested and charged, and evicted FOUR TIMES, FILES BANKRUPTCY...
I for one do HOPE somebody is "paying her to write about me". That makes her book a "work for hire" and I have somebody with assets unlike Hamou to SUE FOR LIBEL! Can't wait.
So HAMOU, who's your agent? Who's your publisher? It's all lies - she has NEITHER. Prove it, tell us who they are. You can't because they don't exist.

Oh, my dears. Silly, silly me.
I got so tied up with watching the news about all that simply awful havoc in New England that I forgot to let you all know that darling Rebecca is all right.
She called me just as her cell phone battery was running out to let me know that, although they had lost all power in her town, she had weathered the storm safe and sound.
But the poor dear was still distraught. Not a week earlier she had taken her entire fall wardrobe to the cleaners for a pre-season spruce up and, well, wouldn't you just know it? The cleaner got flooded out, and she lost the entire consignment.
Rebecca did everything she could to recover things, hoping against hope they were still usable. But, alas, no luck. Nothing was recovered.
She had two particularly chic coats, one in a stunning teal shade and the other an exquisite apricot. A couple of people do remember seeing some debris float by with splashes of those colors in it. They said their eyes were instantly drawn to such splashes of tastefully distinct hues amid all that brown goop. So I do fear the coats are irretrievably gone. But at least the poor dear did get some closure.
I'm sure all our prayers are with her. Trying to put together a fall wardrobe at this late stage is not going to be easy. I'm afraid Rebecca's coworkers and social acquaintances are in for a rather drab autumn.
But I'm sure our dear Rebecca will manage to find something that matches, unlike our intrepid little west coast shopper.

It seems a new set of pictures was taken to demonstrate the condition of Patrick's property just two days ago. Guess what? They look EXACTLY like the ones I put up. NOTHING has moved.
Wow, Hamou lied about her pictures being of the property all cleaned up.
So Oma, if you are "so afraid" why are you STILL in Patrick's house? You PROMISED him you would be out by yesterday...

Not only does Hamou have "film" of someone taking pictures of Patrick's house (thanks, of course, to the usual heightened police response to her appeals), she has copies of email traffic between Moshein and O'Connor.
Of course, we'll never actually see any of that stuff posted. Just brandished as if it existed.
And, Hamou, you keep forgetting -- O'Connor owns that house. You are squatting in it without his permission and without paying rent. You have been told to vacate and are refusing. He is perfectly within his right to photograph it all he wants or to have it photographed.
Tough cookies, toots, but that's the way it is.
Here's another example of how Hamou invents "evidence" to "prove" what she claims. She posted:
"Patrick lives in Alaska, his phone records prove he made a call to his friend in California to commit crimes against me and my neighbor."
Any fool knows that phone records show nothing more than that a call was placed from one number to another at a certain time. Phone records DO NOT contain ANY information about the contents of the conversation between the callers.
Once again, she's spewing out lies so fast today that she's not even taking the time to think through whether they sound the least bit credible.
But she's giving O'Connor great proof for a defamation suit against her.
It's amazing how Hamou just sails right through a lie as if nothing at all was absurd about her statement.
She just posted:
"a property which like mine is secured by way of fence"
The property is not yours. Your name is not on the deed. You own no real estate.

First, there is no trespassing when the property owner INVITES someone onto their property. Rene was more than HAPPY to have someone on her property to take pictures of Patrick's house for him. Seems the neighbors want you gone as much as Patrick! Go figure...
Second. I've never forwarded a single email from Patrick to anyone other than Bob and Blake. I know for a fact neither of them sent them to anyone else. Patrick confirms that he has not forwarded a single email between us to ANYONE. So, just how do you claim to have seen a single one?? You haven't so you LIE, again...

Another long, long post of useless documents from Hamou.
First, regarding those supposed invoices from Lupoli:
The name of the invoicer(s), the company name(s), and the company address(es) have been blanked out of every invoice. Nowhere does a signature or even a name of “Lupoli” appear on any of them.
In short, they are evidence of nothing Hamou claims.
Next, regarding that email from “Pastor” who Hamou seems to suggest is John Lupoli:
The email makes it clear that Lupoli views his involvement with Hamou as involvement in a “scandal”. And the email also makes it clear that Lupoli viewed Hamou as the perpetrator of that scandal.
Next, regarding that email from “Patricia” who Hamou seems to suggest is Patricia Lupoli:
The email is titled “Oma Hamou scam artist”. It then says she has “struck again” and goes on to give a couple more details about the scam. And, like so many people who have dealt with Hamou, there is a strong desire to see her “behind bars” manifested.
Next, regarding those phone records of Bob Atchison:
Hamou says they show Atchison successfully connected with Lupoli and had several conversations with him. Well, so what?
Atchison was clearly asking Mrs. Lupoli in an email how to make contact. And Atchison has stated on many occasions that he had conversations and correspondence with the Lupoli’s.
So what’s the big deal about “proving” Atchison did something he has often and publically acknowledged doing?
Next, regarding the police report:
All it proves is that Atchison did believe a threat had been made against him –- just as he has repeatedly said -- and he took the entirely appropriate action of going to the police about it.
Next, regarding that email from David Slater, Hamou’s attorney:
Hamou has a long history of posting partisan, one-sided documents as “proof” of something she claims. Nothing is “proof” until a court has accepted it as proof, and certainly not the one-sided posturing by an attorney for his client.
And did a court accept Slater’s claims as proof? The answer is NO.
Why?
Well, David Slater dropped Hamou as a client and pawned her off on another lawyer. That lawyer also dropped her as a client. When the case eventually went to trial, Hamou was representing herself. And SHE LOST.
All Hamou has managed to “prove” by that strange post last evening is that the Lupolis viewed themselves as members of that large group of people who have been scammed by Oma Hamou and who would like to see her behind bars.
The first call I got from the Lupolis (I believe it was his wife) was to check on what my experiences had been with Hamou - it was a 'reference check'. I was very skeptical because Hamou has tried, on many occasions, to trick me into saying things about her through phony calls from fake people. I assumed this was another one. I called anyway.
I have never heard of, met or knew anything about these people until they contacted me.
John Lupoli told me he was a business associate of Hamou's that she had hired to set her up as an NGO at the UN. He told me that Hamou and Sproul had offered him $14,000 to come to Austin and 'get rid of me' so the trial would not go forward. Lupoli said it was obvious that they wanted me killed and that was what the money was for.
Again, I never met or ever heard of this guy before this.
Why did Hamou and Sproul pick Laupoli? Lupoli said that Mike Newson recommended him because he was an "Italian" and could do the job.
He said he was going public with the plot and would speak to my attorney and the police. Lupoli told me I was in great danger from Hamou and that she could have offered money to other hitmen to come and get me.
I contacted the local police in Austin and they came and interviewed me. They told that I had to contact the local police where the plot was launched. I did.
I was asked to allow Lupoli to be wired so Hamou and Sproul could me nailed. They needed more evidence. I thought my life was in immediate danger so I decided to expose the plot. I confronted Hamou on it.
I spoke many times with the district attorney in Santa Monica. He was great. They get 10 murder for hire plots a week. They have limited resources and can only proceed with cases that they expect to win. Without the wire and more evidence they decided not to proceed. Lupoli's testimony was not enough, we needed more.
It was my decision to expose the plot. I am not sorry I did that because it stopped Hamou from having me killed.
As I have already posted, I am not surprised that Hamou lies and denies all of this. She tries to claim that I knew Lupoli before they called me, but I didn't and she knows it.
Hamou and Sproul tried to have me killed. I stopped it and I am still here.
So, who should I believe, Lupoli or Hamou? After 11 years of lies from Hamou about $66M trust accounts, two-headed babies, rapes, Universal Studio offices, 100 Enigma employees on Mayall Street - it's an endless saga - the answer is obvious.
And don't forget all the cancers.
She told Patricia Lupoli she had breast cancer. She told the Russian chuchman she had colon cancer that spread to the uterus. She told Refai she had cancer.
Hamou has an extremely rare medical condition. Every time she gets her ass caught in a crack, she develops cancer.
It's called cancer opporunitisticus stagepropticus.
Very rare and found mostly in con artists.

And Oma wants to get back to her wonderful life? That's an interesting way to describe the past twenty-five years of con artistry and taking it on the lam from the scads of judgments against her that litter the landscape.
The house didn't sustain any damage, but I did lose a tree that I loved. :( And I was without power for several days. It could have been worse. There was a washover just up the road, and my neighbor's driveway essentially disintegrated.
Am back in New York, getting ready for my last month at work. Can't wait!

Good grief. I've never seen a woman who goes to such lengths to twist "evidence" to her purposes.
Hamou keeps going on and on about phone records proving that Atchison was the first to contact the Lupolis because the phone logs show the first call going from him to them instead of the other way around.
Just how dense can Hamou be? The Lupolis first contacted Atchison through email, as that was the only means given to them when they found out on the internet about his dealings with Hamou.
Atchison then responded to them, asking how he could reach them by phone. They gave him a phone number, and he called them.
So, yes. He made the first phone call. But the first contact came from the Lupolis, just at Atchison has said.
In short, those phone records do NOTHING to prove Hamou's persistent chant that Atchison made the first contact instead of the Lupolis.
One can really see why Hamou's lawyers bail on her and why she loses every lawsuit filed against her. Her ability to marshall evidence that shows what she claims it shows is absolutely nil. NIL.

I see that Sandman-who-is-Oma posted another round of affadavits and court pleadings last night.
But, as always, she fails to post any actual court JUDGMENTS that support her claims.
Why?
Well, courts require actual proof, not just self-serving pleadings.
And Oma Hamou has NEVER had a court rule in her favor, despite her suing or having been sued almost two dozen times.
You are right, Blake, she ha lost every time. The Texas courts have stood behind me time after time, juries, judges, law enforcement, etc.
Like a venomous snake, Hamou spits her poison in the face of the Texas courts over and over again; defying every court judgement, every court order....
I hope we'll get a chance to see here in Texas before the courts again very soon; the sooner the better.

Long, hard day. Manhattan is always difficult on 9/11. Of course, it must have been particularly hard on Oma Hamou because she was such an integral part of the tragedy.
We haven't heard from Oma in a while, other than her tweets.
She seems to have passed through LAX recently in search of a healthy meal, no doubt coming back from New Hope, PA where her boat was caught in a harrowing flood that left her in terror for her life and worried sick about the loved ones she might be leaving behind.
Too many comments now, plus the new blog post I just put up has the copy of the Motion for Contempt of Court filed today against Hamou for failing to provide Documents and appear at a Deposition as ORDERED by the Court.
