Credibility, as she said, is the key. So judge the woman accusing me for her credibility:
She has THREE felony convictions for fraud, she wrote bad checks.
She was arrested three times as a FELONY FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE for failing to live up to the terms of her probation for those felonies.

Oma Hamou aka Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Murphy et al has spent about an entire YEAR of her life sitting in jail over the course of her life. Most recently in Victorville California for some six weeks in last November and December. Ask her how she enjoyed her 2008 Thanksgiving Dinner in jail.
This woman has accumulated debt on the public record of nearly one million dollars. This public information is out on the internet and easily found.
This woman lies. Just last night she said that her attorney told her I had spoken to the DA prosecuting her felony Forgery charge and she "knew all about it". This was a bald faced lie. I have never spoken to the DA.
She says "law enforcement" have "told her" things about me. These statements are a bald faced and deliberate lie. I can go on an on, you can read all the previous blog posts I have put up if you want the details.
Now this woman through her old boyfriend Jim Sproul of Northridge California (who by his own admission has given Oma Hamou aka Alexandra McConnell et al OVER ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS AS A GIFT. ARE YOU LISTENING INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE??) now says

No to the fake me Oma has not been screaming because he won his lawsuit but because he won it by lying and giving the courts forged documents. She has been screaming for 9 years because Rob, Pallasart and Bob think its o.k. to publish lies about her, to create websites about her, to publish her social security number on the web, she's been screaming cause they like to interfere with her life and do so because they think they are entitled. Had Bob so she said won in a fair manner she would've walked away o.k. with the verdict but he lied committed perjury and used forged documents.

If this was true then why is it the District Court in Texas calls you and your attorney a liar. Two Pallasart sent Enigma the original invoice not you, the one you gave to the court marked I think as Plaintiff exhibits c was a fake.

you forgot to mention all the cases were dismissed because it lacked evidence and no charges absolutely NONE were filed against my friend Oma, none.

Well, dear, not quite all the cases were dismissed. There were those felony convictions against you in Montana and elsewhere. Utah, if I remember correctly? And I do believe violating probation is viewed as a crime.
By your own definition, I do believe that constitutes a criminal history, dear.
And, yes, dear, some cases were dismissed or, more technically, not pursued against you. For instance, when you took that nice but very old Mr. Don Morton for a ride in Los Angeles to the tune of a couple of hundred thousand dollars and caused his family to report you to the Elder Abuse Unit of the police department, you are correct in saying that case was not prosecuted. Of course, that nice detective woman in Van Nuys did tell some people it was only because the victim was too senile to be a reliable witness. As she noted, dear, that's the art of picking the right target for a scam.
And "borrowing" the social security numbers of dead people is also quite clever, dear. They, too, don't make the best of witnesses. I guess that's just the artist in you coming out, dear.
I am glad that you have finally retained an attorney, dear. You have said for so many years that Mr. Moshein was about to receive a cease and desist letter, in preparation for the imminent launch of a barrage of lawsuits. Now that you have an attorney, who I assume has been busily working to shut this blog down for some days now (as you did say your lawyers were reading it all along), I assume Mr. Moshein's letter will be arriving just any minute.
