As law enforcement seems unable to assist me, and the person behind this campaign to defame me and interfere with my business and profession, she uses many alias names: Oma Hamou, Oma Mcconnell or Alexandra McConnell is what they call "judgment proof" meaning she has no money, I must place this blog here.
I would NOT even have written here, had this person not continually written her own false and defamatory statements herself and aided and abetted other personae writing "on her behalf" for the last three years. If she doesn't want me to say anything about her, she ought not have been continually blogging and writing about me much less aiding and encouraging others to do so as well.
The woman behind all of this goes by many names: Oma Hamou, Oma McConnell, Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Hamou, Oma Demian, Alexandra Murphy, are the usual ones, but there are others. She uses a business name of "Enigma Royal Films, LLC" she also calls just "Enigma Films" and "Reseda Glass". The reason this woman and her "alleged" friends crusade to destroy me is simple. I learned about her genuine background, and she wants me silenced from speaking about it.
This woman admits that her actions are all motivated by her bitterness and hatred towards me, and this is the reason for her actions.
This woman, Oma Hamou, Oma McConnell, Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Hamou, Oma Demian, Alexandra Murphy and her other aliases have a twenty year track record of FELONY CONVICTIONS, multiple arrests, failure to abide by the requirements of her probation for her felony convictions which lead to more arrests, many many civil judgments against her for hundreds of thousands of dollars, a history of writing bad checks, and she was arrested late in 2008 in San Bernardino California on a Felony Charge of Forgery of a Financial Instrument (she seems to have forged a large check) After 14 months of dragging the process out, she paid the Victim full restitution and the District Attorney dropped the Felony charge. She has a history of evictions and bad checks.
A complete dossier has been posted, with the details on her activities, notably passing bad checks, stiffing landlords for rent owed and trashing the houses she rents by reason of keeping literally dozens of cats and dogs and not cleaning up after them. This was confirmed by the fact that a woman who used to live in her house wrote on the internet THREE MONTHS before the suit was filed: "I lived with this lady, she is no good. SHE LIES. SHE HAS LIKE 50 CATS LIVING WITH HER AND HER HOUSE SMELLS LIKE SHIT AND CAT SPRAY AND PISS. She is dirty, filthy and uses old men for money I SEEN IT MYSELF. By the way Hamid's wife knows it was LIPOSUCTION you drained their bank account for, not cancer in your asshole. He had her sign a promissory note, co signed by long time co-conspirator Jim Sproul. She of course never PAID back the money. She, of course, never showed up in Court.

In 2008 Ms. Chipi was seeking a short sale of her home. A realtor named Kevin Davies (phone available upon request) introduced Oma McConnell to Ms. Chipi, claiming she had loan approval to purchase the house but that McConnell wanted to move in as a renter prior to closing the sale. (This was exactly the scenario she used to gain occupancy at Mr. O'Connor's house in Littlerock.) Ms. Chipi agreed.
The first rental check was written on a closed account. No further rental payments were made. McConnell moved in with her son and another man. The house was thoroughly trashed. Numerous animals were kept in one room which was badly damaged. Carpeting was ripped out. Appliances were removed. The kitchen caught fire.
Ms. Chipi sought help from the Sheriff's department which told her that they could do nothing without an eviction order. Ms. Chipi filed a U.D. (Case No. 08U03169 - Michael Antonovich Antelope Valley Courthouse), which she later dropped due to lack of resources. She said that Kevin Davies also filed an action against McConnell and that she failed to show for the hearing.
Ms. Chipi says she has some files on the incident, as does Mr. Davies, and that she also has undeveloped film of the damage done to the house.
Robert Atchison
Won a Civil Judgment against Oma Hamou for her failure to pay him consulting fees as she promised him she would do.
Mr. Atchison is proceeding with Post Judgment Document Production demands from Oma Hamou. A District Court Judge has signed an order requiring her to schedule and appear at a deposition in Austin Texas no later than September 3 to disclose her assets, finances, and employment information, and she is further ORDERED to comply by providing the requested financial, employment and asset documentation to Mr. Atchison no later than August 20. She did nothing. Her failure to do these things resulted in an order of Contempt of Court.
August 2011: Hamou/McConnell tried to derail Mr. Atchison's debt collection with a last moment filing of a "Bill of Review". Hamou's Bill of Review was dismissed on July 26, 2011 by the Hon Judge Cooper of the District Court. Hamou now has no choice but to comply with the Court order.
OCTOBER 18:
The Court slapped Oma Hamou with an Order of Contempt of Court and imposed $1,000 sanctions against her for failing to comply with the Ordered Document Production and Deposition.
January 2012: District Court Lora Livingston Slapped an ORDER TO APPEAR AND SHOW CAUSE on Oma Hamou requiring her to appear in Person to explain her continuing violation of Court Orders. Her failure to appear will most likely result in a Bench Warrant for her Arrest:
Hamou failed to appear as ordered by the Court. As a result, a BENCH WARRANT for her arrest was issued on March 26, 2012 by the same Judge Livingston in the Travis County District Court
In 2012 "Oma McConnell" filed for Bankruptcy in order to forestall debtor's exams and collection efforts. She failed to file any required schedules or information, despite Court orders to do so. Her Bankruptcy was dismissed for that failure. However, On August 20, 2012 Judge Robles of the US Federal Bankruptcy Court ordered her Bankruptcy proceedings to be re-instated and ordered her to comply with Document Production requests and Deposition by attorneys for Bob Atchison, which are now scheduled for late September. Hamou/McConnell FAILED TO COMPLY WITH THE COURT ORDERED DOCUMENT PRODUCTION REQUIRED NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 14, 2012. She further FAILED TO COMPLY WITH THE COURT ORDER THAT SHE APPEAR FOR A DEPOSITION ON SEPTEMBER 20, 2012. She can now be held in Contempt of Court.

Homeowner in Littlerock California who was selling his house using the services of Shari Porter agent with Big Valley Realty in Palmdale California. Shari Porter brought "Alexandra Moran" using an expired drivers license in the name of Oma Hamou to Mr. O'Connor as a "Qualified Buyer" of his home. Shari Porter insisted Oma Hamou be allowed to rent part of the home as a room mate of Mr. O'Connor until the sale closed. Porter kept informing Mr. O'Connor that Hamou was pre-qualified by lenders, yet never actually provided the required documentation proving this to O'Connor. Shari Porter told O'Connor that Hamou had deposited funds into escrow at Titan Escrow in Palmdale, but again refused to give O'Connor any actual escrow documents. Hamou delayed closing for a full five months, then refused to close when O'Connor demanded. She further refused to leave the property and now squats in the residence with four men, another woman and four or five children and literally ten or twelve dogs and forty to fifty cats. She has moved an old trailer and cargo boxes onto the property as well.

2011 "Alexandra Moran" rented a room from Patrick J. O'Connor, but presented an expired California Drivers License in the name of Oma Hamou. She then claimed to want to purchase the property. She delayed the purchase for FIVE MONTHS with numerous stories, and is now squatting on the property without permission nor paying rent . She lives there with her son, Nicholas Royal Moran, who has severe psychiatric disorders (his is currently under Conservatorship pursuant to the California Lanterman Petris Short Act) and has a history of violence, both domestic and with police. Mr. O'Connor himself witnessed Nicholas Moran beat his mother in front of him in the residence. She also lives with one Steve Fred Lee, who has over 15 criminal convictions for eluding police, indecent exposure and habitual driving with a revoked drivers license. Another squatter on the property is one Michael McBride who lives with four or five of his children also on the property. Hamou also has literally many dozens of cats and more than 10 dogs on the property. Hamou attempted to keep Mr. O'Connor from evicting her by filing a Restraining Order against Mr. O'Connor alleging he made threats of violence against her and her son. However, she did NOT file this order until a full TWO WEEKS after Mr. O'Connor left the residence and moved to Alaska! Hearing on the requested Restraining order was held Friday July 15. Hamou first requested a continuance! The Judge refused to delay the hearing. After the Judge examined her criminal record, arrest record and history of evictions and Judgments, the Judge in so many words called Hamou "a Criminal and Con Artist" recognized her string of VICTIMS and refused to grant the restraining order, and further told Hamou that while he could not order her out at the moment, she did have to leave O'Connor's property and pay him the rent owed. Hamou told O'Connor by email she will be out by September 1. Mr. O'Connor's attorney has begun Eviction Proceedings against Hamou McConnell and her other squatters. While Hamou wrote Mr. O'Connor that she would be "out of the house by September 1" she has hired a lawyer to delay the eviction proceedings. Reports indicate that the house is trashed, with old furniture in the yard, many old rusted trucks, tires, boxes and piles of trash are strewn across the property.
A Health Department Complaint about the property was filed on February 16, 2012 by the neighbors to this property complaining of "Accumulation of refuse and cast off materials" and "Accumulation of Animal Excrement" which Hamou has allowed on the property.

Oma Hamou Alexandra McConnell filed for Bankruptcy with the Federal Court earlier in 2010. Here is her Bankruptcy Petition, this is the entire PDF file of 2mb, which is public record from the Court. She also filed tax returns with her lender trying to get a loan to purchase the O'Connor house. Comparing the two shows glaring discrepancies and untruths.

Oma Hamou owns two business entities, Enigma Films, Inc., and The Sarskaia Foundation plus Enigma Royal Films, LLC. Further, Oma Hamou owns and operates a website at www.OmaHamou.com, where she and alleged friends post information about her. Interestingly, Ms Hamou lists her own company, Enigma Films as her employer. The clear inference is that Enigma Films earns money with which to pay her as an employee. Yet, there is no declaration or disclosure of her ownership of these companies, nor disclosure of the value of these assets she owns.
HOWEVER: Her 2010 Tax Return states that she PURCHASED "Reseda Glass" in April 2010, three full months before the Bankruptcy filing.
Notice here in her Loan Application she lists $145,000 CASH as an asset, yet, she FAILS to identify exactly WHERE that cash is.
The Refai Judgment was just the previous year, yet she FAILED to disclose that to the lender. She lists small old debts, some as long ago as ten years, BUT FAILS TO DISCLOSE A SINGLE DEBT SHE LISTS ON THE BANKRUPTCY PETITION, JUST SIX MONTHS EARLIER. Interestingly, she doesn't list a SINGLE one of the debts on her Loan Application on her Bankruptcy Petition either!see below
Hamou received in excess of $50,000 in cash from Mr. Refai in May 2009, (see above) for which she signed a promissory note. Hamou made no disclosure of the whereabouts of this large sum of cash, nor did she disclose just where this substantial asset went. She FAILED to mention it to her lender as well...
Her 2010 IRS returns show "income" of $38,000 or $2,459 per month. She claims a "sole proprietorship" called "Reseda Glass" that "installs glass in high rise buildings" but has NO Federal Employer ID number, nor does she list any WAGES paid to any "employees". Is this almost 50 year old woman hanging off the side of a building installing glass ALL BY herself?
Her 2009 IRS Return, filed the same day (April 2011) swears that she was self employed earning $2,130 per month.
HOWEVER, her Bankruptcy Petition shows she claimed to have been employed for TEN YEARS by "Enigma Films and Glass Tech" earning $3,000 per month.

A pattern of recurrent events will emerge: the use of aliases; the writing of numerous checks on a closed Reseda Glass account; the fraudulent claims of loan approvals; the use of cooperative realtors to set up some of the housing scams; the trashing of houses and stealing of contents and attempts to sell property without permission; the forging of documents; the failures to appear in court; etc.
Why in the world would anyone think it would matter a tinker's damn who called Refai's attorney? There is nothing the least bit improper or illegal about letting a plaintiff know the whereabouts of a judgment debtor. The only point that will interest a judge is whether Refai had a judgment against Hamou (he does), whether Hamou satisfied it (she didn't), and whether she complied with the court's orders for discovery (uh, no).
Get a grip, Hamou. You've got a far bigger choo-choo bearing down on you than worries about who tattled to the teacher.
Oma, matters are rapidly moving to a close, so if you are feeling happy, I assume it is because at least all of the stress will be gone. You will no longer have to worry about what your so-called stalkers are going to do; they will have done it. Actually, they have done it. They are using your own stupidity in filing the Chapter 7 to get you into court on a federal fraud charge. They are lining up all of the people with whom you have had fraudulent dealings to testify against you in court. They will be able to establish a pattern of behavior. They will be able to show a trail of unpaid judgments, judgments that you clearly never intended to pay when you incurred them any more than you intended to pay the legitimate debts you ran up in the first place.

Why does Hamou lie compulsively like we see everyday? I have posted before that most of what she posts is not for us, it is for herself.
I think she sees herself as the star of this production and it makes her feel important. She has nothing else in her life except this. Lying - especially the big, big lies - is triggered by the prospect of identity gain - the possibility of feeling grander and even more important. And she is, at the same time, running from reality.
FBI investigations against her victims, IT Teams, important lawyers, hundreds of Enigma employees, stalkers - all these lies bring Oma closer to her ideal image of herself as an important person. This is why she is obsessed with the mirage that she is beautiful and still young. Her life on the web is a virtual one, totally unreal and fed by her grandiose narcissism.
One the web - in her virtual personality - she is defended by law enforcement, successful, an author, a beautiful model, a Christian, a wonderful mother, philanthropist, millionairess, sexy actress, etc.
In reality she is an aging grifter and con artist, besieged by creditors, victims and the courts; a mother with her only son in prison, living in filth and abject poverty with no life outside the drama of this alternate internet reality her grandiose narcissism has created.
Any normal person would realize that these huge lies are easily exposed and would be ashamed of them. Not Hamou McConnell. Truth is not her objective. She has an out-of-control alter ego to contend with. After so many huge lies it no longer feels like lying anymore. And so she lies more and has become completely unhinged from reality.
What has been absolutely astonishing in preparing the fraud case against Hamou has been the response of every single one of the victims we contacted.
Not one of them said anything remotely like "leave me alone", "I don't remember", "I don't want to get involved", "she was a nice person".
Instead, what we have invariably heard are things such as "Yes, I kept records", "I want her brought to justice", "she ought to be in jail", "I'll help any way I can", and "yes, I'll testify if you need me".
This trial will be quite a reunion for Hamou and her old friends. I hope she has a nice dress. Maybe something like Carrie wore to the prom.

In fact, one of the biggest problems your adversaries have had in checkmating you is your failure to engage them in a courtroom before a judge where rules of evidence prevail and real evidence can be presented.

My bench warrant is a variant of an arrest warrant that authorizes the immediate on-sight arrest of Oma Hamou. Typically, judges issue bench warrants for persons deemed to be in contempt of court—possibly as a result of that person's failure to appear at the appointed time and date for a mandated court appearance. Bench warrants are issued in either criminal or civil court proceedings.

You tried to maneuver around the California warrant with a bankruptcy filing that has now put you into a position wherein the legal system can compel disclosure of the information your creditors need to secure a judgment. At this point it is pointless to keep posting that the police are investigating anything, or that they have advised you that you are home free about the Texas bench warrant. As a woman, I detest the fact that Patrick O'Connor resorted to angry language when he dealt with you, but no one advised him to harm you. Reclaiming what is rightfully his property is not "harming" you. Moreover, having seen the massive evidence of what you have done to his house, and every other domicile you have "rented" (I mean, you do actually have to pay rent to call it "renting", something that consistently skips your mind), I think it is perfectly understandable that Mr. O'Connor would lose his temper. As for the language he used, I don't condone it, but when you were pretending to be "Snoopy", you cursed like a sailor, dear, so the moral outrage coming from you is a bit much.
As I told Mitzi, you will arrive in Jerusalem at roughly the same time the Second Coming occurs. And tend your garden, dear. Someone with your legal troubles isn't going to be traveling outside the country this fall. Even if you are not in jail, no bankruptcy trustee in the world is going to be issuing free passes for someone who owes as much as you do to go gallivanting. And who put you into this position? Oh, yes. You did.

SHE ordered you to appear in Court. You refused. SHE didn't like that so SHE was happy to issue the warrant for your ARREST ON SIGHT.

Here's how it works:
The bench warrant is a warrant for Oma Hamou's arrest. It doesn't need to be issued again in another state.
Here's an example: Let's say she is stopped for speeding or no brake lights in California - anything really. The police, state trooper or whoever stops Oma Hamou takes her license back to their squad car and does the usual background check. The warrant for Oma Hamou's arrest will show up on a system called the NCIC and she will be arrested by them. They will let the authorities in Texas know that she has been arrested. Then comes the extradition process.
Texas will have from 30 min to 45 min (while Hamou is sitting in the back of their car) to tell California if they are willing to pay to have her sent back.
When Texas says yes, we will pay to have Oma Hamou bought back here, then she will be taken to the jail and held for a extradition hearing, unless she waives the hearing, and she is taken back to Austin.
I don't know if Hamou realizes that the bench warrant for her arrest here in Texas will NEVER go away until she has compiled with the orders of the court. The arrest warrant will follow her for the rest of her life.
Hamou, you know what you did when you and Jim Sproul tried to hire John Lupoli to kill me. The lies you are posting about it now, huge lies, well, you lie constantly. You cannot stop yourself. It doesn't matter.
What does matter is you, Oma Hamou McConnell - or whatever alias you are using, are in huge trouble.

It's interesting - Federal contempt of court is an act of disobedience or disrespect towards the judicial branch of the government, or an interference with its orderly process. It is an offense against a court of justice or a person to whom the judicial functions of the sovereignty have been delegated.
An investigation during the bankruptcy process is an extremely serious business. The investigating agencies will employ accountants, brokers, appraisers, and other professionals to valuate Hamou’s affairs.
When my bankruptcy fraud is upheld there could be various civil and criminal penalties Hamou will face, very serious penalties.
During the meeting of creditors Hamou will be placed under oath and required to testify truthfully regarding her financial situation. If she submits false testimony she will also face criminal or civil penalties.
Hamou will not be able ignore the Federal courts without severe consequences. Like I wrote earlier, it's all over for her now.

I read on the Oma Hamou Forum that she has a law firm representing her now. If it were true she would be plastering her forum with their name, so I have my doubts. I hope she has somebody to represent her now. They will be able to explain the dreadful and ominous situation she has gotten herself into and what she must do to avoid the imminent danger of Federal contempt charges. They will be able to carefully explain to her the nature of what my superb legal team has filed and its implications for her.
Any attorney, once he or she sees everything Hamou has done - all the judgments, the swindles, the fraud, the aliases, the movie con she ran - will understand what a mess they are in with her and the impossibility of her situation. Either she lies and takes the consequences or she tells the truth and we get everything we want on her.

Wow. The meltdown started early this morning over on the "Ask Oma" forum. It must have been quite a night of tossing and turning.
The old girl is really rattled by the problems she unleashed for herself with this fraudulent bankruptcy filing.
One would think that after having gotten involved in litigation that has resulted three times in her own lawyers suing her and winning judgments against her and having gotten involved in a Bill of Review that resulted in a Texas bench warrant for her arrest, she would have thought twice about launching yet another legal action.
She doesn't seem to understand that a woman who has conducted herself as she has and has more than a dozen outstanding judgments against her is not going to find judicial proceedings to be to her advantage.
On the other hand, she is the Woman Who Sued Herself.
And, of course, she was in an absolute panic about that California bench warrant for her arrest issued on March 5. She had no way to stall it other than to rush down to the federal courthouse that same afternoon with a bankruptcy petition in hand, no matter how incomplete and risky it was. It was either that or try to hide from the Palmdale Sheriff's deputies once they got a request from counsel to execute the warrant.
For whatever reasons, she seems to have run out of places to go into hiding. So all she can do now is puff herself up like a gila monster to try to appear forbidding or too big to chew up.
Her problem is that too many people know that all that makes a gila monster look big is hot desert air.
I see that Hamou and her imaginary law firm missed yet another filing deadline in her bankruptcy case today.
The Statement of Intention, due on April 4, has not been filed.
I guess she is setting her new imaginary lawyers up for an imaginary malpractice claim against them. Brilliant imaginary strategy! Brilliant!
Of course, it's not going to help her with the trustee or the bankruptcy judge who couldn't care less what goes on between her and her imaginary law firm.

Those are things on which a supposed bankrupt is not allowed to be spending money without the Trustee's approval. And they indicate an availability of funds which a Chapter 7 bankrupt is required to report to the Trustee.
And I hear there are going to be some interesting attendees at the meeting. It'll be sort of a class reunion for Hamou.
That is, of course, assuming she attends.

If Hamou had any real evidence of perjury, WHY did she not appeal the verdict? She said both Atchison and his attorney lied at trial, so she had knowledge of this supposed perjury in plenty of time to file an appeal.
Yet she never did.

For the simple reason that she knows her claims are bullshit and would not survive judicial scrutiny where real rules of evidence apply instead of her mere internet rants.
If she had any supportable evidence, she would have appealed.

The LOAN application where she said she had that cash and OWNED RESEDA GLASS a thriving business...Her "IT Team", her "lawyers", her "security firm", Travel plans, playing "her piano"...
ALL ASSETS! Which Mr. Diamond will want to seize to satisfy the creditors.
If she fails to show up? Well, there is something called a "FEDERAL BENCH WARRANT" to haul her lipo'd ass into Federal Court and answer the questions!

Last week I had a talk with somebody I can only describe as a Legal Eagle - you know one of those blisteringly sharp and intelligent brains trained at the best legal schools in the world - for a review of the Oma Hamou Bankruptcy Fraud case.
Even though I knew Oma Hamou was in big trouble as a result of her bankruptcy fraud, I had no idea of the scale of the forces she had now unleashed against herself in the bankruptcy courts and federal investigatory bodies that are now involved. I knew what she had done had serious consequences, but not how completely it has now changed her life.
What happens henceforth is completely in the hands of the Federal Legal System and none of her tricks will work with them. She cannot run anymore scams and the system will force her to comply with its instructions and regulations. If she tries to resist or run the system will put her in jail - very fast - until she complies.
All those tweets about having $150,000 to fight me in court and now all her tweets about traveling to Russia, expensive remodeling, retaining attorneys and IT Teams, will - as posted earlier - all have to be explained by Hamou.
Everything will now come out; everything will be revealed. Everything I have wanted in this case will now happen. This week is hugely important and there is nothing Hamou can do to stop it happening.
Am not at all surprised that Hamou was "not feeling well" last night.
Tomorrow will not go well for her.

Have to share something amazing with you guys, that happened yesterday during the Russian Easter party...
One of our guests, Joanna, is the great niece of Lady Noelle, Countess de Rothes, who was a heroine of the Titanic sinking and a survivor from 1st Class. She took charge of lifeboat 8. Joanna brought and read two never published letters written to Joanna's mother by Lady Noelle, one from on board the Carpathia after being rescued! She described the sinking and her role in great detail. Simply amazing to hear her first hand account, on the day of the 100th anniversary of the event.
It was amazing to hear her read the letters and see the rapt attention of the entire crowd at the party. People were mesmerized. What an unforgettable occasion. The array of Russian delicacies, the delicious wines, the interesting people - simply wonderful! The last guests left at 2AM.
At the same time there was a street party with a live band taking place across Speedway and people were dancing in the streets outside our house. It was an amazing only in Austin sort of thing.
Russian Easter was simply incredible this year - I wish you all could have been there.
Looking forward to meeting up with you in Boston, Rob. Going to take the Orient ferry on Friday and spend the night with friends in Cotuit, will be in town on Saturday and Sunday. Your party sounds wonderful!

Wow, the PBS video crew showed up at 7:30 this morning and just left a few minutes ago, they were here almost three full hours. They interviewed me and Bob, and filmed the whole garden, front and back. They even had us let out the dogs and filmed them romping in the garden.
The show is seen nationally, although not in every market. They probably won't have the piece aired before the fall, but the producer will keep us in the loop about when exactly it will be on!
We're really excited.
RJ, that's great to hear! I was hoping you were able to meet. I'm staying over in Cambridge, just across the river from the event.
Wow, the Boston event this weekend is much bigger than I thought. 2,500 people will attend, and Bordeaux has the biggest booth there! This will be an amazing weekend.

I remember the most wonderful soup my dear old Tante Gubelinde used to make for intimate little Partei dinners that Onkel Helmuth would host at their elegant Wohnung on Linderstraße.
It was as simple as simple could be, but let me tell you, my pets. The Gauleiterjust loved it. A bowl or two, and he would simply slay us in the aisles with his hilarious recountings of the week's events around the Gau. It's a pure wonder those boys always managed to keep those uniforms looking so neat and clean.
Anyhoo, my sweets -- here's the recipe:
1 large or 2 small leeks, about 1 pound
A pinch of watercress
2 bay leaves
A dash of watercress
20 black peppercorns
1/2 cup of watercress
4 sprigs fresh thyme
A sprinkle of watercress
2 tablespoons butter
More watercress
2 strips bacon, chopped
A dribble of watercress
1/2 cup dry white wine
A slathering of watercress
5 cups chicken stock
A dollop of watercress
1 to 1 1/4 pounds russet potatoes, diced
A ladle of watercress
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
A beaker of watercress
3/4 teaspoon white pepper
Watercress squeezed out of a wet rag
1/2 to 3/4 cup creme fraiche or heavy cream
Watercress to taste
2 tablespoons snipped chives
Whatever watercress is left

The courts had a busy holiday.
Judge Klausner of the U.S. District Court today dismissed Hamou's RICO lawsuit against Bob Achison and Pallasart, both as to the RICO civil claims and as to the underlying state tort claims.
Over in Bankruptcy Court, Judge Robles also today denied Hamou's motion for an order protecting her from a federal debtor's exam. He wrote:
"By filing a motion for a protective order and failing to otherwise abide by the requirements to bring the motion to the Court's attention, the Debtor has now secured an unauthorized and non-consensual two month extension. The Debtor has now had more than enough time to collect, review, and prepare the requested documents for production."
Judge Robles then ordered Achison to set a new date for the debtor's exam, which will proceed according to the court's order or place Hamou in contempt of federal court.
Judge Robles also today issued another order, setting for trial Achison's adversary case against Hamou, noting that Hamou failed to appear for the status conference. It would thus appear that Robles is not going to dismiss the bankruptcy case despite Hamou's failure to submit any of the required schedules and is instead going to let the case proceed to trial where he will hear all the evidence regarding her conduct.
On June 11, Baruch Cohen joined a string of other lawyers who agreed to represent Hamou and then dropped her as a client when he withdrew from the current cases after less than a month as her lawyer.
Bob's been tied up with clients all day and asked me to tell you all how happy he is the the RICO thing was dismissed on its merits by the Court.
As the Court wrote in its order:
"court records indicate Plaintiff has not filed an opposition to the Motion. On this basis alone, the Court may grant Atchison's Motion. Nonetheless, the Court addresses the Motion on it merits and finds that dismissal is appropriate."

A rare and unique set of 48 Autochrome color photograph plates, taken by Alexander Zehest in 1914 of the interiors of the Alexander Palace, including both the Parade rooms and the personal rooms of the Imperial Family, have been returned to the Alexander Palace Museum. The Autochrome process was a rare and difficult one, invented by the Lumiere Brothers of France in 1903 and marketed in Europe and the US starting in 1907.
The plates were at auction in Paris in June 2012. A close friend of the work of the Alexander Palace Time Machine, Mr. Mike Pyles, contacted Bob Atchison, offering a most generous gift of $25,000 toward the purchase the plates for the APTM websites. Bob declined the gift personally, insisting that the plates go to the Alexander Palace Museum. Mr. Pyles readily agreed. Bob and Christine Martin immediately contacted the offices of Olga Taratynova, Director of the State Museum-Preserve "Tsarskoye Selo" and Dr. Iraida Kurtova Bott, Deputy Director. The Museum staff were already aware of the impending sale of the plates. With Mr. Pyles promised gift in hand of $25,000 toward their purchase, the Museum was able to secure the photographs, which ultimately sold for 53,000 Euros.
Dr. Bott wrote to Bob "[i]The Autochrome plates by the photographer Alexander Zehest are an invaluable historical and iconographical material which is necessary for the restoration and revival of the Alexander Palace. The palace's restoration project has already been approved and preparation work has started. It is yet difficult to say when the restoration will be completed, but the facts that our museum regained control of the palace and that its revival has begun are the changes of great importance to us. On behalf of the directorate and all the employees of our museum, I would like to thank you and ask you to give our sincere words of gratitude to Mr Mike Pyles for his generous assistance and concern for the future of the Alexander Palace.[/i]"
Mr. Pyles has been given membership in the "[i]Society of Friends of the Tsarskoye Selo State Museum-Preserve[/i]", established in 2006 for those who have been "of profound assistance in all fields of our museum's work, including additions to our collections, which were severely damaged during WWII and the earlier sales of the 1920s-1930s."
Further, this donation has opened up discussions between the State Museum Staff and Bob Atchison, to work closely together to continue to provide education and access to information about the progress of the Museum's efforts to those interested world wide. You will be hearing more about this in the next few weeks.

Yesterday Bob Atchison got an approach from Renegade Productions, offering to pay his legal expenses as part of a deal to pitch a show based on the events that have led to his continuing series of legal wins against Oma Hamou. It seems they want to explore her life and activities in depth.
This is a very interesting development.
Actually, what they do is you have to agree to dismiss your case in the court and agree to give it to them to dramatize and film. Their TV judge then pays the 'judgment' to the winning party. The amount of the judgment is whatever they want to be. The show has not been picked up yet and they are looking for possible episodes. Just because they contact you doesn't mean you have been finally selected. They are calling dozens of possible cases a day.
They don't pay any attorney or court fees.
I got all of this directly from the producer who called me. I told them I wasn't interested and the case will be referred to the FBI for a Hamou-McConnell bankruptcy fraud charges and the process could not be stopped.

MORE reasons the image she posted appears to be a deliberate forgery (remember that FELONY charge?). I have flown six times on American in the last year and a half:
1. American has not called their mileage "Frequent Flier Miles" on boarding passes for years. EVERY boarding pass issued by American uses the term "AAdvantage Number"
2. EVERY SINGLE boarding pass issued by American Airlines includes the "Group Boarding Number", a mandatory program used by American Airlines for three years now.
Both alone show this a silly sham. Not to mention the lack of Flight number, which has surely changed in the last years...and the fact that the Airport codes are missing (DFW and LAX) which every single boarding pass includes, on American Airlines in the last several years...

A Sheriff's Department SWAT raid freed famous cartoon character, Snoopy, from a local ranch. A spokesperson from the Sheriff's Department revealed that a tip from a neighbor alerted them to the location of a secret trailer where Snoopy was being held against his will.

Yesterday, August 20, Judge Robles issued an order re-instating Hamou's bankruptcy case and the two adversary actions filed against her by Bob Atchison and Hamid Refai.
Judge Robles' order included instructions to Bob Atchison to proceed with the debtor's examination that Judge Robles had earlier ordered pursuant to Federal Rule 2004.
Thus Hamou is under order by a federal judge to provide numerous documents relating to her financial claims to various parties and to sit in person for an examination by Mr. Atchison's attorney.
FACTS (not speculation)
Judge Robles cancelled the hearing to reinstate the McConnell Bankruptcy,stating he did not NEED a response from the Debtor and would rule on the Motion to Reinstate based on the Motion and file.

As shoes continue to drop in Oma Hamou's mounting legal woes, it is time to give a brief update on her fortunes in court over the past year or so.
During this time period Hamou has been represented by three different attorneys in front of seven different judges in four different courts, both state and federal.
She has accumulated a string of no-shows for court appearances and debtor's exams, numerous failures to produce court-ordered documents, and failures to meet filing deadlines for motions.
And she has failed to prevail in any of her attempts to stop this juggernaut bearing down on her, accumulating contempt orders, sanctions, and bench warrants along the way.
To wit:
July 26, 2011 -- District Court Judge Cooper of Travis County, Texas dismisses Hamou’s Bill of Review, her last-ditch effort to overturn the judgment Bob Atchison obtained against her in 2005.
March 5, 2012 -- Los Angles County Superior Court Judge Brian Yep issues a bench warrant for Hamou’s arrest for failure to comply with the court’s orders.
March 26, 2012 -- Chief Judge Lora Livingston of the Travis County District Court, in Texas issues a bench warrant for Hamou’s arrest for failure to pay sanctions and comply with the court’s orders.
May 10, 2012 -- Federal Judge Ernest Robles orders Hamou to produce documents and to appear in person for a debtor’s exam.
July 5, 2012 -- Federal Judge Ernest Robles denies Hamou’s motion for a protective order to block the debtor’s exam.
July 5, 2012 -- U.S. District Court Judge Klausner dismisses Hamou’s RICO case against Bob Atchison.
July 17, 2012 -- U. S. District Court Judge Klausner dismisses Hamou’s RICO case against ten John Doe defendants.
August 20, 2012 -- Federal Judge Ernest Robles re-issues his order for Hamou to produce documents and to appear in person for a debtor’s exam.
The next shoe: Hamou is ordered to produce financial documents by September 14 and to appear for a debtor's exam on September 20, by authority of Federal Judge Robles.
On a side note, I noticed there was a profusion of tweets by Hamou on August 23, which usually means something has rattled her cage. And coming right off a rant the day before about someone talking to the Sheriff's Department, she's barely been heard from since.

The Orders by this Court and the notices served on the Debtor were clear and not ambiguous. The online blogs by the Debtor demonstrates her lack of concern over her failures to comply with Court Orders. Rule 2005 was established exactly for a situation like the present case. The Debtor has demonstrated contempt for the Orders and processes of this Court
Rule 2005 provides for the Court to issue an order for the apprehension of the Debtor where she has refused to appear for her examination, which is necessary for the administration of the estate. This meets the first and third requirements under Rule 2005. The second requirement of evading service might be justified by the fact that Debtor uses a mail drop box for her mail and has claimed she didn't receive documents in the past. This may be an evasion of process. Rule 2005 provides that ANY of these requirements justifies an order under Rule 2005.
CONCLUSION:
Based upon the foregoing, Robert Atchison hereby requests that the Court either set an Order to Show Cause re Contempt of Court for failing to comply wit the Court's Order pursuant to Rule 2004, or, alternatively, issue an Order instructing the U.S. Marshal to apprehend Debtor and bring her before this Court pursuant to Rule 2005, until she has purged her Contempt.
Furthermore, in light of the continued contemptuous conduct by the Debtor and the evidence that she has used the process of this Court in an improper manner, the Court is respectfully requsted to refer Oma McConnell to the FBI Bankruptcy Crime Unit for investigation.

First of all, Hamou, we would like to thank you for posting proof that you are on notice of the motion filed with the Bankruptcy Court to hold you in contempt and to apprehend you for the debtor's exams that the Court has twice ordered you to attend and which you have blown off.
Second, it's rather odd to hear you whine about Bob Atchison's not being a creditor of yours, when it was YOU who listed him in your bankruptcy petition as one of your creditors.
Third, blowing off the three 341 Meetings you were required to attend under order of the court cannot be excused by your claims about Bob Atchison. 341 Meetings are for the benefit of all the creditors, and your petition listed many creditors beyond just Atchison.
The hearing on the motion is October 31 at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 1568, 255 E Temple St. in Los Angeles. I'm sure the judge is anxious to meet you and to hear all about this bombshell motion you are going to file. Please be there. Pretty, pretty PLEASE.
I see Hamou is mired (or pretends to be) in her usual confusion on several points.
First, Hamou provided the bankruptcy court with a service address in her original filing. Subsequent motions under that case need only be served by mail to the address provided to the court. Such service was made, and the court deems it complete. There is no need to prove she actually received and read the notice, but only the need to prove the mailing was made. Notwithstanding this, she has proved she is aware of the motion by her recent posts on her "Ask Oma" forum. (Perhaps she has this knowledge because she was also served notice at the email address she gives on her website as the email address to be used to contact her.) In any case, her claim that she was not served is spurious.
Second, Bob Atchison holds a final money judgment against Hamou. All Hamou's legal maneuvers to overturn that court judgment have been rejected by the courts, and she has no more legal recourse. Consequently, the claim that Atchison is not a judgement creditor of Hamou is absurd, as the courts themselves have confirmed he is a creditor.
Third, the Texas bench warrant for her arrest was not issued in order to collect Atchison's judgment. It was issued by the court for her numerous contemptuous failures to appear before the bench when summoned and her failure to pay court-ordered sanctions. Bankruptcy stays extend only to actions by individuals, not to actions by courts. Also, moneys owed a court cannot be discharged in bankruptcy. So Hamou's bankruptcy filing has no effect on the actions of the Texas District Court in issuing its bench warrant.
Hamou was given two chances to comply with the Bankruptcy Court's orders to submit to a debtor's examination. She attempted to forestall the first examination by filing two motions. Both motions were rejected by the Court, which again ordered her to an examination. She then ignored the second order. The Court will proceed accordingly.
We ardently hope she will appear as summoned. For her convenience, I again give her the date, time, and place:

Multiple arrests or convictions relating to cocaine possession and sale, possessing hypodermics, methamphetamine possession and sale, giving false ID to police officers, breaking into vehicles, thefts and conversion, physical assaults, public intoxication.
The quaiity of Hamou's friends continues to meet established standards.
A woman found with $400 worth of rock cocaine, plastic bags and $251 cash in her pockets was arrested early Friday morning after deputies stopped the car in which she was riding.
Traci Lee Kellar, 29, of Palmdale ran across East Avenue R in the 1500 block but was captured when she slipped in mud, deputies said.
``She had 20 rocks of cocaine - individually wrapped,'' Deputy Dave Miklos said. ``That's a lot of narcotics.''
Deputies said they stopped the vehicle because it had no front license plate and its rear license plate was obscured. When they walked up to it, they said they could see a pocketknife in Kellar's pants pocket and asked her to step out.
When she stepped out, deputies said they saw another large lump in a pocket. When they asked her what it was, she reportedly pulled out a plaid pouch, threw it to the ground and ran. Both she and a deputy slipped in the mud, but she was captured.
The narcotics were in the pouch. A further search of the woman recovered a large amount of small plastic bags and $251 cash.
The driver was cited for vehicle violations and released.
``He was not found to be involved in what she was doing,'' Miklos said.
Kellar is being held, in lieu of $15,000 bail, at the Twin Towers Correctional Facility in downtown Los Angeles on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale.

Well, once again The Woman Who Sued Herself has her legal wires crossed.
What was dismissed today by Judge Robles was the case Hamou brought. In order to avoid two outstanding state warrants for her arrest, she ducked into bankruptcy court and filed a petition in bankruptcy.
What happened today is that her shield of bankruptcy is gone, and she is right back under two state bench warrants.
Hamou has been staring down the gun of arrest warrants either way. All that the motion that was heard today had really been about to was get a federal warrant issued if the state warrants remained in abeyance.
As Judge Robles quite clearly told Hamou today after her little song and dance about the Refai judgment, this was all brought on by her refusal to show up in court over and over.
So, the hearing began this morning with Hamou's having no active bench warrants out for her arrest. It ended with her having two bench warrants in place.
This seems a rather strange "victory" to be celebrating.
I guess one takes what one can get.

I see it's time for another set of corrections of the claims made by Oma Hamou, aka The Woman Who Sued Herself.
She is crowing that Bob Atchison's "case" against her was dismissed. In fact, what was denied was a motion Atchison made in HER case petitioning for bankruptcy. What was dismissed by the court was Hamou's bankruptcy petition, thereby stripping her of protection against the two state judgments in California and Texas in which bench warrants for her arrest were issued.
Hamou also conveniently fails to mention that the bankruptcy judge also denied HER motion to have Bob Atchison's judgment against her set aside. In fact, in denying Atchison's motion to have her submit to a debtor examination in the bankruptcy case, the judge specifically ruled that Atchison is free to pursue her and an examination in state court.
Hamou has been flushed out of her hiding place behind a bankruptcy judge's skirts. Two courts in two states have ordered her into a debtor's examination, and those orders are reinstated. And the bench warrants for refusing to comply with those orders are back in place.
Bob Atchison was seeking one of two things: to get the debtor examination accomplished in bankruptcy court, or to get the bankruptcy stay against the state court judgments lifted and to reinstate the orders for the debtor examinations.
He succeeded. The stay was lifted.
Hamou may think this is a victory. But, then again, she did once accidentally sue herself.
Hamou posted:
"My bankruptcy was dismissed several months ago. Bob Atchison went back into Federal Court and got it reinstated, nitwit. His Motion to Reinstate my bankruptcy and His adversary claim was altogether dismissed. You should stop posting lies on the web because if you don't and you continue you will pay."
It's often difficult to tell whether Hamou is deliberately lying or hopelessly confused.
At the October 31 hearing, there was NO motion before the judge to reinstate the bankruptcy proceeding. That had already been done in response to an earlier motion by Atchison.
There were three motions filed with the court relating to the October 31 hearing. One was Bob Atchison's motion to force Hamou into a debtor examination. The other two were filed by Hamou -- one a "Motion of Objection to Robert Atchison Claim of Being Legitimate Creditor" and a "Motion for Extension of Time".
The judge denied all three motions in his order of November 13 and stated that Atchison was free to pursue his claims against Hamou in state court.
It was Hamou who ducked into bankruptcy court to escape the debtor examinations that had been ordered by state courts in California and Texas.
Atchison's purpose all along has been to get her to a debtor examination so that the wildly conflicting claims she has made to different people for different purposes -- to mortgage companies, to landlords, in tax filings, on the internet -- can be laid bare.
He and Hamid Refai succeeded in state court. When she fled into federal court to escape those orders, she was pursued there. Judge Robles on October 31 dismissed her bankruptcy case, thereby removing her shield against the state courts.
Hamou can rant, rage, and posture all she likes and claim black is white until the cows come home. The simple fact is that she is again under the orders of two courts to submit to debtor examinations.
And she will remain in contempt of those courts until she does.
Poor, poor Hamou. All wrapped around that old legal axle again.
She forgets that she was still represented by Shane Boasberg at the hearing in which Judge Livingston issued the bench warrant. (He was trying desperately to dump her as a client, but the judge refused his request until the bench warrant issue was resolved.) If there was any objection to raise about the propriety of the bench warrant, it was his job to raise it, as he was acting in lieu of Hamou herself.
Hamou also misunderstands how the bankruptcy bar works. It only bars a private litigant from seeking to collect a debt. It does not bar a court from taking action against the bankruptcy petitioner on ancillary matters relating to the debt. The warrant was not issued because Hamou did not pay the judgment to Atchison. It was issued because she defied the court's orders to show cause why she did not appear for a debtor's examination the court had ordered. Such action by the court is not barred by a bankruptcy filing.
As for all that nonsense about "proving" in federal court that Atchison committed fraud and perjury, she apparently is familiar neither with the concept of res judicata (despite the poignant little lesson from the judge who dismissed her Bill of Review) nor with the statute of limitations.
It will be the best news Atchison can get when she files this cracker jack of a RICO suit about which she keeps braying.
We'll leave it to her to figure out why.
Now, that shouldn't be a problem for the Woman Who Sued Herself.
Right?
Again, Hamou demonstrates the extent to which she will go in lying to cover her tracks and/or her utter confusion about what's what.
She posted:
"my then counsel Mr. Boasberg had already been dismissed by me and with the courts permission prior to Mr. Atchison, the Teflon Con, waltzing into court on March 27th, 2012 and conning Her Honor into issuing a civil bench warrant for my arrest . . . . "
Prior to the hearing on the bench warrant, Boasberg had applied to the court to be allowed to withdraw from the case. Judge Livingston agreed he could withdraw, but she stipulated that he could not until after the contempt hearing, because Judge Livingston said she was not going to allow a defendant to be unrepresented for a contempt hearing.
So Shane Boasberg was in the courtroom AS HAMOU'S COUNSEL when Judge Livingston handed down the bench warrant.
Hamou was therefore fully represented at the hearing by counsel, and if she had any defense to the contempt order and resultant bench warrant (which she didn't), she failed to raise it through her counsel.
I repeat: Boasberg was in the courtroom when Judge Livingston ordered a bench warrant to issue for Hamou's arrest.
Hamou's assertion that he was not representing her at that point is a bald-faced lie told in obvious desperation.
Hamou continues to stumble badly the more she rants.
She posted:
"I am happy, no, thrilled to read the notes made by law enforcement about you and your friends . . . ."
I can only suppose she is unaware of Los Angeles Government Code Section 6254, which makes it illegal for the police to disclose outside the police department "any portion of the report that reflects analysis, recommendation or conclusion of the investigating officer" -- as well as several other things Hamou pretends she has from the police.
We can certainly hope she includes such things in her famous RICO filing, as it will make for a very nice lawsuit against the police agencies as well as force disclosure of who in such agencies violated their policies regarding investigations.
This is, of course, in addition to the lawsuits Atchison, whom Hamou has accused of being a perjurer and a forger, and others will bring for defamation.
Can't wait to see that RICO filing. Just can't wait.

First, I was there when Judge Cooper TOLD YOU in so many words that if you had brought up "fraud" AT TRIAL she couldn't HEAR IT! You kept saying "He lied, he committed fraud..." Judge Cooper told you that if you couldn't PROVE anything NOT DURING TRIAL "that is a big problem for you".
YOU turned on the crocodile tears. Remember? Sobbing...you kept saying "He lied...he committed fraud"...Judge Cooper TOLD YOU that wasn't anything she could rule on...you sniffled and sobbed..THEN SHE DISMISSED THE BILL OF REVIEW.
As for the Bench Warrant: I was there. You, weren't.
Little Shane stood there with dick in hand, telling Judge Livingston you had no excuse for disobeying her orders. You were uncooperative and he had no excuses for you.
Judge Livingston said she was "Happy" to sign the bench warrant and made little Shane approve the language of the warrant. Which he did.
THEN she let him fire you as a client.
The record proves that.

I see Hamou blundered again. She posted on her website a communication from January 12, 2012 between her and her lawyer regarding the Atchison case.
She thereby abnegated the lawyer-client privilege and opened up all her correspondence with Boasberg to discovery.
