I want to make certain readers understand my point of this blog. For years now, Oma Hamou, [who now uses the aka names of Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Murphy, and in years past aka names known to Law Enforcement of Oma McConnell, Oma Demian, Oma Chedid, Oma Ashkenazy, Rebecca Jordan and Jordan Taylor] has made it her life's work to plaster the internet with libel, slander and defamation about me. You can read in previous blogs, for yourself, how she admits that this is her goal.
As there is little Law Enforcement can do to assist me at this time, I can only defend myself here. If Oma Hamou and whatever cronies she may have had just left me alone, there would not have been a need for this blog.
Credibility, as she said, is the key. So judge the woman accusing me for her credibility:
She has THREE felony convictions for fraud, she wrote bad checks.
She was arrested three times as a FELONY FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE for failing to live up to the terms of her probation for those felonies.
She is CURRENTLY facing trial for FELONY FORGERY Case FVI802540 Defendant 3045972 MCCONNELL, ALEXANDRA OMA in San Bernardino County. Detail are in the most recently previous blog or you can go here http://www.sbcounty.gov/courts/genInfo/openaccess.htm
and read the entire minute orders for the hearings to date on this Felony Crime Charge, as recently as yesterday.
Oma Hamou aka Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Murphy et al has spent about an entire YEAR of her life sitting in jail over the course of her life. Most recently in Victorville California for some six weeks in last November and December. Ask her how she enjoyed her 2008 Thanksgiving Dinner in jail.
This woman has accumulated debt on the public record of nearly one million dollars. This public information is out on the internet and easily found.
This woman lies. Just last night she said that her attorney told her I had spoken to the DA prosecuting her felony Forgery charge and she "knew all about it". This was a bald faced lie. I have never spoken to the DA.
She says "law enforcement" have "told her" things about me. These statements are a bald faced and deliberate lie. I can go on an on, you can read all the previous blog posts I have put up if you want the details.
Now this woman through her old boyfriend Jim Sproul of Northridge California (who by his own admission has given Oma Hamou aka Alexandra McConnell et al OVER ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS AS A GIFT. ARE YOU LISTENING INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE??) now says

The stalker incident a court in Texas issued a restraining order against you in that it side O had proven a likelihood of success of her case against you and Bob and Pallasart in the claims she aimed at you was that you stalked her, that's it a Judge sided with her. Actually Bob the District Clerk's office says Bob and his attorney are a liars because there was no existing lawsuits filed in the state of Texas other than the then present case GN303141. Oma told me the Judge ordered you to sit outside so you personally would not have known what was said inside that court room. Bob and his attorney told the courts a lie and Oma in the trial transcripts pointed the lie out but rather than to call the clerk's office the Judge not JURY choose to believe the word of Bob's attorney who backed up her client by saying another lawsuit had been filed in Texas. - Oma was hit by a foul ball at her son's baseball game and had to be taken to the hospital.
- Oma could not honor her promise to reimburse a woman for trip expenses to Pushkin because Oma had to fund the abortion of a friend's two-headed fetus.
- Oma got in a car accident in Russia and could not deliver the funds to the Alexander Palace that she had promised them for restoration work.
- Oma got mugged in Russia and had her wallet and passport stolen.
- Oma told Bob Atchison a payment had been overnighted to him. When he did not get it, she sent him a "receipt" for the shipment. It was a receipt for a book of stamps.
- Oma told Bob Atchison another payment had been overnighted to him. She gave him a tracking number that traced back to another sender's name.
- Oma was hospitalized at Cedars of Sinai hospital. Except that, upon checking, she was not registered there as a patient.
- Oma went to the hospital with anal cancer and came out with liposuction.
- Oma forgot to take her checkbook to Austin to pay Bob Atchison because she had been late catching her flight from Los Angeles due to her meeting at Universal Studios with Steven Spielberg having run late. (This was the meeting where arrangements were finalized for Elizabeth Taylor to play Minnie and John Malkovich to play Nicholas in Oma's soon-to-be filmed opus about the last Romanovs. The deal for Fergie to play Anna Vyrubova had not quite been finalized.)
- One of the promo shots she posted on the internet has the South Korean flag in the background because Oma cut a deal for the South Koreans to cover air fare for her movie in exchange for her plugging South Korea -- a country which did not exist until almost 30 years after the fall of the Romanovs -- in the movie.
- And, most recently, while driving around Irvine as Justin Edwards, Oma got into another car accident, which caused her to go on pain meds which caused an unusually fertile explosion of incoherent posts a few evenings back.
I hope there are no typos in the above. I've got tears of laughter rolling down my cheeks as we're writing this.

On May 23, 2001, American Express filed a Complaint in Los Angeles County Superior Court, (number PC027665), against you, Oma Hamou, Enigma Royal Films, Mark Anderson, Peggy Anderson and William Morton for collection of debt and promissory note. Peggy Anderson is sister to Mark Anderson (I mentioned them in an earlier posting).
On March 15, 2002 American Express won a judgment against Enigma Royal Films for $73, 259.82, against Enigma Royal Films for $171,991.53, against you personally, Oma Hamou in the amount of $127,155.45, William Morton in the amount of $15,882.02, Mark Anderson in the amount of $26,685.92, and Peggy Anderson in the amount of $8,956.92.
That was almost $400,000.
Later. on 10/24/2002 Mark and his sister Peggy were taken off the judgment and it was assigned as follows - Donald Morton,$15,882.02 - Oma Hamou (that's you, Oma) , $127,155.45 - Enigma Royal Films, $82,012.56 - Enigma Royal Films, $190,006.60.
I understand Mark and Peggy were able to prove they knew nothing about the credit cards or the charges made in their names - or else you admitted it.
Since you were/are Enigma Films that's almost all you, Oma Hamou. It was almost $400,000 7 years ago and who knows what it has grown to with interest.
So, help clear this up, Oma did you use Mark and Peggy's SS numbers or sign or submit AMEX credit applications in their names? Did you do the same with David Davidson?
Did you have the statements mailed to you? Did they know what you had done?
I know you told me this was a corporate credit card, centrally billed to you, and they weren't individual liability cards. Was that true?
Did you use David Davidson's AMEX credit card number to pay your bills without his authorization?
What is the status of the AMEX judgment? Have you paid any of it off like you have promised many times in the past?
I hope you will welcome this opportunity to clear this all up and get your story out.

So, why bring them up now, when you didn't care enough to disclose them as required in order to be able to actually USE THEM.
As for the SSN, two of the people I have talked to, one in Law Enforcement and another trying to collect on one of those pesky judgments in the name of OMA HAMOU and not her company, both told ME that you er Oma posted your OWN SSN on the internet, using a name you knew I used, to FRAME ME, in order to have a valid excuse to get a NEW social security number that would not reveal the FELONY ARRESTS, FELONY CONVICTIONS and LARGE DEBTS associated with the previous one.

Actually, honey, I know more than you think. Unlike you, I really do have a great job in the financial industry and we deal with Amex all of the time. I put in a call this morning about all of this, and lo and behold, the records are available. You know, as a professional favor. The kind of thing that people in the business do for each other all of the time. Is it fair to people like you? No, not really, but it is common practice for a bank to investigate people or firms to whom they might wish to lend money. Let's call my search at Amex pre-emptive. After all, we don't KNOW that you aren't going to borrow money from my bank. Your records indicate that you have had substantial dealings with a Middle East financial institution already.
Where was I? Oh, yes. The money is indeed owed by Oma Hamou and Enigma Films, more or less in equal amounts. Amex was unable to uncover any other full-time employees of Enigma or even a physical location for corporate headquarters. The cards had indeed been filched from the others listed in the original suit, and Amex had them dismissed from the action and instead targeted Oma Hamou. They won the action, and she was directed to settle. Which she has not, obviously.
You overlook the fact that you lost the action, Oma. And oddly, Bob Atchison had nothing to do with it. Neither his name or Moshein's appears once in the file. Not once.
Oh, and no action was taken against the Morton man because it was apparent he could not be called as witness due to his health in the beginning of the action.

In line with that, the Amex people concluded that it was unlikely that Enigma Films have ever existed as a legal entity, but was merely a dummy corporation set up so that she could funnel money through its' books. Needless to say, no one has ever seen the books. Almost as soon as the judgment was rendered she disappeared. I can't say they were exactly surprised to learn that she faces trial for forgery.

I don't know anything about your request for documents and if those documents weren't submitted then it isn't Oma's fault but the law firm of Malich and whatever their name is because they are the one's who had those records from Dave Slater. And yes, in the court documents Dave Slater provided yes regarding Bob, Mrs. Davidson would have testified after all your bud did say this woman said something she says she never did.
