Why this blog? Redux, Reprise.

I have been asked to re-post the last blog because the sheer number of comments have become too large. So here goes:
I want to make certain readers understand my point of this blog. For years now, Oma Hamou, [who now uses the aka names of Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Murphy, and in years past aka names known to Law Enforcement of Oma McConnell, Oma Demian, Oma Chedid, Oma Ashkenazy, Rebecca Jordan and Jordan Taylor] has made it her life's work to plaster the internet with libel, slander and defamation about me. You can read in previous blogs, for yourself, how she admits that this is her goal.

As there is little Law Enforcement can do to assist me at this time, I can only defend myself here. If Oma Hamou and whatever cronies she may have had just left me alone, there would not have been a need for this blog.

Credibility, as she said, is the key. So judge the woman accusing me for her credibility:

She has THREE felony convictions for fraud, she wrote bad checks.

She was arrested three times as a FELONY FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE for failing to live up to the terms of her probation for those felonies.

Oma Hamou aka Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Murphy et al has spent about an entire YEAR of her life sitting in jail over the course of her life. Most recently in Victorville California for some six weeks in last November and December. Ask her how she enjoyed her 2008 Thanksgiving Dinner in jail.

This woman has accumulated debt on the public record of nearly one million dollars. This public information is out on the internet and easily found.

This woman lies. Just last night she said that her attorney told her I had spoken to the DA prosecuting her felony Forgery charge and she "knew all about it". This was a bald faced lie. I have never spoken to the DA.

She says "law enforcement" have "told her" things about me. These statements are a bald faced and deliberate lie. I can go on an on, you can read all the previous blog posts I have put up if you want the details.

Now this woman through her old boyfriend Jim Sproul of Northridge California (who by his own admission has given Oma Hamou aka Alexandra McConnell et al OVER ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS AS A GIFT. ARE YOU LISTENING INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE??) now says

"TRUTH

According to the San Bernadino's District Attorney's office Oma Hamou is not on trial for felony forgery."

The Obsession to destroy me and my Career

Yesterday, July 6, this woman, or one of her cronies displayed their complete obsession by hijacking the comment section of my previous blog post. She/they literally sat in front of a computer from 10am until 7pm, some nine hours, and non stop posted literally dozens of comments, all to attempt to libel, defame and disparage me.

They displayed their typical tactic of outright falsehood, by claiming they "knew" I had told people I had gotten emails from someone. Well, I never ever made such a statement to that effect to anyone. It never happened. When confronted directly, they would only say "well I was told you did..." When confronted as to who "told them" any such thing, they conveniently disappeared.

JULY 8: Now they write "A close friend of mine who is an active member of Bob Atchison's Alexander Palace Time Machine web site told me Rob did this by tracing the IP of an eMail sent to him by someone pretending to be Tina."THIS STATEMENT IS A BALD FACED AND DELIBERATE LIE. I HAVE NEVER EVEN RECEIVED ANY SUCH EMAIL, NOR HAVE I TOLD ANYONE ANY SUCH THING. THEY MUST PROVE THE TRUTH OF EVERY ELEMENT THIS STATEMENT OR BE REVEALED TO BE THE INTENTIONAL AND BALD FACED DELIBERATE LIARS, FABRICATORS AND PREVARICATORS THAT THEY ARE. THEY WILL NOT, AS THEY CAN NOT. Allow me to quote them from the same blog where they make this allegation: If you publish defamatory remarks about people or organisations made by other people you will be just as liable to be sued as they are. So if you can’t prove the truth of their statements, don’t repeat them. Also, see the deliberate DISTORTIONS they make by putting up a primer of Defamation law, they WANT you to think applies, except the primer is on UNITED KINGDOM Defamation Law which is very different from US law and NOT APPLICABLE. But they want you to believe it is...SEE HOW THEY MANIPULATE FOR PROPAGANDA PURPOSES? Judge the rest of what they write similarly.

They claim people are stalking them, yet the spend an entire day posting?? The upshot is, they posted so many comments that my blog was listed on the google blog main pages as one of the day's hot blogs! Many many many more people read the blog than would have ever seen it only because of their actions. If YOU were being "stalked" would you reveal yourself to an even wider audience?

Notice the patterns of how they make assertions of fact, which are deliberate and calculated lies to defame me, yet when pushed to prove them, they revert to "well somebody told me...:" Just like yesterday.

I mean, this woman deliberately wrote a number of checks on an account that had been closed for YEARS...yet notice how they want to equate her to being the same as someone who accidentally bounces one check once, which many people have done. How many of YOU wrote six checks to various people on an account you KNEW had been closed for some years already?? How many of YOU have been found guilty of the felony of fraud by bad check? Oma Hamou has, notice the phrase that she "was charged with the crime of FRAUD, a felony, in the State of Utah, County of Summit"...




Yes, I have been approached by several attorneys who will gladly assist me in litigating against Oma Hamou and her cronies, to obtain an injunction against them, as many of their statements are libel per se. However, as I learned many years ago in practice as an attorney, you can't get blood from a stone. To do so would cost me money I could never hope to recoup as Oma Hamou has some one million dollars in personal (not her companies') debt already still unpaid (just a small selection of the KNOWN debt in her name all easily found on the web as I did:
Judgment in the amount of $213,805 was awarded on May 21, 2002 against Oma Hamou in favor of Boardrush, LLC. by the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of New York by the Hon. Richard. F. Braun in Index No. 01/605021 for a Default Judgment against Oma Hamou, and was filed with the Clerk's office on June 11, 2002.
10/24/2002: Writs of Execution for Judgments in Case PC027665 in Los Angeles County Superior Court were granted for American Express Travel Related Services, to execute judgments for unpaid American Express Credit Card charges against Oma Hamou in the amount of $127,155,
7/28/2003 Reed Business Information files a lawsuit in New York Supreme Court, no. 03112486 against Oma Hamou in the amount of $112,179 for unpaid advertising in their magazines in 2002.

by her own admission she does not even own the third hand fifteen year old car she drives, she has no income, she has nothing and is nothing. She admits publicly she no longer has any of her nebulous and never specified "projects"... She knows all of this course, which is why she and her criminal cronies continue their tirade and campaign of unending attack to destroy me.

You can see the evidence for yourself in just yesterdays comments..Yet they claim not to be "obsessed" with me. Well, what do you call spending an entire Monday posting defamatory and threatening comments on a blog for 9 hours if NOT "obsessed"??

Now Deliberate Attempts to destroy my Career.

Why else would Oma Hamou and her band of criminal cronies create now a fourth blog about me, this one deliberately referencing "The Austin Wine Guy" in the title, except to attempt to destroy my career and business? The answer is obvious, that is their deliberate attempt and mission.

Yet again the delusional and revenge driven barely literate foul mouthed sock puppet "Justin Edwards" goes on for tens of thousands of words, rehashing the same tired old lies, unsupported allegations and libel per se statements.

They state I "have written other blogs" about the woman. They give no evidence to support this statement, which I have denied, other than "someone told them so". Google has never revealed the actual owners of the blogs, so they have no actual knowledge. Is this credible to you?

They claim law enforcement denied speaking to me, but they never state to whom they spoke or when. I will gladly repeat what was said to me by law enforcement, and by whom under oath and penalty of perjury.

Notice how they make assertions of fact, which are deliberate and calculated lies to defame me. One example they insist that a Temporary Restraining Order "identified me as a person using the alias Tonya Hoochie". THIS DOCUMENT SAYS NO SUCH THING, ASK THEM TO PRODUCE IT. All it said was that I was Temporarily Restrained from using that alias name, which I laughingly agreed to with Judge Livingston BECAUSE I HAD NEVER USED IT PREVIOUSLY, SO I COULD NOT HAVE CARED LESS IF A COURT WANTED TO RESTRAIN ME FROM DOING SOMETHING I HAD NEVER DONE. In fact, in that litigation, I truthfully stated under oath I have never used that silly alias. One actually wonders why they obsess about such ludicrous details, but then, Oma Hamou and her cadre of criminal lunatics are obviously obsessed with some sort of sick revenge against me for what they perceive as anything bad happening to that woman "must" be somehow my fault.

7/28/2003 Reed Business Information files a lawsuit in New York Supreme Court, no. 03112486 against Oma Hamou in the amount of $112,179 for unpaid advertising in their magazines in 2002.

10/11/2005 Robert Atchison v. Oma Hamou, cause GN303141, 345th District Court of the State of Texas. After trial a jury found in favor of Bob Atchison for services he rendered on behalf of Hamou in the year 2000 and for which she never paid him in the amount of $13,859.99 plus interest.;
by her own admission she does not even own the third hand fifteen year old car she drives, she has no income, she has nothing and is nothing. She admits publicly she no longer has any of her nebulous and never specified "projects"... She knows all of this course, which is why she and her criminal cronies continue their tirade and campaign of unending attack to destroy me.

Why this blog? Why must I even bother?

It has been asked why I have this blog. Frankly, I'd rather not even bother, but when one Google's my name, rather a lot of scurrilous, lying, deceptive material is out there, which was put up strictly in an effort to defame, libel and disparage me.

For years now, Oma Hamou and her cohorts and various alias names she uses have been threatening me with arrest, lawsuits and making outlandish claims, such as she was raped because of something they ALLEGE I wrote, but they don't even have the evidence to support any of these allegations.

Here is what the Los Angeles Superior Court told her when she asked them for a restraining order, when the refused to issue it:

Only when business associates and friends googled me and reported some serious, disturbing and blatently false and defamatory stuff about me was turning up, and the woman and her alleged "friends" acting in admitted conspiracy with her making these allegations specifically stating that they were to "destroy" me and see me "in prison", did I decide speak out and to set the record straight. For the record, I would NOT even have written here, had this person not continually written these false and defamatory statements herself for the last three years. If she didn't want me to say anything about her, she ought not have been continually blogging and writing about me.

For years now, I have ignored these same continued statements made by a woman with whom I had only a passing acquaintance some 8 years ago, through a close friend who she hired to consult on an alleged movie she said she was producing. A background check on her that I did revealed she has no experience in the motion picture industry. Her claims of being an "actress" "model" and "author" were equally unsupported. She puffed up having an unworkable, poorly written script (I read it...laughed at how badly done it was) into "a career as a Motion Picture Producer", puffed up being an extra in a commercial into being "an actress on TV" and having some silly way over touched up photos into being "a model.

She claims her "animals were murdered by people who told the police they had read blogs allegedly written by me." OK, so since they "told the police" they were arrested. Where is the Police report? Where is the identification of these people? Where is their conviction record for this crime? IF Oma Hamou refuses to provide this information, ask her and yourself WHY?

Oma Hamou claims she was raped by people who "read a blog I (allegedly) wrote". Well, Where is the police report? These are serious allegations. There would be a police report. Exactly WHAT did these people "say"? What exact "blogs" or "websites" did the say they had read? these are serious allegations so ask HER and YOURSELF why they refuse to provide the proof of these allegations??

Oma Hamou "claims" to be an actress with movie appearances. ASK her what specific films she appeared in. IF she refuses, and she will, ASK yourself why she refuses to answer this simple question, and rather, responds with thousands of words that have nothing to DO with answering this simple question. Ask the same questions about her claim of a "career" as a Model. IF she refuses, and she WILL ask yourself WHY the refusal.

ASK Oma Hamou WHY she used the name "Ashkenazy"? She never admits to marrying anyone with this name but INSISTED on her divorce that she be able to use this name. WHY???? IF she refuses, and she will, ASK WHY she refuses...

Oma Hamou WANTS in so many words, to "destroy" me. I have NEVER said any such thing about this woman. So, ask yourself and HER, WHY...

She writes many such blatently stupid things. Here is just one, from today
Rob in California so I am told Bob's Texas judgement against Oma doesn't hold water in California meaning the courts have no jurisdiction over it so that's what the attorney Dave Slater says. I don't know but I figure Dave Slater being a real Texas attorney he of all people would know, just thought you might want to check it out yourself Well, if you DID ask Dave Slater, who is indeed a licensed Texas attorney, and he TOLD you that, well I sure hope his malpractice insurance is paid...
It is a VERY simple matter to enforce a Texas judgment in California, against California residents and their assets, here is some REAL law, so she might "want to check it out yourself...":
The United States Constitution, under Article IV, section 1 provides that full faith and credit must be given in each state to the public acts, records and judicial proceedings of every other state. Thus, a judgment issued by one state court must be given full faith and credit by the foreign or "sister-state" court. Although full faith and credit must be provided to judgments of another state, enforcement actions in the sister-state often requires acts to be taken by authorities in the sister-state (such as Marshals or Sheriffs) who will only act pursuant to an order of a court of their home state. For example, a judgment is obtained against a judgment debtor who has a bank account in California. To execute a levy upon the California bank account, the judgment creditor registers the Texas judgment as a California sister-state judgment, obtains a Writ of Execution directing a County Marshal in California to enforce the judgment and the judgment creditor then instructs the County Marshal to perform the bank levy at the bank where the judgment debtor has his/her money.

Here is another example of her outright LIES. She now says:
Documents posted on this forum by Justin and others like hospital discharge documents show Hamou was ill in September of 2005 likewise witnesses who worked at the hotel she had been living in for more than 3 months during this time say she had spent most of her time in bed, sick.

ONE: "hospital records" have NEVER been posted to substantiate this allegation
TWO: Oma Hamou in her OWN AFFADIVIT said she was NOT IN AUSTIN TEXAS for the THREE MONTHS prior to September 2005:
"...on August 23, 2005 Oma Hamou flew to Austin to find new counsel..." Memorandum in Support of Motion for Continuance (motion: DENIED). How could she have BEEN in Austin for the three months prior to September 2005, when she swore under oath to "fly to Austin" in late August?

That same Memorandum, sworn under oath says Oma Hamou spent "over $18,000" for travel and living expenses for JUST THREE WEEKS, the period from August 23, to September 19, 2005. Heck, I was flying round trip Austin to LA on American Airlines around then for $300. SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS A WEEK FOR "LIVING EXPENSES AND HOTEL"??? But THIS WOMAN can't pay her creditors?? What does that tell you?

Do you see how just this one instance of outright lies and deception is used as propaganda to make me appear in an unfavorable light??

WHY does she REFUSE to answer the important questions, but obfuscate the truth with trivia about the unimportant questions??
WHAT "movies" was she in? WHAT publications were her "model shots" published and when? WHO was Ashkenazy and WHY did she use his name publicly if he wasn't married to her?? WHERE are the police reports about her supposed rape where a blog I allegedly wrote was "to blame"??? where are the police reports, arrest reports and criminal trial reports for the people who "murdered her animals" and "told the cops" they did it because of something I 'allegedly' wrote?????

THAT is why this blog is needed. To address Oma Hamou's outright, silly, self obsessed, narcissistic, evil and outrageous statements that she makes nearly daily about me; and to show the world what a joke she, her alleged projects and her "companions" really are.

A note about the comments: While my personal comments here are indeed meant quite seriously, I allow the comments to be posted because of the humor, wit and obvious satire, which more clearly than I could write, demonstrates the sheer idiotic lunacy of the woman, and how laughable they would be, except for the serious defamatory statements they make about me on a daily basis.

Scurrilous Outright Lies & Propaganda this time

This woman and her psychotic cohorts are now attempting to smear, disparage,and defame my reputation and others with the grossest and basest of outright lies and propaganda.

She claims I am involved with the Web Design Company "Pallasart". I am not now nor have I ever been an employee of that company. I have a full time job in the wine business, and have been employed in the wine business for some fourteen years. I have been contracted by Pallasart three or four times to write content as an Independent Contractor. I own no interest in Pallasart. I own no interest in the premises where Pallasart is located. They claim "In 2005 your name appeared on deed [sic] to the house where Pallasart operates its business from now you’re pretending that you own no interest". I DEMAND THEY PROVIDE THIS DOCUMENT. SUCH A DOCUMENT DOES NOT EXIST, NEVER DID. ANYONE WISHING CAN EASILY CONFIRM THIS BY SEARCHING TRAVIS COUNTY PROPERTY TAX RECORDS. THIS STATEMENT IS A COMPLETE AND TOTAL LIE, FALSEHOOD AND DELIBERATE FABRICATION INTENDED ONLY TO DECEIVE.Similar claims by these same people that I had "filed Bankruptcy" were made earlier with the very same shouted "certainty" until I similarly insisted they produce evidence to prove the claims. Then, suddenly they became "Ralph Wiggums" with a finger up the nose claiming "someone told me"...but they didn't research the claim yet they assiduously asserted it as fact until forced to provide proof. I do not use Pallasart Computers, as I own my own computer. This is in fact the only reason I post here, to protect my professional reputation and to attempt to address, correct, and to show why the insane negative libelous false propaganda this woman and her cronies publish virtually daily on the website bearing her name is in fact nothing more than her attempt to destroy me and others as she feels "she has been destroyed".

Why does she makes these claims? Because she wishes to threaten and defame and destroy this business because she sued them and LOST her claims when she voluntarily non-suited her lawsuit. She was sued by the owner of Pallasart and LOST. In fact, she attempted to "prove" the self same allegations she now makes during that litigation, by "demanding" the Pallasart computers be "forensically examined" to "find that proof". The Texas District Court found that request to be SO unreasonable, that she was found to be abusing the Discovery process and she was punished with Sanctions for having even asked. She refused to PAY the Court Ordered Sanctions and was fount IN CONTEMPT OF COURT for her refusal to pay.


She now claims that I "incite others to violence" and "conspire with others to cause harm" to her. She now makes the claim that she was "raped" by someone who read "my blog" and felt compelled to cause her harm as a result. She also says, and I'm not making this up, that she became pregnant as a result of the rape (at age 45) but lost the child, and that her "animals were murdered" by the rapist.

This is outrageous and to lay such claims on me is defamatory per se.

I do not wish this woman harm. I have NEVER advocated harm or violence towards this woman. I have NEVER conspired with others for physical harm or violence against her. It is beyond insulting that anyone should make the claim that I find pleasure in ANYONE being raped or assaulted. These serious allegations ARE FALSE.

I find no amusement in harm being done to any person. Period. They can not provide proof of this perfidious lie, as it does not exist.

This woman has played the "victim" in so many words for years. She has called herself my "victim" in so many words for years. I have found on another blog that there is a well known psychological disorder,
"taking the victim stance, where when confronted about their own malicious behavior, these psychologically disordered characters will try and turn the tables by trying to get you to see them as the injured party. THAT is what this woman has done for years. She has published literally hundreds of web pages devoted to one purpose, to try to entice people to see HER as wounded, injured, and suffering in some way in order to elicit sympathy, cloud the picture about just who is the victimizer and who is the victim, and otherwise impression-manage the real victim. They often use this tactic in combination with the tactic of “vilifying the victim,” where she calls ME the "evil villain.
In claiming the status of victim and by assigning all blame to others, a person can achieve moral superiority while simultaneously disowning any responsibility for one's behavior and its outcome. The victims 'merely' seek justice and fairness. The victim stance is a powerful one. The victim is always morally right, neither responsible nor accountable, and forever entitled to sympathy.

Ask these questions: "IF" the woman was raped, where is the Police report? "IF" the rapist "told the cops he did it because of the blog" (I allegedly wrote) WHERE IS THE ARREST of the rapist? WHERE is the conviction of the rapist. Since they know who the alleged perpetrator is, where is his affidavit? Where are the doctor's reports about the pregnancy which allegedly resulted from the rape? Where are the DNA tests? Since they allege they "know for a fact" I wrote any blog other than this one, where is their proof? THEY REFUSE TO PRODUCE THESE DOCUMENTS, BECAUSE THESE DOCUMENTS MOST PROBABLY DO NOT EXIST. When other blogs about the woman appeared, they claimed with the self same "certainty" that "Google and the FBI told them" who owned the other blogs. THIS WAS A BALD FACED LIE AND A COMPLETE UNTRUTH. THEY "CLAIM" BUT HAVE NO EVIDENCE TO SUPPORT THESE CLAIMS. I DEMAND AND INSIST THAT THESE PEOPLE SHOW CONCRETE EVIDENCE AND PROOF I HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THESE OTHER BLOGS. THEY CAN NOT AND WILL NOT AND THEY WILL REFUSE TO PRODUCE THESE DOCUMENTS, BECAUSE THESE DOCUMENTS MOST PROBABLY DO NOT EXIST. THIS STATEMENT THAT THEY HAVE EVIDENCE I HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH ANY OTHER BLOGS ABOUT THIS WOMAN IS A COMPLETE AND TOTAL LIE, FALSEHOOD AND DELIBERATE FABRICATION INTENDED ONLY TO DECEIVE. Odd they make all of these the claims but offer no proof. They do serve up lots of proof when it suits them. Silence, however, on these serious allegations should be telling. Assess her credibility for what it is...

As for her continued threats of obtaining an attorney and filing in "Federal Court" which I have already addressed, I can only add that I do truly hope she HAS retained counsel and paid them, as any retainer is an asset which her creditors can and will levy against with their judgments to satisfy them. Further, they can serve that counsel with orders for Debtors Exams. Bob Atchison already has an attorney in Southern California who intends to do just that the moment the attorney is identified. I myself will personally forward that information on to her other creditors as well.
