As law enforcement seems unable to assist me, and the person behind this campaign to defame me and interfere with my business and profession, named variously Oma Hamou, Oma Mcconnell or Alexandra McConnell is what they call "judgment proof" meaning she has no money, I must place this blog here.
I would NOT even have written here, had this person not continually written her own false and defamatory statements herself and aided and abetted other personae writing "on her behalf" for the last three years. If she doesn't want me to say anything about her, she ought not have been continually blogging and writing about me much less aiding and encouraging others to do so as well.
The woman behind all of this goes by many names: Oma Hamou, Oma McConnell, Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Hamou, Oma Demian, Alexandra Murphy, are the usual ones, but there are others. The reason this woman and her "alleged" friends crusade to destroy me is simple. I learned about her genuine background, and she wants me silenced from speaking about it.
This woman, Oma Hamou, Oma McConnell, Alexandra McConnell, Alexandra Hamou, Oma Demian, Alexandra Murphy and her other aliases have a twenty year track record of FELONY CONVICTIONS, multiple arrests, failure to abide by the requirements of her probation for her felony convictions which lead to more arrests, many many civil judgments against her for hundreds of thousands of dollars, a history of writing bad checks, and currently she was arrested late in 2008 in San Bernardino California on a Felony Charge of Forgery of a Financial Instrument (she seems to have forged a large check) After 14 months of dragging the process out, she paid the Victim full restitution and the District Attorney dropped the Felony charge.

While Oma Hamou aka Alexandra McConnell claims to be a "Motion Picture Executive" her online anonymous "friends" admit she works as a Paralegal in the Palmdale area. She may well be associated with a Paralegal firm called "Advanced Paralegal Services". This leads to the obvious question of whether those for whom this woman provides paralegal services KNOW the woman handling their private legal papers is a convicted FELON, with three convictions for crimes of Moral Turpitude and recently spent FIFTEEN MONTHS facing charges for Felony Forgery for writing a bad check. Does she disclose this important information to people who hire her as a paralegal so that they may make an informed decision?
She is nearly psychotic in her daily compulsion because I stumbled onto the actual facts of her past, and present, which do not coincide with the personae she wants to project to others.

NOW HER OWN WEBSITE TODAY FEBRUARY 28, 2010 CONFIRMS AND ADMITS SHE AND HER "FRIENDS" DELIBERATELY LIED EVERY SINGLE TIME THEY SAID OMA HAMOU HAD FILED A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT AGAINST ME AND THEY WERE LYING EVERY SINGLE TIME THEY SAID I WAS UNDER POLICE INVESTIGATION, SINCE THE POLICE WILL INVESTIGATE NOTHING UNLESS A FORMAL COMPLAINT IS FILED. HER ONLINE ALLEGED 'FRIENDS' NOW CLAIM THEY HAVE LIED FOR YEARS ABOUT THEIR IDENTITIES.
I am called a "criminal stalker". First, being called a criminal is Libel per se in Texas, since I have never been convicted of ANYTHING worse than one speeding ticket. As for a stalker, well, I have no clue where this woman is, where she lives, and frankly I don't WANT to know, nor can I care less. In the words of one of her attorney's, Dave. S. I do NOT wish this person ill, or harm. Frankly, I do not care about her. The less I hear about her, the better. That said, no one should ever be subjected to harm or danger. I DO NOT WISH THIS PERSON HARM, nor have I advocated, wished, nor advised anyone to harm her. Such allegations are baseless, wrong and defamatory. I just want he to leave me and my partner ALONE and stop the thousands of pages of defamatory lies she puts up and allows "friends" to post on her website in order to cause me harm.

You can read below in previous posts where she has outright lied, most notably when she filed a report about her business with Dunn and Bradstreet that was investigated by them and shown to be completely fraudulent.
Ask yourself if the following make any, rational or reasonable common sense:
This woman claims to be an actress and model, but for a decade steadfastly REFUSES to provide one single shred of evidence to support the allegation, not even a credit, reference or magazine issue. She says only "I was and I don't have to prove it. YOU have to prove I wasn't". Does that make sense?
This woman claims that her three felony convictions were not Her fault, but rather someone else's fault. Does THAT make sense?
This woman claims that her recent Felony Forgery Charges in San Bernardino are "just a big mistake" and "law enforcement and the DA" are on "her side" and "believe her", yet they STILL pressed charges and scheduling dozens of hearings over FOURTEEN MONTHS. Does THAT make sense??
This woman has claimed for six years non stop that I am being investigated by law enforcement and the FBI. Yet, NOTHING ever happened, I have never been contacted by law enforcement for any reason in those six years other than one speeding ticket. Does it make any sense to you that law enforcement is doing ANYTHING for six years now?

Actually, Biernat you are wrong. Some websites are "read only" for anyone and need to register to post, like the Alexander Palace Forum. Others require a password and username to even read. Legend of Anastasia required registration to even read. As a result, Google could not ever spider the contents, nor are they available on internet archive sites.
Now, you will notice that your other BFF's forum has set up googlebot and yahoobot as members, just to make certain that the contents get FOUND during searches.
I may be wrong on forum sites, Mr. Moshein, though not wrong on other sites. I have ran searches on my idiot brother and have encounted this issue. Many times. And with others. Say for example, Facebook. You look somebody up on Facebook, their info. comes up on a search engine, you click on it and *poof* you can't read it anymore you have to be their friend. It CAN be done.
If you read the papers or watch news, you would know that Facebook has now addressed and fixed that glitch on their website...

She just talked non-stop about herself, and then when Nitzi tried to check the facts, none of them were true. So Oma asked for her story (it wasn't an article, it was something Oma Hamou commissioned and Nitzana wanted the work), and then she rewrote it and stuck Nitzana's name on it. But it made Oma look like a cross between some goyische saint and Elly Mae Clampett. And of course she puts 99% of the damaging information about herself on the internet herself. It's like she has a secret plan!

Well when Mr. Moshein traps IP's it's a little bit stupid to deny you're not who you say you are, don't you think? I know other posters on the AP who do not deny themselves because they know Mr. Moshein traps IP's.
Mitzi, it's pretty clear that Hamou bots her own forum to be sure that anyone who does an internet search will get loads of hits to sites she has set up over the years attacking Atichson and Moshein and Pallasart.
But I've been continuing to read the stuff I was sent from the Legends of Anastasia forum and to assess it against some things I saw in the early weeks on this blog which weren't always clear to me (such as why Penny Wilson wrote Moshein an e-mail about how eye-opening that stuff was that was coming out about Hamou on the Legends forum).
What she is too self-absorbed (as Rebecca aptly remarked) to realize is that she is the one who loses in her unrelenting obsession with trying to destroy Moshein and Atchison.
For instance, back when she cut loose on Legends of Anastasia, it seems that people like Penny Wilson, Greg King, and others were at loggerheads with Moshein over some things and somewhere between open-minded and indifferent in their opinions about Hamou.
But flash forward a few years, and what do we find? Moshein is working with Wilson and King on their newest publishing project. And King and Wilson close down their own discussion forum as soon as they realize Hamou has darkened its door.
And, while perhaps the most prominent people who traveled this path in coming to a realization about what Hamou was all about, King and Wilson were not the only ones. I've been sent some e-mails from a surprising list of people interested in Russian history who watched what was happening on the Legends forum. They were both amused and aghast at the stuff that got revealed about her. And from what I saw, that thing about the L.A. police getting involved in the elder abuse of some Don Morton guy was really a turning corner for a lot of people.
Hamou was no longer just a woman with a grudge about losing a lawsuit to Atchison. She became something else entirely in their eyes.
Well Mitzi, I respect their privacy, like NoorMeansLight over on The Royal Forums, I wouldn't want to be labeled a STALKER now, would I?? I don't think she would appreciate it if I said, "Hey, look at that weed pile in your front yard. You might want to get that picked up!" Tacky.

Mitzi, I'm told that when one searches "Bob Atchison" and Pallasart on google or yahoo, the bots cause the first page or so of hits to be primarily to Hamou's forums that were set up to attack them.
That probably does them some reputational damage with a cursory investigator. However, since Hamou cannot resist trying to explain away the convictions, arrests, judgments, warrants, and other stuff that comes up about her on sites she does not control, a deeper reading of even the hits to her sites begins to cast the shadow over her, not Atchison or Moshein.
Of course, it also means that, should Hamou ever actually be stupid enough to try to go to court, she has failed to mitigate the damage she will claim has been done to her and has, in fact, become the chief means of wider publication of what she claims is defamation the court must stop.
Of course, if she actually had managed to get a lawyer to take her as a plaintiff, that lawyer would have put a stop to her ham-fisted public conduct (and probably advise her to stop writing bad checks for at least a while before the case goes to court) if there were any real aspiration to get before a judge instead of just an internet fantasy.
But already having been sued by two of her own lawyers in the past, it's not really likely that any lawyer will take her on as a plaintiff. As a defendant, though ... well, that's another matter.
With all due respect, Mitzi, because I do know you care, were I stalking, I would know where Mr. Moshein lives. I only know it's in Austin. However, he knows, and posted, where I live where I work and Google Earthed me. I believe he wins in this case. Hands down.

Poor, poor Oma Hamou. Another long, long, long post on her forum last night meant to show what a sweet, ill-used lady she is.
Well, let's go over what this poor creature has been up to just since this blog began.
She forged a check to her landlady and got herself thrown in jail under a $1 million bond. After more than a year of legal wranglings, she was forced to make "restitution to the victim" (a quote from the court record) as a condition of not being prosecuted through to conviction.
She was caught driving without a license, registration, and insurance and failed to appear in court when summoned, thereby having a bench warrant for her arrest issued.
She added yet another default judgment to her list of more than a dozen default judgments when she and Jim Sproul got involved in another scam. That case was particularly interesting, in that there were also some "John Doe" parties to the lawsuit. Of course, that means there were some names involved to which the court could not attach a real identity.
Is it just a coincidence that Oma Hamou (who is now busily building a whole new criminal and civil record as Alexandra McConnell) has a long history of generating false identities?
The poor thing. All that trouble to change her name in order to shed her past yet, at this rate, is on track to have her new legal record match or surpass her old.

Yet, today now closes the 438th consecutive week without any law enforcement contact with me or Bob since Oma Hamou/Alexandra McConnell started threatening it. Despite that "team hamou" in one form or another has stated publicly that "Oma" with and without her lawyer(s) had already / was about to contact law enforcement to insist on proceedings against us over 368 TIMES in just the last five years!
Yet NOTHING ever manages to happen... Go figure. At least they ADMIT THEY LIE ABOUT ANY CRIMINAL CHARGES BEING FILED AGAINST ME PERSONALLY FOR THESE FIVE YEARS!
As well as consecutive Week 243 for nothing happening in the most recent round of threat of lawsuits against us, since Bob won his suit against Oma Hamou.
Think about this, TWO HUNDRED FORTY THREE WEEKS, over 1,700 days, 60 months, five full years! 368 separate claims if "impending" "immediate" "we promise its happening" legal litigation, but nothing ever happens. Ask yourself what shred of credibility can anyone have who makes the same statement almost daily for FIVE FULL YEARS, but never actually does anything.
And, NOTHING happening now for THIRTY NINE WEEKS on the fictional "Bill of Review"...
We are also now past week FIVE of the "TRO" being requested "tomorrow"...Wasn't FAT debbie the one who "PROMISED" to post it the moment it was issued?? It has a very short time in which it must be served, and only 12 days to be HEARD...So far, it hasn't appeared...
but, she's managed to throw up (in all its various meanings) four or five more full pages in the OMA HAMOU ASK OMA FORUM of meaningless threats and unkept promises...

She meets a married man named Hamai Refai. They become, er, "friendly".
She once again shows her preference for men with semitic surnames.
She starts hitting Refai up for money for a string of illnesses and medical crises that suddenly overtake her.
She gets $55,000 out of him, but he wants someone to co-sign a note for the money.
In steps Hamou's long-time associate, Jim Sproul, who agrees to co-sign.
Hamou (aka Alexandra McConnell) and Sproul then drop out of sight.
A default judgment is entered against them both.
Hitting up old and/or married men with a money-for-sex scam. Claiming medical problems for needing money and not paying debts and missing court. Then dropping out of sight.
Where have we heard all this before? Oh, yeah. Oma Hamou. And her other aliases.
That's quite a "good friend" you've hooked up with, Ms. Biernat.
A question to you, though. Just how much of your "good friend's" shenanigans are you involved in, since you yourself say you know quite a bit of what's going on behind the scenes that you cannot comment on?
