When one uses a search engine online using my name, and my trade name, The Austin Wine Guy, one finds scurrilous, defamatory and simply out right lies spread across the Internet results now going back several years.
I would NOT even have written here, had this person not continually written her own false and defamatory statements herself and aided and abetted other personae writing "on her behalf" for the last six years. If she doesn't want me to say anything about her, she ought not have been continually blogging and writing about me much less aiding and encouraging others to do so as well.
The woman behind all of this goes by many names: Oma Hamou, Oma McConnell, Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Hamou, Alexandra Moran, Oma Demian, Alexandra Murphy, are the usual ones, but there are others. She uses a business name of "Enigma Royal Films, LLC" she also calls just "Enigma Films" and "Reseda Glass" and "Worldwide Construction Enterprises, Inc.". The reason this woman and her "alleged", actually made up, friends crusade to destroy me is simple. I learned about her genuine background, and she wants me silenced from speaking about it.
This woman admits that her actions are all motivated by her bitterness and hatred towards me, and this is the reason for her actions.
This woman, Oma Hamou, Oma McConnell, Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Hamou, Oma Demian, Alexandra Murphy and her other aliases have a twenty year track record of FELONY CONVICTIONS, multiple arrests, failure to abide by the requirements of her probation for her felony convictions which lead to more arrests, many many civil judgments against her for hundreds of thousands of dollars, a history of writing bad checks, and she was arrested late in 2008 in San Bernardino California on a Felony Charge of Forgery of a Financial Instrument (she seems to have forged a large check) After 14 months of dragging the process out, she paid the Victim full restitution and the District Attorney dropped the Felony charge. She has a history of evictions and bad checks.

In 2008 Ms. Chipi was seeking a short sale of her home. A realtor named Kevin Davies (phone available upon request) introduced Oma McConnell to Ms. Chipi, claiming she had loan approval to purchase the house but that McConnell wanted to move in as a renter prior to closing the sale. (This was exactly the scenario she used to gain occupancy at Mr. O'Connor's house in Littlerock.) Ms. Chipi agreed.
The first rental check was written on a closed account. No further rental payments were made. McConnell moved in with her son and another man. The house was thoroughly trashed. Numerous animals were kept in one room which was badly damaged. Carpeting was ripped out. Appliances were removed. The kitchen caught fire.
Ms. Chipi sought help from the Sheriff's department which told her that they could do nothing without an eviction order. Ms. Chipi filed a U.D. (Case No. 08U03169 - Michael Antonovich Antelope Valley Courthouse), which she later dropped due to lack of resources. She said that Kevin Davies also filed an action against McConnell and that she failed to show for the hearing.
Ms. Chipi says she has some files on the incident, as does Mr. Davies, and that she also has undeveloped film of the damage done to the house.
Robert Atchison
Won a Civil Judgment against Oma Hamou for her failure to pay him consulting fees as she promised him she would do.
Mr. Atchison is proceeding with Post Judgment Document Production demands from Oma Hamou. A District Court Judge has signed an order requiring her to schedule and appear at a deposition in Austin Texas no later than September 3 to disclose her assets, finances, and employment information, and she is further ORDERED to comply by providing the requested financial, employment and asset documentation to Mr. Atchison no later than August 20. She did nothing. Her failure to do these things resulted in an order of Contempt of Court.
August 2011: Hamou/McConnell tried to derail Mr. Atchison's debt collection with a last moment filing of a "Bill of Review". Hamou's Bill of Review was dismissed on July 26, 2011 by the Hon Judge Cooper of the District Court. Hamou now has no choice but to comply with the Court order.
OCTOBER 18:
The Court slapped Oma Hamou with an Order of Contempt of Court and imposed $1,000 sanctions against her for failing to comply with the Ordered Document Production and Deposition.
January 2012: District Court Lora Livingston Slapped an ORDER TO APPEAR AND SHOW CAUSE on Oma Hamou requiring her to appear in Person to explain her continuing violation of Court Orders. Her failure to appear will most likely result in a Bench Warrant for her Arrest:
Hamou failed to appear as ordered by the Court. As a result, a BENCH WARRANT for her arrest was issued on March 26, 2012 by the same Judge Livingston in the Travis County District Court
Hamou attempted in June 2012 to ask the Court to vacate the Bench Warrant, but it seems her "Paralegal" one Robert Richman (a Tai Chi master and Torah Scholar, as well as "Paralegal") seems to have chickened out on continuing.
In 2012 "Oma McConnell" filed for Bankruptcy in order to forestall debtor's exams and collection efforts. She failed to file any required schedules or information, despite Court orders to do so. Her Bankruptcy was dismissed for that failure. However, On August 20, 2012 Judge Robles of the US Federal Bankruptcy Court ordered her Bankruptcy proceedings to be re-instated and ordered her to comply with Document Production requests and Deposition by attorneys for Bob Atchison, which are now scheduled for late September. Hamou/McConnell FAILED TO COMPLY WITH THE COURT ORDERED DOCUMENT PRODUCTION REQUIRED NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 14, 2012. She further FAILED TO COMPLY WITH THE COURT ORDER THAT SHE APPEAR FOR A DEPOSITION ON SEPTEMBER 20, 2012. She can now be held in Contempt of Court.
October 31, 2012, the Bankruptcy Court dismissed Oma McConnell's bankruptcy due to her utter failure to file even one single required schedule or document. Judge Ernesto Robles said her creditors "are free to pursue their State claims against her".
March 2013: Mr. Atchison has had his Judgment made final in California and localized to California and is proceeding to collect against her. A Debtors Exam (ORAP) has now been issued and ordered by the Los Angeles Superior Court for Hamou/McConnell to appear in Court.

Homeowner in Littlerock California who was selling his house using the services of Shari Porter agent with Big Valley Realty in Palmdale California. Shari Porter brought "Alexandra Moran" using an expired drivers license in the name of Oma Hamou to Mr. O'Connor as a "Qualified Buyer" of his home. Shari Porter insisted Oma Hamou be allowed to rent part of the home as a room mate of Mr. O'Connor until the sale closed. Porter kept informing Mr. O'Connor that Hamou was pre-qualified by lenders, yet never actually provided the required documentation proving this to O'Connor. Shari Porter told O'Connor that Hamou had deposited funds into escrow at Titan Escrow in Palmdale, but again refused to give O'Connor any actual escrow documents. Hamou delayed closing for a full five months, then refused to close when O'Connor demanded. She further refused to leave the property and squatted in the residence with four men, another woman and four or five children and literally ten or twelve dogs and forty to fifty cats. She has moved an old trailer and cargo boxes onto the property as well. She has squatted on Mr. O'Connor's property for over 18 months without paying rent. This sadly forced Mr. O'Connor to lose his property to Foreclosure and Declare Bankruptcy, as direct results of this woman's scams and lies.

2011 "Alexandra Moran" rented a room from Patrick J. O'Connor, but presented an expired California Drivers License in the name of Oma Hamou. She then claimed to want to purchase the property. She delayed the purchase for FIVE MONTHS with numerous stories, and is now squatting on the property without permission nor paying rent . She lives there with her son, Nicholas Royal Moran, who has severe psychiatric disorders (his is currently under Conservatorship pursuant to the California Lanterman Petris Short Act) and has a history of violence, both domestic and with police. Mr. O'Connor himself witnessed Nicholas Moran beat his mother in front of him in the residence. She also lives with one Steve Fred Lee, who has over 15 criminal convictions for eluding police, indecent exposure and habitual driving with a revoked drivers license. Another squatter on the property is one Michael McBride who lives with four or five of his children also on the property. Hamou also has literally many dozens of cats and more than 10 dogs on the property. Hamou attempted to keep Mr. O'Connor from evicting her by filing a Restraining Order against Mr. O'Connor alleging he made threats of violence against her and her son. However, she did NOT file this order until a full TWO WEEKS after Mr. O'Connor left the residence and moved to Alaska! Hearing on the requested Restraining order was held Friday July 15. Hamou first requested a continuance! The Judge refused to delay the hearing. After the Judge examined her criminal record, arrest record and history of evictions and Judgments, the Judge in so many words called Hamou "a Criminal and Con Artist" recognized her string of VICTIMS and refused to grant the restraining order, and further told Hamou that while he could not order her out at the moment, she did have to leave O'Connor's property and pay him the rent owed. Hamou told O'Connor by email she will be out by September 1. Mr. O'Connor's attorney has begun Eviction Proceedings against Hamou McConnell and her other squatters. While Hamou wrote Mr. O'Connor that she would be "out of the house by September 1" she has hired a lawyer to delay the eviction proceedings. Reports indicate that the house is trashed, with old furniture in the yard, many old rusted trucks, tires, boxes and piles of trash are strewn across the property.

Her 2010 IRS returns show "income" of $38,000 or $2,459 per month. She claims a "sole proprietorship" called "Reseda Glass" that "installs glass in high rise buildings" but has NO Federal Employer ID number, nor does she list any WAGES paid to any "employees". Those treatments are so hard on her that I have had to help her back to the car, then into her house and even into bed because they leave her so sick and weak that she cannot do anything.

HILARIOUSNESS AT THE COURT
So, SnoopOmaSand no showed at her long threatened "Harassment Order" hearing this morning.

She sends in Jim Sproul. Sproul shows up in court wearing an old t shirt, dirty shorts and tennis shoes, that's some impression.
Sproul tries to tell the Judge that she was "beaten up" last night by people he claimed had been sent by Bob. The Judge clearly didn't buy this and demanded proof. Sproul handed over one page from some ER that said only she "claimed" to have been beaten, had NO OBVIOUS BRUISES, and was given Alleve and released immediately.
The Judge was clearly annoyed and not buying a single word of this Bat Shit Crazy and said, that if she was released she had no reason not to be there, and wouldn't listen to anything Sproul wanted to say, rejected the paper from the ER and threw the entire thing OUT OF COURT.
SHE LOSES YET AGAIN IN FRONT OF A JUDGE.
Despite more than two dozen cases filed by or against her, Hamou has NEVER prevailed when two conditions are present simultaneously: when her "evidence" is to be put before a judge or jury and when the opposing party is present.
Today demonstrated to Hamou that Bob Atchison, either in person or represented by licensed counsel, will ALWAYS be present in any action involving him.
She will NEVER be able to secure a ruling against Atchison from a judge based on her unchallenged claims alone.
And, as she keeps up these harassing tactics of filing actions, failing to present evidence, and then abandoning them -- in other words, abusing the process of courts whose orders she disregards any time it is inconvenient for her -- she is simply bringing nigh the day when it will all come crashing down around her.
Sproul and Richman should tread very carefully, too, as the assistance they are giving her in these legal shenanigans, including perjury on Sproul's part in more than one matter, will likewise come to be a source of regret for them.
Up to this point, it has not made financial sense to go after indigents other than Hamou. But the tipping point is near when it will be done simply because it is the right thing to do.
By the way, we had been guessing all week that her sudden silence on Twitter and her blog was to set up the claim that she had been hospitalized and therefore could not attend court.
She really ought to get a little more creative with her ruses. The ludicrous old tricks are just plain hackneyed at this point. And judges clearly see them for what they are, going all the way back to when she was peremptorily ordered to trial in the original Atchison lawsuit after milking that old illness cow one time too many.

Hamou tried to outdo herself today and ended up over-reaching.
Before court convened Jim Sproul called her to let her know that Atchison was present. So she stayed in hiding nearby and let Sproul present that cockamamy story about a beating the night before.
She thought it would get her a continuance, and she could appear later, thinking Atchison would not make a second trip to California.
Instead, the ploy caused the judge to open the case up for broader discussion, and Atchison and his lawyer were able to show the judge her history of non-appearances, sanctions, bench warrants, and adverse judgments. He also heard about her filing for bankruptcy on the day a California bench warrant was issued, and this took them into a discussion about the bench warrant for the debtor's exam in the Refai case.
As Hamou likes to say, the judge "did not find it funny". He said he saw what was going on, denied the continuance, quashed the petition for a restraining order, and threw the case out of court.
Once again, Hamou and her "evidence" goes down in flames in front of a judge.
Yes! Both Bob and his attorney were quite clear that the Judge heard all about her, her background, her previous "illnesses" preventing Court appearances, her numerous contempt of court orders, bench warrants. In short, the Judge was "not amused" at her whatsoever when he sent Sproul packing and tossed out the whole thing.
Cocktails are indeed on me, Rob. Although you can treat for the hors d'ouevres, since she did send Sproul. Anyone want to take any bets as to how long it will be before a carefully doctored photograph of Our Girl appears to substantiate her ludicrous claim?

Hamou should understand that Bob Atchison's attorney will no doubt show this post to the judge and demand that she produce the prescriptions and medical records proving she was given morphine as well as produce a copy of the police report of this supposed beating and the name of the officer who told her about morphine use.
Now, why hasn't "law enforcement" done anything about Hamou's complaints against Atchison?
Well, it turns out that she always omits telling "law enforcement" about the judgment Bob has against her, the court sanctions and contempt orders imposed on her, and the outstanding bench warrant. Once "law enforcement" hears about that, they all quickly reach the same conclusion: all this restraining order nonsense is Hamou's clumsy attempt at retribution for Atchison's obtaining a sister state judgment against her and an order to appear in California for a debtor's exam.

No restraining order will stop it. Another bankruptcy filing will get her in front of Judge Robles, who she knows is not going to let her get by with another sham petition. I am pleased to personally report another complete and absolute victory in court over Oma. Every single judge and jury has decided strongly in my favor and it has happened again.
Since I was there I know everything that happened and everything that was said. The judge heard the true story of Oma Hamou Mconnell - backed up with solid evidence - the judge talked to me personally and I gave more details. The result was he quashed and dismissed her case immediately.
Victory and justice again.

SO, let's look at some actual medical facts:

Oh, my pets. I get distracted with other things for a few days and forget to read this exciting blog. Then I check back in and find just all sorts of doings afoot.
Truly, dears, you never, ever disappoint.
But this latest episode with that horrible attack and beating of poor Ms. Hamou / McConnell / Murphy / Moran / Hanoi has sadly brought my thoughts back to an awful kerfuffle in my own family.
My darling niece Morphinia Schwartzundblau once worked as a nurse in a major hospital. (I won't use its name here, but I'm sure you would all have heard of it. It's very famous.) One day a patient with a concussion sustained in a beating -- just like poor Ms. H/M/M/M/H's -- asked for a cup of coffee. My niece Morphinia, always so kind and attentive, immediately called an order into the kitchen and, with the absolute best of intentions, served the cup to the patient when it arrived.
Well, wouldn't you just know it, but there had been a frightful misunderstanding. The patient was under the care of a very well-known neurologist, Dr. Koffey, and when my poor niece Morphinia called in the order, the kitchen got all confused and transmitted it as an order for a cup of morphine ordered by Dr. Koffey, instead of as an order for a cup of coffee from Nurse Morphinia.
Now, I'm sure you can imagine the rest. It was all just too sad for everyone concerned.
Poor Morphinia finally found a job as a barista at a Starbucks. But the stress was just too much for the poor dear, and she was gone almost before she was there. She's now working as a home health aide. Of course, through an understandable abundance of caution, she absolutely will not serve coffee.
Well, bye bye for now, my pets. All this has reminded me that I haven't talked to Morphinia's mother, my dear sister Poppy, for a while, and I think I'll give her a call.

I had an interesting conversation with Detective Munoz about the lies she told him about me threatening to kill her - his report should have been issued by now. She could not back up her claim because nothing she reported ever happened. There was no evidence. She just made it up and it was one whopper of a lie.
Well, honey, all Jim Sproul has to do is go back into court and admit he committed perjury when he claimed you told him that Bob had sic'ed an assault on you. I'll bet he'd be glad to do it, because real friends will lie for their friends. Even if they might get fined or go to jail for it.

That would be the normal procedure and was certainly the one Hamou was banking on when she came up yet again with that tired old "I'm-in-the-hospital" ploy that she's used so often in the past.
But the fact that the judge decided NOT to use his discretion to grant a continuance and instead opted TO DISMISS THE CASE on the spot indicates exactly what he thought of the whole beating and hospital story.
I've never seen someone whose medical emergencies coincide so regularly with court dates.
In fact, I've never seen someone who has as many court dates in the first place.
Having been there I can report that Jim Sproul gave the judge a copy of Hamou's hospital documents. He read it and said she had been released and was given something that was like Alleve (the Judge's words). There was nothing about morphine; it wasn't anything serious. Sproul claimed that Hamou had been beat up by people sent by me to stop her from appearing in court that day. The judge did not believe Sproul and knew it was a made up story. He wanted to know why Hamou wasn't there in his courtroom. We were able to show how she had done the same thing time and again with dates - no showed in court time and again and abused the court system. After hearing from Jeff Lewis and me the Judge immediately quashed and dismissed Hamou's case - just like that. Threw it out with a firm voice and that was that. I won again.
Bob and the attorney both said that the Judge's words were something to the effect of: "IF she was released, then she should be here. If she could go home, she could show up."
(NOT a quote from the Judge, but the gist of what he said and which was his point. SO YES, he considered the petition without her, listened to what Bob and the lawyer had to say and DISMISSED HER REQUEST ON THE MERITS.)
Since SnoopOmaSand's "understanding" is at a level ossified way back in around 1970 at Caldwell Elementary and does no service to the educational abilities of Albion schools, I should be very clear and basic in what happened. So she can "understand" what happened.
SnoopOmaSand requested a hearing, making serious allegations that Bob Atchison made credible threats to her safety. She submitted said request in writing with pages of her "evidence".
SnoopOmaSand was given a hearing date by the Court.
Bob and his lawyer showed up at the time and place so designated by the Court.
SnoopOmaSand FAILED to show up at the designated place and time.
Instead of SnoopOmaSand who REQUESTED the hearing, a tall old dude who couldn't be bothered to dress any better than a T shirt, dirty shorts and Tennies shows up.
Crappy dressed Old Dude tells the Court SnoopOmaSand can't make it because Bob Atchison sent goons to beat up SnoopOmaSand.
The Judge is not amused. Crappy Dressed Old Dude is NOT a party to the action, nor clearly he is not SnoopOmaSand's attorney. Courts do NOT permit non parties and non attorneys to appear for any reason. Crappy Dressed Old Dude tells the Judge he has PROOF by means of the Hospital discharge papers he says were given TO HIM by SnoopOmaSand.
However, the Judge asks Crappy Dressed Old Dude to see this documentation, and reads what SnoopOmaSand GAVE to Crappy Dressed Old Dude.
The Judge makes a RULING that there is no reason or basis to NOT go forward with the hearing. Determining that being given an over the counter headache medicine similar to Alleve and being sent home is not serious enough to prevent SnoopOmaSand from appearing and therefore the Judge RULES that SnoopOmaSand couldn't be bothered to show up and goes forward with the hearing SHE requested.
Judge reviews the EVIDENCE submitted by SnoopOmaSand along with her request for this hearing. He then spends some 20 minutes hearing from Bob Atchison and his lawyer.
AFTER reviewing SnoopOmaSand's evidence she submitted and after listening to Bob Atchison's side of things, the Judge THROWS OUT SnoopOmaSand's request for a restraining order.
This is called "Res Judicata"
Despite SnoopOmaSand's narcissistic personality disorder, Courts have rules and procedures and do not grant "do overs", "mulligans", or "extra turns".

She was recently arrested in Burbank on a bench warrant and charged with and convicted of animal abuse.

Hamou lied to Detective Munoz in August - she told a completely made up - and ridiculous story that I had threatened to kill her and 'to piss on her grave', she claimed I had threatened to burn her up in her car - seriously can you believe this? The story she told went on and on - it would be total craziness except she lied to try and get me in trouble.
She did it again with the restraining order and within minutes of that being dismissed she was at it again.
I simply will no longer stand for any of this. Hamou and Sproul will not get away with this anymore. It's over. Jeff Lewis will be there if they try anything again. I will fly out again anytime it's necessary.
I have instructed my attorney and his firm to do everything possible to stop the lies, collect my judgment and make Hamou and Sproul accountable for what they just did in the courtroom. You will not lie in court like that - and lie about me - and get away with it.

Oma has filed a formal complaint with both the FBI and the Austin Police Department and has enlisted the assistance of the Travis County Attorney's office in filing criminal charges against Bob Atchison & Pallasart Web Ventures, for "theft of services, fraud, computer intrusion, stalking (Austin Police Department has one of the best Hi-Tech division in the State to handle cyberstalking cases). I've been told by Oma's attorney that even when criminal charges are filed it can take 6 months up to a year to prosecute.
That worked out well for her, didn't it. Has she figured out that after 9 YEARS they aren't going to actually arrest anybody?
Ah the TRUTH WILL OUT! Richman told the Court he wasn't able to SERVE HER, which is why it was dismissed.
Funny that even her good buddy couldn't serve her!
Perhaps this was another reason why she no-showed my restraining order hearing - she was afraid of process servers for this lawsuit. Another reason to have Sproul on the lookout and phoning Hamou from the corridor outside the courtroom. I was there I saw it.
Looks like she's hiding out from Richman.
Either she was lying when she said Richman told her he was going to dismiss the suit, or he told her that hoping she would drop her guard so he could serve her.
Not much chance of that with a serial process-evader.
There are any number of tricks she could have played on him - promises to pay followed by medical emergencies. Perhaps she said she was waiting for funds from Israel to arrive that were delayed in customs... Perhaps she was attacked yet again...

As Hamou demonstrated on October 23, the only effective tactic left to her is to stay in hiding when she thinks anyone who knows her might be around.

The reality of SnoopOmaSand is that it is facing further lawsuits from alleged "friends", Bench warrants for its arrest are still outstanding in multiple states, new victims have reached out.
What have you done lately SnoopOmaSand? Aside from no-showing in Court TWICE??

In the waterfall of blather today on her "Ask Oma" forum, Hamou managed to squeeze in this little gem, supposedly describing her 18 years ago:

First, in her typical butchering of English, I suppose she meant "on the fast track" instead of "fast on the track", which is how one describes a horse or a gold-digging slut, not an up-and-comer.
Second, and continuing her usual butchering of English, I suppose she meant "burnished gold" instead of "tarnished gold". (Or maybe it was just a Freudian slip, because the metal is most certainly tarnished in her case.)
And, finally, I wonder at the description of her as "flashy". Again, a lack of command of English apparently leaves her ignorant of the connotation of that word. It does not mean elegant, sophisticated, or attractive. It means drawing attention for tackiness. Bling is flashy. Haute couture is not.

The new betting around here is on whether Atchison or Richman will be the next to get a California bench warrant for your arrest.
And, in crowing about that restraining order, you fail to mention that it was a TRO, obtained only on your allegations before Atchison was heard in court. Once he spoke before a judge, you and your case were dead in the water, and you knew it.

And, as Atchison used your first appearance on the TRO as an occasion to get you personally served for the California debtor's exam, we all know who was the real winner in this little Hamou TRO melodrama.

And it's NOT going to be Atchison.
Just as you did with the Texas Bill of Review that resulted, not in overturning Atchison's judgement against you, but in a Texas bench warrant being issued for your arrest, you've committed the same gaffe with this absurd attempt to get a restraining order in California.

You did not appear for three different Creditor Meetings to which you were summoned.
You did not appear for the financial examination to which you were summoned.

I put more trust in the LA Superior Court system's veracity than SnoopOmaSand's any day.
SPEAKING of SnoopOmaSand's veracity, I got this again very recently:
She just fails to tell all the lies she told the attorneys and me. First she said her name was Katherine Kennedy. She had been adopted by a cousin of the Kennedys when she came to LA. She never could give a plausible explanation for this teenage adoption. She said she was only 19 when in fact she was 23. Gee, does this start to smell of a con to you? She lied about twins as I had stated I wanted to adopt a girl and she knew she carried a boy. For months she claimed the girl was small and fragile and may not survive. After giving birth I asked the Dr about the girl and he said there were no signs there had ever had been a second baby and that he had never told her she was pregnant with twins. The "pregnant with twins" story seems to emanate throughout her life.This confirmed my worst fears about her being a con.

So, Hamou. WHY don't you post that notice of dismissal that Richman sent you?
If you had it, you would post it. If you don't post it, it's obviously because it doesn't exist.
All Oma has to do is give me the name and number of the FBI agent she is supposedly talking to and I will be glad to speak to them about everything I know about Hamou-McConnell.
I will tell them about my legal battle to get her to pay my judgment and obey the dozens of court orders she has ignored. I will tell them about the outstanding warrant I have for her arrest.

Yes, Blake, had Richman dismissed the case she would have posted the document a dozen times in the last hour. Had she really paid him she'd have published copies of the check online as well. Oma will not give the last name of the agent because she can't. It's simply another lie. Didn't she post a first name a few days ago and say it was the Houston office? I'll call tomorrow and find out who it might be and report this claim she is making. I have spoken to the FBI before, when Oma insisted I was being investigated by them for crimes against her. It was BS before and it will be again.
I will welcome to talk to the FBI - maybe they can do something about Hamou-McConnell. In any case they have always been very nice when I have spoken with them before.

First, by butchering the second sentence with a double negative, Hamou is actually saying Atchison did rescind the bench warrant.
Of course, he did not, which is what Hamou would have written if she had sufficient command of English.
But this is a perfect example of what we have been saying about Hamou's failure to tell the police everything when she goes to them (if she even told them about bench warrants. She certainly omitted that little fact when she talked to Detective Munoz.)
The reason the Texas bench warrant was not rescinded was that it was issued for a different reason than the one Refai obtained. The Refai bench warrant was for failure to appear for a debtor's exam in an enforcement action he filed.
On the other hand, the Texas bench warrant was issued for Hamou's failure to pay two sets of sanctions the court had issued against her for contempt.
And, as Hamou probably knows (although she'll pretend she doesn't), proceedings regarding offenses against a court as opposed to offenses against a private individual ARE NOT BARRED BY FILING A FEDERAL BANKRUPTCY PETITION.
But maybe she didn't know. She is, after all, the Woman Who Sued Herself.

One small problem, SnoopOmaSand was ALSO represented by counsel of record. Remember Shane? he was there, in Court. He never said a word. Judge Livingston asked him specifically if his client, SnoopOmaSand had a good excuse for NOT APPEARING AT THE SHOW CAUSE HEARING AS ORDERED BY THE COURT. Shane said there was nothing he knew of. The Judge then issued the Bench Warrant without another peep from SnoopOmaSand's own lawyer. Then, Shane got his request to drop SnoopOmaSand as a client.
Yes, it forgets to include important tidbits of information, like forgetting to tell a Burbank cop that Bob has a judgment against SnoopOmaSand which had been localized to California, and that a Bench Warrant was issued by a Court of Law. That totally changed his understanding of things and he wasn't pleased it had been omitted intentionally.

As Rob Moshein has already pointed out, YOU were represented by counsel at every hearing on that motion. It was HIS job, not that of Atchison or his counsel, to advocate for you.
It's no one's fault but your own if you didn't want your lawyer to know the bankruptcy stunt you were trying to pull. (And it was a stunt, which is why you never filed any of the schedules or attended any of the creditor meetings and wound up with the court throwing the petition out.)
In any case, the Texas court was after you for failing to pay sanctions IT imposed on you. The bankruptcy petition had no power to stop the court from proceeding in addressing your contempt of that court and the sanctions it imposed.
There is a Texas bench warrant outstanding for your arrest. Having Robert Richman send idiotic letters to the court that you can then claim were written by Atchison won't turn the trick.
There is nothing you can do about it. You might as well quit whimpering and whining.

It seems that Richman’s case against Hamou is not the only lawsuit that was dismissed.
Richman had filed a ludicrous $10 million lawsuit against Rob Moshein in federal court.
Now, remember that Richman holds himself out in advertisements as a trained and highly-experienced paralegal and charges fees for his “legal” services. With that in mind, let’s look at a few phrases from the federal judge’s order dismissing the Richman lawsuit.
“Richman alleges a slew of state and federal claims but alleges few, if any, facts to support a plausible inference that he is entitled to relief.”
“A complaint that is unintelligible serves no purpose; but more importantly, it fails to perform the essential functions of a complaint. And it requires all parties – plaintiff, defendant, and the court – to expend resources just trying to decipher the prose.”
“While Richman contends that this Court has jurisdiction under Title XI and Title XV of the United States Code, those provisions refer to bankruptcy and debt-collection practices, respectively. None of the sections to which Richman refers could even plausibly vest this court with federal-question jurisdiction.”
“Richman fails to plausibly allege any viable claim against Moshein.”
The Court ends by giving Richman the address of a Pro Se Clinic and the phone number of a legal aid service, suggesting that he needs to talk to someone who knows what they are doing before trying to get in front of a federal court.
These are the legal talents of the man who is giving Oma Hamou assistance in her legal affairs.
And suing her on and off during the process.
It’s really quite a circus over there -- and getting more entertaining by the minute.
Prior to the hearing on the bench warrant, Boasberg had applied to the court to be allowed to withdraw from the case. Judge Livingston agreed he could withdraw, but she stipulated that he could not until after the contempt hearing, because Judge Livingston said she was not going to allow a defendant to be unrepresented for a contempt hearing.
So Shane Boasberg was in the courtroom AS HAMOU'S COUNSEL when Judge Livingston handed down the bench warrant.
Hamou was therefore fully represented at the hearing by counsel, and if she had any defense to the contempt order and resultant bench warrant (which she didn't), she failed to raise it through her counsel.
I repeat: Boasberg was in the courtroom when Judge Livingston ordered a bench warrant to issue for Hamou's arrest.
Hamou's assertion that he was not representing her at that point is a bald-faced lie.
I was there. You, weren't.
Shane stood there telling Judge Livingston you had no excuse for disobeying her orders. You were uncooperative and he had no excuses for you.
Judge Livingston said she was "Happy" to sign the bench warrant and made little Shane approve the language of the warrant. Which he did.
THEN she let him fire you as a client.
The record proves that.
Here is an excerpt from an advertisement Robert Richman posted, offering his "paralegal" services to the public:
"I have . . . experience in all areas of the law; local, state and Federal"
"I am an expert in . . . pleadings . . . in State and Federal Court."
Really? An expert?
As we see from the order issued by Federal District Court Judge Otis D. Wright, Richman was so inept in filing the pleading that he could not even meet the minimum standard to go forward with the case. The judge went so far as to suggest that Richman contact free legal aid services for assistance before trying his hand in federal court again.
And Richman was so clueless that he based his claim of federal jurisdiction over a tort claim on statutes having to do with bankruptcy and debt collection.
And the interesting thing is that Moshein, whose address Richman got wrong in the service notice and who had not even been served, did not have to ask the court for the dismissal. Oh, my dears. I know you’re wanting to make fun of poor Mr. Robert Richman today in light of that rather embarrassing dismissal of his ten million dollar lawsuit. But I have to tell you, I am rather glad to find out that someone versed in all areas of the law can be found to give some legal advice.
My sweet cousin Jörg has been needing some assistance due to an unfortunate series of events, and I’ve been looking high and low for someone who can handle his case. Sort of a one-stop legal mall as it were.
It happened like this. Jörg was on a ship that had just entered international waters. He was carrying the draft of a movie script about his appeal of the denial of his patent application for a device that would scare off birds who were befouling old people at the park who had been fired by their employers and had nothing else to do. He had formed a company to sell shares in this speculative venture and fallen in with a bad hedge fund crowd who, alas and unbeknownst to him, had been doing a little insider trading.
And, horror of horrors, the ship was boarded by pirates who went straight for the briefcase Jörg always kept with him. When they saw the sketches of the device to scare off birds, they called him the most obscene names (honestly, my pets, I thought I’d heard it all until Jorg told me some of what they called him) and then posted all kinds of libels about him and his schem---, er, plans on the internet.
Darling Jörg was just so upset that when a fellow passenger offered him something to calm him down, he took it. But how was Jörg to know what it was he given or to even know what a drug mule was?
Well, my dears, as you can imagine, Jörg is in need of a bit of legal advice at a good price. And $35 an hour is hard to beat, especially for someone who has experience in maritime, international, entertainment, patent, technology, elder, bird, internet, discrimination, employment, criminal, defamation, obscenity, drug control, and private funds law.
So you make all the fun you want of Mr. Richman’s skills or lack thereof. I, for one, am going to give him a call. Jörg deserves nothing less.

Lucky for me I have lost almost all of my weight through healthy eating and exercise in the last three years. I've never had to use pills or anything else. I certainly stay away from places like Denny's. It may be cheap and trashy but it's all some people can afford. As far as getting fat is concerned many women in particular get tired of watching their weight after menopause - around 50 - and let themselves go. Their romantic lives are over so they turn to food to compensate. Denny's offers comfort foods for poor people, it fills a niche, I think.

So this is what happens when the Woman Who Sued Herself turns to the likes of Robert Richman for legal advice.
Neither Judge Livingston nor any other Travis County judge will be reading Hamou's "Motion to Quash" next week or at any other time.
Why?
It's simple. No clerk will even present a motion to a judge until the movant has scheduled a hearing on the motion and served notice on the opposing party and until the opposing party has had time to respond. Only then does the motion -- along with the response -- go before the judge.
Also, Travis County uses a central docketing system. Motions are referred to the next judge on the referral list, not necessarily to the judge(s) who handled prior activity on the case. A movant cannot direct that one particular judge or another see the motion. So, even if Hamou could get her motion before a judge without first scheduling a hearing and serving notice on Atchison -- and she can't -- she would have no certainty that Judge Livingston would be the judge to see the motion.
In any case, direct communications with a judge by a party in litigation without knowledge of the opposing counsel is highly improper, and no judge will countenance it. Their clerks will do exactly what Judge Klausner's did with that absurd letter Richman wrote him -- trash it without ever making it part of the record.
It may even give Atchison the opportunity to ask for further sanctions -- as if two rounds of sanctions in this case haven't already been enough to teach Hamou to tread with caution in front of Texas judges.
Hamou may well have sent some mess of a motion to Travis County with Judge Livingston's name on the envelope.
But if she believes that means Judge Livingston will soon be reading it, she really is just proving that the Woman Who Sued Herself is still deserving of the name.
The woman's an idiot. And she just keeps shoveling herself in deeper.
I truly do hope SnoopOmaSand files a "Motion" in the District Court, so that she can be called in front of a Judge, to explain WHY she repeatedly refused to comply with their lawful orders on numerous occasions and so that the District Court can be shown her exact words that it "would rather rot in a jail cell" than pay the Judgment the District Court entered in Bob's favor, simply because it doesn't agree.

Earlier this month, Morales, a waitress at Asian Gallop Bistro in Bridgewater, N.J., claimed that a couple refused to tip her because she's a lesbian. The couple has since provided a receipt from the same day, printed at the same time and with the same total and a tip. They also have a document, which they say is a visa bill, that shows their card was charged for $111.55—he cost of the tab, plus an $18 tip.
The Journal News says that Morales lied about having cancer, the extent of damage to her home as a result of Hurricane Sandy and her time in the military. She reportedly told co-workers that she shaved her head because she had brain cancer, only to tell them later that she did it to support a friend who had brain cancer.
She also allegedly told co-workers that Hurricane Sandy sent a boat into her living room, severely damaging her Stormy Point home. According to the Journal News, when co-workers visited out of concern, they only saw minor damage.
Finally, she said that everyone else in her platoon in Afghanistan was killed in an explosion. While a military spokesman confirmed that she was, in fact, a marine, Gothamist says he added that nothing indicated that Morales was in combat in Iraq or Afghanistan.
Morales insists that the handwriting on the check she originally presented was not hers, but the Journal News says an ex-girlfriend told them it resembled hers. The restaurant is investigating both her claims and the couple's response.

“You can’t believe much of what she says,” Larkin said.
Morales told people she was a former Marine who was sent to Afghanistan and that everyone in her platoon died in an explosion except her, Larkin and Howat said.
The explosion left her with back injuries that required surgery and a couple of months to recover, Larkin said Morales told her employer. But during her time off, Morales posted photos of herself on Facebook enjoying a trip to Florida with a girlfriend, they said.
Samantha Reidy of Pomona, who dated Morales for a month a couple of years ago, said Morales appeared to have undergone the back surgery, and sent pictures of herself in pain. But Reidy said Morales told her that she had a quick recovery that allowed her to take the trip. Morales, who stopped all contact with Reidy shortly after taking the trip to visit another girlfriend, got engaged to the other woman when she returned.
Reidy said poems penned by Morales during their courtship that she kept appeared to have matched the writing on the restaurant receipt, bringing into question whether Morales wrote the note on the receipt herself.
“She lies about everything,” Reidy said.
A spokesman for the Marines, Major Shawn Haney, said in an email that Morales had served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve from July 13, 2009, to May 21, 2013 at the rank of Lance Corporal, E-3, as an administrative specialist. She was assigned to the Marine Air Group 49, 4th Marine Air Wing out of Newburgh and deployed from April to June 2012 to Romania as part of the Black Sea Rotational Force 11.
“There is no indication of combat service in Iraq or Afghanistan,” he added in a follow-up email. Also, “While (Morales) did not fulfill her reserve obligation, per the Privacy Act, administrative actions are not releasable. The same applies to character of service and type of discharge.”
When confronted by a News 4 reporter about the receipt, Morales reportedly said, “It’s not my handwriting. I don’t know.”
Restaurant manager Byron Lapola on Tuesday told the Courier News that the eatery, which opened three months ago, would not comment until they finish their investigation. Lapola said Morales was “currently not on the schedule” to work.
Meanwhile, the social media users that slammed the anonymous family in thousands of Facebook and online comments have turned on Morales as well as the restaurant, calling for a boycott of the eatery.
Days after the story first was reported, Lapola told the Courier News he was not working the evening of the incident. But Lapola stood by his waitress and said he instructed his staff to discount an entree from the family’s check and to credit the difference as a tip.

That’s not all Morales has lied about in the past, acquaintances say.
“She said that her dad raped her and got her pregnant,” Kiersten Bremer told The Daily Caller News Foundation. When Morales failed to produce a child, she told Bremer and other friends that she had cervical cancer which spread to the baby, killing it, Bremer claims.
Bremer says Morales later admitted she fabricated the entire story.
Another story comes from a day care center where she once worked, when she told co-workers that Superstorm Sandy so badly damaged her former home in Stony Point, N.Y., that a boat tore through the living room, The Journal News reported. Concerned friends who stopped by the house found only minor damage to the carpet by the front door and no indications of the catastrophic damage Morales described.
“Every story she comes up with has a lie,” Howat said.

Bob and his Attorney will demand SnoopOmaSand appear in person before the Judge hearing her motion. It isn't enough just to file, you must also schedule a HEARING with the Court and appear. Here's Oma's email regarding her attempt to scam the Russian Orthodox Church with spurious cancer claims at the highest levels of the hierarchy. Did she do it to try and gain sympathy and empathy? It was a huge lie that was eventually exposed - just like Morales was.

One of the fascinating things about this forum has been the linkage it provides for so many people who have fallen victim to Oma Hamou's scams over the decades. It began with simply you, and since then has mushroomed, hasn't it? All of these unpaid bills, broken relationships, bruised families, and what do they have in common? Oma Hamou.

When in fact it lived in a filthy, tiny apartment in a crappy part of Santa Monica.

Who was RC Boral?
Hamou told me that Boral was her accountant and he would verify the $66,000,000 trust which she was going to use to finance the production of “As a Matter of Honour.” After Hamou failed to wire the money she had promised to pay me for my consulting services - and after I spoke to Mark Anderson who told me he had not been paid by Hamou either - I called Boral to confirm the existence of the Hamou "trust". Boral told me that he knew Hamou, that she was not now nor ever had been one of his clients, he did not believe she had $66,000,000 trust and the he no longer had anything to do with Hamou.
Our list is at least 34 people so far, those are the ones we know of.
Who was Fred Price?
Hamou told me that Mr. Price was her financial advisor for Enigma Films and a partner in the movie “As a Matter of Honour.” Hamou gave Price’s phone number to me so that I could confirm that what Hamou was telling me was true. I called Price as Hamou had suggested but Price denied he was Hamou’s financial advisor and told me that he did not believe there was a movie project and, more specifically, that Hamou was incapable of producing such a movie.
OH! and remember when SnoopOmaSand was crowing online about how it "had signed John Malkovich to play Nicholas II and Elizabeth Taylor to play Marie Feodorovna" and neither of their agents had ever even heard of Oma Hamou, much less their clients had "signed" anything.
Oh, and let's not forget John and Patricia Lupoli.
Lupoli was the head of the World Council of Independent Christian Churches. He contacted me to warn me that Hamou and Sproul had tried to hire him in Santa Monica, California to hurt me and/or make me disappear forever. Lupoli told Mr. Atchison that he was offered money - something like $11,000 - from Hamou and Sproul to carry out a murder-for-hire. Lupoli told me that he also had a dispute with Ms. Hamou for more than $20,000 for services he provided to Hamou in obtaining her NOC status and accreditation and non-profit status for the Sarskaia Foundation.
Hamou constantly spins and lies about this - it's amazing - claiming that I was in league with the Lupoli's and was conspiring against her. I never knew them before they called me. Hamou - the pathological liar posts over and over about this to try and deflect what she and Sproul tried to do to me. But I know what happened and I have always told the truth about it. People can judge who they want to believe - a proven pathological liar or me.
... and that Fergie, the Duchess and wife of Prince Andrew was going to play Anna Vyrubova. Hamou told me she was meeting with her personally to negotiate the terms of her contract in the 'movie' - and then there were the claims of meetings with Steven Speilberg.
Who was Scott Moss?
Moss called me after Hamou wrote him a check for his web design services on a closed account. Moss was also a Napa police officer in addition to being a web designer. Moss told me that he would have an arrest warrant issued for Ms. Hamou based on her writing him a bad check.
Who was Kirk Monroe?
Monroe contacted me via e-mail. He told me that he was also a victim of Hamou. Specifically, Hamou promised to pay Mr. Monroe for his PR and web design services and wasn’t.
Perhaps we should list Mike Newson as a victim as well...
Newson first contacted me under the phony name of Mike Knudson to attempt to engage me in a discussion about Hamou. Newson told me that Hamou had hired him for web design services but that she had never paid him. In addition Hamou had also promised to invest a large sum of money into his company but failed to do. Newson said he suggested Hamou to contact Mr. Lupoli in the murder-for-hire plot.
Watch how Hamou starts spinning all of these facts with more pathological lying.
Who was Scott Latendresse?
Latendresse told me that Hamou owed him $8,000 for services he provided to Hamou for which she never paid. Latendresse told me there were other companies Hamou didn’t pay for the services they provided as well. he built sets or models for Hamou.
Who was Monique Hahn?
Hahn told me that she was hired by Hamou to do make-up for Hamou. Hamou wrote Hahn a check on a closed account. I learned sbout Hahn’s lawsuit against Hamou via the internet and contacted her about it. She told me that she had filed a lawsuit in small claims court in Beverly Hills seeking the money Hamou owed her, that Ms. Hamou did not appear for trial, and that she had obtained a default judgment against Hamou. Hahn turned over the bad check to Detective Coltrane.
We should remember Nadezhda "Nadia" and Eugene Zubov...
Zubkov is a friend of Bishop Markell’s and worked at the Feodorovsky Cathedral. Zubkov told me that Hamou was going to give him money, to assist with the Feodorovsky Cathedral’s outreach program to help alcoholics in Tsarskoye Selo. I believe he said Hamou promised $10,000 but I am not sure of the amount. Hamou never gave it. Zubkov told me that Hamou was spreading rumors about Bishop Markell, that Hamou obtained a receipt from Markell stating he had received $180,000 from her had stolen the money.
Indeed - Hamou told me herself that he had taken $180,000 from her and that she had the signed a receipt for it, and Markell had stolen the money. Confirming this Nadia told me that Hamou insisted Father Markell sign the receipt for the $180,000 in advance so she could get the money. He signed the receipt, but Hamou never forwarded the money as promised
Nadia was Hamou's business partner in Russia and she managed her projects there. Hamou lived with her. She documented all of this in writing.
Hamou told me Bishop Markell tried to rape her.
I should mention again that Bishop Markell wants absolutely nothing to do with Hamou and does not pray for her or light candles for her - as she claims. After these lies and scams the Russian Orthodox Church will have absolutely nothing to do with her.
Hamou spends a great deal of time spewing forth hundreds of pages of lies about what happened. But the truth is the truth and she will answer before God for what she has done.
I might go on and post more stories - every one of Hamou's victims has one to relate. There are dozens and dozens of them. We probably only know of 30% of them so far. We haven't even mentioned the poor animals she killed thorough neglect - who will remain voiceless.
I do not know how this all started - was it the pathological lying that led to the scams? Did she believe her own lies, that she was a millionaire trust fund heiress, glamorous actress and model, sex-goddess, global jet-set philanthropist, friend of Presidents, talented writer, courageous cancer survivor and serial rape victim?
The comparisons to Dayna Morales that began these latest postings of mine are uncanny.
I have always told the truth. That is why every court, every judge, every law enforcement officer, every jury has stood behind me absolutely for almost 9 years as I have fought my battle against Hamou in court.
She has told judges, a jury and law enforcement folks these same lies about me and they ALL saw them for the obvious lies they are.
I will continue to win in court and my fight will continue until she pays my judgment and the sanctions levied against her by the courts.
I am focusing my legal efforts entirely in California and it's only just started.
