I want to make certain readers understand my point of this blog. For years now, Oma Hamou, [who now uses the aka names of Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Murphy, and in years past aka names known to Law Enforcement of Oma McConnell, Oma Demian, Oma Chedid, Oma Ashkenazy, Rebecca Jordan and Jordan Taylor] has made it her life's work to plaster the internet with libel, slander and defamation about me. You can read in previous blogs, for yourself, how she admits that this is her goal.
As there is little Law Enforcement can do to assist me at this time, I can only defend myself here. If Oma Hamou and whatever cronies she may have had just left me alone, there would not have been a need for this blog.
Credibility, as she said, is the key. So judge the woman accusing me for her credibility:
She has THREE felony convictions for fraud, she wrote bad checks.
She was arrested three times as a FELONY FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE for failing to live up to the terms of her probation for those felonies.
She is CURRENTLY facing trial for FELONY FORGERY Case FVI802540 Defendant 3045972 MCCONNELL, ALEXANDRA OMA in San Bernardino County. Detail are in the most recently previous blog or you can go here http://www.sbcounty.gov/courts/genInfo/openaccess.htm
and read the entire minute orders for the hearings to date on this Felony Crime Charge, as recently as yesterday.
Oma Hamou aka Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Murphy et al has spent about an entire YEAR of her life sitting in jail over the course of her life. Most recently in Victorville California for some six weeks in last November and December. Ask her how she enjoyed her 2008 Thanksgiving Dinner in jail.
This woman has accumulated debt on the public record of nearly one million dollars. This public information is out on the internet and easily found.
This woman lies. Just last night she said that her attorney told her I had spoken to the DA prosecuting her felony Forgery charge and she "knew all about it". This was a bald faced lie. I have never spoken to the DA.
She says "law enforcement" have "told her" things about me. These statements are a bald faced and deliberate lie. I can go on an on, you can read all the previous blog posts I have put up if you want the details.
Now this woman through her old boyfriend Jim Sproul of Northridge California (who by his own admission has given Oma Hamou aka Alexandra McConnell et al OVER ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS AS A GIFT. ARE YOU LISTENING INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE??) now says

According to the San Bernadino's District Attorney's office Oma Hamou is not on trial for felony forgery."

Mr. Moshein has several times explained that he did not contest the restraining order because he was not using the name of Tonya Hoochie, and he told the judge that in chambers. So the order restrained him from doing something he was not doing or planning to do, anyway.
Nowhere could I find a single word reflecting a judicial finding that Mr. Moshein was, in fact, Miss Hoochie. Therefore, your repeated reliance on the restraining order to "prove" that Mr. Moshein and Miss Hoochie are one and the same is, frankly, without grounds -- unless, of course, you can point us to that finding.

But something to which I did not first attach much significance is starting to worry me. That nice young man, Mr. Nick Batchelor, said he did not live in Oak Hills but had come home for a while to help his mother get through the stress of trying to recover the money Ms. Hamou/McConnell/Murphy owed her. In fact, the reason he was urging his mother to accept a civil settlement in lieu of a criminal trial was that he could not stay in Oak Hills much longer, as he had to return to his own life, and his mother needed to put this painful encounter with your friend behind her.
I had viewed his story as simply a wonderful example of a dutiful son helping a put-upon parent through a difficult time.
Last evening, though, someone sent me some information from an old website. I was distressed to find a story similar to Mr. Batchelor's being told. It seems your fried once got involved with an elderly Mr. Don Morton and put him under some financial strain. As Mr. Batchelor had to do, Mr. Morton's son and daughter-in-law had to return home to help Mr. Morton extract himself from his unfortunate entanglement with your friend. In fact, the younger Mortons had to move in with Mr. Morton and consult with an attorney and the police to keep your friend away from Mr. Morton.
I have to say, Justin dear, that the tale of the Mortons casts Mr. Batchelor's story in a more ominous light. Why is it that when elderly people become involved financially with your friend Ms. Hamou/McConnell/Murphy, their children have to drop what they are doing and come to the rescue of their parents?
