When one uses a search engine online using my name, and my trade name, The Austin Wine Guy, one finds a deluge of defamatory and simply out right lies spread across the Internet results now going back several years all from her hand.
I would NOT even have written here, had this person not continually written her own false and defamatory statements herself and aided and abetted other personae writing "on her behalf" for the last six years. If she doesn't want me to say anything about her, she ought not have been continually blogging and writing about me much less aiding and encouraging others to do so as well.
The woman behind all of this uses alias names: Oma Hamou, Oma McConnell, Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Hamou, Alexandra Moran, Oma Demian, Alexandra Murphy, are the usual ones, but there are others. She used the name "Oma Kennedy" to obtain money from a woman who was approached to adopt her child (she only took her child back, on literally the last possible day, after the adoptive mother refused to continue to pay her any more money.) She uses a business name of "Enigma Royal Films, LLC" she also calls just "Enigma Films" and "Reseda Glass" and "Worldwide Construction Enterprises, Inc." I learned about her genuine background, and she wants me silenced from speaking about it.
This woman admits that her actions are all motivated by her bitterness and hatred towards me, and this is the reason for her actions.
This woman, Oma Hamou, Oma McConnell, Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Hamou, Oma Demian, Alexandra Murphy and her other aliases have a twenty plus year track record of FELONY CONVICTIONS, multiple arrests, failure to abide by the requirements of her probation for her felony convictions which lead to more arrests, many many civil judgments against her for hundreds of thousands of dollars, a history of writing bad checks, and she was arrested late in 2008 in San Bernardino California on a Felony Charge of Forgery of a Financial Instrument (she seems to have forged a large check) After 14 months of dragging the process out, she paid the Victim full restitution and the District Attorney dropped the Felony charge. She has a history of evictions and bad checks.

FLED the Court on March 13, 2014 when faced with revocation of Probation for Animal Cruelty conviction sentence and new criminal charges. She has also been charged with multiple Felony Animal Abuse Charges.She is now in Police Custody at the Los Angeles Sheriffs Department Jail awaiting her next hearing with bail set at $101,000.
Further, she was ARRESTED BY THE BURBANK POLICE DEPARTMENT ON FRIDAY MARCH 8, 2013 ON A FELONY CRIMINAL WARRANT FOR FAILURE TO APPEAR IN COURT ON ANIMAL ABUSE CHARGES THAT WERE FILED AGAINST HER ON JANUARY 29, 2013 IN PALMDALE.

She was given 36 months conditional probation by Judge Harmon. She was required, among other things, to enroll in 24 Animal Neglect classes and provide the Court proof she had enrolled within thirty days. She was also prohibited from possessing ANY animals at all for three full years.
"Alexandra McConnell" failed to provide the proof of enrollment and failed to appear as ordered by Judge Harmon. The Court immediately revoked her Probation and summarily issued a $50,000 bail arrest warrant in October 2013.
This is the probation which is now revoked by reason of her fleeing the Courthouse rather than face Judge Harmon who indicated he was going to remand her to Jail.
In responding to complaints of animal neglect, abuse and overcrowded conditons in a Lancaster California residence, "Alexandra McConnell" was arrested AGAIN on December 16, 2013 by the responding officers when they discovered the outstanding arrest warrant, and 96 sick, filthy and neglected animals found living in the most deplorable of conditions were confiscated from her Lancaster California residence by the Lancaster Animal Control Shelter. Having these animals violated the Court Order. Oma Hamou aka Alexandra McConnell, Booking No.: 3805070 was held in custody for 36 hours before being released on a $50,000 bond. Charges are pending and a hearing on this Case, number 3AV0072401 was scheduled on the matter for January 7, 2014 in the Antelope Valley Courthouse.

In 2008 Ms. Chipi was seeking a short sale of her home. A realtor named Kevin Davies (phone available upon request) introduced Oma McConnell to Ms. Chipi, claiming she had loan approval to purchase the house but that McConnell wanted to move in as a renter prior to closing the sale. (This was exactly the scenario she used to gain occupancy at Mr. O'Connor's house in Littlerock.) Ms. Chipi agreed.
The first rental check was written on a closed account. No further rental payments were made. McConnell moved in with her son and another man. The house was thoroughly trashed. Numerous animals were kept in one room which was badly damaged. Carpeting was ripped out. Appliances were removed. The kitchen caught fire.
Ms. Chipi sought help from the Sheriff's department which told her that they could do nothing without an eviction order. Ms. Chipi filed a U.D. (Case No. 08U03169 - Michael Antonovich Antelope Valley Courthouse), which she later dropped due to lack of resources. She said that Kevin Davies also filed an action against McConnell and that she failed to show for the hearing.
Ms. Chipi says she has some files on the incident, as does Mr. Davies, and that she also has undeveloped film of the damage done to the house.
Robert Atchison
Won a Civil Judgment against Oma Hamou for her failure to pay him consulting fees as she promised him she would do.
A District Court Judge has signed an order requiring her to schedule and appear at a deposition in Austin Texas no later than September 3, 2011 to disclose her assets, finances, and employment information, and she is further ORDERED to comply by providing the requested financial, employment and asset documentation to Mr. Atchison no later than August 20. She did nothing. Her failure to do these things resulted in an order of Contempt of Court.
August 2011: Hamou/McConnell tried to derail Mr. Atchison's debt collection with a last moment filing of a "Bill of Review". Hamou's Bill of Review was dismissed on July 26, 2011 by the Hon Judge Cooper of the District Court. Hamou now has no choice but to comply with the Court order.
OCTOBER 18:
The Court slapped Oma Hamou with an Order of Contempt of Court and imposed $1,000 sanctions against her for failing to comply with the Ordered Document Production and Deposition.
January 2012: District Court Lora Livingston Slapped an ORDER TO APPEAR AND SHOW CAUSE on Oma Hamou requiring her to appear in Person to explain her continuing violation of Court Orders. Her failure to appear will most likely result in a Bench Warrant for her Arrest:
Hamou failed to appear as ordered by the Court. As a result, a BENCH WARRANT for her arrest was issued on March 26, 2012 by the same Judge Livingston in the Travis County District Court
Hamou attempted in June 2012 to ask the Court to vacate the Bench Warrant, but it seems her "Paralegal" one Robert Richman (a Tai Chi master and Torah Scholar, as well as "Paralegal") seems to have chickened out on continuing.
In 2012 "Oma McConnell" filed for Bankruptcy in order to forestall debtor's exams and collection efforts. She failed to file any required schedules or information, despite Court orders to do so. Her Bankruptcy was dismissed for that failure. However, On August 20, 2012 Judge Robles of the US Federal Bankruptcy Court ordered her Bankruptcy proceedings to be re-instated and ordered her to comply with Document Production requests and Deposition by attorneys for Bob Atchison, which are now scheduled for late September. Hamou/McConnell FAILED TO COMPLY WITH THE COURT ORDERED DOCUMENT PRODUCTION REQUIRED NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 14, 2012. She further FAILED TO COMPLY WITH THE COURT ORDER THAT SHE APPEAR FOR A DEPOSITION ON SEPTEMBER 20, 2012. She can now be held in Contempt of Court.
October 31, 2012, the Bankruptcy Court dismissed Oma McConnell's bankruptcy due to her utter failure to file even one single required schedule or document. Judge Ernesto Robles said her creditors "are free to pursue their State claims against her".
March 2013: Mr. Atchison has had his Judgment made final in California and localized to California and is proceeding to collect against her. A Debtors Exam (ORAP) has now been issued and ordered by the Los Angeles Superior Court for Hamou/McConnell to appear in Court.
January 29, 2014: A Los Angeles Superior Court Judge awarded Mr. Atchison $2,800 in costs against "Oma McConnell" for her filing a false Civil Restraining Order against him to attempt to stop his lawful Judgment Collection Efforts.

Homeowner in Littlerock California who was selling his house using the services of Shari Porter agent with Big Valley Realty in Palmdale California. Shari Porter brought "Alexandra Moran" using an expired drivers license in the name of Oma Hamou to Mr. O'Connor as a "Qualified Buyer" of his home. Shari Porter insisted Oma Hamou be allowed to rent part of the home as a room mate of Mr. O'Connor until the sale closed. Porter kept informing Mr. O'Connor that Hamou was pre-qualified by lenders, yet never actually provided the required documentation proving this to O'Connor. Shari Porter told O'Connor that Hamou had deposited funds into escrow at Titan Escrow in Palmdale, but again refused to give O'Connor any actual escrow documents. Hamou delayed closing for a full five months, then refused to close when O'Connor demanded. She further refused to leave the property and squatted in the residence with four men, another woman and four or five children and literally ten or twelve dogs and forty to fifty cats. She has moved an old trailer and cargo boxes onto the property as well. She has squatted on Mr. O'Connor's property for over 18 months without paying rent. This sadly forced Mr. O'Connor to lose his property to Foreclosure and Declare Bankruptcy, as direct results of this woman's scams and lies.

2011 "Alexandra Moran" rented a room from Patrick J. O'Connor, but presented an expired California Drivers License in the name of Oma Hamou. She then claimed to want to purchase the property. She delayed the purchase for FIVE MONTHS with numerous stories, and is now squatting on the property without permission nor paying rent . She lives there with her son, Nicholas Royal Moran, who has severe psychiatric disorders (his is currently under Conservatorship pursuant to the California Lanterman Petris Short Act) and has a history of violence, both domestic and with police. Mr. O'Connor himself witnessed Nicholas Moran beat his mother in front of him in the residence. She also lives with one Steve Fred Lee, who has over 15 criminal convictions for eluding police, indecent exposure and habitual driving with a revoked drivers license. Another squatter on the property is one Michael McBride who lives with four or five of his children also on the property. Hamou also has literally many dozens of cats and more than 10 dogs on the property. Hamou attempted to keep Mr. O'Connor from evicting her by filing a Restraining Order against Mr. O'Connor alleging he made threats of violence against her and her son. However, she did NOT file this order until a full TWO WEEKS after Mr. O'Connor left the residence and moved to Alaska! Hearing on the requested Restraining order was held Friday July 15. Hamou first requested a continuance! The Judge refused to delay the hearing. After the Judge examined her criminal record, arrest record and history of evictions and Judgments, the Judge in so many words called Hamou "a Criminal and Con Artist" recognized her string of VICTIMS and refused to grant the restraining order, and further told Hamou that while he could not order her out at the moment, she did have to leave O'Connor's property and pay him the rent owed. Hamou told O'Connor by email she will be out by September 1. Mr. O'Connor's attorney has begun Eviction Proceedings against Hamou McConnell and her other squatters. While Hamou wrote Mr. O'Connor that she would be "out of the house by September 1" she has hired a lawyer to delay the eviction proceedings. Reports indicate that the house is trashed, with old furniture in the yard, many old rusted trucks, tires, boxes and piles of trash are strewn across the property.

This woman, Oma Hamou, Oma McConnell, Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Hamou, Oma Demian, Alexandra Murphy et al, has for YEARS now, threatened me with civil and criminal actions. For years now, NOTHING has happened except more ongoing threats online.
I am called a "criminal stalker". First, being called a criminal is Libel per se in Texas, since I have never been convicted of ANYTHING worse than one speeding ticket. As for a stalker, well, I have no clue where this woman is, where she lives, and frankly I don't WANT to know, nor can I care less. In the words of one of her attorney's, Dave. S. "the faster that woman is in my rearview mirror the happier I'll be" (yeah I have the email he said that to me in.). I WISH NO CONTACT WITH OR FROM THIS PERSON.

Hamou received in excess of $50,000 in cash from Mr. Refai in May 2009, (see above) for which she signed a promissory note. Hamou made no disclosure of the whereabouts of this large sum of cash, nor did she disclose just where this substantial asset went. She FAILED to mention it to her lender as well...
Her 2010 IRS returns show "income" of $38,000 or $2,459 per month. She claims a "sole proprietorship" called "Reseda Glass" that "installs glass in high rise buildings" but has NO Federal Employer ID number, nor does she list any WAGES paid to any "employees". Is this almost 50 year old woman hanging off the side of a building installing glass ALL BY herself?
Her 2009 IRS Return, filed the same day (April 2011) swears that she was self employed earning $2,130 per month.
HOWEVER, her Bankruptcy Petition shows she claimed to have been employed for TEN YEARS by "Enigma Films and Glass Tech" earning $3,000 per month.

May 11, 2009 "Alexandra McConnell" signs a promissory note borrowing $50,000 from Hamid Refai, Mr. Refai confirms, through his attorney Thomas Ward that "Alexandra McConnell" borrowed this money to pay for "cancer treatments"
This is further confirmed by an email from a former roommate who wrote on July 8, 2009: By the way Hamid's wife knows it was LIPOSUCTION you drained their bank account for, not cancer in your asshole.
August 23, 2010 on her website: yes she is still undergoing treatment for her cancer. I can definitely attest to the fact that she has indeed suffered from cancer. Those treatments are so hard on her that I have had to help her back to the car, then into her house and even into bed because they leave her so sick and weak that she cannot do anything.

This woman claims to be an actress and model, but for a decade steadfastly REFUSES to provide one single shred of evidence to support the allegation, not even a credit, reference or magazine issue. She says only "I was and I don't have to prove it. YOU have to prove I wasn't". Does that make sense?
This woman claims that her three felony convictions were not Her fault, but rather someone else's fault. Does THAT make sense?
This woman claims that her recent Felony Forgery Charges in San Bernardino are "just a big mistake" and "law enforcement and the DA" are on "her side" and "believe her", yet they STILL pressed charges and scheduling dozens of hearings over FOURTEEN MONTHS. Does THAT make sense??
This woman has claimed for six years non stop that I am being investigated by law enforcement and the FBI. Yet, NOTHING ever happened, I have never been contacted by law enforcement for any reason in those six years other than one speeding ticket. Does it make any sense to you that law enforcement is doing ANYTHING for six years now?

Well, it was quite the day in court.
Hamou (aka Alexandra McConnell) showed up dressed in a black pants suit.
Despite her posts this morning about demands she was going to make to keep me out of the courtroom, she never uttered a peep.
Her case was reassigned to a higher-security courtroom with a glass partition behind which a door leads to the lock-up area. (This is the courtroom used when defendants are in custody or expected to be remanded into custody.)
Hamou met with her attorney. He came away shaking his head. She immediately left the courthouse.
Yesterday the D.A. had filed new felony charges against Hamou, and the court had issued a warrant with $100,000 bail. (This is in addition to the $50,000 bail that was going to be revoked today for the probation violation.)
This is apparently what Hamou's attorney found out and communicated to her shortly before she fled the scene.
Her case was called three times, but she never appeared.
The D.A. has asked for information to help locate her.
So, Hamou is officially on the lam.
Unless she can stay in hiding, it appears that Atchison will finally get his debtor's exam of her . . . in a prison conference room.

Despite hitting this blog every few minutes for hours on end, Hamou hasn't posted a word since her escape from the courthouse yesterday.
For once, she has been struck silent.
And, yes, Rob. Once Hamou's attorney informed her of the warrant and the removal to a new courtroom, her fleeing the courthouse does make her a fugitive.
Under California law, Animal Control officers have the power to execute warrants and to arrest.
This is not going to be a matter of a civil case bench warrant landing in a stack of paperwork at a sheriff's branch office. This is a case of a felony warrant for a fugitive.
Animal Control wants her apprehended. My guess is they will make some real effort to find her.
Several of her recent victims have been informed of yesterday's events and have offered their assistance in locating her.
She had better stay away from East Newmont Avenue, Denny's, and Wal-Mart for a while.
Maybe she's holing up with Jim Sproul or with Shari Porter, who was probably her accomplice in the attempted scam to sell O'Connor's house as her own, using the name and California Bar number of Alexandra G. McConnell.
Oh, my dears. Such goings on. I haven't seen anything like this since my ever-vigilant old Onkel Lothar had that side door bricked up at Gesta -- er, his insurance office.
But I'm sure this is all just a horrible misunderstanding. I wouldn't be at all surprised to hear that Ms. Hamou / McConnell / Murphy / Moran / Hanoi is going to trot herself right down to the FBI headquarters in Los Angeles this very morning to tell them about the felony warrant and to explain how she is being criminally harassed and needs them to step up that investigation that is going to put a stop to all this.
But then again, she's no doubt frightfully busy right now. Maybe she'll just put in a call to the Houston office.

You see, the Judge saw her in Court before and knew she fled before the hearing because she didn't want to face jail.
Not only does that forfeit the $50,000 bail, why a Bounty Hunter will be coming after her, BUT that makes her now a Fugitive From Justice again. Also, she is now considered a Flight Risk and probably won't be able to even GET bail this time.

I don't know for sure, but can't the police find her by tracking her cell phone or pad location? Her IP must allow that. They could come for her anytime, 24-7.

I would have thought that by now Hamou would have been screeching that our posts about March 13 were "false, libelous, and defamatory" and assuring her readers that she was going to prove she had good cause for suddenly leaving the courthouse just as her hearing was convening:
1. Her dentist called to say he had an immediate appointment open up. (He will testify to this fact in future litigation.)
2. Her family called to beg her to come home without delay. (She will have phone records for future litigation.)
3. Steve Lee got bitten by one of the dogs that is not hers. (She will have a medical record for future litigation.)
4. Jim Sproul called from down the hall to say that thugs were waiting in the women's room to beat her to a pulp. (She will have video tape for future litigation.)
5. She just found out that the judge was taking bribes to revoke her probation unjustly, and she is going to sue him. (She will produce this lawsuit in future litigation.)
6. She felt a new cancer coming on and needed chemo right away. (She will have an oncology report for future litigation.)
7. A friend just had a baby with two left feet, three arms, and no head, and she was needed at the bedside. (She will have photos for future litigation.)

BREAKING NEWS
At 3:30 p.m. on March 13, 2014, noted Hollywood model, actress, and film producer Oma Hamou was arrested on multiple charges.
Under the alias of Alexandra McConnell, she was picked up after having fled the Michael D. Antonovich Antelope Valley Courthouse where she was awaiting a hearing on a probation violation earlier in the day. Her apparent reason for fleeing the site of the hearing was that her attorney had just notified her of an arrest warrant issued the day before on six new charges.
Ms. Hamou / McConnell was transferred shortly after midnight on March 14 to the Century Regional Detention Center in Lynwood where she is being held on $101,000 bail.
Her friends, well-wishers, and the many law enforcement officers who have believed in Oma Hamou and her journey to stardom have been placing cards and flowers at the gate of the detention facility since shortly after dawn yesterday.
Oddly, though, several dozen dogs seemed to have gathered at the gate to piss on the well wishers' tokens of admiration.

Of course, your probation violation case was called three times that morning, with you nowhere to be found, which is why additional bail was imposed for that no-show in addition to the bail on the new charges.
Not two days out of her latest stint in jail, and Hamou still maintains her unique ability to amuse with her melodramatic antics.

Then she posted that her animals "were killed with a gun aimed at them by the Lancaster Animal Shelter".
When it is necessary to euthanize animals at the Los Angeles shelters, they are first sedated and then given a lethal injection. In fact, recently an employee there was fired for skipping the sedation step before the lethal injection.
They do not blow them away with guns . . . unless, apparently, they are Oma Hamou's animals.

Uh, right. Hospitals don't require any photo ID or other proof of identity. You just give them any old name, and they'll start running up the bill.

I am at a St. Patrick's Day Party in Chicago for which we had to donate one thousand dollars a plate which I did under the mistaken impression I was going to be hanging out with Liam Neeson, and in order to post this I am on my smart phone in the ladies room at one of the most expensive establishments in the city. I swear to God, if I break a nail typing on this thing, I am going to sue somebody. Somebody in Los Angeles.
They dyed the water here green. Not the drinking water, the lake! I thought I was hallucinating on the way in from O'Hare this morning. Green water and no Liam Neeson. Plus they're serving not very good green martinis. Don't ask.

The sentence that can be imposed on EACH of the felony charges Hamou McConnell faces is THREE YEARS IN STATE PRISON.
The probation revocation sentence is up to ONE YEAR in prison.
She is well facing some PRISON TIME.
Find it hard to trust people with absolutely negative digital footprint. Jail felony charges. Debt evictions unpaid $9000 electric bill. Anyone else feel the same?

Since the last time Hamou was whining about her soul being suffocated by the public exposure of her actions, we have found out the following:
- she stiffed a cleaning woman from Kat Kleaning for over $1,000
- she stole the identity of a public defender named Alexandra G. McConnell to attempt a fraudulent sale of Patrick O'Connor's house in which she had been squatting without paying rent
- she was arrested for animal cruelty and put on probation on condition that she have no more animals
- she made false charges that Bob Atchison or someone connected to him had her beaten up, resulting ultimately in his being awarded costs and attorney's fees for having to defend the false accusation (fees which she missed the deadline for paying)
- she was again arrested when 96 animals were subsequently found in her residence in horrific conditions, requiring that Animal Control enter in Hazmat suits and respirators
- she lied to a court, claiming to be at her dying mother's bedside when, in fact, she had not seen her mother for a year and a half and the family did not want her around.
So, yes, someone should hate Hamou for the right reasons. And there are plenty.

No more shocked that we were when the real Alexandra McConnell contacted an attorney to inform him that a police detective who saw her in court where she is a Public Defender informed her that someone was using her identity and her California Bar number as part of a house sale scam.
We know from another witness who used to room with Hamou that Shari Porter of Big Valley Real Estate routinely provided Hamou with fake documents to support her real estate scams. This smells like one of those little collaborations.
And I just love that "brief" that Hamou/McConnell is going to file asking to rescind her plea to the animal abuse charges.
Her argument is that, although she was represented by counsel, she had no idea what the charges were, what her plea entailed, or what the consequences would be.
Wow. The string of attorneys she claims has failed to represent her properly just gets longer and longer.
And for a woman who has claimed that she is a cracker jack legal expert whose written opus has been admired by attorneys and prosecutors alike over the years, her claims of such ignorance in entering a plea are rather remarkable.
However, let's remember that she is The Woman Who Sued Herself.
California State Prison. 3 years for the Felony and another year for the revoked probation four years in PRISON.
The proper route to challenge the PLEA OF GUILTY by Hamou McConnell was a now lapsed appeal NOT felony criminal charges for A NEW CRIME
Prison is a very very strong likelihood in its future.
Four years in prison! Not to mention the Sheriffs office will drag Hamou McConnell to ANY Civil or Federal Bankruptcy hearings in chains. No more faked Mommy dying I got beaten up excuses!

No, you don't have it "in writing". Because here's what happened:
When Atchison filed his defamation lawsuit against you, an ambulance-chasing law firm that surveys new case filings in order to contact the parties to offer them legal services saw the filing. They sent Alexandra G. McConnell a letter, thinking she was the defendant.
Since McConnell knew her name had been used a couple of years ago in a real estate scam, she checked out the lawsuit. She found out who the defendant was, and she recognized a name she had been given by a police detective at the time you were running the scam. So she contacted Atchison's attorney to tell him about the matter.
After first claiming that this is all a lie, SnoopOmaSand then posted:

So, of course, she is admitting there was an investigation. The only reason Hamou was not charged was that she failed to pull off the scam, just as she failed to pull off the attempt to sell O'Connor's motorcycle.
In fact, Hamou has avoided jail on numerous occasions only by being such an incompetent con artist that she cannot pull off big, complex scams.
So she's relegated to small-time stuff such as writing bad checks, making promises to pay and then disappearing, squatting in houses without paying rent, and feigning illnesses to bilk old men out of money.
And even these small-time scams have generated felony convictions in three western states, probation violations, an arrest in San Bernardino, a slew of civil judgments against her, contempt orders, and bench warrants.
The irony is that after a long, long string of human victims, the thing that might actually put her in the slammer for more than the usual few days is abuse of animals.
Here's the mistake Hamou made. In the landscape of crimes that police and prosecutors see in overwhelming numbers -- things such as murder, rape, burglary, arson -- Hamou's small time scams just don't justify the use of resources to chase her to ground for the dozens of little cons here and there. She knows it, and it's why she stays in the Los Angeles area where the police and court systems are overwhelmed and budgets are running thin.
But in the world of Animal Control, her abuse of animals is among the most extreme cases they have seen, and they have a big incentive to direct significant portions of their resources to her apprehension and prosecution.
Hamou could probably go the rest of her life pulling off pettier and pettier scams (as the physical charms she employed to rope in old men are rapidly fading) with little consequence other than chronic exposure on the internet and having to duck one civil case after another.
But her animal hoarding compulsion is what may well do her in.

Who but Hamou would think that she could take a plea deal in order to get probation instead of jail, violate the probation, and then get a redo of the original trial because she failed to comply with the probation terms?

Hamou can not bring "vets" to "testify" about the conditions of the animals prior to her arrest on a Felony Warrant.
Why? Simple. What they have to say about anything in the past is irrelevant!
All the DA needs to do is to show the video taken and the photographs taken on December 13. That ALONE proves the Felony Animal abuse charges. The jury needs only to see how the animals were on that day alone, as even being in those conditions for a single day IS ANIMAL ABUSE.
The fact that Hamou McConnell doesn't actually understand that is WHY she is a criminal worthy of being locked up.
THEN add the facts of the veterinary intake reports on each of the 96 animals and one dead cat on the state of their condition upon seizure, and THAT constitutes animal abuse as well.
She can bleat all she wants about "conspiracy" and how DACC "has it in for her" etc etc. But that insane screaming amounts to nothing at all in the face of the genuine evidence which will be shown to the Court.
That's why she is in a panic. Prison is a distinct possibility this time.
One can only imagine what the jury will think when they see the pictures. HORROR and DISGUST!! I am sure there will be at least 4-6 animal lovers on the jury who will know what to do to stop this abuser and hoarder. They will be hearing a case that is the worst story of animal abuse and murder in the USA in the last ten years.
Is it possible Oma is going to turn on Steve Lee and say he was the animal abuser, not her? Will she sacrifice him to try and keep out of prison? If she tries it won't work.

To be completely clear. Hamou McConnell was not arrested because of what they found on December 13.
They arrested her on a Felony arrest warrant for Probation Revocation.
She was arrested on the Felony Abuse charges last month in Court.
Her bleating ignores the Probation Revocation hearing on the 14th, where her probation is revoked for POSSESSING ANIMALS in violation of Court order and for which she will be SENTENCED.
AFTER that they move on to the FELONY HEARING.
Substantial probability that Judge Harmon will toss her in prison pending final resolution of the FELONY CHARGES.
There is proof - in her own words - that Oma owned animals two weeks ago. How will that look to the judge next week?
I am sure her public defender will warn her to prepare for jail next week. She will most likely be placed in handcuffs and sent to prison directly from the courtroom. I'll bet the press will be there to record it,
At least it finally grasps the FACT that the Probation Revocation Final Adjudication will be on the 14th.

Darling, "Magnificent Ugliness" actually sounds like a compliment. Is that how you meant it, darling? Because those nicknames can be oh so endearing! Bitsy calls you the "Gap-Toothed Hillbilly from Butcher Hollar" and darling Rivka just says "Oma Louise, Clown Princess of Crime." Of course Nitzi just screams uncontrollably when your name is mentioned, but at least she no longer hides under the dining room table clutching a white candle and moaning "why? WHY?", so there's some progress, thank G-d. So Magnificent Ugliness is kind of cute, if you ask me. My mother's Auntie Zarah had a big career back in the old country in the late 20s as the "Singing Lily of Liederkranz" for awhile, but she got pushed out of the way by that pushy nun and all those yappy singing children right around the time of the Anschluss. Zarah had to spend the entire war hiding out as the tuba man in an oompah band. Fortunately she had to let her electrolysis go by 1939, and was able to raise quite a fetching handlebar mustache. No one ever suspected. I have to say, though, that even though the facial hair saved her, you should excuse the expression, bacon, Zarah was still pretty miffed. One night she wound up having to dance with Emmy Goring, and you may remember that Emmy wasn't what you would call a lightweight. They were slapping hands and knees and bumping rumps with so much force that Emmy flew back onto poor Dr. Goebbals' lap and almost crushed him.

It'll be interesting to see if Steve Lee shows up in court Monday to testify that the animals seized by Animal Control in Lake Los Angeles were either his or in his care.
If he does, the DA can use that testimony to withdraw the five new felony charges against Hamou and turn around and file them against Lee, who will have claimed under oath they were in his care.
Whoever the court finds responsible for those animals is going to have to face charges for the conditions in which they were found.
I wonder if Hamou has thought this angle through as she posts that they were in Steve Lee's care.

Once again, Hamou is either lying or too confused to know which end is up.
In the last hearing, she told the judge she had a certificate with her for the animal abuse class she was supposed to attend. If all that hearing was about was that class, the judge would have taken the certificate into evidence and resolved the probation violation then and there.
Instead, the judge never bothered to look at the certificate and instead told Hamou the hearing this Monday would be about violating his order to have no animals. In fact, the judge looked over the record and noted that the Animal Control officer who was in the house at the time Hamou was arrested was not present in court that day. He told Sgt. Montez that that officer had to be present before the case could continue to trial on the probation violation. Sgt. Montez told the judge that he would be there on April 14.
If all this was about nothing more than attending a class, the matter would have been resolved at the last hearing when Hamou told the judge she had the certificate with her. There would have been no discussion by the judge about the need to have more witnesses present before he could proceed.
The probation violation charge relates to having any animals at all in contravention of the judge's earlier order, regardless of how well they were or were not tended.
The new felony charges relate to how many animals she had and how those animals she did have in her possession were tended.
Again, Hamou is either deliberately lying, or she's too stupid to know what is on the agenda for Monday and what the difference is between the probation violation portion of the proceeding and the preliminary hearing on the new felony charges.
Blake, she is both too stupid and lying.
Mr. Gordon surely must have explained tomorrow to her.
Here are some exact quotes from Judge Harmon in March:
"If she was in possession of animals, Ms McConnell, that is in violation of the order and the bond shall be forfeited and she will be remanded to custody.
April 14, It is an actual probation revocation hearing.
Allegations are as follows:
Failed in enroll and attend animal cruelty classes and possessed more animals.
Do not possess animals. That is something I compelled you to do last July, that's why you got probation."
So, yes tomorrow is much more than just enrolling in animal abuse classes. If Animal Control testifies she had more animals in December, and shows the photos and her admissions that the animals seized that day were "HER" animals, she violated probation and is to be remanded to custody. That's what the Judge said.
In less than 18 hours she will know her fate...

Court Update:
Hamou's trial has been assigned to a basement courtroom from which defendants are usually taken into custody.
She was accompanied into court by three people: a woman with spiked hair, an elderly man (probably Sproul), and a large man.
The two men have been sitting on either side of our observer and making threats to him. The bailiff, who said he had seen something going on but had not known what, has now been apprised of the situation and is keeping an eye on their behavior.
Hamou's attorney also approached the observer and asked why he was there. He told the attorney that he was just observing, and the attorney, who was very gentlemanly, said that was his right and he'd ask him nothing more about it.
Sproul doesn't look old - but he's big - so that was probably him. The other people could be homeless people she hired to be bodyguards.
I should have put "bodyguards" in quotes - she pulled that stunt in Austin and claimed it was Sandman.
Her "Sandman" in Austin looked like she had found him under a bridge somewhere, grizzled, ragged dirty clothes, filthy and smelly. He hovered around her - very creepy.
Darlings, so excited! It reminds me of Operation Desert Storm and dreamy John Holliman reporting from Baghdad while the bombs were falling on the city! Or the mensch who used to stand near the entrance to the kibbutz we were living in back in the day and announce to the world via his hookup, "Oops, here comes another one!" just before a missile would drop out of the sky!

Given the cascade of inane posts over on her forum right now, Hamou must be beside herself with nerves as she waits for her case to be called.
Her lawyer conferred with the DA during the lunch break, so it doesn't sound as if he is conveying a lot of optimism to her about what happens next.
But who knows? It's very, very hard to be put in jail in California, given their crowding. Maybe she'll catch a break.
And then another few dozen animals can be put through the particular hell that is being in her "care".

Well, I guess Hamou's pro bono attorney from the "prominent law firm" did not have the stomach to deal with her craziness.
He had told our observer this morning that he had no idea what he had gotten himself into and was sorry he had ever answered the phone.
After the break he was gonzo, and she came into court with yet another Public Defender appointed to represent her.
Having had no time to review and prepare, the Public Defender asked for a continuance, which was granted until April 24 at 8:30 a.m.
So on this one set of cases alone, Hamou is already on her fourth attorney.
That's just how crazy-eights she is.
(By the way, one of Hamou's "bodyguards" came up after the break and apologized to our observer, shaking his hand and saying he had not been aware that the observer had every right to be there. Apparently one of the lawyers or the bailiff set him straight after becoming aware of the behavior Hamou had prompted.)
So . . . 10 more days and she's back in court again.

When a lawyer has a scheduling conflict, he simply asks the court to reschedule. He doesn't drop the client. And if there had been a conflict of interest, he wouldn't have taken the case in the first place.
And no court will appoint a Public Defender at the state's cost just because a private attorney has a conflict. The only reason a Public Defender is appointed is because the defendant is unable to procure the services of any private attorney, not because of a "conflict" with a particular attorney.

Well, well, well. It appears that Hamou's defense that it is Steve Lee and not her that lives in the house where the animals were found in December is going down the tubes.
The owner of the house at 17107 Newmont Avenue in Lake Los Angeles has filed a motion in Hamou's bankruptcy case indicating she was the one who took out the lease on the house. A copy of the lease signed by HER accompanies the motion.
She has not paid any rent this year, and she was served with a Notice to Quit in February. But she is still there according to the landlord's sworn pleading.
Once again, she is caught in a huge whopper of a lie about living in Burbank instead of with Steve Lee. She has been occupying the house in Lake Los Angeles since December 2012.
Seems again the person who goes on and about about "lies" is guilty of some major ones.

Seems that on December 15, 2012 Oma Hamou McConnell and nobody else signed the lease agreement for 17107 E. Newmont Ave. According to the signed lease, the ONLY OTHER permissible tenant was "Nicholas Moran" her son.
No mention of anybody named Steve Lee at all.
Further, this document sworn under oath continues that Oma Hamou McConnell was the tenant in possession at all times thereafter, and was the tenant in possession in December 2013.
As of 1/1/14, Oma Hamou McConnell owed unpaid rent ($950/month)and in fact has not paid ANY RENT since.
One 2/21/14 the required 3 Day Notice to pay or Quit was served on tenant in possession Oma Hamou McConnell.
March 5, 2014 EVICTION PROCEEDINGS (Unlawful Detainer) case 14UA0594 was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court against Oma Hamou McConnell) as tenant still in possession.
Hmmm, pretty obvious to anyone, she wasn't living in "Burbank" nor is the place "Steve Lee's" home since he isn't on the lease and was never given possession to "live" there. It is also pretty conclusive that the residence was hers on the day the animals were seized in December.
Oopsie. Again.
Wow, even more amazing lies have been exposed. That should finish it for her - game over. Imagine what the DA and judge are going to do with that document.

The hearing for Jack Kleinman's Motion for Relief from Stay against Hamou has been set for May 27.
If granted, this will allow Kleinman to evict Hamou despite her bankruptcy petition.
So Kleinman joins Don Morton, Charlane Chipi, Huiku Batchelor, Eric Cowan, and Patrick O'Connor on the list of landlords who have been victimized by Hamou. (And these are only the ones of which we know.)

Judges have a wide degree of discretion in sentencing for offenses such as writing bad checks.
No judge who felt "compassion" for Hamou's plight would have CHOSEN to give her TEN YEARS of probation for writing a bad check. That's an extraordinarily long probation for such a violation.
This is another one of those outlandish claims Hamou makes where she expects us to take leave of our common sense.

Wow, LA County and the State of California are really after Oma Hamou now. The DA believes Oma Hamou has committed serious crimes. If convicted it's 3 or more years in prison.
Oma Hamou lied about where she lived, lied about owning animal and now the DA has the proof in writing - they have her own signatures on these documents.
...and she lied about being in Michigan at the side of her dying mother.
The lies have made it worse for her, much worse. She'll keep lying, it's in her very nature. Everyday it's piling up on her.
I should have mentioned the specific documents the DA has:
1. A copy of the lease for 17107 Newmont Avenue - signed by Oma Hamou.
2. A copy of her bankruptcy filing showing she owns $7500.00 in cats and dogs - signed by Oma McConnell.
These two documents prove Newmount was her residence (not Burbank - what a lie that was!) and that she owned animals in violation of her probation. Bad news for a convicted animal abuser facing new felony charges.

Hamou has always been so thick that it's hard to tell when she's lying or simply confused.
The cartoons that she keeps shrieking about as depicting her murder are, in fact, cartoons ridiculing her complaints that Los Angeles Animal Control "murdered" her animals with guns. (The animals had to be euthanized because of their deplorable condition.)
The character with the gun in the cartoons is wearing an Animal Control badge, and it is a dog lying dead, not a human. So, quite obviously, it is not her death by the hand of anyone on this blog being lampooned.
But, of course, the Hillbilly Drama Queen keeps screeching that the cartoons depict her murder by posters who have simply outed her for her scams and who keep winning legal battle after legal battle against her.

I will tell Oma once more - Bishop Markell does not pray for you, he does not light candles for you. He wants nothing to do with you. I will arrange a meeting in LA (or Russia) with representatives of the Orthodox Church so you can make your case to them. They will inform you of your standing with the church. Your astounding lies about their support for you are more deflection tactics.
Everyday lies - big and small - pour forth from your blog. You will never repent or show any mercy for your victims. I have never seen you exhibit any fruits of your 'conversion' which I believe was another tactic in your scam and not sincere and therefore invalid. This is one of the the worst sins you could commit.
Today is Good Friday - sometimes we need to stand out and call evil what it is and it is you, Oma Hamou.
Now you have been cornered by your own lies and crimes. Next week you will face justice again and the proof of your lies is in the hands of the DA. When you hear your fate you should reflect upon all the horrible things you have done and what justice is.

I wonder what it is this time. A dying mother? A planned beating? Difficulty with a lawyer? Intermittent hearing loss? A run-away infection? Eye cancer? (And these are all in just the past few months. She's been missing court dates for at least two decades.)
I have never heard of a woman who can come up with so many excuses to avoid a court date.
Let's hope she gets her preparation done before April 24, because it might become considerably harder afterward.

Blake - she is always fishing and fishing to try and figure out what's happening. She obviously doesn't have a clue. She doesn't know what's happening with Newson, either. She will find out soon enough.
In a few minutes the hearing will be held in bankruptcy court to see whether Hamou's landlord will be allowed to proceed with his eviction despite her bankruptcy filing.
Of course, according to Hamou, it's only Steve Lee who lives in the house, so it is of no consequence to her.

It's going to take a lot of fake beatings, hospital stays, and emergency almost-trips to Michigan to keep her out of this many courtrooms.
Judge Bluebond this morning granted Hamou's landlord a Relief from Stay, meaning that her bankruptcy petition no longer blocks his eviction proceedings against her.
So she is still batting 1000 in being evicted by every landlord who has rented to her for the previous what? 6 landlords? Chipi, Cowan, Batchelor, O'Connor, the Rosamond woman. So what? A decade of consecutive evictions from every home.

According to the lease Hamou signed, Mr. Kleinman has some outbuildings on the property.
I hope he manages to secure them before he executes the 3-day Notice to Quit on her lest she haul them off as she did with O'Connor's outbuilding. If she does try, though, she'll have to find a different towing service since she stiffed the last one for the $700 towing fee.
She'll probably find it riskier this time to try to abscond with Mr. Kleinman's outbuildings and then file an insurance claim for their theft, due to the common database the insurance companies maintain on their insurance fraud investigations.
And Mr. Kleinman should also try to secure the appliances (assuming there hasn't been another kitchen fire) and any copper in the house. The carpets are probably not worth trying to save, given those pictures from the Animal Control raid.

EVERYONE knows that "hospital" in Oma Speak translates to "HIDING".
Remember "hospital" was the excuse for losing the lawsuit to Bob a decade ago.

I once went and counted how many times she has claimed to be in the "Hospital" since 2000, and the count was over 35 times.

Of course he found no evidence. In that bankruptcy case she failed to file any of her schedules of assets, despite three orders by the court to do so. Consequently he dismissed her petition.
It was in the prior bankruptcy filing two years earlier that she filed schedules that were at odds with her tax return. When Hamou found out Atchison had obtained copies of her tax return through discovery in another case and used them in filing objections to her petition, she promptly withdrew that petition to keep the matter from going to a hearing.
This kind of obfuscation is typical of the way a con artist works. And a con artist is what she is.

Blake, it's the same obfuscation she uses all the time. Like screaming about "how" her loan documents and tax returns were obtained as if that somehow "negates" the FACT that the contents PROVED she LIED in her first Bankruptcy filing.
The documents exist, regardless of where they were gotten, and they are the evidence to prove her lies so all she can do is try to deflect the conversations away from that.
Obfuscation like saying I told somebody my father looked "at her medical records", when the FACT is that there were NO MEDICAL RECORDS in the first place. Dad check all the admission records for a year (easily done on his computer) and found Oma was NEVER IN CEDARS at all despite her claims. One can't "look at medical records" that DON'T EXIST in the first place.
All her continued obfuscation, which might well end up with her convicted of felonies and possibly in prison in the not so far future.

Did you see her twitter yesterday thanking relatives for their service on the beaches of Normandy? I'm sure this was the Russian-Native American side of the family, of course. Not only were these mythological ancestors marrying and producing babies as pre-teens, now they were liberating Europe. It's almost as though she was marked for greatness before birth.
Perhaps some day those brave men and women who stormed her house last winter and liberated her dying, suffering animals will be honored as well.

A couple of interesting things occurred at the Creditor Meeting on June 13.
First, Hamou showed up without an ID or a Social Security Card, both of which a bankruptcy petitioner is required to present. The case was therefore continued.
Also, she attempted to claim that Atchison is not a legitimate creditor, although she is the one who listed him as a creditor in her petitions, and both of his claims flow from court judgments which he won against her in Texas and California and which cannot be appealed or attacked at this point.
More cool stuff just continues to show up without our doing a thing.

I found that letter that Hamou posted about some federal court case to be very interesting.
It contained the following quote from one of Robert D. Richman's internet ads about his "legal services":
"I am an expert in legal research, pleadings, documents, appeals, interviews, court appearances, etc. in State and Federal Court."
I decided to look Richman up under the federal court's PACER system to see the extent of his expertise. Here is what at least FOUR federal judges have had to say about his acumen with federal court pleadings. Their comments reflect a truly remarkable litany of errors, confusion about how courts work, misunderstanding of rulings, and outright defiance of judges’ orders and courts’ rules of procedure:
"The biggest problem with plaintiff’s request is that he appears to misapprehend what relief he was given in the judgment."
"This cause . . . is dismissed for failure to timely pay the required docketing fee."
"No communications with the Court LR 83-2.11. Correspondence sent from non-party, plaintiff is pro se."

Then, on June 23, a Federal District Court dismissed yet another legal action Richman tried to pursue, with some very choice words:

“Ironically, Richman responded to the docketing of this interested-observer letter in yet another ex parte communication—despite the Court’s clear warnings against such correspondence.”
“Although Richman directs that, ‘This letter should not be construed, in any way, [sic] an ex parte communication,’ that is precisely what the letter is. Richman has repeatedly refused to abide by the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Local Rules, and this Court’s own rules.”
I think this goes a long way toward explaining why a man who has filed around two dozen lawsuits has only once won a judgment -- and that judgment was later reversed by the judge who granted it because Richman did not understand the doctrine of laches.
Although $35 an hour might be considered dirt cheap for "expert legal services", even at that price Richman is apparently no bargain.

You thought about each and every lie before you used it to con Cohen; you stole services from him which you knew you would never pay for. He didn't even get one penny - so many huge lies exactly like you used on me and others.
You do it without remorse, without empathy for your victims - and then you turn around and claim you're a wonderful Christian.
Stealing, lying, conning people on a massive scale? What kind of Christian is that? God will judge us all and...
He will judge you, too, Oma Hamou. What you have done to use God in this evil is one of the worst possible sins, perhaps the unforgivable sin, blasphemy against the Holy Spirit.

After reading yet another screed from Hamou about how devout an Orthodox she is and what liars Bob Atchison and her other naysayers are, I can only refer back to what Baruch Cohen -- her own attorney -- has to say about her in his recent filing:
"Defendant's [Hamou's] acts were undertaken with intent to defraud, were willful, wanton, malicious, and oppressive . . . ."
"When Defendant [Hamou] made the above representations and material omissions . . . she knew them to be false, fraudulent, or deceptive . . . ."
"She [Hamou] lied to Plaintiff [Cohen] so many times that her word no longer had meaning."
Baruch Cohen is a respected attorney. He had no knowledge of her before she sought his services. He agreed to represent her based on what she told him about her predicament.
Then he got to know her and her true character.
As has happened with four prior lawyers and over a dozen others with whom she did "business", a lawsuit against her is the result.
Oma Hamou is a con artist. It's how she rolls. It's how she lives.
Oh, my dears. Such goings on.
I must say, though, that I do now understand why Ms. Hamou / McConnell / Moran / Murphy / Hanoi would find the legal services of Mr. Richman so attractive.
Not only are his rates so very thrifty, but if he tries to sue her as most of her other legal advisors have done . . . . Well, my dears, we all know his track record, don't we?
Here's a kicker.
Robert Richman's lawsuit that was just dismissed in federal court was against Rob Moshein.
In the dismissal order, the judge noted that Richman -- who had already improperly communicated with the court ex parte and been warned about it -- sent the court yet another ex parte communication "demanding" that the judge sanction Moshein for ex parte communication. (And there's not even any proof of who the "interested observer" who wrote the letter is.)
As the judge noted in refusing to sanction Moshein and in dismissing Richman's case, "Richman has repeatedly refused to abide by the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Local Rules, and this Court's own rules."
Yet, despite his own repeated defiance of the judge's orders, he was stupid enough to "demand" that the judge sanction Moshein?
It would seem that Richman might be a bit unbalanced in his reasoning ability.

As I have said before I will arrange a meeting with your Bishop so you can discuss everything you want in front of him. I will be there.
We could invite people, including Mr. Cohen, who claim you have lied to them or cheated them to attend so you can address each one of them in front of your Bishop.

Hamou seems confused about what is going on. Bob had a right to request that her bankruptcy case be transferred to Judge Robles due to his familiarity with the prior case. However, upon seeing to whom the new petition was assigned, he opted not to request the change.
Perhaps Mr. Richman, with the vast expertise and experience in all areas of federal practice which he advertises, can clue her in as to why.

It's been an interesting two days downtown in the Bankruptcy Court regarding Hamou's most recent bankruptcy petition.
No one appeared at the hearing yesterday regarding Atchison's motion for Relief from Automatic Stay, as Atchison has now decided he wants the defamation lawsuit heard in federal court, so he doesn't need the relief from stay. Accordingly, the motion was denied.
But the big news was today. Hamou's bankruptcy petition was up for dismissal for her failure to pay the last two installments of the filing fee. Of course, now that two adversary actions have been filed by Atchison and by Baruch Cohen, that is exactly what Hamou was hoping would happen, as the adversary actions would die with the dismissal.
Therefore Atchison had filed a motion asking Judge Bluebond to retain the case so that he could proceed to trial on his adversary action.
And there was a particularly interesting late-breaking development last evening when Baruch Cohen -- Hamou's own lawyer in her last case -- filed a joinder with the court, saying he supported Atchison's motion.
This morning Judge Bluebond agreed that the adversary actions should go to trial in her court, and she ordered that Hamou's petition not be dismissed.
So, at long last, it appears that a judge -- and a federal judge, at that -- is going to take a look at the whole movie scheme to see if Hamou incurred debts relating to it fraudulently.
The judge will get to see those plane tickets Hamou will produce to show she was, in fact, on a plane from Boston to Los Angeles on 9/11, as she told her publicity firm.
The judge will get to see to what entity the phone number for the Sarskaia charity was actually registered.
The judge will get to see the lease for Sarskaia's office space in Pushkin.
The judge will get to hear from Don Morton about how his father became involved in the American Express lawsuit.
The judge will get to see the payroll records for those 100 employees of Enigma Films.
The judge will get to examine the tax returns for Enigma Films.
The judge will get to see the permits and other real estate documents relating to the film studio in Northridge.
The judge will get to see the Dun & Bradstreet report and its subsequent revocation.
The judge will get to see the evidence of all the financing Hamou told her creditors she had behind the project, including the $66 million trust fund.
And, after reviewing all the above evidence, we'll finally have an adjudication from a legitimate court about whether or not Hamou was running a ponzi scheme.
Oh, my dears. I can't tell you how excited I am about Mr. Atchison's adversity thing-a-ma-bob.
I do hope we'll get to meet Ms. Nitzana Kedem, too. I just don't know when I've seen another news piece as engrossing as that interview she did of Ms. Hamou / McConnell / Murphy / Moran / Hanoi. The writing style just drew one right in to the exotic jet-setting world of an actress and film producer who rubbed elbows with the rich and powerful all over the world.
I still occasionally pour myself a watercre -- er, a cup of tea -- and sit down with Betty Ford (or whatever her name is) to read it all over again. I know everyone talks about Goldie Hawn as the big example of an actress who turned producer, but I've never seen anything written about Ms. Hawn that rivaled the elegance, the thrill, the top-down drives around Hollywood, the studio drop-bys, the chronic hospital visits of our own Ms. H / M / M / M / H's life.
Goldie Hawn? Pffft . . . . Ms. H / M / M / M / H provides more entertainment on one page of her forum than any Goldie Hawn movie, be it "Deceived", "Lovers and Liars", "HouseSitters", "The Banger Sisters", and "The Girl from Petrovka" all rolled into one.

At 9:30 the same day is the hearing on the anti-S.L.A.P.P. motion in the defamation lawsuit against her and Mike Newson.
Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. is the case management conference with the judge on the defamation lawsuit.
Then she's got a breather until July 24, when she is due at the Creditor Meeting for her bankruptcy petition. (Let's hope she remembers to bring her I.D. and Social Security Card this time. But, c'mon. Traveling from the boonies to downtown L.A. with no I.D. on you? Really? Either she has no I.D. in the name she's now using, and/or the names on the I.D. and the Social Security Card do not match, and/or the number on her Social Security Card does not match the number she gave the court.)
Is it possible she is already in prison? If she did a plea bargain would they immediately jail Oma Hamou?
