When one uses a search engine online using my name, and my trade name, The Austin Wine Guy, one finds a deluge of defamatory and simply out right lies spread across the Internet results now going back years all from her hand.
I would NOT even have written here, had this person not continually written her own false and defamatory statements herself and aided and abetted other personae writing "on her behalf" for the last ten years. If she doesn't want me to say anything about her, she ought not have been continually blogging and writing about me much less aiding and encouraging others to do so as well.
The woman behind all of this uses alias names: Oma Hamou, Oma McConnell, Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Hamou, Alexandra Moran, Oma Demian, Alexandra Murphy, are the usual ones, but there are others. She used the name "Kathryn Kennedy" to obtain money from a woman who was approached to adopt her child (she only took her child back, on literally the last possible day, after the adoptive mother refused to continue to pay her any more money.) She uses a business name of "Enigma Royal Films, LLC" she also calls just "Enigma Films" and "Reseda Glass" and "Worldwide Construction Enterprises, Inc." I learned about her genuine background, and she wants me silenced from speaking about it.
This woman admits that her actions are all motivated by her bitterness and hatred towards me, and this is the reason for her actions.
This woman, Oma Hamou, Oma McConnell, Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Hamou, Oma Demian, Alexandra Murphy and her other aliases have a twenty plus year track record of FELONY CONVICTIONS, multiple arrests, failure to abide by the requirements of her probation for her felony convictions which lead to more arrests, many many civil judgments against her for hundreds of thousands of dollars, a history of writing bad checks, and she was arrested late in 2008 in San Bernardino California on a Felony Charge of Forgery of a Financial Instrument (she seems to have forged a large check) After 14 months of dragging the process out, she paid the Victim full restitution and the District Attorney dropped the Felony charge. She has a history of evictions and bad checks.
A complete dossier has been posted, with the details on her activities, notably passing bad checks, stiffing landlords for rent owed and trashing the houses she rents by reason of keeping literally dozens of cats and dogs and not cleaning up after them. FLED the Court on March 13, 2014 when faced with revocation of Probation for Animal Cruelty conviction sentence and new criminal charges. She was charged with FIVE Felony Animal Abuse Charges. She was out on bail set at $101,000.
Further, she was ARRESTED BY THE BURBANK POLICE DEPARTMENT ON FRIDAY MARCH 8, 2013 ON A FELONY CRIMINAL WARRANT FOR FAILURE TO APPEAR IN COURT ON ANIMAL ABUSE CHARGES THAT WERE FILED AGAINST HER ON JANUARY 29, 2013 IN PALMDALE.
SHE WAS HELD FROM 1130 AM UNTIL 4:15pm and released on bail.

She was given 36 months conditional probation by Judge Harmon. She was required, among other things, to enroll in 24 Animal Neglect classes and provide the Court proof she had enrolled within thirty days. She was also prohibited from possessing ANY animals at all for three full years.
"Alexandra McConnell" failed to provide the proof of enrollment and failed to appear as ordered by Judge Harmon. The Court immediately revoked her Probation and summarily issued a $50,000 bail arrest warrant in October 2013.
This is the probation which was revoked by reason of her fleeing the Courthouse rather than face Judge Harmon who indicated he was going to remand her to Jail.
In responding to complaints of animal neglect, abuse and overcrowded conditons in a Lancaster California residence, "Alexandra McConnell" was arrested AGAIN on December 16, 2013 by the responding officers when they discovered the outstanding arrest warrant, and 96 sick, filthy and neglected animals found living in the most deplorable of conditions were confiscated from her Lancaster California residence by the Lancaster Animal Control Shelter. Having these animals violated the Court Order. Oma Hamou aka Alexandra McConnell, Booking No.: 3805070 was held in custody for 36 hours before being released on a $50,000 bond. d a hearing on this Case, number 3AV0072401 was scheduled on the matter for January 7, 2014 in the Antelope Valley Courthouse.

The same Judge Harmon remembered her at a 2015 hearing for the new felony charges. He stated in open Court "I remember this case. It was horrific. Horrible." He then demanded she provide the proof she had complied with his probation requirements of Community Service, numerous animal care classes, "Victim Restitution" and Not Possessing any Animals. She failed to provide that proof and was arrested on the spot in Court on March 16, 2015 and held pending an additional $100,000 bail for the alleged Probation Violation. She was released on bond on March 21.
She had posted $250,000 total bail in the last 18 months on these Animal Abuse Charges.
Oma Hamou aka Oma McConnell was found GUILTY OF FELONY ANIMAL ABUSE on April 23, 2015 by Judge Harmon.
She was sentenced:
- 5 years of formal probation, with Hamou to report to Probation within 48 hours
- 90 days of community service
- attend 48 Level 2 Animal Cruelty classes for hoarding
- attend psychological counseling
- possess no animals for 10 years
- pay restitution for the costs incurred by Animal Control in tending to her animals
- hearing on June 3, 2015 to set restitution.

This was confirmed by the fact that a woman who used to live in her house wrote on the internet THREE MONTHS before the suit was filed: "I lived with this lady, she is no good. SHE LIES. SHE HAS LIKE 50 CATS LIVING WITH HER AND HER HOUSE SMELLS LIKE SHIT AND CAT SPRAY AND PISS. She is dirty, filthy and uses old men for money I SEEN IT MYSELF. By the way Hamid's wife knows it was LIPOSUCTION you drained their bank account for, not cancer in your asshole. He had her sign a promissory note, co signed by long time co-conspirator Jim Sproul. She of course never PAID back the money. She, of course, never showed up in Court.

In 2008 Ms. Chipi was seeking a short sale of her home. A realtor named Kevin Davies (phone available upon request) introduced Oma McConnell to Ms. Chipi, claiming she had loan approval to purchase the house but that McConnell wanted to move in as a renter prior to closing the sale. (This was exactly the scenario she used to gain occupancy at Mr. O'Connor's house in Littlerock.) Ms. Chipi agreed.
The first rental check was written on a closed account. No further rental payments were made. McConnell moved in with her son and another man. The house was thoroughly trashed. Numerous animals were kept in one room which was badly damaged. Carpeting was ripped out. Appliances were removed. The kitchen caught fire.
Ms. Chipi sought help from the Sheriff's department which told her that they could do nothing without an eviction order. Ms. Chipi filed a U.D. (Case No. 08U03169 - Michael Antonovich Antelope Valley Courthouse), which she later dropped due to lack of resources. She said that Kevin Davies also filed an action against McConnell and that she failed to show for the hearing.
Ms. Chipi says she has some files on the incident, as does Mr. Davies, and that she also has undeveloped film of the damage done to the house.
Robert Atchison
Won a Civil Judgment against Oma Hamou for her failure to pay him consulting fees as she promised him she would do.
A District Court Judge has signed an order requiring her to schedule and appear at a deposition in Austin Texas no later than September 3, 2011 to disclose her assets, finances, and employment information, and she is further ORDERED to comply by providing the requested financial, employment and asset documentation to Mr. Atchison no later than August 20. She did nothing. Her failure to do these things resulted in an order of Contempt of Court.
August 2011: Hamou/McConnell tried to derail Mr. Atchison's debt collection with a last moment filing of a "Bill of Review". Hamou's Bill of Review was dismissed on July 26, 2011 by the Hon Judge Cooper of the District Court. Hamou now has no choice but to comply with the Court order.
OCTOBER 18:
The Court slapped Oma Hamou with an Order of Contempt of Court and imposed $1,000 sanctions against her for failing to comply with the Ordered Document Production and Deposition.
January 2012: District Court Lora Livingston Slapped an ORDER TO APPEAR AND SHOW CAUSE on Oma Hamou requiring her to appear in Person to explain her continuing violation of Court Orders. Her failure to appear will most likely result in a Bench Warrant for her Arrest:
Hamou failed to appear as ordered by the Court. As a result, a BENCH WARRANT for her arrest was issued on March 26, 2012 by the same Judge Livingston in the Travis County District Court
Hamou attempted in June 2012 to ask the Court to vacate the Bench Warrant, but it seems her "Paralegal" one Robert Richman (a Tai Chi master and Torah Scholar, as well as "Paralegal") seems to have chickened out on continuing.
In 2012 "Oma McConnell" filed for Bankruptcy in order to forestall debtor's exams and collection efforts. She failed to file any required schedules or information, despite Court orders to do so. Her Bankruptcy was dismissed for that failure. However, On August 20, 2012 Judge Robles of the US Federal Bankruptcy Court ordered her Bankruptcy proceedings to be re-instated and ordered her to comply with Document Production requests and Deposition by attorneys for Bob Atchison, which are now scheduled for late September. Hamou/McConnell FAILED TO COMPLY WITH THE COURT ORDERED DOCUMENT PRODUCTION REQUIRED NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 14, 2012. She further FAILED TO COMPLY WITH THE COURT ORDER THAT SHE APPEAR FOR A DEPOSITION ON SEPTEMBER 20, 2012. She can now be held in Contempt of Court.
October 31, 2012, the Bankruptcy Court dismissed Oma McConnell's bankruptcy due to her utter failure to file even one single required schedule or document. Judge Ernesto Robles said her creditors "are free to pursue their State claims against her".
March 2013: Mr. Atchison has had his Judgment made final in California and localized to California and is proceeding to collect against her. A Debtors Exam (ORAP) has now been issued and ordered by the Los Angeles Superior Court for Hamou/McConnell to appear in Court.
January 29, 2014: A Los Angeles Superior Court Judge awarded Mr. Atchison $2,800 in costs against "Oma McConnell" for her filing a false Civil Restraining Order against him to attempt to stop his lawful Judgment Collection Efforts.
The attorney who briefly represented her in the Bankruptcy Proceedings, Mr. Baruch Cohen, obtained a Default Judgment against Oma McConnell in Federal Bankruptcy Court. May 2015: The Federal Bankruptcy Court ruled completely in Mr. Atchison's favor in an Adversary Action filed against "Oma McConnell" as part of her fourth Bankruptcy filing. Mr. Atchison was granted a Default Judgment against her, which ordered that the debt owed to him by Oma Hamou may never be discharged in Bankruptcy. THE COURT FURTHER RULED THAT OMA HAMOU COMMITTED FRAUD AGAINST MR. ATCHISON, AS SHE NEVER ACTUALLY INTENDED TO PAY HIM.
THE COURT FURTHER RULED THAT OMA HAMOU WAS GUILTY OF DEFAMATION AGAINST MR. ATCHISON FOR THE YEARS AND YEARS OF UNTRUE AND DEFAMATORY WEB POSTINGS SHE HAS WRITTEN ABOUT HIM.
THE COURT FURTHER ISSUED AN PERMANENT INJUNCTION AGAINST OMA HAMOU DEMANDING SHE STOP POSTING SUCH MATERIAL ABOUT MR. ATCHISON FOREVER MORE AND THAT SHE TAKE DOWN ALL PREVIOUS DEFAMATORY POSTINGS.
(HAMOU HAS THUS FAR REFUSED TO REMOVE THE PRIOR DEFAMATORY MATERIAL AND MR. ATCHISON IS FILING AN ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE WITH THE FEDERAL COURT FOR HER CONTEMPT OF THE COURT ORDER.)
THE COURT FURTHER RULED THAT OMA HAMOU IS A VEXATIOUS LITIGANT WITH RESPECT TO MR. ATCHISON AND HAS ISSUED ORDERS THAT OMA HAMOU MAY NOT FILE ANY FURTHER ACTIONS, PROCEEDING, MOTIONS OR HEARINGS AGAINST MR. ATCHISON WITHOUT PRIOR PERMISSION FROM THE SPECIFIC COURT.

"Defendant's abusive activities have occurred both in bankruptcy court and outside of bankruptcy. Defendant has brought the following proceedings, all of which were without merit and several of which she declined to even prosecute, illustrating that such matters were brought for the harrassing effect that they would have on the plaintiff and not for any proper purpose.
Her conduct in connection with this adversary proceeding has also demonstrated a consistent pattern of litigiousness and delay. She has filed repeated motions to vacate her default in this action and consistently claims to have misunderstood instructions given by the court, each time requesting a further opportunity to respond and providing irrelevant documents and materials that again relate to claims and contentions that are unrelated to the issues currently pending before the court.

Homeowner in Littlerock California who was selling his house using the services of Shari Porter agent with Big Valley Realty in Palmdale California. Shari Porter brought "Alexandra Moran" using an expired drivers license in the name of Oma Hamou to Mr. O'Connor as a "Qualified Buyer" of his home. Shari Porter insisted Oma Hamou be allowed to rent part of the home as a room mate of Mr. O'Connor until the sale closed. Porter kept informing Mr. O'Connor that Hamou was pre-qualified by lenders, yet never actually provided the required documentation proving this to O'Connor. Shari Porter told O'Connor that Hamou had deposited funds into escrow at Titan Escrow in Palmdale, but again refused to give O'Connor any actual escrow documents. Hamou delayed closing for a full five months, then refused to close when O'Connor demanded. She further refused to leave the property and squatted in the residence with four men, another woman and four or five children and literally ten or twelve dogs and forty to fifty cats. She has moved an old trailer and cargo boxes onto the property as well. She has squatted on Mr. O'Connor's property for over 18 months without paying rent. This sadly forced Mr. O'Connor to lose his property to Foreclosure and Declare Bankruptcy, as direct results of this woman's scams and lies.

2011 "Alexandra Moran" rented a room from Patrick J. O'Connor, but presented an expired California Drivers License in the name of Oma Hamou. She then claimed to want to purchase the property. She delayed the purchase for FIVE MONTHS with numerous stories, and is now squatting on the property without permission nor paying rent . She lives there with her son, Nicholas Royal Moran, who has severe psychiatric disorders (his is currently under Conservatorship pursuant to the California Lanterman Petris Short Act) and has a history of violence, both domestic and with police. Mr. O'Connor himself witnessed Nicholas Moran beat his mother in front of him in the residence. She also lives with one Steve Fred Lee, who has over 15 criminal convictions for eluding police, indecent exposure and habitual driving with a revoked drivers license. Another squatter on the property is one Michael McBride who lives with four or five of his children also on the property. Hamou also has literally many dozens of cats and more than 10 dogs on the property. Hamou attempted to keep Mr. O'Connor from evicting her by filing a Restraining Order against Mr. O'Connor alleging he made threats of violence against her and her son. However, she did NOT file this order until a full TWO WEEKS after Mr. O'Connor left the residence and moved to Alaska! Hearing on the requested Restraining order was held Friday July 15. Hamou first requested a continuance! The Judge refused to delay the hearing. After the Judge examined her criminal record, arrest record and history of evictions and Judgments, the Judge in so many words called Hamou "a Criminal and Con Artist" recognized her string of VICTIMS and refused to grant the restraining order, and further told Hamou that while he could not order her out at the moment, she did have to leave O'Connor's property and pay him the rent owed. Hamou told O'Connor by email she will be out by September 1. Mr. O'Connor's attorney has begun Eviction Proceedings against Hamou McConnell and her other squatters. While Hamou wrote Mr. O'Connor that she would be "out of the house by September 1" she has hired a lawyer to delay the eviction proceedings. Reports indicate that the house is trashed, with old furniture in the yard, many old rusted trucks, tires, boxes and piles of trash are strewn across the property.

Her 2010 IRS returns show "income" of $38,000 or $2,459 per month. She claims a "sole proprietorship" called "Reseda Glass" that "installs glass in high rise buildings" but has NO Federal Employer ID number, nor does she list any WAGES paid to any "employees". Is this almost 50 year old woman hanging off the side of a building installing glass ALL BY herself?

The thing is this, Oma. I really am a woman named Rebecca Jordan. I worked in banking for most of my adult life, and I worked with people of genuine talent, intelligence and, much as it will pain you, power. When I first stumbled into this ongoing war it was because I discovered that my name was showing up in some very strange searches. Ordinarily, I would have shrugged and moved on, but once I started reading I was hooked. Unlike your former friend and my former BFF, I had no interest in Russian history. Nor did I visit the Alexander Palace site until long after I was reading about you on the various sites to be found --- most notably in the Oma Hamou Forum that you have still to take down, despite a court order.
In the beginning, it was fun. One could never predict how far you would go in terms of character assassination, to say nothing of your own preposterous claims of importance in any industry that doesn't know you exist, and an historical restoration project in Russia that rues the day it found out you did. I enjoyed watching your sock puppets rush to your defense. I met Rob, Bob, Blake and Mitzi --- ultimately, I met her sisters. Michele and I used to swap Hollywood gossip.
But then it started to turn. I can't remember if it was finding out that you had damaged the lives of so many people: landlords, businesses that trusted you to pay them, the entire country of Russia, Archimandrite Markell, whom I look forward to finally meeting in April, your own son. Or was it when I went to Russia myself for the first time, and fell under the spell of the Pushkin village. I met people who casually refer to you as the "devil's handmaid" and even one who makes the horns at the mention of your name. I saw the damage that you had inflicted upon the restoration by associating it with your fraudulent movie project.
And then I discovered that for some reason you are now talking about me and Mitzi as "internationally known drag queens". I think Rob, who has met us both, can testify to the fact that I use makeup impeccably and while I am approaching the latter part of my 60s, I am still quite presentable in public, thank you very much. He will be unable to testify to the fact that I am a biological woman, as I kept my $8,000 Chanel suit buttoned when we met the last time in Austin, but that's the kind of girl I am. However, I walked in on Mitzi in the George V last December when she was still in her slip, and if she is a man, she is doing an utterly unconvincing job. I will tell you this, though; if she is doing "drag" she is taking it all the way down to some very, very expensive underwear. That slip was gorgeous.
But we're not here to talk about ladies' underwear.
The last thing that you should know about me, Oma, since it was a theme in your last silly post, is that I am very rich. It's not something I brag about, because I was brought up correctly, but there's no point in being in the 1% if you don't use it for good. And it is now apparent to me that you won't stop until you are stripped of every resource you have to hurt people, and have the chance at adequate mental health treatments. You should know that Mitzi and Bitsy are also somewhat well off, and the "somewhat" is me being sarcastic. Hamou's blunder about her excuse for missing the federal court hearing on October 8 is an interesting example of how the mind of a pathological liar works.
First, Hamou scheduled an MRI to conflict with her court date, thinking that would give her an excuse for missing court. Then she was seen in the courthouse that day by a member of Judge Bluebond's staff, indicating Hamou might not even have showed up for the MRI. (Remember that all she produced for Judge Bluebond was the order for the MRI, not the actual MRI results.)
Then when that didn't work, this MRI suddenly became "emergency surgery". It's perfectly obvious to any sane observer that if Hamou missed court due to emergency surgery, it is that evidence she would have produced to Judge Bluebond, not some note of a scheduled MRI.
But with a pathological liar such as Hamou, truth is not an objective thing. It is whatever she needs it to be at the moment. Thus, when the MRI ploy didn't work, the excuse suddenly became emergency surgery.
Of course, Hamou will now spit and sputter that she could not produce the real medical record for Judge Bluebond because it would have fallen into our hands. That real medical record was provided to Judge Real in a "sealed envelope" along with a motion to seal the record. He did so without any objection from us, as we knew it was going to turn out to be the usual nonsense from Hamou. Sure enough, whatever was in that "sealed envelope" did not nothing to affect events, and Judge Real ordered her case referred to the Department of Justice for a criminal investigation, just as Judge Bluebond originally asked.
I continue to find myself surprised that Hamou would tell lies that are so obviously lies with any expectation that they would sway anyone other than an imbecile. However, she just continues to produce one new piece of evidence after another that she lies compulsively. Then I remind myself that looking for reason in her actions is pointless, as she is now so far into the depths of mental illness that reason simply no longer factors into anything she says or does.
And let's also not forget that at yet another time, Hamou admitted she was in court the day of the hearing but missed the hearing because she got the time mixed up.
Now, how in the hell did she show up at the courthouse at the wrong time while she was having "emergency surgery"?

The criminal record established via a plea bargain is the same as if you had gone to trial and were found guilty. The criminal charge will still show on your criminal record and be counted against you if you are arrested in the future. For a “knowing and intelligent” guilty plea to be made, defendants have to:
admit the conduct made punishable by the law
admit and understand the charges against them
know the consequences of the plea (both the sentence as it stands and the possible sentences that could be given were the defendant to have a trial), and
know and understand the rights that they are waiving (giving up) by pleading guilty, including (1) the right to counsel if unrepresented, (2) the right to a jury trial, (3) the right not to incriminate themselves, and (4) the right to confront and cross-examine their accusers.
There are NO VARIATIONS on GUILTY. Pleading Guilty is ADMITTING YOU ARE GUILTY. Period.

As for all these "subpoenas" she's yakking about, all I can say is "great!" Bob Atchison has been looking for a means of serving her with a summons for a debtor exam. Maybe she's about to repeat the huge favor she did him when she filed that Bill of Review and put herself back within the reach of the Texas court system and all the subsequent activity that has ultimately led to federal rulings that she has committed fraud, that she is a vexatious litigant, that she has committed defamation against Atchison, that she is in contempt of court, and that got her referred by a federal judge to the Department of Justice for criminal investigation.

I see that Hamou's lies are once again getting bigger and bigger.
It's true that Rob Moshein did get loud with exasperation in an Austin courtroom such that a bailiff escorted him into the hall (and then checked Hamou's name for outstanding warrants at Moshein's request).
But by yesterday on her blog this incident has expanded to two deputies dragging a dangerous Moshein out of the courtroom while poor Hamou cowered in fear for her life.
It's true that people who know Hamou have beaten her -- fairly routinely it seems, including (among others) a spouse and her son. So getting exasperated with her is certainly nothing new. But unlike people who actually have had to live with her, Moshein simply elevated his voice to the point that the judge asked a bailiff to escort him out of the courtroom. Surely if the judge had seen any threatening behavior he would have done more than just tell Moshein to take it outside.
And now for the first time we're hearing that her house in Littlerock burned to the ground.
For starters, it was not her house but a house in which she was, as usual, squatting without paying rent. Second, it was the kitchen that caught fire. The whole house did not burn down.
And this is not the first kitchen fire that has occurred in a house in which Hamou was squatting. There seems to be something about kitchen appliances and living with meth dealers that doesn't make for a good mix.

And that will give Bob Atchison a chance to serve her with notice of a debtor exam under federal court order. Hello from Austria! Mitzi, Shmuel and I had a wonderful time in Vienna. I dragged them out to Schoenbrunn one day, and the rest of the time we just shlepped around the city itself. Lots of pictures that I will email you, Rob.

I want to visit Vienna as my Great Uncle Rudolph was from an old Viennese Jewish family of some wealth. Uncle Ru was educated at the University of Vienna and studied with Sigmund Freud and Alfred Adler. He became Adler's protogé and second in the Adler Institute. Uncle Ru was very concerned when he was fired from teaching because he was a Jew. When Adler died suddenly in Argentina in 1938 of a heart attack, Uncle Ru was asked to finish the scheduled lecture/conference tour. He urged his parents to leave, they said "we are AUSTRIAN, not 'Jews', we have money and friends....." Ru got his sister and children to Stockholm, last stop of the tour. He left for Argentina. She "could have" but DID NOT. The story of her failed life. She "could have made a movie" but didn't, she "could have won Bob's lawsuit" but didn't. She "could have appeared at the right time on Oct. 8" but didn't.
This is how you know no "counsel" called the DOJ. Yawn. Some shows Jump the Shark and never change the story.
Hamou is failing to grasp several very simple things here.
1. The DOJ is bound by Judge Bluebond's Finding of Facts and Conclusions of Law. No appeal of that ruling was perfected, and it has become res judicata. The DOJ is not an appellate venue, and it has no authority whatsoever to look behind Judge Bluebond's ruling. All the DOJ will consider is whether there is a criminal case to be made that Hamou failed to comply with Judge Bluebond's order to remove all defamatory posts about Bob Atchison and refrain from continuing defamatory posts.
2. Even if the DOJ were to decide not to pursue the case, Rule 42 requires that Judge Real then appoint a private prosecutor to bring the issue before his court as a criminal matter. So, one way or another, Hamou is going to be held to account before Judge Real for blowing off Judge Bluebond's orders. It may take some time, but the federal courts simply will not tolerate their orders being ignored. Judge Real has already pointed out in his denial of Hamou's motion to dismiss that she is behaving as if compliance with federal court orders is optional.
3. As always when it comes to legal matters, Hamou is her own worst enemy. Would Bob Atchison like to collect on the multiple judgments he has against Hamou? Of course. But we all know she is flat broke and living on public assistance, rental scams, and grifts to get by. Frankly, if she had simply taken down the defamatory posts as Judge Bluebond ordered, Bob would be dead in the water for all intents and purposes in securing any real satisfaction from her. Hamou has committed a series of frauds over the years, resulting in almost two dozen judgments against her and two federal rulings that she committed fraud. But she has spread them out over so many jurisdictions, kept them small enough to fly under the radar of overloaded police departments, and chosen her marks well enough for low likelihood of pursuing her that she has largely managed to avoid the law (except for a few exceptions that have put her in jail for almost a year cumulatively). But her refusal to take down the defamatory posts about Bob has given us and other victims with whom we've talked the one thing we all most desire: to see her serve jail time.
In many ways, Hamous is just a common, low-life grifter who, like many of her kind, ekes out a scraggly existence and manages to skirt the law most of her life.
But, unlike some grifters, she has severe mental disorders, and it is the behaviors arising from those disorders that land her in real trouble with the law and in jail. She has already been in jail for probation violations relating to animal abuse convictions arising from her animal hoarding disorder. And now she is quite likely headed to jail for her irrational desire to vanquish Bob Atchison for perceived wrongs in exposing her life on the internet as a fantasy in which, instead of a disturbed low-rent con artist, she is an accomplished actress, a sexy model, a seasoned CEO, an artful movie producer, and a sophisticated jet-setter.
And the real irony is that, other than winning a contract case against her and trying to collect his judgment, Bob Atchison has been largely quiet about her on the internet over the years. He has simply become the proxy for her rage against those who have done the real heavy lifting of unmasking the seedy reality of her miserable life. In trying to use the internet to create the persona to support her scams, Hamou has never understood that the same tool that greased her scams could also be the sword that slayed her.
Now in her mid-fifties, with faded looks punctuated by missing teeth, wrinkled skin, and a bleating sort of crazed speech, Hamou can only get through her days by trying desperately to hang onto the fantasy life of tweets and old, heavily photoshopped photos of what she wanted to be but never had the looks, talent or judgment to attain.

Yeah, Judge Real placed it under seal, all right. Then he read it and promptly rejected her motion to set aside Judge Bluebond's ruling.
If Hamou had any sense or insight into herself, she'd quit drawing attention to this "sealed medical record", as what it actually demonstrates is that a second federal judge who saw her "medical evidence" joined Judge Bluebond in holding that she had no excuse for missing court on October 8.
Of course, Hamou is so deeply narcissistic that she cannot see things related to her for what they truly are and how others see them. She can only see them as what she needs them to be. This is yet another manifestation of the cluster of mental disorders she has.
Let's go over this chain of events again.
Yes, Hamou presented Judge Real with "medical evidence".
Yes, Judge Real granted her request to seal the record.
And, NO, Judge Real did not agree that the record provided any excuse for missing court on October 8.
In fact, after weeks of not getting around to Judge Bluebond's request for a criminal referral, Hamou's motion caused Judge Real to move the case to the top of the pile and look at it. And when he did he came down on her like a lead hammer within a couple of days, issuing the order for a criminal referral that we had been awaiting with growing impatience.
We are now hoping she will initiate a string of panicked calls to the DOJ which will only have the effect of speeding things up there, too. And it's a good bet that she will oblige us.
As I wrote earlier, Hamou is her own worst enemy. She has been proving that ever since she filed that Bill of Review in Texas that put her back within reach of Bob Atchison and his lawyers.

Let's go over this remarkable string of events again:
- Hamou files a Bill of Review in Texas which the court rejects. But doing so puts her within reach of service in Texas, and she is summoned to a debtors examination.
- She ignores the court order to appear, her own lawyer petitions to be relieved of representing her, and the Texas court issues a bench warrant for her arrest as well a monetary sanctions.
- She ducks into bankruptcy court to hide but gets her petition dismissed.
- Bob follows her to California and gets a sister state judgment issued so that his Texas judgment can be enforced by California courts.
- She tries to get a restraining order issued against Atchison, but when she is surprised to see Atchison appear in person, she ducks the hearing and sends her long-time scam accomplice Jim Sproul in with the claim that she was beaten the night before. The court rejects her "medical evidence" (sound familiar?), dismisses her petition, and instead awards Atchison costs and attorney fees, making this his third judgment against her.
- Hamou ducks back into bankruptcy court again when Hamid Refai, another victim of her scams, gets a bench warrant issued for her arrest for ducking a debtors examination to collect his judgment against her.
- She ducks back into bankruptcy court. This sets off a chain of events that ultimately results in the Chief Judge of the Bankruptcy Court ruling that Hamou committed fraud both against her own lawyer and against Bob Atchison. The lawyer is given a substantial monetary judgment against her, and her debt to Atchison is ruled permanently non-dischargeable in bankruptcy.
- The state court actions against Hamou for fraud, defamation, and vexatious litigation are all moved into the federal bankruptcy court by mutual consent, and Atchison wins all three actions.
- Hamou ignores the judge's orders, is twice found in civil contempt, and finally is deemed so recalcitrant that criminal proceedings are warranted to force compliance.
- She now faces a strong likelihood of incarceration by a federal court for criminal contempt.
(And remember that while all this was going on, Hamou was also being prosecuted in state court for animal abuse, resulting in multiple convictions on misdemeanor and felony charges, over $150,000 posted in bonds, and incarceration for probation violations.)
Hamou's delusions continue. She posted:
"the Supreme Court said that the court had an obligation especially considering that it knows that I am a pro se litigant, it had an obligation to ask for additional information regarding my surgery. Look up those cases because I did!!!!"
You should have also looked up appeal procedure. You will find that the arguments you are making are arguments that have to be raised through appeal. You failed to perfect your appeals, and the deadlines for doing so are long past. The DOJ cannot act as an appeal court, nor will even the Supreme Court take a case that was not properly appealed in the lower courts.
Hamou also posted:
"the transcripts I have in my posession do not show that the court ordered me that I could not publish any court related documents from the civil case with Bob Atchison and his web design company nor is it included in any court order."
Then you're missing some transcripts, because Judge Bluebond explicitly said that one could not end-run a defamation order by putting the defamatory comments into court pleadings that are then posted on the internet. While there is a defamation shield for what is said in court pleadings, the shield fails when those pleadings are posted outside the confines of the judicial proceedings.
And no one is forgetting the day you stood in front of Judge Bluebond and claimed that you were unable to remove posts from a particular site . . . and that when Judge Bluebond demanded the password from you she logged in on a laptop right in the courtroom and removed the posts. In short, you proved then and there to Judge Bluebond what Barry Wegman and your former attorney Baruch Cohen had been telling her -- that you are a shameless liar.
The DOJ will be informed about that little episode, about your posting of court pleadings on the internet in violation of Judge Bluebond's directive, and the subsequent posts you have made about Bob Atchison on your newest blog months after Judge Bluebond's order defined what claims about Atchison were prohibited for you to make.
Remember that Judge Bluebond's referral asked for an incarceration of at least 90 days. Judge Real has discretion to impose significantly more, and the brazen disregard for court orders that you have displayed will play into the tally.

Taking on Hamou as a client has been a real blow to more than one lawyer's win/loss statistics which, in addition to being stiffed for their fees, might be a reason so many of them end up suing her and thereby winning some court action involving her.

My carcinoma tumor was the size of a quarter. If your ocular melanoma (a mild form of cancer by any stretch) had been that size your eyeball would have exploded and you would be blind and have a glass eye. Emergency surgeries are not scheduled a week in advance, that makes it a PLANNED surgery. A teeny eyeball tumor does not make anyone sick. My huge tumor didn't make me sick. I felt fine. Everyone does when diagnosed with cancer. The cancer treatment makes one sick. Trust me, I spent a year sitting at Texas Oncology with literally hundreds of other cancer patients. How much radiation did you get? Oh, right none. How much chemo did you get? Right, NONE. So you weren't that sick, aside from the mental illness you have.
Res Judicata. Look it up, means you can not sue anyone for what they wrote in a Federal Court legal pleading which was decided and ruled on, in a State Court. Of course if you had a real attorney they would tell you that, instead you rely on the one made up existing only in the Diagnosed Mental Disorder in your head.
Regarding the adoption scam Hamou ran 28 years ago, she posted:

Regarding her failure to pick the baby up when Mary S. returned him to the lawyer's office, Hamou posted:

Here is a mother who has demanded that her baby be flown halfway across the country to be returned to her but neither shows up, nor contacts those receiving the baby, nor makes sure they have any means of contacting her. And, almost unbelievably, she claims that it is NO BIG DEAL other than the harm it causes to her?
Moreover, note the phrase "no one could get a hold of me". Hamou doesn't show up to retrieve her own baby, and it was up to other people to track her down instead of up to her to let them know what was going on with her failure to show?
Only a very, very severely unbalanced personality could put up such a post without any realization of just what is reveals about the depth of her psychosis.
Or just an uncaring, irresponsible, self-centered bitch out to take care of herself at anyone else's expense.

As Hamou wobbled and flailed throughout last evening in trying to put a good light on the the adoption scam, she succeeded only in revealing one aspect after another of her deep psychosis.
She posted:
"I did not even know where my baby was, if he was in California or in Texas or in Colorado, I just did not know. I was represented by a competent attorney who did in fact speak with those who had my child as well as with the court."
According to Hamou's version of events, this "competent attorney" made arrangements to have the baby brought from Colorado to California yet had let her know nothing of these plans in advance. He just arranged to have the baby brought to his office, and only then would he begin thinking about contacting Hamou to tell her there was a baby in his office for her to pick up.
This is, of course, utter nonsense that only a sociopath such as Hamou would expect any rational person to believe.
There had been a date and time appointed and communicated to Hamou for her to pick the baby up in the lawyer's office. But, as always with Hamou, she had some emergency event or some inadvertent confusion that intervened to keep her from following through.
This has been her MO for years and years, whether dealing with court dates, bill payments, rent . . . or child care. Always an emergency. Or an illness. Or an accident. Or a beating. Or a calendar mix-up.
And another thing that has been part of this MO: some months ago she complained after missing a bankruptcy court date that it was the fault of the court for not holding up the hearing and calling her on her cell phone as they had her number and could have reached her if only they tried.
In other words, it was the judge's responsibility to get Hamou to the court room, not her own. Just as it was the lawyer's responsibility to track her down when she failed to show to pick up her kid, not her responsibility to get there on time or at least let the lawyer know about the delay.
The woman's narcissism is so out of bounds that she can actually write about this stuff on the internet without realizing that it reveals her as a complete psychosis-ridden crackpot.
Hamou is still trying to huff and puff with meaningless threats to scare us off from a simple, logical assessment of the situation regarding her baby.
And it really is very simple.
1) Either the lawyer made arrangements with Mary S. to have a baby delivered to his office without first making arrangements to have Hamou pick up the baby, or
2) the lawyer had worked out with Hamou the date and time the baby would be at the lawyer's office, and Hamou failed to show.
Unless the lawyer was a complete fool, only the second scenario makes any sense. Why would any lawyer agree to take custody of a baby at his office without first having arrangements in place for the parent to pick up the baby? What if, after taking the baby without any prior arrangement with Hamou, he found out Hamou was on vacation . . . or, as is more typical with her, she was having emergency surgery, had just been beaten, or was in the middle of the newest cancer outbreak?
Since the lawyer had made no plans for the baby's care, it is obvious to any sane person that he had already made arrangements with Hamou for her to pick the baby up at a set time and place before he agreed to receive the kid.
As it was, the lawyer's secretary had to take the baby home with her that night, as the mother was a no-show.
Hamou is a pathological liar who lies so profusely that she doesn't even bother to think her lies through before she strews them around.

Yes, Rob, but how will she learn that Daryn's blog has nothing to do with you? (I'm not even sure it has anything do so with her, as her name is never mentioned on it. In fact, she's the one who keeps drawing attention to the blog and claiming it's about her.)
But I know she is frustrated, as her famous "IT team" that we heard about for months on end apparently let her down. And the police and the FBI who, according to her, more than once over the past several years identified all the posters here have apparently not let her in on the information they uncovered.
Now, of course, she's tweeting that she has delivered another whole new set of documents to some mysterious agency who is going to bring us to heel. It seems that the many meetings "in the FBI office" and the years-long FBI investigation they spawned have come to naught.
One thing never occurs to her, though. We stopped posting about her for a while after Judge Bluebond issued the order for her to take down the defamatory posts about Bob Atchison. It was only when she failed to comply with that order that we started back up again to deal with her new spewings.
Having put so much effort into creating the fantasy life and image of herself on the internet, she simply cannot stand the thought that we are out there putting out the truth about her conviction-ridden, squalorous life as a petty con artist and serial animal abuser.
Rob, there is something everyone needs to understand about the cluster disorders Hamou has. They create intense internal stresses in her as her internalized view of her situation in life comes into constant conflict with the reality she cannot avoid confronting.
For people with this cluster, truth is not the objective truth most people recognize, but rather what is known as "emotional truth", which to them is as real and as valid as objective truth is to normal people. This is one of the reasons that Hamou lies so constantly with nary a thought to consequences and can appear to be utterly convinced of even the most untenable of her claims.
It's also one of the reasons that Hamou, who to an objective observer is aging very badly, is missing a front tooth, has badly wrinkled skin, and prattles on incoherently in a feigned girlish voice, can still can convince herself that she is a sexually-alluring player who will yet produce a movie, attain the success and wealth she is convinced is her due, and vanquish the people who have held a horrifying and infuriating mirror up to her for so long.
One of the ways that people with these cluster disorders attempt to reduce internal stress is to busy themselves with tasks they are convinced will conform the world to their own internalized view of their situation. This is the reason that Hamou is always at work on some "legal timeline", some new assemblage of documents for "law enforcement", or on prepping for some very important meeting with a knight on a white horse who is going to make us all go away.
Of course, the reality is that she can't even get herself to court when ordered, everything she files with a court backfires on her, and she has never completed even one of the many appeals she has promised over the years. She deals with this by posting pleadings on the internet that either never saw the inside of a courthouse or blew up in her face, perhaps believing herself (and certainly trying to convince others) that a brief written is every bit as good as a brief submitted and a case won.
Those of us who inhabit the real world, however, know all this effort amounts to nothing more than a crazy person with no arms trying desperately to scratch a tortuous itch that just won't let up.

Hamou was convicted of misdemeanor and felony animal abuse. Animal Control personnel had to enter her abode in HazMat suits and wearing respirators due to the filth. She was also jailed for violating the terms of probation in what the judge called a "horrendous" case.
Hamou was evicted from at least five homes in which she was squatting.
Hamou has been slapped with yet another judgment in favor of Bob Atchison, this time for a spurious attempt to get a restraining order.
Hamou has filed three bankruptcy petitions but has not succeeded in having a single debt discharged through bankruptcy. In fact, her debts to Bob Atchison and her own lawyer, Baruch Cohen, have been ruled to be non-dischargeable in bankruptcy by reason of having been incurred by fraud.
Hamou was ruled by a federal court to be a vexatious litigant.
Hamou was ruled by a federal court to have defamed Bob Atchison.
Hamou has twice been held in contempt by a federal court.
Hamou is now being reviewed by the U.S. Department of Justice at the request of a federal district court judge for possible prosecution for criminal contempt of a federal court.
Of course, if Hamou wants to claim that Peter Kurth is still a big supporter after 12 years such as these, then it's up to Peter Kurth to explain why he's not a moron, not up to us.
April 18: Liar Moron Hamou bleated: a skilled and licensed attorney is at this moment researching and may very well prepare a Motion with respect to the court order of October 8, 2015.
Weeks later and NOTHING. Zip, zero, nada. So either this "licensed attorney" yet to be identified to anyone is not well "skilled" or as my money would bet non existent like all those other threatened attorneys she bleats about over the decades.
On an interesting note, the DOJ has been looking at this a very long time now and haven't declined to prosecute Hamou. That tells me they are looking long, hard and seriously at the Criminal Contempt Charges requested by TWO Federal Court Judges.
Hope Hamou is serious about "turning herself in" when charges are filed. Will this made up Mental Disease created attorney be accompanying her when she does? My bet says it will.
Moron Hamou is in for a HUGE surprise when held to trial for Criminal Contempt. Her claims of illness and surgery are literally meaningless and will not even be brought up at trial. The Criminal Contempt charge is NOT about whether Judge Bluebond was correct in holding that the illness was no excuse to answer. The trial will be about whether Hamou was IN CONTEMPT of Judge Bluebond's orders at the time. Nothing more. Period.
And of course, Judge Bluebond has already RULED that Moron Hamou was in contempt at the time, so that ruling will be honored, and then the only question will be of how long in excess of NINETY DAYS in Federal Jail Moron Hamou should be held.
SO, really, Moron Hamou should start to prepare to be a guest in the Greybar Hotel for at least three months. Could be up to a year. But, she's spent so much time in jail over her life already, it won't matter. And heck, it will beat grifting on Craigslist for a living, BUT then again the food won't be as good as Denny's.
SO, how do we know Liar Hamou has no attorney advising her about the forthcoming Criminal Contempt of Court? Simple. Just reading the LAW regarding Federal Criminal Contempt:

Do you see ANY MENTION that Illness or cancer has anything to do with it or whether Judge Bluebond was wrong in her findings of Contempt? NOPE.

A contempt proceeding does not open to reconsideration the legal or factual basis of the underlying order; the proceeding is not a retrial of the original controversy. See Maggio v. Zietz, 333 U.S. 56, 69 (1948); United States v. First State Bank, 691 F.2d 332 (7th Cir. 1982). Thus, an issue that could have been raised when the decree was entered cannot be raised for the first time in a contempt proceeding. See generally, United States v. Rylander, 460 U.S. 752 (1983).

The underlying order is Judge Bluebond's Order of Contempt. The law is clear: A contempt proceeding can NOT reconsider the legal or factual basis for Judge Bluebond's order. Hamou HAD her chance and now can no longer raise the question of her alleged illness. Hamou HAD raised that issue before Judge Bluebond, thus under the law it can not be raised at the Contempt proceeding. I know Moron Hamou has terrible time with basic English, but any competent attorney can read this law about Federal Criminal Contempt proceedings and understand this point.

Three or four Felony "Fugitive from Justice" arrest warrants were issued for her. Arrested and charged with Felony Forgery. Arrested twice for Animal Abuse. Liar Hamou has spent quite literally more than a cumulative YEAR behind bars in Jail. Hamou has been found to have committed FRAUD TWICE in Federal Court. Umpteen Judgements of Contempt of Court and now being held to Federal Criminal Contempt of Court Charge as ordered by Judge Real. Declared by a Federal Judge to be a "Vexatious Litigant".
Only in the diagnosed mental disorder in Moron Hamou's diseased mind is there the make believe world where Law Enforcement and the FBI investigate an alleged crime for more than a decade despite already knowing about the alleged crime.
That diagnosed Mental Disease demonstrates daily that it is still in full swing in Liar Hamou's rapidly greying head, just as the mental health professionals diagnosed years ago and stated in so many words that the disease would not go away unless treated. Maybe there will be mental health treatment in the Federal Metropolitan Detention Center in Downtown Los Angeles?? She will be in there for not less than 90 days and very well LONGER, so maybe?

Just a few problems with this account, even if she were to be believed about the gun:
1. It was not "their" home.
2. The son who was supposedly forced out of "their" home has multiple convictions and incarcerations for violence, including against police officers, and has been hospitalized for psychiatric reasons.
3. Hamou was squatting in that house without paying rent, just as she had done in Don Morton's house, Charlene Chipi's house, Eric Cowan's house, Hiuku Batchelor's house, and was to do in the next two places she moved. (And these are just the ones of which we know. Hamou leaves a trail of eviction notices and unlawful detainer actions behind her as a careless child leaves cookie crumbs behind him.)
4. There were no criminal charges against this person who supposedly forced a man out of his own home at the point of a gun, which is a multiple felony. So apparently the police didn't believe her story.
As usual, Hamou twists things to make herself appear a hapless, innocent victim when she is, in fact, the malfeasant who brings her own troubles upon herself.
And she's an idiot.
By way of demonstrating what a dutiful tenant she was, Hamou posted:
"I did pay $8000.00 to Mrs. Batchelor"
Uh, huh.
After she was arrested for felony forgery, put under a $1 million bail, and then prosecuted. Finally, after 13 months of continuances, Hamou was ordered by the court to pay "victim restitution" as a condition of having the prosecution dropped.
Meanwhile Mrs. Batchelor had to pay out of her own pocket for the repairs caused by Hamou's extensive damage to the premises.
But at least she didn't set the kitchen on fire as happened at Charlene Chipi's and Patrick O'Connor's houses.
Those damn finicky toasters.

Going out to supper shortly at Percorso with some friends from the village, but was able to take a look at Oma's latest posts before dressing. She seems to hate it a great deal when you interrupt her fantasy life with pesky things called facts, Blake. I always like when she brings poor Ms. Batchelor into the discussion, don't you? As though it was all a simple misunderstanding. You know, the kind of simple misunderstanding that requires lawsuits, prosecutors and threats a jail time to resolve. I'm sure we all have those kinds of things happen to us all the time!
In the meantime, Rob and Bob, you will be happy to know that things here are more beautiful than ever. I suppose I do have something to thank Our Girl for after all. Had I not stumbled into this brouhaha years ago I truly doubt that I would ever have visited Russia or the Tsar's Village, and that would left me without some of the most amazing experiences of my life, as well as some very kind new friends. It makes me very happy when faces at the village light up at the mention of your name, Bob, and they do, they really do. Most of them have no memory of Oma anymore, so I seriously doubt that anyone is left in Russia who does. But people here are very grateful for the many kindnesses the restoration project has experienced through your work, guys.

Hamou's post in which she crows about paying Mrs. Batchelor $8,000 is just another example of how disordered Hamou's mind is.
In trying to pass off this payment as proof that she meets her obligations, Hamou simply gives us a podium to acquaint new readers with another chapter in her sordid book of scams.
I spoke with both the prosecutor, Brian Stodghill, and with Mrs. Batchelor's son who had come from out of state to assist his mother with the mess Hamou created with her rental scam. Both told me that that there were only two reasons why Hamou was not sent to jail: (1) Mrs. Batchelor was an elderly widow, and her son did not want to see her have to be a witness in a criminal trial; and (2) Mrs. Batchelor needed the money to repair the damages Hamou had done to the house more than she needed to see Hamou in jail. Consequently, Mr. Stodghill agreed to settle the case if Hamou paid up. But even then it took Hamou months of continuance after continuance to scrape up the money -- money she has since claimed she had all along but had just failed to pay due to accidentally reaching for the wrong checkbook (something she has done repeatedly over the years). Finally, everyone ran out of patience with Hamou, no further continuances were granted, and Hamou was forced to cough up the money or go to trial for felony forgery. Even with the settlement, the judge entered the payment in the record as "victim restitution", making it clear that Mrs. Batchelor had been the victim of a crime.
Hamou is a lifelong con artist.
And an idiot.
In response to the above, Hamou posted:
"I did not forge any check as I was an authorized signer on the check in question and that also was confirmed by law enforcement"
That's right. "Law enforcement" confirmed that Hamou was an authorized signer on the checking account, but they arrested her anyway. And the D.A. went ahead and spent over a year prosecuting her for forgery anyway. And the judge entered a judgment for "victim restitution" anyway. All done despite "law enforcement's" confirming that Hamou was an authorized signer.
And she expects anyone to believe this?

Not to mention Blake, the "check in question" was on a LONG CLOSED Florida Checking account in the name of "Reseda Screen and Glass"! Funny how Hamou has written more than a DOZEN checks on long closed accounts! Three bad checks got her FELONY FRAUD convictions.

1) I never claimed to be friends with the Bureau Director in New York. I said I knew someone in the office, which I did (he's in DC now, poor baby), and he was able to confirm that the FBI has never heard of you unless you are on its crank list, which you may very well be. It certainly not investigating anything or anyone connected with this whole sorry affair, and you in particular should be very grateful for that.
2) The worst thing I said about you in my post yesterday is that no one remembers you at the restoration, which isn't quite true. There is a woman named Daniela who does. She doesn't exactly ritually spit at the mention of your name, but not by much. I did show some people the pictures of you being baptized this morning, as well as you in the leopard skin number. The hair and makeup got poor reviews in the first, and the pants were viewed as offensive. And while I am sorry that Mr. Sautov is no longer with us, it is nonetheless true that Bob Atchison is viewed in a very good light. Hard cheese for you, as we used to say when I lived in London.
3) If the only thing that prevented you from paying Ms. Batchelor in full was a mishap with the wrong check, why didn't you do it without having to drag through the court system?
4) I do not have a "blogger" account, whatever that is, because I do not have a blog. I do recognize why Rob does --- you have caused him and Bob so much trouble over the years that it makes sense to establish a counter-narrative to your lies. And since you never stop providing material, I can see where he has no trouble filling it. I barely can get off a postcard to the folks, dear, let alone maintain the constant state of warfare in which you exist with the rest of the world online. When I look at the pages and pages of utter crap you post all of the time, my mind boggles. Have you ever considered something like, oh, I don't know, getting a job? And honey, I am sure that Dr. Sautov was taken in by you. A lot of people have been; sadly, Bob and Rob were two of them. But when I first started visiting Russia, there were people at the restoration who did remember you, and trust me, the "Satin's handmaiden" tag was the result of you welshing on everything you promised to do for them and Russia.I am sure that in your world there was some kind of vast conspiracy orchestrated by Bob's company that caused this to happen. It wasn't that way at all, and you, and more importantly, the restoration people know it. You can throw all of the hissy fits you want to about why you are regarded the way you are in Russia --- although if the truth be told girlfriend, no one here seems to remember you at all except Daniela --- but the fact remains that you are responsible for that. Not Bob. Not Rob. You.
Meanwhile, I am going to show everyone your picture dressed as a tsarina. I just showed it to my waiter at breakfast, and all he could focus on was the very weird photoshopping you have done with your hair.

As I wrote recently, people with the cluster disorders Hamou has suffer intense stress as their internal fantasy world runs into constant conflict with the reality of the outside world, and they undertake extraordinary and often bizarre efforts to reduce this stress. Hamou demonstrated just such an effort with an absolutely bizarre letter she wrote to Chief Judge Sheri Bluebond this week.
She begins by insulting Judge Bluebond, telling her that she is biased against pro se litigants and that she was wrong in her ruling:
"I am writing this letter to you because I want you to know that I know you do not like pro se litigants and I am scared writing this letter but I want you to know that you were wrong."
Among her typical blathering, Hamou also proves once again that she is just as willing to lie to a federal judge as she is to anyone else. Hamou informs Judge Bluebond that the Bill of Review Hamou filed in Texas was dismissed "because I failed to file a proof of service."
This is a blatant lie. Not only was Bob Atchison served with notice of the action, but both he and Hamou attended the hearing. As anyone with even a modicum of knowledge of the legal system knows, no hearing is held on a matter and no judgment is rendered until all parties have been properly served. The very fact that a hearing occurred with both parties present is proof that service was made. Moreover, Judge Cooper did not dismiss the case, as Hamou claimed. He entered summary judgment in favor of Atchison. A summary judgment is NOT a dismissal of a case. It is a ruling on the merits (or lack thereof) of a case.
And there are other lies in the letter. For instance, in a flight of high treacle, Hamou wrote, "I am a mother, I was thinking about my children . . . ." The problem here, of course, is that Hamou has only one child -- a grown son with psychological problems who has been in and out of jail as much as his mother.
The most amusing part of the letter, though, was her claim that she has "a lot of other things that is and has impeded my health and could turn to cancer . . . . What is those additional nodules discovered inside of me?"
Beyond her current claim of cancer, over the years Hamou has claimed breast cancer, colon cancer, rectal cancer, and uterine cancer (always coinciding with a payment being due or a court date rolling around). Now she apparently has Jiffy Pop cancer by which she is filled with little kernels waiting to explode into death missiles every time the heat comes on.
The fact that Hamou opened this ludicrous letter by insulting Judge Bluebond and closed the letter by telling Judge Bluebond the whopper about the Bill of Review's being dismissed for lack of service makes it a waste of time to review the rest of the letter's contents, which were quite obviously nothing more than the rant of a madwoman. (Remember that Judge Bluebond already knows Hamou is a liar, because Hamou claimed in open court that she could not delete the contents of a website which Judge Bluebond deleted right from the bench once she forced Hamou to give her the password.)
As ever, Hamou is the gift that keeps on giving.

From Bob's answer to the Bill of Review, which he acknowledged was served:
24. Service was not returned to the Court until January 26, 2011, a full SIXTEEN MONTHS after filing. See the Court Docket for this matter.
25. There can be no legal alternative for this court other than finding that Plaintiff Hamou exhibited the most extreme lack of diligence in this case by failing to even request service for a full FOURTEEN MONTHS after filing, when Texas law states that even a TWO month delay affirmatively demonstrates lack of due diligence. Hansler, supra.
26. This Court has no alternative but to find that the Statute of Limitations had long run and thus Hamou is not entitled to request relief by bill of review.
27. In two cases the Texas Supreme Court has held that a bill of review was barred by laches even though limitations had not run. In Ruland v. Ley, 135 Tex. 591, 144 S.W.2d 883, 884-885 (1939), the Court held that a plaintiff's unexplained delay of four months in filing a bill of review to set aside a dismissal for want of prosecution without notice was barred by laches. In Myers v. Pickett, 81 Tex. 53, 16 S.W. 643, 644-645 (1891), the Court held that plaintiffs' two-year delay in filing a bill of review was not adequately explained by plaintiffs' assertion that they were not aware of the law that gave them grounds for setting aside the judgment again.
28 In this case, Hamou did nothing for Three Years, Three Hundred Sixty Five days, filing only literally on the last possible day. Hamou then did NOTHING in furtherance of her Petition in this case for another FOURTEEN MONTHS, acting even only a full TWO MONTHS AFTER this Court placed his matter on the DWOP calendar. Allowing Hamou to pursue this bill of review would without doubt work a grave injustice as her actions clearly justify the application of laches to bar this action on which limitations has also run. This is a motion in Equity, and it would be most inequitable to allow Hamou to wait sixty-two months to act, after all appellate avenues were foreclosed to her by her own inaction.
29. This Court must find that Plaintiff Hamou’s Petition in Equity for relief by bill of review must be denied on the basis of Laches and Estoppel by her clear and intentional inaction in actively pursuing her claims for a total of over five years of time.
30. In a petition for a bill of review, the petitioner must allege extrinsic fraud as distinguished from intrinsic fraud. Nelson v. Chaney, 193 S.W.3d 161, 165 (Tex. App.-Houston [1st Dist.] 2006, no pet.); Tice v. City of Pasadena, 767 S.W.2d 700,
32. Plaintiff Hamou’s “Bill of Review” states specifically that she complains of the judgment in GN303141 “was made against defendant Hamou based entirely on perjured testimony that plaintiff gave at trial.” This document indicates that she wishes to “enter evidence and prove the material falsity of representations plaintiff (Atchison) made at trial”. Thus, Plaintiff Hamou therefore complains here only of matters intrinsic to the trial. Browning at 348. This Court must deny her request for equitable relief by Bill of Review as she fails to plead, much less prove, Extrinsic fraud as required.
36. Hamou argues further “The fraud Defendant perpetrated at trial deprived Ms Hamou an opportunity to present her valid defense.” Supplemental Bill of Review pg 9. “She [Hamou] did argue that such emails should be disregarded.” Id at 10. Hamou therefore complains here only of matters intrinsic to the trial. Browning at 348. This Court must deny her request for equitable relief by Bill of Review as she fails to plead, much less prove, Extrinsic fraud as required.
37. Hamou’s Supplemental Bill of Review further discusses only statements made during trial as the basis for seeking relief by Bill of Review. Id pg. 10-14. Hamou therefore complains here only of matters intrinsic to the trial. Browning at 348. This Court must deny her request for equitable relief by Bill of Review as she fails to plead, much less prove, Extrinsic fraud as required.
38. As Plaintiff Hamou mentions nothing whatsoever other than issues actually raised during the original trial, Plaintiff Hamou, in point of fact, fails utterly to allege, much less prove, any extrinsic fraud as a basis for seeking relief by bill of review as required by the law. In a petition for a bill of review, the petitioner must allege extrinsic fraud as distinguished from intrinsic fraud. Nelson v. Chaney, 193 S.W.3d 161, 165 (Tex. App.-Houston [1st Dist.] 2006, no pet.); Tice v. City of Pasadena, 767 S.W.2d 700, 702 (Tex. 1989). "[F]ailure to plead extrinsic fraud will result in denial of the right to a trial by bill of review." Ince v. Ince, 58 S.W.3d 187, failure to plead and prove extrinsic fraud as required by the law.
CONCLUSION
I. Plaintiff Hamou in fact failed to file an appeal or Motion for New Trial in Cause GN303141. She clearly ignored the legal remedies available to her. Plaintiff Hamou in fact failed to exercise ANY diligence in pursuing any adequate legal remedies to the challenged judgment therein and has failed to show good cause for failing to ignore or exhaust those remedies. This is a required element for bill of review relief, one which she cannot establish, thus she is not entitled to bill of review relief.
II. Plaintiff Hamou exhibited the most extreme lack of diligence in this case by failing to even request service for a full FOURTEEN MONTHS after the lapse of the statute of limitations, when Texas law states that even a TWO month delay in service affirmatively demonstrates lack of due diligence. Her request for relief by bill of review is, as a result, barred by the statute of limitations and must be denied.
Last evening Hamou gave us yet another demonstration of her cluster disorders at work as she tried to refute Rob's above post.
Here are the cold, hard facts regarding the Bill of Review Hamou filed:
- Bob Atchison was served with notice of the action.
- A full hearing was held with both parties present.
- After hearing from both sides, Judge Cooper issued summary judgment in favor of Bob Atchison because of Hamou's failure to prove a necessary component of the action: i. e., that she had been prevented from appealing her original loss to Atchison by reason of extrinsic fraud.
This was not a "dismissal" on a "technicality" as Hamou keeps asserting. It was a judgment issued in favor of Atchison because Hamou, who was present at a hearing where she had the opportunity to present the evidence necessary to prevail, utterly failed to make the required showing of extrinsic fraud.
This is what actually happened. It is in the court record. It is irrefutable.
But in Hamou's disordered mind, she needs to believe something else: that her case was unfairly dismissed on a technicality and that if she had been given a proper opportunity to be heard she would have prevailed.
Thus the "facts" in her hands become utterly disconnected from the real events and instead emerge out of her compelling emotional need for the truth to be something else.
After years of trying to build a fantasy life on the internet and being confronted constantly with inconvenient truths, the cumulative stress has apparently completely unhinged her and finally destroyed her last tenuous connections to reality.

The Mental Disorder runs strong is Liar Moron Hamou. It pretends the Bill of Review was dismissed because Process was not Served YET it said "Judge Livingston granted my Motion to Retain my Texas Bill of Review and it was set for a hearing in August of 2011."
Ummm MORON NOBODY sets a hearing if there wasn't SERVICE! That's basic Civil Procedure. I was IN THE COURTROOM. I heard Judge Cooper ask Liar Moron Hamou a DOZEN TIMES "Tell me what he did outside of the trial. I can't consider ANYTHING that came up at trial." Hamou kept bleating "he lied. he committed fraud at the trial..." and Judge Cooper said "then you have a big problem. you have to tell me something that happened outside the trial." Then Liar Hamou broke out in Alligator tears and asked if it was ok to use a Kleenex, sobbing. THEN Judge Cooper issued her ruling "Based on the evidence and after a hearing the Bill of Review is DENIED."
So. Once again Moron Hamou is the gift that keeps on giving. Liar Moron Hamou sent Judge Bluebond a letter, telling the Judge that the Judge was WRONG and "hates pro se litigants". Smooth Move Ex Lax. Insult the Judge and tell her she is wrong? That should go over well...*snicker*
In addition to totally disrespecting the Chief Bankruptcy Judge, Moron Hamou has awakened the sleeping Giant. Her letter forced Mr. Wegman to file an Objection immediately, which he has done. Now Judge Bluebond has been reminded (lets face it, she's really busy) that Hamou CONTINUES to violate her orders and that the DOJ hasn't brought charges yet, MONTHS after she requested so. So, Judge B. will very likely pick up the phone and chat with the DOJ about enforcing her orders.
Yes, Hamou sucks and fails miserably at every turn. (Her own words, not mine)

The FBI polygraph unit has provided affidavits and live testimony in several district courts to rebut a defendant's proffer that his polygraph results are reliable, and stands ready to assist any prosecutor confronted with such a motion to introduce polygraph results
Prosecutors should argue that expert opinion on credibility invades the jury's province.
Third, the prosecutor should argue that polygraph results are inadmissible under Rule 403 as prejudicial, misleading, and a waste of time. United States v. Williams, 95 F.3d 723, 729-30 (8th Cir. 1996) (polygraph results can mislead the jury); United States v. Pettigrew, 77 F.3d 1500, 1515 (5th Cir. 1996) (unilaterally obtained polygraphs examinations are almost never admissible under Rule 403); United States v. Sherlin, 67 F.3d 1208, 1216-17 (6th Cir. 1995) (Rule 403 is a proper ground for excluding polygraph results even after Daubert), cert. denied, 116 S. Ct. 795 (1996)
Back in New York at last! It's amazing how much Hamou goes on about what "law enforcement" and various judges have supposedly said about the posters here being liars, unstable, or otherwise despicable.
Yet not a single one of us has ever had a scrape with the law or ever been ordered to submit to psychiatric evaluation.
Hamou, on the other hand, has:
- been convicted of felony forgery in several states
- been convicted of misdemeanor and felony animal abuse
- been arrested for multiple probation violations
- spent more than a year cumulatively in jails
- been found in contempt of court several times
- been sanctioned with fines in Texas and California for misconduct during court proceedings
- been found by a federal court to have committed fraud against Bob Atchison and against her own attorney
- been found by a federal court to have defamed Bob Atchison
- been found by a federal court to be a vexatious litigant
- been ordered by both criminal and civil judges to submit to psychiatric examination
She's a career con artist, a multiple convicted felon, a psychopathic liar, and someone who has been professionally diagnosed with severe histrionic personality disorder.
Yet, according to her, we're the ones who judges and "law enforcement" find problematic.

Perhaps you'd better comply with the court orders Judge Bluebond has issued to you and clear up those two contempt orders she's slapped on you before you start asking her for things. Remember that she has declared you a vexatious litigant, and you can't initiate any proceeding without her permission. And, of course, since you just wrote her a letter accusing her of bias against pro se litigants and of issuing incorrect rulings, you might find her not particularly sympathetic to your whining.
And whether you are using servers in the United Kingdom or on Mars, the real point is that you remain in defiance of Judge Bluebond's orders in your use of the internet.
But by all means, request that subpoena. I'm sure Judge Bluebond would like to see your weeping mug back in her courtroom. That is if you can remember the date and time of the hearing.

- Hamou tried to file papers in federal court but had to be carried out on a gurney
- Hamou was in a bank line to get money to make a payment but fainted dead away
- Hamou was going to pay promised money but got hit on the head with a baseball
- Hamou was going to send money to the Orthodox church but her rectal cancer spread to her uterus
- Hamou was going to give her attorney, Baruch Cohen, his retainer but illness intervened
- Hamou was going to go to trial in Austin against Atchison but needed continuance after continuance because of failing health
- ad nauseum . . . .
I have never heard of someone who seems to have a health issue every single time a payment is due or she is due in court. (Actually, I've never even heard of someone who has so many court dates. I guess that comes from being at the losing end of almost two dozen civil cases and several criminal cases.)

I'm not the slightest bit "worried" about whatever lie detector results Moron Hamou bleats about. She is a pathological LIAR as confirmed by her own sister Shirley and brother Keith (the one NOT in prison for 1st degree murder) and confirmed by a Federal Court Judge.

When Hamou wrote her recent bizarre letter to Judge Bluebond, she filled it with claims that I would have dearly loved to be able to tell Judge Bluebond were complete bunk. Of course, I had no way to do so.
Until . . . Hamou did if for me!
In her newest filing with the Bankruptcy Court, Hamou attached as an exhibit my post from this blog in which I pointed out that Hamou was lying about the Texas Bill of Review's being dismissed due to lack of service; that she has no "children" but only one disturbed felon of a son; and that she has been claiming all sorts of cancers for years on end.
My post also mentioned that Judge Bluebond caught Hamou in a lie in open court months ago when Hamou claimed to be unable to remove a defamatory web post that Judge Bluebond easily removed herself right from the bench once she had Hamou's password. So Hamou also managed to remind Judge Bluebond of that little episode, just in case Judge Bluebond had forgotten about it.
The fact that Hamou somehow thinks this was an astute move her part is further proof of how absolutely deranged the woman is.
For my part, though, I am in one great mood now.

Let's hope that Hamou sends the above post to Judge Bluebond, too. Maybe it'll get her interested in reading this whole blog that rehearses the lengthy list of Hamou's adverse civil judgments, her numerous arrests, her felony convictions for bad checks and animal abuse, her long history of squatting and eviction actions, and her interminable claims of illnesses and numerous cancers.
Of course, no sane defendant would want a judge to know all this. But this is Hamou we're talking about here, folks.

The paths by which lives intersect and relationships form can be endlessly fascinating.
One of my best friends these days is Brad Summerfield, a person I met via Hamou's old forum, of all places. Brad, who had read all about her fascinating career as an actress, model, film producer, and CEO, became quite a supporter of hers for a while on her forum. However, as with so many people who at first rallied to her cause, he soon became disillusioned as more and more information emerged about her real life, and he eventually contacted me. At first I was a bit leery of his motives, but his candor soon caused me to drop my guard, and we now correspond almost daily.
And then, of course, there are the Kedems. Mitzi, Bitzi, Fritzi, and Ditzi had all lost contact with their sister Nitzana, who had become a freelance journalist with a promising career who abruptly dropped out of sight. But, again thanks to Hamou's websites, they picked up the trail of their dear sister Nitzi when she wrote a highly laudatory piece about Hamou's impressive career in film, business, and international charity work. Although Nitzi was in a bit of a slump (that's putting it mildly) after her encounter with Hamou and the ensuing fallout in her own career, they were able to reestablish contact with their dear sister and begin rebuilding Nitzi's confidence in herself and her faith in humanity.
And soon we all met Penelope Autumnvale who, despite some admittedly questionable relatives back in the old country and a little problem with watercress sandwiches, has turned out to be quite a lady.
Of course, friendship brings its sorrows as well. For a while we enjoyed the company of Loftus Fallmead on this blog until the poor lad developed toe cancer that spread to his rectum and ultimately took his life. Shortly after his death his girlfriend Buffy Winterlea reached out to us, but we were all just too depressed over the untimely loss of Loftus to warm to her overtures and, sadly, we have lost contact with her.
But with Brad Summerfield, Penelope Autumnvale, and yours truly we feel we have enough of the seasons of friendship covered to feel fulfilled in our relationships.
I know I'm waxing a bit nostalgic this evening, but I guess all this confusion while I try to figure out who I am just has me thinking about life and its many twists.
Darling Blake, it has been a pleasure to get to know you and indeed everyone on this site, but I spell my name "Bitsy". We've assimilated, and, well, "Bitzi" just seemed to ethnic. Not that we're ashamed or anything. My son, the Only Jewish Chad, is planning to have a rabbinical ceremony when he marries Snorri Haraldson, the Gift of G-d from Iceland. Grandchildren! At last!

Just WHO is supposed to be "on their Honeymoon at Disneyland"? I was admitted to the hospital yesterday morning for surgery and am still here. I didn't go anywhere on the 4th of July, I had tons to do at home to get ready to be in hospital for several days.

I met Rebecca in New York, and the two of us came out for an extended visit with darling Bitsy and her husband. Darling Blakele, we are out here in darling California on another of our extended visits to my sister Bitsy. Nitz, Nitsy and our sister of the heart Rebecca have been having a wonderful time. We even took part in the Los Angeles Women's March, along with loyal allies my adorable nephew Chad and his husband, the very Icelandic Snorri! Such fun, darling!
