As law enforcement seems unable to assist me, and the person behind this campaign to defame me and interfere with my business and profession, she uses many alias names: Oma Hamou, Oma Mcconnell or Alexandra McConnell is what they call "judgment proof" meaning she has no money, I must place this blog here.
I would NOT even have written here, had this person not continually written her own false and defamatory statements herself and aided and abetted other personae writing "on her behalf" for the last three years. If she doesn't want me to say anything about her, she ought not have been continually blogging and writing about me much less aiding and encouraging others to do so as well.
The woman behind all of this goes by many names: Oma Hamou, Oma McConnell, Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Hamou, Oma Demian, Alexandra Murphy, are the usual ones, but there are others. She uses a business name of "Enigma Royal Films, LLC" she also calls just "Enigma Films" and "Reseda Glass". The reason this woman and her "alleged" friends crusade to destroy me is simple. I learned about her genuine background, and she wants me silenced from speaking about it.
This woman admits that her actions are all motivated by her bitterness and hatred towards me, and this is the reason for her actions.
This woman, Oma Hamou, Oma McConnell, Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Hamou, Oma Demian, Alexandra Murphy and her other aliases have a twenty year track record of FELONY CONVICTIONS, multiple arrests, failure to abide by the requirements of her probation for her felony convictions which lead to more arrests, many many civil judgments against her for hundreds of thousands of dollars, a history of writing bad checks, and she was arrested late in 2008 in San Bernardino California on a Felony Charge of Forgery of a Financial Instrument (she seems to have forged a large check) After 14 months of dragging the process out, she paid the Victim full restitution and the District Attorney dropped the Felony charge. She has a history of evictions and bad checks.
A complete dossier has been posted, with the details on her activities, notably passing bad checks, stiffing landlords for rent owed and trashing the houses she rents by reason of keeping literally dozens of cats and dogs and not cleaning up after them. SHE HAS LIKE 50 CATS LIVING WITH HER AND HER HOUSE SMELLS LIKE SHIT AND CAT SPRAY AND PISS. She is dirty, filthy and uses old men for money I SEEN IT MYSELF. By the way Hamid's wife knows it was LIPOSUCTION you drained their bank account for, not cancer in your asshole. He had her sign a promissory note, co signed by long time co-conspirator Jim Sproul. She of course never PAID back the money. She, of course, never showed up in Court.

Won a Civil Judgment against Oma Hamou for her failure to pay him consulting fees as she promised him she would do.
Mr. Atchison is proceeding with Post Judgment Document Production demands from Oma Hamou. A District Court Judge has signed an order requiring her to schedule and appear at a deposition in Austin Texas no later than September 3 to disclose her assets, finances, and employment information, and she is further ORDERED to comply by providing the requested financial, employment and asset documentation to Mr. Atchison no later than August 20. She did nothing. Her failure to do these things resulted in an order of Contempt of Court.
August 2011: Hamou/McConnell tried to derail Mr. Atchison's debt collection with a last moment filing of a "Bill of Review". Hamou's Bill of Review was dismissed on July 26, 2011 by the Hon Judge Cooper of the District Court. Hamou now has no choice but to comply with the Court order.
OCTOBER 18:
The Court slapped Oma Hamou with an Order of Contempt of Court and imposed $1,000 sanctions against her for failing to comply with the Ordered Document Production and Deposition.
January 2012: District Court Lora Livingston Slapped an ORDER TO APPEAR AND SHOW CAUSE on Oma Hamou requiring her to appear in Person to explain her continuing violation of Court Orders. Her failure to appear will most likely result in a Bench Warrant for her Arrest:

Homeowner in Littlerock California who was selling his house using the services of Shari Porter agent with Big Valley Realty in Palmdale California. Shari Porter brought "Alexandra Moran" using an expired drivers license in the name of Oma Hamou to Mr. O'Connor as a "Qualified Buyer" of his home. Shari Porter insisted Oma Hamou be allowed to rent part of the home as a room mate of Mr. O'Connor until the sale closed. Porter kept informing Mr. O'Connor that Hamou was pre-qualified by lenders, yet never actually provided the required documentation proving this to O'Connor. Shari Porter told O'Connor that Hamou had deposited funds into escrow at Titan Escrow in Palmdale, but again refused to give O'Connor any actual escrow documents. Hamou delayed closing for a full five months, then refused to close when O'Connor demanded. She further refused to leave the property and now squats in the residence with four men, another woman and four or five children and literally ten or twelve dogs and forty to fifty cats. She has moved an old trailer and cargo boxes onto the property as well.

2011 "Alexandra Moran" rented a room from Patrick J. O'Connor, but presented an expired California Drivers License in the name of Oma Hamou. She then claimed to want to purchase the property. She delayed the purchase for FIVE MONTHS with numerous stories, and is now squatting on the property without permission nor paying rent . She lives there with her son, Nicholas Royal Moran, who has severe psychiatric disorders (his is currently under Conservatorship pursuant to the California Lanterman Petris Short Act) and has a history of violence, both domestic and with police. Mr. O'Connor himself witnessed Nicholas Moran beat his mother in front of him in the residence. She also lives with one Steve Fred Lee, who has over 15 criminal convictions for eluding police, indecent exposure and habitual driving with a revoked drivers license. Another squatter on the property is one Michael McBride who lives with four or five of his children also on the property. Hamou also has literally many dozens of cats and more than 10 dogs on the property. Hamou attempted to keep Mr. O'Connor from evicting her by filing a Restraining Order against Mr. O'Connor alleging he made threats of violence against her and her son. However, she did NOT file this order until a full TWO WEEKS after Mr. O'Connor left the residence and moved to Alaska! Hearing on the requested Restraining order was held Friday July 15. Hamou first requested a continuance! The Judge refused to delay the hearing. After the Judge examined her criminal record, arrest record and history of evictions and Judgments, the Judge in so many words called Hamou "a Criminal and Con Artist" recognized her string of VICTIMS and refused to grant the restraining order, and further told Hamou that while he could not order her out at the moment, she did have to leave O'Connor's property and pay him the rent owed. Hamou told O'Connor by email she will be out by September 1. Mr. O'Connor's attorney has begun Eviction Proceedings against Hamou McConnell and her other squatters. While Hamou wrote Mr. O'Connor that she would be "out of the house by September 1" she has hired a lawyer to delay the eviction proceedings. Reports indicate that the house is trashed, with old furniture in the yard, many old rusted trucks, tires, boxes and piles of trash are strewn across the property.
A Health Department Complaint about the property was filed on February 16, 2012 by the neighbors to this property complaining of "Accumulation of refuse and cast off materials" and "Accumulation of Animal Excrement" which Hamou has allowed on the property.

Oma Hamou Alexandra McConnell filed for Bankruptcy with the Federal Court earlier in 2010. Here is her Bankruptcy Petition, this is the entire PDF file of 2mb, which is public record from the Court. She also filed tax returns with her lender trying to get a loan to purchase the O'Connor house. Comparing the two shows glaring discrepancies and untruths.

Oma Hamou owns two business entities, Enigma Films, Inc., and The Sarskaia Foundation plus Enigma Royal Films, LLC. Further, Oma Hamou owns and operates a website at www.OmaHamou.com, where she and alleged friends post information about her. Interestingly, Ms Hamou lists her own company, Enigma Films as her employer. The clear inference is that Enigma Films earns money with which to pay her as an employee. Yet, there is no declaration or disclosure of her ownership of these companies, nor disclosure of the value of these assets she owns.
HOWEVER: Her 2010 Tax Return states that she PURCHASED "Reseda Glass" in April 2010, three full months before the Bankruptcy filing.
Notice here in her Loan Application she lists $145,000 CASH as an asset, yet, she FAILS to identify exactly WHERE that cash is.
The Refai Judgment was just the previous year, yet she FAILED to disclose that to the lender. She lists small old debts, some as long ago as ten years, BUT FAILS TO DISCLOSE A SINGLE DEBT SHE LISTS ON THE BANKRUPTCY PETITION, JUST SIX MONTHS EARLIER. Interestingly, she doesn't list a SINGLE one of the debts on her Loan Application on her Bankruptcy Petition either!see below
Hamou received in excess of $50,000 in cash from Mr. Refai in May 2009, (see above) for which she signed a promissory note. Hamou made no disclosure of the whereabouts of this large sum of cash, nor did she disclose just where this substantial asset went. She FAILED to mention it to her lender as well...
Her 2010 IRS returns show "income" of $38,000 or $2,459 per month. She claims a "sole proprietorship" called "Reseda Glass" that "installs glass in high rise buildings" but has NO Federal Employer ID number, nor does she list any WAGES paid to any "employees". Is this almost 50 year old woman hanging off the side of a building installing glass ALL BY herself?
Her 2009 IRS Return, filed the same day (April 2011) swears that she was self employed earning $2,130 per month.
HOWEVER, her Bankruptcy Petition shows she claimed to have been employed for TEN YEARS by "Enigma Films and Glass Tech" earning $3,000 per month.
HOWEVER in, her LOAN APPLICATION Section IV "Employment Information" she wrote that "Reseda Glass" at the same address as her "residence", which is just actually a mail drop at a Fedex Office store, was her employer for TWO YEARS, and she earned $2459 per month.

May 11, 2009 "Alexandra McConnell" signs a promissory note borrowing $50,000 from Hamid Refai, Mr. Refai confirms, through his attorney Thomas Ward that "Alexandra McConnell" borrowed this money to pay for "cancer treatments"
This is further confirmed by an email from a former roommate who wrote on July 8, 2009: By the way Hamid's wife knows it was LIPOSUCTION you drained their bank account for, not cancer in your asshole.
August 23, 2010 on her website: yes she is still undergoing treatment for her cancer. I can definitely attest to the fact that she has indeed suffered from cancer. Those treatments are so hard on her that I have had to help her back to the car, then into her house and even into bed because they leave her so sick and weak that she cannot do anything.

Add the name of Shane Boasberg of Austin Texas to the list of lawyers that have fired Oma Hamou as a client.

The Los Angeles County Superior Court website is reporting something quite different from what Hamou claimed Thursday about her lawyer and Refai's lawyer reaching a compromise agreement.
The website shows that the hearing will pick up again on March 5 and that meantime a $10,000 bond had to be posted by Hamou to fend off a bench warrant.
Odd that she didn't mention that when she said the hearing was "cancelled". In fact, if the hearing really had been cancelled, there could have been no bond order issued by the court.
Perhaps she meant to say the hearing was "continued". It's an understandable error. "Cancelled" and "continued" both begin with "c" and end with "d".
Yeah. That must be it.
One other thing ..........
It also means Hamou's lawyer either forgot to tell the judge or failed to convince the judge that Hamou had not been served with notice of the hearing as she claimed.

Well now, won't Hamou's Chapter 7 case be interesting.
For starters, it will allow Atchison and Refai to appear at the creditor's meeting where she will have to answer their questions under oath.
But there are some other interesting nuggets in Chapter 7. For instance, the petition will be disallowed if the debtor cannot produce financial records to explain any loss of assets.
I wonder what records Hamou will produce to demonstrate where the $145,000 in cash went that she claimed to have on hand in her mortgage loan application last year. And I wonder what records she will produce to show where that $2 million glass repair business went that she claimed in her loan documents.
Also the bankruptcy court can revoke the bankruptcy "if the debtor (without a satisfactory explanation) makes a material misstatement or fails to provide documents or other information in connection with an audit of the debtor's case."
Given those loan documents, emails, and tax returns she provided in attempting to gain title to O'Connor's house, Hamou is going to have a whole lot of explaining to do. They claim a whole bunch of assets the relatively sudden disappearance of which will have to be explained to a court.
It'll be interesting to see her lawyer's reaction when he finds out about them.

This is really quite remarkable.
After Hamou has risked arrest to avoid submitting to debtor's exams for the judgments both Bob Atchison and Hamid Refai hold against her, what does she do?
She takes the very step that ensures she will have to submit to a debtor's exam and to answer questions and produce her financial records under oath -- and in a proceeding in which she has no right to put her questioners under oath and ask them questions.
But why am I surprised? This is, after all, the Woman Who Sued Herself with her comical attempt to secure a Bill of Review.
First, that ham-fisted application for a Bill of Review opened the door for Atchison to serve her for enforcement of his judgment. Then her scam of Patrick O'Connor alerted Hamid Refai to her whereabouts so that he could seek enforcement of his judgment. And now her bankruptcy ploy puts her under the very mandate she was desperate to avoid.
She really is the gift that keeps on giving.
Hamou has gotten so frustrated that she's back to posting her nonsense about threats. For instance, last evening she posted that I have been:
"contacting people connected to me and threatening to harm them"
I have asked her before to specify exactly whom has been threatened and what the threats were.
And, as before, she is unable to give that information -- which is a problem for her, of course, as she would have to prove it in court should she ever show up there.
And, Rob ......... that creditors meeting will be a laugh riot. I see that you posted that section in the federal statute that requires Hamou herself to produce her tax returns for the bankruptcy court. It'll be interesting to see if she provides the same ones she provided to the mortgage lender.
And if she doesn't, it'll be fun to watch her try to explain the differences.

When Hamou's name was called in court this morning in Lancaster she did not answer. The judge sent someone down to check to see if she was caught up in a line in the lobby. She was not.
He then issued a bench warrant for her arrest.
AWESOME NEWS - it looks like Hamou will be off the streets soon. I wonder when she will be locked up.

The case was called. A balding man stood up to answer. Your name (or, actually, the alias of "Alexandra" McConnell) was called. You were not present. The judge asked his assistant to call the lobby to see if you were held up there in a security line. The assistant called the lobby. She hung up and told the judge there was no line in the lobby. The judge then ordered that a bench warrant be issued.
Perhaps the bankruptcy petition was received by the clerk before the warrant actually issued. But the judge most certainly ordered it in open court.
I do hope you didn't run off and file that bankruptcy petition all in a panic now. But if you did, well ..... what can we say but "thanks".

FYI, the Los Angeles Animal control did show up at Oma's home & didn't take any of her animals. They saw the animals were well fed, safe and clean and healthy. Oma was able to provide a copy of her stuff pending with the State which cost her what something over $1,000 and since she is moving they just want her to call them and let them know when she does so they can close the file created by O'Connor...
Animal control came out to the property, inspected the animals and didn't remove any animal because they are fine, safe and healthy

Our big concern is for those poor animals. I am sure Palmdale Animal Control will do everything possible to protect them and get them moved off the ranch. That is my number one concern and always has been, those poor dogs and cats. Finally they will be moved to safety.

Patrick O'Connor is the owner of that house, not you. You are not even a legal tenant (as shown when your own lawyer told you not to answer the bank's occupant questionnaire lest they sue you). And, as the owner, O'Connor was listed in the complaint filed by the neighbors.
Therefore, O'Connor had a perfect right to let us know about the infractions at his house and to allow us to post about the conditions there if he so chose. And he so chose.
It's interesting that the debris in the yard was listed as one of the health code infractions. That is quite an extraordinary amount of junk to trigger a code violation.
No wonder the neighbors have had their fill of having you in the neighborhood to the point that they would contact the authorities.
As for removing the animals, we hear you told the animal control people that you were doing your best to find homes for them. More Craigslist ads, huh?
At any rate, they have given you a grace period, after which they will remove the animals, whose living conditions they described as "inhumane".

Let’s go over the list of things Hamou must provide by March 19.
The first thing she must produce is a certificate for completing a credit counseling course. That course must have been provided by an agency registered with the U.S. Trustee’s Office, and it must have been completed BEFORE the filing for bankrtuptcy. (Let’s hope Hamou remembered to do that before March 5.)
Next is the Certificate of Employment Income, which must show any employment income received in the 60 days before the filing or give a reason why there was no employment income.
Then there is a host of schedules she must file. Here are some of the more interesting ones:
Schedule A – disclosure of any interest in real estate
Schedule B – disclosure of personal property (cash on hand; checking, savings, or other accounts; security deposits with public utilities; household goods; clothes; interests in insurance polices; annuities)
Schedule H – list of codebtors (which means James Sproul, as he is a codebtor in the judgment Refai Hamid has against Hamou)
Schedule I – current income
Schedule J – current expenditures
Statement of Financial Affairs – will require Hamou to explain her involvement in Reseda Glass, which she claimed as an asset in her mortgage loan application
So it appears several interesting things will emerge from this filing.
It will show whether she had checking accounts and balances that squared with the checks she was writing to Batchelor, Cowan, Chipi, and others.
It will show the name in which Hamou has utilities at O’Connor’s house.
It will show what Hamou’s involvement is with James Sproul.
It will show whether she lied on her mortgage loan application about owning that glass company worth $2 million.
It will show whether the document she produced years ago about having a multi-million dollar interest in a life insurance policy was true.
It will show whether she ever had enough money to buy O’Connor’s house, to pay him rent, and then to make the mortgage payments.
In short, this filing will be a bonanza of information to Hamou’s creditors.
Regarding my claim that the FBI has read the Oma Hamou Victims blog, she asked:

Eric Cowan was too financially strapped to defend himself against her depredations and was unable to locate her for service of notice when he finally did decide to try to act.
American Express, her lawyers who sued her, and a slew of other plaintiffs who won judgments against her could never locate her to execute the judgments.
But then she stumbled.
She filed that Bill of Review in Texas, thereby putting herself back within the reach of the Texas courts where Bob Atchison could seek enforcement of his judgment against her.
And her con of Patrick O'Connor enabled Hamid Refai to locate her to seek execution of his judgment against her.
And now the game has changed in a very fundamental way.
The bobbing and weaving is not going to outlast, wear down, or financially strap her victims so that they cannot pursue her.
She filed a Bill of Review and found herself confronted by a lawyer representing a client who will not give up.
She blew off the summonses to appear in Texas and found herself confronted by a lawyer representing a client who will not give up.

On another note, I just found out something interesting. On March 5 Judge Yep issued a bench warrant in Lancaster for Hamou's arrest. (He had originally granted a bench warrant on February 23 but put it on hold to give her one more chance to appear. When she failed to appear on March 5, he removed the hold and issued the warrant.)
And here's something else interesting. Until the court is notified of the bankruptcy filing, the warrant remains in effect. As of 20 minutes ago, the court records contained no notice of the bankruptcy filing.
In other words, there is an arrest warrant outstanding against Hamou at the time of this posting.
And one last matter. The restraining order does not prevent O'Connor from contacting Hamou regarding matters relating to his ownership of the house where she is living.
But let's hope she does run to the police about O'Connor. It'll be that much easier for them to execute the warrant for her arrest.

Very interesting about the bench warrant. I am surprised she will leave the house under those conditions, let alone go to the very place that seeks to execute the warrant against her. Do you think she complained under an assumed name? Oh no, wait, she went to the FBI, not the police department. Although I am sure the police remain her very good friends. I wonder if they have done their usual ogling of her living quarters and congratulated her upon the good taste she displays? Looking at the pictures, probably not.

It is a 30 mile drive one way. Not Including traffic or parking. They clearly didn't make her wait either.

We all know why this is happening now, we all know what's special about this week on what Hamou has on her calendar.

That was an incomplete entry pulled off a public computer terminal, Hamou. In the full entry the phrase "Bench Warrant Held $10,000.00" was preceded by the phrase "continued from 2/23/12".
In other words, the hearing on 3/5/12 continued from the point that the last hearing left off when the bench warrant was put on hold to give you one more chance to appear.
Instead of using a public terminal with only partial information, you need to go to the office of Department A10 and ask them to look at the actual minutes from the hearing. (I wouldn't use my real name or one of the known aliases, though, if I were you.) The minutes show that Judge Brian C. Yep removed the hold on the bench warrant and ordered its issuance. They will tell you in no uncertain terms that the warrant was issued and that it is currently in effect.
They will also tell you that the case file as of 1:55 p.m. today contained no notice of a bankruptcy filing and that, consequently, the bench warrant had not yet been stayed as of that time. And they will also tell you that the case is now listed as "off calendar" because no more hearings are scheduled until you can be apprehended and brought before the court.
I hear there is a date-and-time-stamped video taken at the time you were due in court on 2/23/12 of you in the front yard of O'Connor's house. You were reportedly wearing jeans, a dark long-sleeved pullover and black rubber boots, tossing a towel or rag for a large black dog to chase.
I do hope Judge Yep or some other judge doesn't see a need to view that video after you explain that cancer or injury or family emergency or heart palpitations or one of your other pre-packaged excuses prevented you from answering the summons on 2/23/12.
Hamou must be absolutely freaked out and in panic mode. She knows the law and the courts are zeroing in on her. It's only a matter of time now.
More frantic lies and threats from Hamou - that's what we can expect.
Will she pack up and bolt California to avoid arrest?
Did you notice how Hamou wrote that long, long story about how she came to live in O'Connor's house and pay him rent.
Yet she omitted all reference to her telling him her name was Alexandra Moran, that she intended to buy the house, that she had loan approval, and that she just wanted to move in early as a renter until the deal closed.
And she omitted all reference to the fact that the loan documents were fraudulent in that they did not truthfully answer questions about outstanding judgments, claimed cash on hand she did not have, and claimed ownership of a business worth $2 million.
This is what con artists do -- tell only the portion of the tale that suits their immediate purposes.
No one is "stalking" you, Hamou. People to whom you owe court-ordered judgments are simply trying to keep tabs on your whereabouts in order to collect the debts they are owed and to document what you are actually doing during your chronic failures to answer summonses.
They have a perfect right to document your whereabouts during your failure to answer a court summons for which they have taken the trouble and expense to appear.
So you go right ahead and tell the FBI, the Palmdale Sheriff, the L.A. Times, your publisher, your tarot card reader, or anyone else you want that someone caught you on video playing with a dog while you were supposed to be standing in front of a judge to answer a summons he issued for you to appear in person.
I really hope you do. I mean I really hope you do. It's evidence they definitely need to see.

Well, I guess Hamou has finally run out of guesses. For months, she accused me of being Rob Moshein. Then she sporadically accused me of being Bob Atchison. Next she claimed that numerous people use this account. Now she is claiming I am Harmon Michael Pyles.
What does all this indicate? It indicates that neither "law enforcement" nor her "IT Team" knows who owns this account, or she would know none of her above claims are accurate.
No one has made a request with the isp to identify the owner of this account or subpoenaed any records regarding who has this account. No one from the FBI, the LAPD, or the Palmdale Sheriff's Department has read this or any other blog relating to Hamou other than on occasions we were expecting the hits for reasons that were known to us beforehand.
As for all her palaver about the FBI and "law enforcement" investigating me or anyone else, well, it must be the most massive case they've undertaken since the disappearance of Jimmy Hoffa, because it has taken about as long for them to get going. Months -- no, actually years -- have passed without any one of us having heard a word from "law enforcement".
As for that tired claim of being "stalked", no one has observed or recorded her in any way that violates the law. States license private investigators and accept the legitimacy of their activities when they observe and record people in public view for legitimate reasons, such as gathering information for creditors to use in trying to bring a deadbeat debtor to heel. If Hamou was stupid enough to go into O'Connor's front yard in wide open view to play with a dog when she was supposed to be in court, that's her problem.
She once actually tried to tell a judge that she was being "stalked" by being observed in a public court proceeding, and he quickly set her to rights about what public proceedings mean.
There is nothing wrong with trying to determine why a person has blown off a summons by a court to appear in person. And I'm sure the person who took that video will be more than glad to show it to "law enforcement". This bankruptcy proceeding will move along quickly, and when it's over warrants will spring right back into effect.
Hamou keeps reciting some mantra about fearing for her and her family's safety. No prosecutor or judge is going to accept fear of being put into jail on a bench warrant as a "fear for safety".
Blake, as you know, Hamou pretended she was Biernat and used her Russophile account to post on Hamou's own forum. She got caught in that fraud - red-handed - as always. Of course she refuses to admit it. No sign of any of the other sock-puppets, either. At least she is honestly posting as herself now... that's something.

I never said I would sue him, as I would have no legal standing to sue him. I did suggest that Bob Atchison would sue him. And that was a true statement.
(Curt Baggett was one of the media-grabbing creeps who crawled out of the woodwork in the Jon Benet Ramsey case. He claimed that his "expert" handwriting analysis demonstrated that a note written in a high school yearbook by John Mark Karr matched the handwriting on a note left at the scene of the Ramsey murder. Karr was subsequently completely exonerated of the charges by DNA testing. After that, Baggett slinked off to an internet-based business where he will give you the opinion you want on documents you mail, fax, or email to him -- as long as you give him a credit card number up front.)
By the way, Bob never got the opportunity to meet Baggett in court, as Hamou had promised time and again.

Which, of course, means a bankruptcy proceeding cannot block a Texas bench warrant for refusal to pay sanctions.
Hamou was sent two very interesting pieces of correspondence by the bankruptcy court.
One is a "Case Commencement Deficiency Notice", which listed 12 documents that she failed to submit with the filing, as required.
The other is an "Order to Comply with Bankruptcy Rule 1007 and Notice of Intent to Dismiss Case".
She was given 14 days to correct these deficiencies -- which is this coming Monday.
She's either going to have a very busy weekend or the California bench warrant will spring back into effect next week.
There is an interesting question on the bankruptcy petition Hamou (using the alias Alexandra McConnell) filled out. It asks:
"Does the debtor own or have possession of any property that poses or is alleged to pose a threat of imminent and identifiable harm to public health or safety?"
Hamou answered "no".
I wonder if she'll remember to modify the petition now that she knows her neighbors complained about the the state in which she kept O'Connor's property and she has been cited by the health department for a large amount of fecal matter at the premises that is emitting foul odors and breeding flies?

They did no such thing. They simply dismissed O'Connor's Unlawful Detainer action because he did not show up for the hearing. No ruling on the merits of the case was made at all, and no affirmative ruling of any "right of possession" was made.
In fact, you admitted in one of your posts that your own lawyer warned you after the dismissal not to answer any occupancy questionnaire the bank might send you lest they sue you for being in the house.
That hardly squares with "the courts" giving you a "right of possession".
And how 'ya coming in curing those twelve deficiencies in your bankruptcy filing by Monday?

"The U.S. Trustee requires that individual debtors must provide to the trustee at the meeting of creditors an original picture ID and proof of SSN .... Proof of SSN includes Social Security Card, current W-2 form, pay stub, IRS Form 1099, Social Security Administration Report, or other official document which indicates name and SSN."

I checked the bankruptcy court's website this morning. Hamou missed the filing deadlines yesterday for the 12 documents she was supposed to submit.
So why would someone file for bankruptcy and then come right out of the gate defying the court's orders?
Well, I think it's pretty obvious. She panicked when she found out that a bench warrant had been issued for her arrest in California on March 5, so she threw a bankruptcy petition together as fast as she could to stall the bench warrant.
Why, then, you might wonder, would she abandon the petition almost as soon as she filed it?
Well, that's obvious, too. She had no intention of going through with it, as it would expose her lies to creditors and to the mortgage loan company. She was just trying to buy enough time to figure out what to do about the bench warrants.
The fact that the bankruptcy filing would only stall things for a few weeks was not ideal, but it was all she could do in a moment of desperation. It's the way she lives her life -- writing checks on closed or empty accounts, knowing they will soon catch up to her; moving into houses with all kinds of representations to landlords, knowing they will soon be revealed as lies; running scams to elicit money from men, knowing she will soon be exposed.
When you prefer to live on the grift rather than work for a living, it's just the way things are in your life.
Of course, I doubt this is the life of which she once dreamed. But, for whatever reasons, she just didn't have the goods to snare the man who would set her up for life.
So she lives constantly on the hunt for the victim who will set her up for a few weeks or months.
What a life.

Uh, Hamou -- Bob has already been under "the scrutiny of the court." That happened when his case against you was tested in front of a jury which found against you and in front of a judge who issued a judgment against you.
As you found out with that comical Bill of Review (where you accidentally sued yourself), there is no further "scrutiny" a court is going to put Bob under regarding the judgment he won.
The real proof of your claimed delight at his suing you in federal court will come when you actually appear in front of a federal bankruptcy judge to answer the charges.
And we all know that ain't gonna happen if you can help it.
With these forays you keep making into courts thinking they're some kind of sanctuary for your behavior, you're laying the groundwork for quite a collection of bench warrants.
You seem compelled to collect adverse judgments and bench warrants like some grown women collect dolls.
It's an odd taste.

And it was not your "2nd" restraining order against O'Connor. Your first petition for a restraining order against him was denied. There is and has been only one permanent restraining order in place against him regarding you.

Why is this good? Because now the Federal Court will COMPEL Hamou to comply, and Bob's lawsuit will proceed!
Not only that, Hamou didn't realize that Chapter 7 can not be revoked if she asks them to AND she no longer "owns" anything. All her money and property is now in trust, held by Richard Diamond, who can and will use the Courts to compel Hamou for a FULL ACCOUNTING!

Now, you also don't know much about Bankruptcy law. Judge Robles does not NEED a hearing to retain. He has full judicial discretion. Which he exercised today. You are now trapped in the Federal Bankruptcy Court whether you want to stay there or not. That is one of the particular aspects of Chapter 7...
Bob does indeed have a lawsuit, and you have until April 19th to answer! That is WHY Judge Robles retained jurisdiction over you. Heck he was even nice enough to set YOUR TRIAL DATE!

I see Hamou is gleefully congratulating herself on her good luck in gaining a legal forum to claim Bob Atchison committed fraud in getting his judgment against her.
Well, as usual, the Woman Who Sued Herself is in for a rude awakening about how the law works.
Judges do not have unlimited jurisdiction. They can only hear evidence on matters properly before them. A federal bankruptcy judge has no jurisdiction -- absolutely none -- to consider any claims relating to a contract action under state law. The venue for challenging that jury verdict was a Texas appellate court. Hamou failed to appeal. As she found out to her utter shock in filing that fiasco of a Bill of Review, that story is over and done. There is no legal forum -- absolutely none -- any longer open to her to challenge that judgment.
The only issues before the bankruptcy judge -- and the only issues he will consider -- are whether Hamou committed bankruptcy fraud in failing to disclose all her aliases and all the social security numbers she has used; whether she claimed deductions for assets on a federal tax return that she failed to disclose to the bankruptcy court; whether she claimed cash and other assets in a loan application that she failed to disclose to the bankruptcy court; whether by failing to submit the documents the court ordered her to submit by March 19 she demonstrated a motive to use the bankruptcy court for the real purpose of ducking debtor's exams ordered by two courts and not to get a good-faith adjudication of her assets and liabilities; etc.
And the question of use of undisclosed aliases is what will open the door for the court to take evidence on her other activities over many years, including her convictions under the name of Oma Demian; her living with Don Morton under the alias of Rebecca Jordan; the police investigation of elder abuse which revealed her real name; her use of the name of Alexandra Moran with Patrick O'Connor; the use of a different name in signing the bill of sale for O'Connor's motorcycle, etc.
In short, the judge is going to see a whole slew of evidence about her many scams -- and not one single piece of evidence relating to any claim of fraud in a fully-adjudicated Texas contract case that is res judicata.
Just as we hoped that Hamou would be stupid enough actually to pursue a Bill of Review and thereby put herself back within reach of Texas courts, we had hoped she would file a Chapter 7 bankruptcy action to enable us once and for all to get her history as a con artist memorialized in a federal court record.
Blogs are helpful in exposing her scams to potential victims. But court records are pretty much the cat's meow.
Oma, Blake is quite right about "res judicata". I know you know what that means, you bandied it about before.
In this instance, Judge Robles can NOT entertain anything from you about which challenges Bob's judgment. A Court of Law ALREADY DID THAT.
and Judge Cooper ruled in Bob's favor and YOU LOST. That issue can no longer be heard by any other Court.

Well, I notice that a Carol Uccellini at Arrow Tax & Bookkeeping Service in Quartz Hill was the person who prepared Hamou's 2010 tax returns. Those were the returns where Hamou claimed deductions for two vehicles she claimed to own, for a son she claimed was named Nickolas McConnell, and for various expenses relating to a business she supposedly ran from a storefront remailing center.
I wonder if it would be worth inquiring into what Carol Uccellini's association is with Hamou and whether Uccellini had reason to know she was making false representations.

My guess is that they will also be too distracted to remind you to get to the creditors meeting on April 11. And to file an answer to the lawsuit by April 19. And to show up for the status hearing on June 21.

Hamou has gone quiet today.
Maybe she realizes that she has gotten stuck to a big, smelly piece of flypaper with this Chapter 7 filing that she can't pull off no matter how she twists and turns.
Unlike the Chapter 13 petition she filed last year that she then withdrew when she figured out that her creditors were going to challenge it, she is not allowed to withdraw the Chapter 7 petition.
And that's a BIG problem for her, as Bob's lawsuit is enabled only within the bankruptcy filing. Now that the court has decided to proceed with the lawsuit instead of dismissing the bankruptcy petition for failure to file all required documents, her goose is well on the way to being cooked.
And the filing put all her assets under the control of the bankruptcy trustee until the case it resolved. She cannot even spend money to hire a lawyer (or that team of lawyers) without the trustee's approval. Of course, if she really had retained a team of bankruptcy attorneys, they would have told her that.
As we told her a few days ago, it's time to buckle up, as this is going to be a bumpy ride.
As we proceed to assemble the case to expose Oma Hamou's grifts to the bankruptcy court, it is easy to lose sight of just how deep the woman's psychosis is.
Last night she put up an extraordinary series of tweets with links to various photographs of her. Backed into a legal corner as she knows herself to be as her con games finally collapse around her, what is her response?
In effect, she is whining and pleading to a list of mostly robotic twitter followers:

Today the bankruptcy court was provided with Proof of Service on Oma McConnell of Bob Atchison's lawsuit against her for bankruptcy fraud.
As "McConnell" had given a mailbox as her residence address in her bankruptcy filing, service is made simply by "United State Mail, first class, postage prepaid".
Now, Hamou will probably rant and rave that she never received anything. Well, no matter. By using a post office box as an address in her filing, a mailing to that post office box became sufficient means of service on her.
The Proof of Service document is posted on the PACER website, duly sworn to by Maissa Murguia and dated 3/22/12.

It could be that she's out trolling for new elderly male victims with those pictures. She describes herself as an actress, film producer, model, international jetsetter and philantropist - heiress - well we've heard it all before. Many times.
Imagine having seen only those ancient, highly doctored pictures and then the real OMA shows up at the door. SHOCK of SHOCKS - a CRONE, our BABA YAGA - not a sexy babe!
Boy, I have to say that bankruptcy court moves quickly. They've already issued two more Certificates of Notice in the Atchison lawsuit, setting the ground rules and deadlines for submitting exhibits and all sorts of things for the pre-trial conference and for the trial itself.
Even though Hamou has a solid record of blowing off state courts' orders, surely she'll be smart enough not to blow off a federal court's orders. It is my understanding that, if she were to, the warrant for her arrest for contempt would be sent this time not to the local sheriff, but to the FBI.
Of course, they so ardently support, admire, and sympathize with her that perhaps, on one of her many visits to their offices, she can get them to give her one of those written affirmations she's constantly collecting from police agencies stating their support of her claims and that they will not serve a warrant on her.
Yes, I'm sure that's how it will all work out.

Huiku Batchelor. Eric Cowan. Patrick O'Connor. They all tell the same story of a "tenant" who does not pay rent, who writes bad checks, and who trashes their property to the tune of thousands of dollars in damages.
She's a landlord's nightmare. And, going by these recent complaints to Animal Control and the Health Department, a neighbor's nightmare as well.

A large packet of material came from the court today related to the Hamou McConnell Bankruptcy Fraud. Wow, they do move fast.
Hamou has been summoned to appear in Austin on Monday, sure hope she appears...
Well, we got another set of files on Hamou's real estate ventures, this time from Sharlane Chipi. And it's a tale that Patrick O'Connor will find eerily familiar.
Ms. Chipi owned a house in Lancaster and was seeking a short sale. A realtor named Kevin Davies introduced "Oma McConnell" to Ms. Chipi, claiming that McConnell had loan approval to buy the house. McConnell, her son, and another man moved in. The first rent check was written on a closed account. No subsequent rent was paid. The claim to have loan approval proved to be fraudulent.
The house was completely trashed. A room in which numerous pets were kept was destroyed. Carpeting was ripped out. Appliances were removed. The kitchen caught fire.
Ms. Chipi -- as have most of Hamou / McConnell's other landlords -- ended up calling the sheriff who said that there first had to be an eviction order. Ms. Chipi started eviction proceedings and then ran out of money to proceed. So Kevin Davies, the realtor who had introduced McConnell to Chipi, commenced legal action against her. Hamou / McConnell did not show for the hearing.
Hamou / McConnell then disappeared, leaving another stiffed landlord and another trashed piece of property in her wake.
It's fascinating how everyone who has business dealings with Hamou ends up assembling files on her. And keeping them for a very long time. And offering to help with litigation against her any way they can.
As I said, this federal bankruptcy lawsuit is going to be one bumpy ride for her.

Lots of new documents for the Federal Court!
These rental scams Oma Hamou / McConnell has run against Sharlane Chipi, Huiku Batchelor, Eric Cowan, and Patrick O'Connor raise an interesting question about her psychology.
It's one thing for a destitute mother with a mentally ill son on her hands to resort to scams to try to keep a roof over their heads. Illegal though it is, one can at least understand the motive.
But what is so interesting about the case of Hamou / McConnell is the destruction she causes to all of this property.
Chipi has photographs of a house with filth everywhere, carpeting torn out, appliances removed, and a kitchen set aflame.
Batchelor and Cowan were likewise left with thousands of dollars of damage to their houses.
O'Connor's house now has broken patio door glass, disconnected plumbing, a buildup of fecal matter, and is being turned into a junkyard about which neighbors are complaining to Animal Control and the Health Department. Lord only knows the condition it will be in when she is finally driven out.
This is not reflective of a woman just seeking shelter. There is something else going on in the psyche of someone who cannot live in a house without accumulating filth and destroying the property in short order.
It's more than a taste for squalor. It's something more deeply disturbing.
This will be very interesting to add to my complaint as more examples of fraud by Hamou McConnell. I am sure this new person would love the opportunity to make a statement and testify in court. We can add this to Refai, the Mortons and everybody else - quite a crowd of Hamou McConnell Moran victims.
That's an amazing account, Blake. Hamou's scams are much bigger and more blatant that we ever imagined. None of this would have come out and been placed in the public record except for Hamou's bankruptcy filing. She will have to respond to all of these scams under Federal oath.

What a manipulative lie. Hamou knows exactly WHO they are and the lawsuit that was filed against her. She knows she did these horrible things to Sharlane and she feels absolutely no shame or remorse.
This shows the moral perversion that is the heart of the Oma Hamou McConnell; there is a total impairment of all moral principles in her. It's wickedness, evil by nature and in practice; a corrupt ugliness at her core that is the source of her vicious, dishonest and instinctive attacks on both her victims and those who stand up to her.
Hmmm. I see the revelation of details concerning the rent-to-purchase scam Hamou (aka Oma McConnell) ran on Sharlane Chipi has brought Hamou roaring out from her hole with the usual denials.
As for Mary Dolan, if Mike Pyles has contacted her we'd like to know about it. My understanding is that the file she sent to the Mortons to warn them about the scams Hamou ran against her contains some very interesting information and documentation. But I think that stuff is going directly to the lawyers.
At any rate, since I have not talked to Dolan at all and Hamou says Pyles has talked to her several times, it just once again shows that Hamou is still confused about who I am.
It just continues to amaze me how many people who have come across Oma Hamou saw a need to start files relating to their experiences. And have kept those files. And are willing to make the files and themselves available to help hold her to account for what she does to people.
As for not getting any notice about a hearing in Austin tomorrow -- well, that's just too bad. Atchison's attorney has proof of service properly made at the place Hamou gave as her point of service when she filed that Bill of Review in Texas. It's another one of those little pieces of legal flypaper that have been sticking to her lately no matter how she writhes and hisses.
It's incredible how helpful she has been in providing that point of service both for Texas courts and for her federal bankruptcy filing. It spares everyone the trouble of trying to find out in whose house she will be squatting next.
She is, after all, the Woman Who Sued Herself.
I can confirm that all of the documentation is going to my crack legal team who will know exactly what to do with it.

Of course, she's been saying this for two weeks now. Yet, as far as I know, O'Connor is still going about his business without a word from the Anchorage Police Department.
And, Bob, have you noticed how her assurances that the FBI are about to sweep in and arrest us all have ceased since you filed that federal fraud lawsuit against her?
I guess she's getting worried that at some point she might be having a real meeting "in the FBI office" instead of one of her imaginary ones.

As far as looking younger than her age, I have noticed some things during our court observations, and they support a point that my sister Nitzana made several years ago. From certain angles, it's clear that Oma Hamou's face could have been considered reasonably pretty at one point. Reasonably. But she does NOT photograph well. That is probably the reason that her "career" as an actress/model never really went anywhere. To put it in simple terms, this is not a face the camera "likes". If she turns her head in a certain way, the jawline ruins it, and she can appear jowly. The other problem is that she doesn't wear clothes well. Even now, when her options are probably limited, she has a bad sense of colour and pattern.
